In January, 2009 as Barack Obama was sworn in as US President, our National debt was $10.63 Trillion. Today, our National Debt is reaching $17 Trillion, an increase of some $6.3 Trillion in deficit spending in a period of less than 5 years.
According to the Treasury Department, when George W. Bush took office in 2001 the national debt was $5.73 trillion and when Bush left office in 2009, the national debt had increased to $10.63 trillion; an increase in deficit spending of $4.7 Trillion over his entire 2 Presidential terms of 8 years. During President George W. Bush’s 8 years as President, America suffered one of the most expensive storms ever during Hurricane Katrina.
Additionally, under President George W. Bush’s tenure, our USA was attacked on 9/11/01 by radical Islamic Muslims by flying 2 hijacked airplanes into New York’s ‘twin towers’ and an effort to fly another airplane elsewhere.
To protect Americans, President Obama and Capitol Hill legislators were forced to ‘finance’ our new Federal Government Department of Homeland Security Appropriations reaching out to all states, counties, and municipal governments with massive numbers of resources, equipment, and training for specialists in each and all of these branches of governments.
During these less than 5 years as President Obama, Capitol Hill Democrats continue to spend more of (y)our taxpayers’ money; most borrowed from the governments of Saudi Arabia and Communist China. These debts are being left to our children, their children, etc. Currently, every American citizen, young or old, owes $53,531 to our National debt. Every US taxpayer owes $148,133 to our National debt. At the same period of time, these same Democrat Party officials demand more and more of (y)our taxpayers’ earned income in higher taxes.
During these less than 5 years, our National debt has been ‘crammed down our throats’ some $6.3 Trillion deficit spending by President Obama, most Capitol Hill Democrats, and some ‘Republican In Name Only’ (RINO) Republicans.
The ‘problem’ is simple; excessive deficit spending is breaking our national economy, our individual freedoms, our families, and our Constitution. The ‘solution’; stop the spending to save our economy, our individual freedoms, our families, and our Constitution.
When will an American electorate make a wise decision that ‘healthy’ Americans, as individuals, have a responsibility of earning and spending on themselves and their families, rather than depending on a mishandled authority from a freebie and forsaking government?
When will Capitol Hill legislators and other leaders recognize that ‘out-of-control’ spending is destroying our economy, our national economy, our individual freedoms, our families, and our Constitution?
As Margaret Thatcher, the ‘Iron Lady’ once said, "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money."
Republican Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT), as well as other legislators and supporters who vote and aspire to ‘stop-the-spending’ to save America, our economy, our Constitution, and our families are ‘right on these issues’.
Democrats, Republicans, Independents, etc. who continue to vote and aspire the ‘out-of-control’ spending are destroying our economy, our Constitution, our individual freedoms, and our families, as all of these individuals are ‘wrong on these issues’. Wake up America!

Next February, we will celebrate the 5th anniversary of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). You know, President Obama's trillion-dollar spending spree that was sold to the American people as a means to save our economy from the brink of disaster and create American jobs.
As the former-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in 2010, when she and her left-wing minions were forcing the Affordable Care Act on the American people, “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of controversy.”
Quite the pathetic statement, however, it is eerily true for us American citizens, because we are either kept in the dark, lied to, or manipulated as to what our government is up to. And once any large piece of legislation is passed, time is what enables us to grasp its impact –– good or bad, corrupt or mismanaged –– and calculate the cost to us hard-working American taxpayers. History has already proven that our government has grown too large, too intrusive, and too expensive.

