My cousin, William Pruitt, was a Presbyterian missionary in the Congo 25 years. He told me a story that asks: where is the kingdom of God? William traveled a river to a primitive village deep in the jungle, a return visit. The elders of the church he established had a problem. An old woman insisted that God lived in a tree near her hut. In order to save her, the elders cut down her tree. The old woman died of a broken heart.
The church elders were not aware that as much as God lives in each and every one of us, God lived in the old woman’s tree. The religious, rather than in a state, have God in a place called Heaven so they can set up rules for entrance; also, so they can tell us what happens when we die if we don’t follow their rules. It is strictly a matter of faith. Different faiths have different rules.
We’ve just learned that President Obama has given the Muslim Brotherhood his blessing. President Obama, in a political move, declared that Israel should agree to the 1967 border. That’s what Muslims want. It is irrefutable fact that religion boils down to political might.
As a matter of fact, Bell’s theorem tells us that before there is anything there must be consciousness. We exist in a state of consciousness, and limited to what we believe. Referring to the Bible, in Matthew 6:33 Jesus said: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” In a footnote in my Scofield Study Bible, the kingdom of God is to be distinguished from the kingdom of heaven. Although the kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven have almost all things in common, the omissions in the Bible of the kingdom of heaven are significant. The kingdom of heaven may be real or false. The kingdom of God is universal. This truth is borne out in Bell’s theorem.
How many know what Bell’s theorem tells the cutting edge of science? Famous physicist Richard Feynman: “Do not keep asking yourself, if you can possibly avoid it, ‘but how can it be like that?’ Nobody knows how it can be like that.” Wrong Feynman! Quantum physicist and brain doctor Evan Harris Walker: “The tests of Bell’s theorem have shown us that objective reality as it has been conceived is not the true fabric of reality. The observer interacts with matter. Consciousness, the substance of this newfound reality that defines the observer, has fundamental existence.”
Brain doctor Walker, in his study of the brain, found that consciousness comes from “the fabric of reality.” The fabric of reality is not in your brain. We are not all meat. Walker discovered how the mind, through the will, affects matter and transcends the limits of space and time. There is faster than light communication. It’s a proven fact. Says Walker: “We have seen matter and space as the natural consequence of nothing more than the fact that conscious observers exist.” Well and good! I observe that materialism denies many truths; that consciousness devastates many myths, including religion. Through conscious experience and my will, according to Walker, I dovetail with the overall tapestry of reality. Says Walker, it is consciousness that that began everything; that grows everything.
My belief goes back to when I studied the Constitution and felt that voices of the past were speaking to me. Says Walker: “Faith was never meant to be blind faith. Faith was always meant to be faith guided by revealed truth—revealed through the experience of something beyond our own physical self; revealed through lives that many have lived . . .Those willing to discover an even greater truth in their religion will find untold wonders hidden in what they already believe.” We don’t yet accept this as fact. We’re not up to speed.
What is it going to take to wake the masses up to scientifically proven facts? We turn now to Astrologer’s Handbook, to Pisces. “Pisces is a sensitive sign and those born under it are extremely responsive to the thoughts and feelings of others. They unconsciously absorb the ideas and metal outlook of those around them. They desperately want to do the right thing, but as a rule they do not have strong willpower. Therefore, they are easily influenced by external factors.” The symbol for Pisces is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions. What does that tell you?
We turn now to Aquarius, and your answer: “Individuals born under the sign of brotherhood and fraternity have as their symbol the water-bearer, who spills out to mankind the life-force and spiritual energy.” So much for the Muslim Brotherhood, President Obama, religion and the kingdom of heaven—all of it myth. My redeemer is Jesus and the kingdom of God. My life is as good as it gets. Can you say the same?
We turn now to The Rising Sign, and to Aquarius Rising. The ruler of Aquarius is the planet Uranus. The planet Uranus is on the ascendant of the chart of the United States. Obama wants to fundamentally change our sacred origin, and to what? Freedom and opportunity is the cornerstone of the U.S. Constitution. Obama wants us to be collectively saved, and the same for the Muslim Brotherhood. Witness the result.
In America, invention and humanitarianism flourished. America became the greatest nation of all times. Take your choice. Here is what Aquarius Rising says about this Aquarius rising: “the individual has a unique approach to life that makes him somehow ‘different.’ . . by walking to the beat of a different drummer. He may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries.”
When Obama was elected president, Saturn was square Pluto. That’s a very bad omen. In my astrological chart, Saturn is trine Pluto. Astrologer’s Handbook: “This trine gives the natives the ability to understand the laws by which subtle forces are organized. . .They are able to work slowly and make fundamental changes in their own and others lives. There is one other tiny thing that I believe deserves our attention, the IMF Director “Dominique Strauss Kahn” who is currently getting smoked in NY. Not that any of his behavior is meant to be excused, if true then he should be smoked, but I would like to ask that you consider the source of the press release which found it necessary to describe the rape victim as this “devoutly Muslim woman” in her thirties (32 I believe), who was allegedly raped by this French Director of the IMF (they didn‘t exactly refer to him as the old Frenchman in his seventies) and who just happens to be staying in a $4000 a night room, and who has not yet figured out that a man with his social standing could easily have his special needs discretely serviced by an appropriately confidential escort service (but of course the poor bastard probably just wanted to save a few bucks and the dollar is doing so well right now) I just wonder if any of you remember past rape victims described as devoutly Christian, Jewish, or Catholic ladies? I don’t seem to be recalling the religious persuasion mentioned when our war correspondent was raped in Egypt, as the Messiah was orchestrating the Brotherhood Revolution there, do you? You don’t suppose “mr. o” is putting on a show trial for the Muslim Brotherhood - Nah, that’s awfully cynical - of course not!? So here we have this young, devoutly Muslim lady, a non smoker no doubt, with at least some kind of Muslim drab, and no makeup, a really hot number, being chased around a rather large hotel suite by a seventy year old Frenchman whom she can’t seem to shake, or escape from, and she is unable to inflict so much as a scratch, bruise, kick to the shin, or a black eye, on the old fart - but he is raping her!? Sounds plausible – do you think? Maybe it was pleasure rape? Oh did I mention that she doesn’t appear to have proper documentation to remain here legally, and as a devoutly Muslim PERSON TRUE TO HER BELIEFS she seems to have difficulty telling the truth!
A foreign dignitary traveling on official business and with what I would guess to be a diplomatic passport, and this guy gets snatched off the airplane within hours of the alleged crime, and just prior to departure. I seem to recall some former Muslim diplomats who committed rather heinous crimes, from rape to murder, and they used to be escorted out of the country based on their diplomatic passports and immunity. You don‘t think Obama and/or Holder had anything to do with the disposition of this old French bag of wind, do you? - Nah, of course not - just checking (in that case I have some really hot American real estate I want to sell you) but it does appear that under the Obama administration we do have a different set of rules, for their kind of people, and for the past 2 ½ years ordinary American citizens have unsuccessfully been wanting to bring Muslim criminals to trial, including the black panther assault at voters precincts, and the voting precinct fraud will continue through 2012 - do you think this might possibly have anything to do with Obama? Nah, of course not. You guys just aren’t focused on the right stuff, like the economy stupid, government motors bond fraud and auto jobs, inflation is zero (except for politicians - according to their pay raise they must be having a lot of inflation), and the Dems have lowered taxes after they raised them - and “mr.o” of course wants credit! I mean after all look at the jobs the Dems have created, in Brazil and Venezuela - our oil riggers can go to work down there, and we have found yet another rare lizard in Texas (the Pelosi Lizard), and we’ve have deported a few more illegal aliens, but of course we have a hell of a lot of them coming here - never mind the open flood gates!
BTW: True to form Anthony Weiner didn’t let his crisis go to waste either - you all may remember how Weiner proudly took credit for throwing his Wiener around the congressional shower stalls. Needless to say he is quite proud of it and by the time he is done with this fiasco he will likely have a few more lower IQ teenage felines eating out of his hand. Well guess what Weiner, I have no respect for you at all and you have been abusing the trust of the American people far too long, so why don’t you let us take care of political matters, and American business, while you get the hell out of the congressional club benefits and try paying for your own damn rehab!

