After listening to the inspiring words contained within this video I began to seriously ponder some of the issues that are facing us today. There was a time when there was honor and selflessness roaming the halls of our institutions of government. There was a time when the American people had spoken up, and voted in those who would do best for and by America.

My dear friends what has happened; how have we allowed the degradation of our freedoms, our liberties, and our conscience?

What have we done? When was it that we accepted the rule of those who would remove our freedoms for the pursuit of an agenda? When was it that we accepted the diminishing of America on the world stage? When was it that we, you and I, allow this thing called American exceptionalism to fade away into the darkness as if it were something not worth keeping in the light? When was it that the might of America became something less than the greatest beacon of justice, liberty, and freedom in the world? When did we place our own self-interest and our own desires above the need for liberty and freedom?

My good friends there was a time when American exceptionalism meant something. Brave men and women who suffered more, possibly, than you or I could ever imagine for freedom, did so without a guarantee of success. They knew that the legacy they left behind would be what their children and their children's children must endure. That legacy would not be one of slavery, oppression, or fear of government, but rather that legacy would be one of patriotism, love of freedom, states that were united, and the continued pursuit of happiness. From the beginning of this independent nation each generation has fought, bled, sacrificed, and died so that the next generation could remain free from oppression. The prayer that has left the lips of unnumbered soldiers; "dear God if there be trouble, let it be in my time, so that my children may know peace", is a prayer that echoes still. If you have ever stood and looked out across the Gardens of Stone or stood at the base of a black wall engraved with countless names or walked among the many monuments to freedom, then you have felt the sacrifice of countless families and men and women who have fought for liberty and freedom. And although President Reagan’s address was about Easter it was also about the continuing fight for freedom, not only freedom of religion but also freedom from oppression of any government that would steal the liberties of the citizens who grant that government power.

On this day we must send out a call to all Americans to remember the sacrifice that past generations have made so that future generations need not make those same sacrifices. On this day I call out to all Americans to remember that thing called American exceptionalism, and to know that it is not about being grandiose or thinking that we are better than others.  No, American exceptionalism is what has forged this country into the greatest nation that has ever graced God’s creation, and is a force which has an identity - it is you, it is all of us. You, the great Americans that are the backbone of this amazing country are what embody American exceptionalism - we simply need to bring it back into the light.

American exceptionalism, patriotism, liberty, freedom and all of the things that were envisioned by the founding fathers and all those who came before us - these ideas have but one enemy, oppression.

During this election season we must stand united, we must send a message to those who think that they can take away our freedoms and civil liberties. We must elect leaders who love America, who are patriots, who are freedom loving individuals, we must elect those who will not stand for tyranny nor stand for the removal of civil liberties. It is upon us to ensure that our future, and for those who will inherit that future, is a future that maintains freedom, maintains civil liberty, and maintains a pursuit of happiness, without the fear of government. We must bring back America to Americans, we must bring back power to the states that are united under the stars and stripes. It is time for the citizens of this country to vote for leaders who will maintain a constitutional mindset. I call for the citizenry of this nation to vote for those, from among us, who will move the power that the federal government has taken from the states and give it back to the states. I call upon the voting public to send a message saying that we will stand on the Constitution.

The next elections will be the most pivotal and important for this nation of ours in determining the course of America. We can continue down the path we’re going and allow those who think that they are our betters, who continue to usurp our freedoms and liberties, to maintain power, or gain more power. We can allow our elected officials, to whom we give the power, to keep a bloated federal government and an unsustainable debt. We can vote for those who would call American citizens “terrorists” while at the same time disarming Americans. We can continue to vote for those who would spend our future, tax us in the present, and dishonor the memory of the past. We can exercise our right to vote and vote for those who believe that they know better than you how to educate your children, who believe they know better than you how to raise your children, who believe they know better than you how to spend your money, believe they know better than you how you should get your healthcare, who believe they know better than you how you should live virtually every aspect of your life. We can remain complacent and uncaring and vote for those who would defile our freedoms and our privacies. We can vote for those who would weaken America’s military. My friends we can continue down the path we’re going and vote for those who are more concerned with self-aggrandizing and party affiliation than they are with the very constituents who put them in office.

Or…

We can vote for those who are patriots, those who would stand on and for the Constitution, those who would give the people and the states the power that they are entitled to constitutionally. We can vote in those who would shrink the federal government, lower taxes, strengthen our military, and bring America back to being what so many people have sacrificed to ensure she became.