As if many of us didn't have that sentiment already, especially in the midst of a series of serious scandals that hit the White House this year. More so, when we learned that political appointees within the Obama administration, across several agencies, including the Energy Department, and recently the IRS, have been using secret or personal email accounts to conduct official government business. But secrecy is not the only thug tactic operating inside this administration: they have been known to intimidate inspector generals, as told by Gerald Walpin. "But I learned, through being fired by the Obama administration, that performing one’s responsibilities as one should, and potentially adversely affecting the administration’s image, is not the way to keep one’s job," Walpin wrote this past June.
This brings me to today's Green Corruption File, "The RAT in the Recovery and the Gang of Ten," which is the underbelly of this scandal. First is the deception: other than the overall "save the planet" manipulation, Americans were misled as to the real purpose of the stimulus package. Secondly, the Obama administration's "RAT maneuver" (and those behind it) leaves us with speculation (some will say proof) of premeditation and intention in regards to potential shenanigans with the stimulus funds. Last but not least, the "ten green stimulus authors" (yet there could be more) that I have uncovered and will expand upon in the third section of this post, were allowed to ensure that their "green" interests were represented in the stimulus bill, thus cashing in at the tune of tens of billions of tax dollars.
The RAT in the Recovery
What most don't know, not even the majority of Congress, is that there was a RAT hidden deep inside the 1,073-page stimulus bill, which was drafted by the Obama transition team and congressional aides.
Entitled the Obama-Biden Transition Project, it employed approximately 400 people and it was comprised of Obama bundlers and campaign contributors as well as lobbyist and those that operate inside Washington’s egregious revolving door. In the mix was a squadron of Center for American Progress (CAP) experts, the billionaire George Soros-funded liberal think tank. Within this transition group, we also find many that eventually operated inside this clean-energy scheme, of which I'll highlight later.
"From the first debates over the stimulus bill, the White House has promised unprecedented levels of transparency and accountability," noted U.S. News in 2009, even appointing Vice President Joe Biden as the nation’s stimulus spending cop, Stimulus Sheriff Joe, who ultimately went MIA.
Quite the contrary, and it all started when Team Obama starting planning their trillion-dollar spending spree, because “deep inside” the 2009 Recovery Act was a RAT, an attempt to suppress potential investigations, and only a few news outlets caught it in February of 2009: the Washington Post and the Washington Examiner.

As legislation was moving at rapid speed, and Congress continually failed to read the bills, the Obama administration had placed a “far-reaching and potentially dangerous provision." The creation of the RAT Board (Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board) was supposed to be “an oversight panel headed by a White House nominee.”
The controversial provision emerged in a January 2009 draft of the bill prepared by Obama's transition team officials and members of the House Appropriations Committee, of which at that time it was labeled by the White House as “critical to prevent waste and corruption.” This RAT board gave them the authority to ask, “That an inspector general conduct or refrain from conducting an audit or investigation.”
Did you get that? An Obama appointee could dictate what to investigate and what investigations they wanted to squash.
Subsequent concerns arose, with Senator Claire McCaskill (Democrat from Missouri), who was alarmed by the sentence that allowed "the panel to order an inspector general to stop an investigation." As reported by The Post in February 2009...
The irony here is that the RAT Board's stated goals are “to provide transparency of Recovery-related funds and “to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and mismanagement.” While I can't speak for the entire stimulus bill, I know that tucked inside was $100 billion that Team Obama carved out for their big clean-energy push (save the planet funds). Money that I have been following since 2010, which has not only led to plenty of fraud, waste, and mismanagement, but also abuse, cronyism, corruption, and failure.
Most critically is that this “RAT” maneuver only leaves speculation of premeditation and intention in regards to potential shenanigans (an understatement) with the stimulus funds, and the daunting question, what has the RAT Board done about the massive pile of clean-energy dirt?

This was a massive economic stimulus bill –– among the biggest in history –– that was sold to the American people as a means save our economy from the brink of disaster and create American jobs.
By the beginning of 2012, revelations revealed the real intent behind Obama's trillion-dollar spending spree ("walking around money"): it was “a key tool for advancing the Obama administration’s clean-energy goals and fulfilling a number of campaign commitments.” In fact, the 2009-Stimulus package was jammed-packed full of clean-energy provisions, of which about 10 percent of the monies were earmarked for renewable energy.
It's important to point out that the $100 billion in stimulus funds is not the only money being used to fuel the Obama administration's efforts to save the planet using other people's money. I'd say it's closer to $150 billion to date, and counting, because they continue to dish out more. In short, other departments handing out "green" include the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Biorefinery Assistance Program, and we even find that there is a "Green War" being waged: "the Department of Defense has launched more green energy initiatives than any other federal agency and many are duplicative and wasteful," as reported by the Washington Free Beacon.
Additionally, the president's new Climate Action Plan, announced in July of this year, calls for releasing "$8 billion in loan guarantees for advanced fossil fuel and efficiency projects, and strengthen the Better Building Challenge to increase building efficiency 20 percent by 2020." Meanwhile, the "Obama administration is ready to restart the controversial automotive loan program designed to kick-start the development of alternative vehicles." This is the Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacturing (ATVM) program that holds authority to award up to $25 billion in direct loans.