Subject: A Common Sense “Investment” in America
Dear Speaker Boehner:
Given the unprecedented debt facing our nation, it is obvious that putting our financial house in order will require sacrifice from virtually all Americans. We understand that there are no simple, painless solutions.
Although spending cuts will impact scores of millions of American citizens, there is an outrageous expense that benefits foreign invaders, those with no legal or moral basis for being here.
I refer to many millions of illegal aliens who have ignored our borders and immigration laws.
As documented in Reference 1, illegal aliens cost American taxpayers $113 billion a year.
Again, illegal aliens, cost American taxpayers $113 billion a year.
As a taxpaying citizen, I wonder why politicians from both sides of the aisle refuse to target this wasteful expense, particularly when our nation is mired in deep financial crisis?
Surely, $113 billion a year cannot be too paltry an amount to summon the attention of those responsible for eradicating wasteful spending?
Clearly, the American people would benefit enormously if the federal government would simply enforce existing laws and take action, through deportations, to return illegal aliens to their nations of origin.
In the past, skeptics have argued that mass deportations would be too costly.
However, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs, Nelson Peacock, responding to request from several U.S. Senators, recently (December 3, 2010) wrote the following:
“Our conservative estimate suggests that ICE would require a budget of more than $135 billion to apprehend, detain and remove the nation’s entire illegal immigrant population.”
See reference 2 for the complete statement.
Thus, an investment of $135 billion dollars would yield a savings of $113 billion a year.
Over a period of ten years, that would result in more than $1 trillion dollars for American citizens.
In addition, millions of jobs now filled by illegals would be available for unemployed America citizens, and homeland security would be strengthened by removing individuals about whom little or nothing is known, including possible ties to terrorists.
I know that you are committed to eliminating wasteful spending, reducing the federal deficit, creating jobs for Americans, and assuring that our homeland is safe and secure.
Therefore, I respectfully request that you apply your influence and power to require that illegal aliens be deported, thereby freeing America from the extreme financial, employment, and security dangers attendant with a huge population of illegals.