It is inherent upon us to vote for those who would ensure that government of the people, by the people, for the people, indeed does not perish from the earth.

I do a radio show in Southwest Florida called Constitutionally Speaking. In February I interviewed Congressional Candidate Curt Clawson on the show regarding the constitutional duties and responsibilities of a member of Congress. There is a special election to replace Trey Radel who resigned following his arrest and guilty plea for cocaine possession.

The election is April 22.  I intended to rerun my interview with Clawson on this Saturday's show (April 19) bringing information to voters just a few days before the election.  My plan unexepectedly ran into FCC election rules and the show didn't air.  I instead did a show about the FCC issues with rerunning my show, and the chilling effect and subtle prior restraint of the regulations:  Constitutionally Speaking FCC & 1st Amendment w/Tony Renda  Tony Renda is the general manager of the station on which my show airs.  He and I discussed why my show with Clawson did not air.  

While the show centered on the FCC issue, I think the way the scenario played out, it is an example of a much larger issue:  a government so big and powerful that people prefer not to act rather than "maybe" offending the government.  

The show did address a real absurdity in the election rules. Potential FCC issues are triggered by the use of a candidate's voice or image.  That is, there were no issues if Clawson's voice was not heard during the programming.  However, the campaign has advertised on the show for about 8 weeks now, and of course the ads require "I'm Curt Clawson and I approved this message".  So his voice was not allowed during the programming, but mandated for the ads.  A kind of Alice in Wonderland scenario. BTW: A media poll released yesterday shows him with a 19 point lead, and I believe he will be an effective advocate for limited constitutional government in Congress.  You may want to listen to the show that I couldn't rerun on 4/19.  Constitutionally Speaking Duties of a House Member w/Curt Clawson This was his first interview as a congressional candidate on air anywhere and it's likely you will be hearing much more from him in the future.

The number of ways you can be shown as confirmation of the antithesis occurred in this nation would provide enough material for an encyclopedia of examples. While the facts remain, all of these actions are most easily identified as the diametric opposite of the philosophy, the ideals, and the principles of this nation’s design.

Where do we begin? What is the first identifier that would confirm this reality?

Is it that in this nation are populous, our (?citizens?) have no idea of what the foundations of this nation are? Could it be that we have reached some place in our history that too many of this nation only claim to being an American is some paper confirming their citizenship? While in reality, the reality is, they have no more idea of this nation than the rest of the world.

There is no more obvious example of just how far this strategy has advanced the statement of our current president on the Lyndon Johnston and the anti-American legislation of civil rights. Obama made these comments on LBJ's civil rights laws of the 1960’s. Stating, ‘are a foundation’ for the future, ‘we cannot be complacent.’ He urged younger Americans to recognize that civil rights is more than a law, that ‘our rights, our freedoms are not given, they must be won.’

In my life, I do not believe I have ever heard anyone make a statement that is complete antithesis of what this nation is. Why is it not obvious that this man is completely clueless of any knowledge of the wonder of this marvelous nation? How can anyone who has lived in this nation…even if gaining citizenship, not knowing this nation…ever conclude such a conclusion that is opposite of this nation's foundation?

Everything that explains the philosophy, the ideals, and the principles on which this nation is founded can be found in this little refrain of the Declaration of Independence. ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Who cannot identify that the statement, ‘our rights, our freedoms are not given, they must be won’ is not the direct antithesis of what our nation’s evaluation of rights, where they come from, and why—rights—are applied to all men as equal? Our rights are the only things we know of that are actually free—given by our creator—at our birth. It is not the duty, it is not the responsibility, and it is not even suggested that government…either has the design too, or the authorization of…creating rights—civil rights—as their duties or responsibilities. 

What could be more obvious? Is it not that civil rights, are the antithesis of endowed rights? Are not endowed rights, given to all men, thus preserving that all men are equal? Is it not also obvious that if the government—in advancing some inequality of condition, insuring men are not equal—by some ‘relativism—of fundamentally transforming’—is not the exact antithesis, the opposite of the philosophy of this nation? If not, what is there that is hiding this obvious reality from anyone’s reason?

Our current…Mea Maxima Culpa, the president, our greatest mistake…for the first time in his presidency said the first thing I’ve hear, which was fact and truth.