Senator Grassley (Republican from Iowa), also warned, "This is a dangerous provision that will hamper oversight, restrict transparency, and damage the independence of inspectors general."When Iowa Republican Sen. Charles Grassley, a longtime champion of inspectors general, read the words “conduct or refrain from conducting,” alarm bells went off. The language means that the board — whose chairman will be appointed by the president — can reach deep inside a federal agency and tell an inspector general to lay off some particularly sensitive subject. Or, conversely, it can tell the inspector general to go after a tempting political target. …”

The group representing federal inspectors general recommended that the entire disputed provision be deleted from the legislation, according to David R. Gray, counsel to Phyllis K. Fong, chair of the Council of Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency.
Senate negotiators changed the board composition. While the president would appoint the head of the panel, the rest of the members would be inspectors general.
House and Senate negotiators also added a line proposed by McCaskill saying that the final decision on whether to proceed is up to the inspector general. "The language sends a very clear message that the IG is in the driver's seat," she said.
As you can see, eventually lawmakers revised the original bill, and allowed “the watchdog agencies to reject the panel's decisions.” But only after they were BUSTED, leaving many wondering why another layer of bureaucracy? Worse, why would a panel be given that kind or power in the first place, power that was not entirely stripped away.
At that time, they named the former Interior Department Inspector General Earl Devaney, who helped uncover the Jack Abramoff scandal, as the head. Yep, we got a Stimulus Czar, and more taxpayer money going out the door: "The bill allotted about $350 million in oversight measures, including $84 million for the creation of an oversight board," as documented by U.S. News. Another means where huge corporations and Obama's "green" pals get taxpayer money is through the taxpayer-supported Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im), who "has a Congressional mandate to support renewable energy and has been directed that 10% of its authorizations should be dedicated to renewable energy and environmentally beneficial transactions."

Last fall, I chronicled how there were over 100 applicants for this section of the DOE's loan program, yet only the "FAVORED FIVE" were granted ATVM loans totaling $8.4 billion. Three of the five loans are directly tied to President Obama and the other two, both Ford Motor Co. and Nissan, were heavily engaged in negotiations with the administration over fuel economy standards for model years 2012- 2016 at the time DOE was considering their applications."
The ATVM is part of the Energy Department’s Loan Guarantee Program (DOE LGP) which has been a main focus throughout my work since April 2012. This is a program that consists of three separate entities: Section 1703, Section 1705, and Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM), and has thus far guaranteed $34.7 billion of taxpayer money. Both Section 1703 and the ATVM programs were established during the Bush administration, and Section 1705 was created by the 2009-Recovery Act.
This is the same Energy Department program which the Green Corruption Files has exposed over and over how at least 90 percent of the winners have meaningful politically connections (bundlers, top donors, fundraisers, etc) to the president and other high-ranking Democrats –– in many cases, to both. It also brought you big alternative energy losers such as Solyndra, Beacon Power, Abound Solar, Vehicle Production Group, SoloPower, Nevada Geothermal, and Fisker Automotive, flushing billions of tax dollars down the toilet. Yet there are billions more still at risk, and we're keeping an eye on these DOE projects: AREVA and its $2 billion, Georgia Power Company and its $8.33 billion, NRG Energy, Inc. (BrightSource) and its $1.6 billion, First Solar and its $3 billion, and others.
Still, the Energy Department's loan program is not the only place where we find taxpayer-funded clean-energy losers. At the end of 2012, I calculated that "as many as 50 Obama-backed green energy companies were bankrupt or troubled." In May I revisited this area, with my new numbers reflecting that 25 are bankrupt, and there are four about to go under. Then, if we keep those that were having issues the same (at 29), the latest taxpayer-funded clean-energy failure list is about 60 –– with almost half bankrupt. Stay tuned for a new investigative report on this topic in the near future.