Homeland Security boss Janet Napolitano has hit a new low in her mismanagement of the important office to which she has unfortunately ascended.
As reported at the reference, Napolitano’s TSA saw fit to challenge the veracity of a 95-year old dying granny, including a humiliating examination down of her adult diaper:

WASHINGTON: A 95-year-old cancer-stricken woman was forced to undergo 45 minutes of intrusive pat-down at a US airport, triggering an outrage on the treatment meted out to her.
Lena Reppert was to say her final good-byes to her daughter before she made what would most likely be her last flight to her native Michigan.
But when Reppert made it to the check-in line at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport on June 18,Transportation Security Association (TSA) agents singled her out because she was in a wheelchair. Wheelchairs require other security measures to be employed since they don’t go through metal detectors.
“So they brought my mom to the side, and two agents just started patting her,” Jean Weber, her daughter was quoted as saying by FoxNews.com. “Eventually they found something that appeared to be hard they said could be a concealed weapon.”
She said two female agents wheeled her mom into a private room where they performed a more thorough inspection, and found that Reppert was wearing a Depend adult diaper.
After 45 minutes, the mother and daughter were given two options: either don’t fly, or lose the Depend. The women chose the latter.
Weber said she burst into tears during the ordeal. “I ran with her to the bathroom and stripped her down,” Weber recalled. “I got back to the line and just started bawling.”
This is not the first time that the TSA’s pat-downs of passengers have come under fire. Recently, outrage erupted over a video-recorded pat-down of a six-year-old passenger last April at New Orleans’ airport.
Indian Ambassador to the US Meera Shankar, who was clad in a sari, was pulled out from an airport security line and patted down by a TSA agent in Mississippi last year.”

Mid-flight from New York to Los Angeles, a flight attendant noticed Noibi was sitting in a seat that was supposed to be vacant. Noibi showed the attendant the expired boarding pass that was in someone else’s name, and then showed him a University of Michigan identification card with his picture on it.
The boarding pass belonged to a man who said his boarding pass went missing from his pocket on his way to the airport June 23. Noibi boarded the plane with the expired pass the next day.
Noibi was arrested Wednesday when law enforcement officials saw him trying to board another flight and discovered he had more than 10 other expired boarding passes belonging to others in his bag.
Noibi has been charged with being a stowaway.”

When asked if he supports gay marriage, Barack Obama answers:
My thoughts on that are "evolving."