“Because of the civil rights movement, because of the laws President Johnson signed, new doors of opportunity and education swung open for everybody…’  “They swung open for you, and they swung open for me. And that’s why I’m standing here today — because of those efforts, because of that legacy”

There are no clearing or accurate words this absolute incompetent individual could possibly make that is fact. He never earned anything he ever was—because of civil right, being a foreign student, and most of all, because he was black—qualified to have…if he would have been treated ‘EQUAL’ and been as all other, forced to compete for whatever he applied ever advanced.  

I’ve not read the book, but there is only one quote of his rendering, ‘I dreamt I had a father,’ one must remember. ‘I chose the race of black, for the other held no advantage.’ By his own volition, he confirms, I did not, cannot, nor am able to be an American as all others. I can only be functional in this society, if and only if, the tragedy of civil rights, evaluating me—as I’m black—above others to compete.

It is the exact identification that all of this insanity of civil right advances. If you are an American, and if you can reason, and you do not see that the government advancing civil rights, is identical to the King, the lord of the manner, dictating the social structure of society—then you are incorrigible. So propagandized in false ideology it is your mantra—and you accept this false dogma without thought, reason, or logic.

There are few things ever passed in this nation—as legislation, resulting in laws—that are as anti-American in principle as any concepts ever conceived from the mind of man. The philosophy of this nation is so simple, that to apply the rubric of how it would be administered needed only approximately 3,500 words, in such…The Articles of Confederation…not only legislated every intrusion that nation federal government would have. It dealt with, and explained why little things such as courts, confirmation that national government is required to be, and will remain subservient to the control and political design and power, of the states, who will remain—with total sovereignty—independent. There are those who say this design this wonder, was insufficient to have the power federal government must have. If there ever was a greater lie, a falsehood, or a convoluted illusion proposed to the citizens of this nation—I challenge anyone to either show it, explain it, or justify it.

This nation has a problem in the knowledge of the citizens in accepting the false ideologies of others, while never stopping—considering—or even engaging their mental processing to contemplate the reality of the fallacy of our current political  oBOMBination.

The genesis of this man—simply he’s black. What nation in the literate history of mankind can even comprehend such a ridiculous reason, such insanity, to elect anyone as a government administrator? It is the most irrational, unreasonable, and incomprehensible decision ever of any society every known.

Why, there is a reason. Do you know why, can you explain why, do you know the reason why, this nation ever by the actions of those who made this decision, did so? Here is the saddest evaluation, my postulate…my simple objective conclusion…of those who voted for, and those who didn’t vote did so determining this result. My conclusion didn’t come easily, for the subterfuge of all the reason, the whys, have some validity—but nothing, nothing even suggested or explained can even come close to any rational reasoning of this absolute national tragedy.

Perhaps I’m retarded in my reasoning. For in my life, I look only at whatever I analyze from the simple reasoning of cause and effect. It is the same as everything as an example in the Bible, that record of the mistakes of man, that man is a sinner, and that man’s driver for everything he does, is driven by self-interest and self-interest alone. Man must have something in it for himself in order to do what he does. In the record of all there is; there is no example of anyone, any man—except for so few, they can be counted on the fingers of one hand—that did for others over their own interest. In the history of mankind, there is only one organization that came closest to this idealism as a political entity. Those who wrote our Declaration of Independence, who constructed the Articles of Confederation, in the whole history of man, created ideals, based on philosophy—principles—that are the conclusion of man’s dreams since the beginning records of recorded time.

As a society, we hear those who are in opposition make reference that those who voted for this absolute disgrace did so because of the ‘candy,’ the theft of stealing from others to ‘redistribute’ to them.

It has some feasibility. There is some logical reasoning, some insight, and some rational conception attitude that would make this possibility a consideration. There is one factor being ignored, and not considered, which destroys the whole fallacy of the presentation. For the reality is, as much as we’d like to think those identified in the Articles of Confederation…that had no protections of citizenship…identified as paupers, vagabonds, and fugitives, incidentally the exact voting constituency those who would destroy this nation cultivate…were not allowed to vote.    

This is the reality; this nation’s direction is based on one ideology and one ideology only. It is simple for it refutes everything that civilized society advances. It is the ideology of the nihilist, based on the antitheism of the design specific for this nation’s destruction. It has been so successful, that today we don’t even recognize those who elected…and the reasons they did…this absolute disgraceful interlude of this nation’s history.