Country men and women, With the exception of five or maybe six Senators it has become obvious that our representatives have something other than our country and its Constitution at heart. Their actions are clear evidence that they were not to be trusted when they placed their hands on the bible and swore an oath. The vast majority of them have promoted the destruction of our Constitution, Freedom and Liberty.
Most of those not promoting this treason stood by silent as the apostils did when Christ was crucified. It is now time we accept the full responsibility for the defense of the Constitution. You have the power to do this. The question is, "are you willing to sacrifice"? When Congress passes laws in defiance of the people it only becomes the last word if you allow it to. With regard to Obama Care, this is the most destructive legislation to our Rights and Freedom in history. There exist two ways to defeat it, the first is if enough people refuse to accept it and do not comply. Yes, this takes courage and the only way it will work is if you get the word out and have people sign an oath to resist and defy what is an un-Constitutional crime on the American people.
The only other way is to make the exhausting effort to get your state to refuse to implement it and make it unlawful in your state. Remember, it is you, if you are reading this yes you, that has to take that first step in what will be a difficult journey. Your other choice is surrender and servitude, no rights and the end of Freedom. Those who make the choice to live free and sacrifice will never have to hang their heads in shame, those who do not ...........
Making sacrifice does not include just posting on the internet, that is not sacrifice. You have to put your dollars in the hands of those trying to fight, yes until it hurts! All due respect to Ronald Regan, I must steal his comments on the Democrats to express my feelings on the Republicans.
I have been a Republican since I started voting in 1976. I worked locally on President Regan's campaign in Texas in 1980. Every election since, I have voted for a Republican President, mostly, as I have told my 2 eldest children who now can vote, not for the candidate, but against the other.
The events of the past few weeks, and the abandonment of any pretext of standing on values have brought me to the conclusion that I haven't been part of the solution, I have been part of the problem.
From this point forward I will only vote for conservative candidates, men and women that will stand for their beliefs in the face of the nay-sayers, the neo-Chamberlains, and the ad hominem attacks by the media. I will let the Republican house of cards collapse on itself, much as they currently want the ACA to do. In races where there is no conservative candidate running, I will regretfully abstain.
While I am sure that I will not always agree with the positions of these candidates, I will only vote for men and women that have the courage to state their beliefs regardless of whether I personally like it or not. I will chose the candidate that meets my belief structure as closely as possible and rely on their courage and moral structure to lead them to the right position.
I hope all conservatives will do the same.
Will this mean more Democrats will be elected? Probably, but pray-tell, what is the difference between the current Republican leadership and Harry Reed? My vision isn't good enough to distinguish between the two. Only supporting true, stalwart conservatives will undoubtedly destroy the Republican party but it will put more men and women into office that will stand up and say, THIS FAR AND NO MORE.

……. small protests turn into larger ones. Independents like bikers and truckers suddenly organize themselves loosely in protest and the media stomps all over it, attempts to steal or change the message, and the oligarchs in Washington DC plot and plan how to make any protest “hurt”.
Our “betters”, our “rulers” have overplayed their hand. The [ “y”] live lives of ease and seeming entitlement only because we the people have placed at great trust in their hands. They have clearly betrayed that trust and are in need or “correction” and “re-alignment” with the principles of the Constitution (which they currently ignore) and the Rule of Law which if applied correctly would see some of those “rulers” jailed and even hanged for treason.

For Obama & his lemming democratic leaders to CONSTANTLY refer to the Republicans as “hostage takers” is absurd! Let us look at it like this. Look at the congressional records. The Republican controlled house has PASSED every bill necessary to fund the government, short of ObamaCare. That is within the Congressional House’s Constitutional authority and guidelines.
Then you have Obama and Harry Reid that sit atop their ivory towers looking down upon the peasants saying, “I want a clear CR and nothing short of that”. As I heard this morning on one of the news shows, many years ago, we fought a war to throw out a royal monarchy. Obama cannot sit atop from on high and dictate what he wants and just get it. That is not how our country runs! That is not how it was founded! That is not what the Revolutionary War was fought for against King George.
Obama & Reid both need to come back to reality and realize that there is a give and take. That if the bills passed by the house, that sit atop Reid’s desk to go nowhere because Obama and Reid want this shutdown to hurt the American people, to blame Republicans, in particular Tea Party Republicans, to push us to default so Obama can think about the 14th Amendment article 2, is insane.