Does Obama really think that African-American Christians are that stupid?
African-American Christians are among the most faithful followers of Jesus Christ in the world. These good people know, with certitude, that homosexuality is a grievous sin, and as such, completely incompatible with Christianity.
President Obama has danced around the issue with platitudes and double-talk dithering meant to deceive blacks and others into believing that his attitude is "evolving," a wicked way of refusing to answer honestly and openly about a very controversial matter.
Most "real Christians" do not need to dither when it comes to gay marriage. Most will say it is written in the Bible that homosexual acts are an abomination to the Creator.
So, why the need to "evolve" a position, except for temporal, political purposes?
The Bible says it is wrong! Period, done, case closed!
Obama's actions, as opposed to his words, speak volumes about his "real" beliefs: He signed the repeal of DOMA, has appointed openly gay people to his administration, and continues to seek the support of the gay community based on a shared agenda.
Clearly, although he will not admit it, Barack Obama supports the gay agenda and that must surely include same-sex marriage.
Then again, perhaps President Obama is not REALLY a Christian?
May the strong faith which has sustained African-Americans through slavery, discrimination, and the evil of racism sustain them again in deciding between the teachings of the very mortal Barack Obama and the Prince of Eternal Life, Jesus Christ!

“She said she wanted to be closer to her grave,” Jean Weber, her daughter, told FoxNews.com. “I knew it would probably be the last time I ever see her.”

The TSA said in a statement to Fox News that at “no instance” would an officer ask a passenger to remove an adult diaper. The TSA would not disclose further information about this particular passenger, but said all protocols were followed.
“While every person and item must be screened before entering the secure boarding area, TSA works with passengers to resolve security alarms in a respectful and sensitive manner,” the statement read. “We have reviewed the circumstances involving this screening and determined that our officers acted professionally and according to proper procedure.”

“The Council on American-Islamic Relations has lost its nonprofit status, according to the Internal Revenue Service.
The civil rights group, long accused of ties to radical Islam, is on a list of 275,000 organizations who have not filed the requisite paperwork with the IRS to maintain nonprofit status. Tax law requires annual disclosure of assets, expenditures and salaries for 501© nonprofits. Both CAIR and sister organization CAIR Foundation have lost their status.
A CAIR attorney initially told POLITICO that its appearance on the IRS list referred to a defunct arm of the nonprofit, and that CAIR and CAIR foundation were unaffected—a claim that a review of the IRS documents did not support. CAIR then told POLITICO the IRS was to blame, citing a number of other errors that have occurred on the IRS list.
However, CAIR could not produce their IRS disclosure forms for 2007 through 2010 -- which are required to be open for public inspection.
“We are looking into all of these issues and are working with the IRS to clear things up,” CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper told POLITICO. “CAIR was clearly not targeted or singled in any way by the IRS.”
CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator in a landmark terrorism financing trial in Texas. Some Islamic charities facing federal investigations have been advised by attorneys not to file IRS paperwork for legal reasons, but there is no evidence that CAIR is currently the target of a federal probe.”

“A Virginia congressman wants the IRS to investigate the Council on American-Islamic Relations—a major Muslim advocacy group—after its tax-exempt status was revoked over an apparent problem with its paperwork.
Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., in a letter to IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman, requested an investigation into whether the group “may have violated U.S. law in soliciting or accepting money from foreign governments or agents” during the period when CAIR “failed” to file required forms to the IRS.
It’s unclear exactly what CAIR failed to file. The group was included earlier this month on a list of 275,000 organizations that the IRS said were losing tax-exempt status because they did not file annual reports for three consecutive years as required by law.
Reached for comment last week, CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper described the matter as a “technical paperwork issue” and said CAIR was trying to sort it out with the IRS.
Hooper told FoxNews.com that the organization’s accountant says CAIR “filed promptly in the last several years.” He said the status problem stems from “questions” over filings dating back to 2006 or 2007.
“We’ll be doing whatever’s necessary ... to rectify the situation,” Hooper said.
But Wolf cited concern about the possibility of CAIR improperly seeking foreign donations.
His request to Shulman cited a purported letter from CAIR Director Nihad Awad to Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi in 2009 asking for his support in launching a “Muslim Peace Foundation”—that letter would have been sent long beforeQaddafi launched attacks on his own people, triggering a NATO-led military campaign to protect civilians. CAIR officials have since come out against Qaddafi.
Wolf also claimed to have “information” indicating CAIR representatives “may have” traveled to Sudan to seek donations from President Omar Bashir.
“I am concerned that Awad and CAIR may be soliciting—and receiving—funds from other unsavory foreign governments and organizations, including some that may be sponsors of terror,” Wolf wrote.
The required IRS annual reports typically include information about a group’s donations and other sources of revenue, as well as expenses, activities, investments and compensation of employees. Revenue information would include a breakdown of how much money is coming from various sources like membership dues and fundraising events, but not necessarily information on specific donors.”