They have become so drunk and lustful for power that they are blind to the harm, pain & suffering they do to those around them to gain it. Worse yet, I do not believe that Obama cares about the pain and harm he is doing. If the rumors are two, that the barricades and cones were set up prior to the actual shutdown, which is even worse.
Obama puts on one face, or show for the public and in sound bites. Behind closed doors, we hear other things. We heard from other leaders around the world that have said Obama was short in temper. We hear from our own leaders that Obama just scolds and demands, while at other times he does talk and act as a politician. Being a politician, we the public will not see the distempered Obama, we will not see the outraged, steaming mad Obama others talk about behind closed doors. Obama does to much in secret for the most transparent presidency in history.
Now there is word that the EBT or SNAP program will not be funded. Despite people’s feelings or thoughts on this, think about it. Why do you think Obama would not fund this program? Look what happened to Wal-Mart when the EBT program had the glitch and unlimited funding. People stormed the store. Now, how will it be different when there is NO MONEY OR FUNDING ON THE CARDS AND PEOPLE CANNOT GET FOOD ITEMS? Do you think there will be food riots and looting? Do you think this will be Obama’s excuse for Martial Law?
Obama under the 14th Amendment is looking to be the most powerful president in history. At the same time, do away with Congress all together, because they will be useless to him. He will absorb their congressional power HIMSELF! He will no longer have to sidestep them, work around them, he can approve the debt limit himself, and so much more. After all, Obama has vowed how many times since this shutdown started that he WILL NOT LET THE COUNTRY DEFAULT? How can he make that steadfast statement unless he had something in mind already?
Obama is playing chess; Obama is forcing Republicans into this no negotiating scheme to force the near default so Obama can seize more power per the 14th Amendment. I hope everyone is ready for King Obama. With that, I hope everyone is ready for the rise of whatever happens with that. We all know that it will not stand with a great many in the country.
ARE YOU SCARED YET? I am! Scared of what we Americans will have to do to take our country back from a power drunk Kenyan. The thing is, how many has he found loyal to himself? How many has he found to totally disregard our Constitution and the meaning of what it says? I know when I swore my oath when enlisting in the Marine Corps, it was explained to me that I had the legal right to disregard an order given to me if I believed it to be illegal or immoral. Who knows if that is still being told or taught to our military. OUR MILITARY, not his military.
All we can do is sit back and wait, because we cannot trust the media to tell us the real truth of what is going on, they are Obama’s loyal lapdog telling only what Obama wants us to know, to blame who Obama wants blamed.
THE 14th AMENDMENT read it! the government IS prohibited from NOT PAYING NATIONAL DEBT. Under the LAW they MAY NOT DEFAULT. So where is the problem. Congress STOP LYING TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!

Repeal the 12th & 22nd Amendment- Ending the two party system and electoral college;
Repeal the 16th Amendment- taxing the individual;
Repeal 31 U.S.C. § 301- Disassemble the Treasury;
Amend the 1st Amendment- (include) Separating Corporations/ Business from State;
Amend the 26th Amendment- Voting Rights Shall Not be Abridged;
Amend Article I, Section 8- Requiring a Balanced Budget; and
Eliminate All Federal Assistance Programs.
Our current federal system/ political system has been infiltrated by corporate greed, fostered by the ability of corporations to profit from the government, and thereby create need for products with dollars the individual does not possess. There must be a complete separation from the corporate/ business entities and the individual must be freed from being forced to pay, through taxes, for products the individual does not need nor want.

So, this Washington Redskins and other sport team mascot thing got me thinking. If I was a minority (where I live, it is not a stretch), how would I feel that a sport team was using my race's likeness as the basis for their mascot? Answer, flattered. So, the skin color is the only issue. Would I be insulted if they used such derogatory terms as: Pale Face, Whitey, Honkey, or even Cracker? I can honestly say I wouldn't care.....at all.

Many Republican voters are ignorant of the past setups that we are now seeing! I went through them all! Did you know that a spouse of an American cannot come as a tourist? I saw 22 in one flight and from just one country sent home in one day. A deal with airlines? Sure! They keep their flight full and those that love and support honor and freedom are rejected! It is 2007, before the election of this anti-American Communist. I paid 1471 to get my wife here.. she was a terrorist because she supported honor and came legally! 22 on just that one flight, from one county, and in that one day were rejected because they love freedom! Where is our media in this? They are a bought bunch of crap and do not deserve the ability to send radio or TV communications. They, as we see by what they support, are a totally corrupt absolute against all of American freedoms and have no regrets out of ignorance!
Have any Tea Party ever saw what is in our schools now? It is from the radical Obama Muslim supporting administration! You can see this in ACT which is supporting honorable printing in our textbooks. States are being attacked with pro-Muslim textbooks!! It is true and communities need to check what is happening in their area! Our children have a right to all facts and freedoms and these do not support that honor or facts! Wake up, as these things under this fool are at our door.