I hate to keep sounding like a broken record on this topic, but I must ask. Is Michele Bachmann the NEXT Sarah Palin? Several patriots have said, “I adore Sarah Palin. But, she has been so destroyed in the media, she would be a disaster as our republican presidential candidate”.
Well to all of you who subscribe to this opinion, have you seen the shock and awe campaign launched by the liberal media to destroy Bachmann, since officially throwing her hat into the presidential ring a few days ago?
If Bachmann becomes our nominee, suddenly the liberal media will portray Sarah Palin as the far more reasonable candidate rather than the ultra-conservative idiot nut case, Michele Bachmann.
Should we kick Bachmann to the curb adding her with Palin on the list of unelectable candidates on our side; considered too toxic, too tea party and too conservative to win?

“As we saw at yesterday’s press conference, President Obama is not going to lead on the debt ceiling issue. Nor is he going to compromise or play a mediating role. He is more interested in blaming others for his troubles, demagoguing other solutions and running for re-election.
This is why conservatives need to be reminded not to yield to scare tactics. Last night, our sister organization, Heritage Action for America, announced it would ask Members of Congress to vote “no” on raising the debt ceiling–unless, that is, a deal “rises to the level of the substantial fiscal challenges which face our nation.” Heritage Action also said it would score that vote on its official scorecard.
In other words, Members of Congress must not pass up this opportunity to lead as President Obama has.
The Heritage Foundation has previously laid out exactly what an acceptable package might look like. It must: 1) significantly cut current spending; 2) restrict future spending; and 3) fix the budget process. Heritage Action for America notes that only one plan currently being debated meets this test, and that is the plan embodied in the “Cut, Cap and Balance Pledge.” Heritage Action goes on to say: “This is an example of a plan that matches the historical moment that we currently face as a nation.”
But this reform will not be easy. President Obama is intent on laying the groundwork to blame Congress if a deal is not reached. It’s why the President pointed his finger at Congress several times yesterday, saying it was “their job” and “these are bills that Congress ran up” and finally excusing himself: “I’ve been doing Afghanistan, bin Laden and the Greek crisis.” Apparently for the President, the economy of Greece is more important than preventing the American economy from collapsing…like Greece’s.
Some Members of Congress are working toward appropriate solutions. All 47 Republican Senators have co-sponsored a balanced budget proposal in the Senate. Likewise, Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) has indicated similar support among House Republicans for such a measure. The House GOP also passed a budget with significant savings, and they have proposed entitlement reform ideas. Meanwhile, Senate Democrats haven’t even engaged in the budget process in more than two years.
But Congress must also act to relieve the uncertainty caused by Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s August 2 deadline and keep President Obama focused on solutions rather than political talking points. Congress can do so by exercising its constitutional power of the purse and prioritizing federal spending, based on the framework of legislation introduced by Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Congressman Tom McClintock (R-CA).
As Heritage economist J.D. Foster has pointed out:
“Both immediately and long after it reaches the debt limit, the government would have far more than enough revenue coming in that the Secretary of the Treasury could use to pay interest on the debt. Nor would preserving the current debt limit put at risk the full faith and credit of the United States government, as the President’s chief economic adviser has claimed. The government would continue to pay net interest as it comes due.”
In fact, yesterday the Bipartisan Research Council released a Debt Ceiling Analysis that showed that even if the August 2 deadline is missed, the federal government would still have enough revenue to pay for: “all interest on Treasury securities (thus avoiding default), all Social Security obligations, all Medicare and Medicaid obligations, all Defense contractor bills, all Veterans payments, and all active duty troops, and still have almost $7 billion left over for other items.” Congress can and should take its time to get this right.
Finally, any deal that cuts spending, restricts future spending and fixes the budget process will not fit on a single page. That is why it is critical that the American public have a full 72 hours to review the details of any deal to increase the debt ceiling.
As Heritage Action CEO Mike Needham notes:
“The Washington inclination to go behind closed doors and strike a grand deal is unacceptable. Heritage Action, and the hundreds of thousands of Americans we represent, demand transparency and accountability. Americans must feel confident their Members of Congress understand what they are voting on. There must not be another “pass the bill so that we can find out what is in it” moment.”
The status quo is not a plan. There is no saving Medicare or Social Security “as we know it.” America is on an unsustainable course, and raising taxes on job creators and wage providers will neither fix the problems in Washington nor help rescue a flailing economy. Half-measures and gimmicks will only push these problems down the road, and onto our children and grandchildren.
The crisis is now. Now is the time for substantive action. The American people demand it.”

“It’s evident by now Mrs. Obama will not yield to public opinion regarding her profligate globe-hopping. Michelle’s week-long junket to South Africa cost taxpayers nearly $800,000 according to an analysis by White House Dossier.
The trip ended at a five-star hotel in the middle of a game preserve where rooms exceed $10,000 dollars per night. Michelle was accompanied by her daughters, brother Craig’s kids and granny who all enjoyed the “luxurious suites” and “one of the world’s finest art collections” at the Mateya.
The cost of local transportation, Secret Service protection, food for her family and staff members, and the cost of firing up “Air Force Two” not to mention the pre-trip preparations all contributed to the final amounts.
Mrs. Obama’s goodwill tour was supposed to “help youth leadership, health, education and wellness” in crime-ridden South Africa. The photos of her and the ‘fam’ showed them feeling “surreal” meeting Nelson Mandela, eating “fat cakes,” dancing and going on safari. A U.S. Embassy spokeswoman “made clear that the trip was partially a personal pilgrimage for the first lady.”
A visit to South Africa is important for them as a family. She’ll be visiting many Struggle-era landmarks, including the Apartheid Museum (and) the Hector Pieterson Memorial.
Obviously Michelle doesn’t give a whit that she’s fleecing average Americans.
Or that draping Malia and Sasha in South African flags is downright bizarre for a first lady representing the United States. Or that eating fatty foods, but telling others to “eat your vegetables” is downright Dante-esque. She told a crowd of young people at the University of Cape Town her favorite food is French fries, “I can’t stop eating them.” Michelle just blew her credibility in her vanity campaign against obesity.
The mainstream press won’t talk about Michelle Obama’s unnecessary expenses or duplicitous campaigns at a time when the United States is having a debt crisis.
The same liberal media who tore Bush up for spending too much time at his ranch in Crawford or demonized Nancy Reagan for replacing the White House china is more than happy to keep quiet about Michelle’s extravagant WOD (wife of dictator) lifestyle.
The Obamas are living it up while more and more people go on food stamps, lose their jobs and only dream of the vacations they used to take.
Nothing’s changed for Mrs. Obama since last summer when she took a “Mommy and me” trip to Spain with Sasha, one of eight jaunts in a 4-month period. She continues spending other people’s hard-earned money while carting her friends and family all over the globe.
The public is becoming increasingly disgusted with her defiant attitude of entitlement.

Roy Willard Blankenship, who was executed on June 23 using pentobarbital - also known as nembutal - was said to be conscious for approximately the first three minutes of the execution and 'suffered greatly'.
Dr David Waisel, an Associate Professor of Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School, also said in the sworn affidavit that 'his eyes were open throughout', according to witness accounts.
He said: 'I can say with certainty that Mr Blankenship was inadequately anaesthetised and was conscious for approximately the first three minutes of the execution.
'Mr Blankenship should not have been conscious or exhibiting these movements, nor should his eyes have been open, after the injection of pentobarbital.'
Suffered greatly, did he? Hooray for Georgia!
The story did not mention that Blankenship was convicted for murdering a 78-ear-old woman, as described in reference 2:
ATLANTA - Blankenship was convicted of the 1978 murder of Sarah Mims Bowen, who died of heart failure during the attack. Her bloody, nude body was discovered by friends and neighbors after the attack, and police were able to trace footsteps to the area where Blankenship lived across the street. They also matched blood scrapings and seminal fluid to Bowen.
When police confronted Blankenship two weeks after the killing, he told them that he broke into her apartment, threw her onto a bed and "got my pleasure or whatever you want to call it." He added that he didn't remember some details, saying, "I don't know why I did it. I was drunk. I know I had to be drunk."
Clearl, Sarah Mims Bowen surely suffered greatly and for more than three minutes!

A History Channel discussion on black holes last night finds me this morning with the question of the meaning of life. Whole galaxies disappearing in black holes, the question: Is the basic information that created the galaxy retained or does it disappear? I’d already thought out the answer. From nothing you get nothing. Is the whole universe eventually going to be swallowed in a black hole, leaving nothing? How did it get here? The idea that a black hole leaves nothing makes no sense.
Last night’s History Channel discussion did not get into consciousness. More lately, science has accepted consciousness as being here before any thing was here, which reminds me that Jesus said, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God.” Science now tells us that there is a supreme consciousness of the universe to which we are connected; that we should look within for our answers.
I give myself credit for being born with reason and logic, which is fundamental to the law. It is illogical to think it all begins and ends with the time-space universe, in the first place, because there could be only one beginning, one ending. I’m consciously aware, and limited to that which I think is believable. That fact makes me subjective. I’m not mentally “hive” oriented. Legal, being the form of law, can be La La Land, but the law demands substance.
The legal game being played at this time in Washington, D.C. is the idea that government has the duty to do what is best for all. It’s a construction of law that has no substance. This idea has been there ever since Roosevelt said government has the duty to keep the individual from starving. He said that during the Great Depression. The Great Depression ended with World War II, but the idea remains that we individuals cannot survive without government help. The help came first, then the idea from self-serving politicians. Napolitano certified her status as a Mexican mole during testimony before the U.S. Senate as reported, in part, at the reference:

Being poor is also un-American, anti-capitalism and should be a serious crime.
Being poor in America is a choice. A very bad one.
Most poverty can be attributed to sloth and ignorance, or addiction to drugs and alcohol; conditions that can be reversed by the individual. If said person is willing.
Poverty cannot be fixed by government run by progressives, who have thrown billions of dollars at the problem for decades.
Like most progressive “solutions” the solution has solved nothing and has only made the problem worse!
With progressives in charge, poor people become enslaved to government entitlements, and are stripped of esteem and ambition.
Again, being poor in America is inexcusable and should be declared criminal and unconstitutional.
Poor people living on the public dole are obstructing the constitutional right of Americans to pursue happiness because the government takes money from taxpaers to support the poor.
Which brings me to an astounding fact: The majority of Americans pay NO income taxes whatsoever.
Nada, zero, not one damn penny!
Sorry, moon bats, but ZERO is not a fair share for anyone living in America!
America’s deficit problem and the plight of the impoverished should be attacked by forcing the poor to swear off government entitlements and contribute! By working, succeeding, and prospering.
Of course, many poor have lived in entitlement hell for generations. Which makes their recovery difficult.
Government needs to motivate the poor to succeed, rather than rewarding their dependency with cash.

A federal appeals court in Cincinnati has upheld President Obama's health care overhaul. The ruling is the first by a federal appeals court on the overhaul. The three-judge 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel delivered a long opinion Wednesday with disagreement on some issues.
But it affirmed a Michigan federal judge's earlier ruling that Congress can require Americans to have minimum insurance coverage.
A conservative law center had challenged the provision. It said that it was unconstitutional and that Congress was overstepping its powers.

Now, leading Kadima Knesset Member and former IDF Chief of Staff Shaul Mofaz says conflict is the fate of a United Nations declaration recognizing the Palestinian Authority as a country.
In a speech at the Bedouin city of Hura in the northern Negev President Peres said that there is a de facto peace in Jerusalem, where “the entire prayers rise up together, and the government doesn’t intervene. People are living and working peacefully… but if they try to put it into writing, a world war will break out.”
The prospect of war being an inevitable result of diplomatic moves was underscored by Mofaz, who said that a United Nations declaration of the Palestinian Authority as an independent country based on its own unilateral definition of its borders also would cause a conflict.
“The possibility of a unilateral declaration – it could bring Palestinians out on to the streets for protests and, G-d forbid, it could lead to a conflict,” he told the French news agency AFP Monday.
“Given the great changes in the region, it is very difficult to predict what will happen. In this situation, an Israeli-Palestinian conflict could lead to a harsh reality.”
He is scheduled to lead a delegation of five Knesset committee members on a three-day visit to France and Germany and said that he will tell French officials “very clearly we are against the unilateral process at the U.N., and against support for this unilateral process.”
France has said, without commitment, it might vote in favor of a United Nations resolution on behalf of the Palestinian Authority if Israel and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas do not resume talks by September, a prospect that is all but hopeless.
Mofaz’s own diplomatic solution to the Arab-Israel maze is to immediately recognize the Palestinian Authority as a state with temporary borders, an idea that already has been put in writing in the Roadmap Agreement in the Bush administration and later rejected by Abbas.”