For this reprobate was elected by—those white Americans who in some irrational incomprehensible decided that a proven incompetent, a proven communist, proven islamist, proven to reject and disregard every concept of this nation—electorate that had enough. They had enough of a political party that has lied, to them, rejected the foundations of this nation, refuted the enumerations of our society, advanced the inequality of legislation, and legal jurist prudence, ignoring the American foundations and values. A disgrace that can only be blamed on the Republican Party, not the institutionalized paupers, not the vagabonds, who are also the fugitives breaking our laws with illegal entry into this nation, not the illegals of criminal activity—advancing voter illegality—and promoting election fraud.    

The largest voting bloc in this nation is—white people who, though eligible, don’t vote—resulting in the reality, though we are not, nor ever were designed to be the worse form of government ever envisioned…damn-o-crazy…using the mistake of universal suffrage, another catastrophe, allow the rule of the ‘mob, of the minority,’ majority. Strangely, this is the exact scenario that allowed Lenin to declare his minority party the majority—though he had to prevent them, the majority, from voting—which was complete fabrication.

Proof of the postulate that it is antitheism electing the mistakes we are experiencing.

When this reprobate was brought upon the political scene, who was the candidate front-runner for those advocating the ‘progression’ away from American philosophical idealism? They advanced a woman, not a Golda Meir, not a Margaret Thatcher, but one who had a record of American nihilism without one example of ever providing, advocating, or advancing any American idealism. One who had matriculated under the tutelage of Saul Alinsky, advancing cultural communism of Antonio Gramsci—and who had said, ‘I can effect more change from inside government than outside.’ The mirrored retort of our current debacle, that using government to dictate society is acceptable! If there was the total diametric opposite of this nation, this concept is that.

She insulted the very foundations of this nation. She was the antithesis of every concept of the American idealism, American philosophy, and American principles existing from the day of our…nations…creation.

Yet when along came Barack, she was discarded like an old shoe. Did you ever stop and ask why? Why did this absolute reprobate of a—perhaps human being—rise like a shooting star in the adulation of those advancing their nihilism, their ‘fundamental—not transformation, but destruction’—of our form of government, and our nation’s philosophical principles?

Is it not the obvious hypothesis, he was actually a greater antithesis, the anti-everything American in one package. He represented the ultimate denigration of the culture, ethnicity, mores, morals, and definitely the religion of this nation! The perfect antithesis of those advancing disparage of this nation’s wonder, its idealism, and its exceptionalism!

The examples are numerous. The dementia of islam is the antithesis of the concept of religion, and the theology of Christianity. Communism is the antithesis of our form of governance based on individual liberty, and government protecting that liberty. Atheism is the antithesis of civilization, refuting the simple reality that man is more than animal. Slavery, totalitarian sovereignty of government over man, is the antithesis of a nation of liberty, preserving freedom.  

To go on can be continued by anyone who has the minimum of knowledge of this nation. We live in, and are blessed to have a nation of such wonder. We forget that the words left us by Thomas Jefferson are as true today as the day he spoke them, ‘eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.’ It is not those who would destroy this nation that allow us any relief; allow us exception; or excuse our actions from preventing the tragedy this nation is facing. The enemy, the real enemy is not our perceived enemies, our enemy is our own innocence, our own naivety, and of not identifying that antitheism is the tool of the enemy. It is our lack of realizing that reality, has allowed those who destroy this wonder, to bypass our vigilance…if it existed…advancing their agenda resulting in the—fundamentally transformation of this nation.

On or about April 10, 2014, I received the following letter from your office in response to my letter above:

Dear Mr. Martinez,

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the direction of our country. Hearing from you about the important issues facing our nation helps me better serve you in the U.S. Senate.

Please know that I share your frustrations with the current state of the democratic process, and have been working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle trying to find ways to move both this Congress and our country forward. I am committed to fighting for legislation that will help middle class New Mexicans, get our economy back on track, reduce the deficit, and advance our common interests.

We, as a nation, face many challenges, both economic and ideological. However, these challenges can only be met by putting the best interests of our nation ahead of partisan political gain. It is time for Congress to move forward to address the challenges ahead in a bipartisan and responsible manner.

Before I entered Congress in 1998, I had heard stories from my uncle and my father, both of whom served in Congress long before I did, about how Congress operated during their public service careers. They often spoke of the level of bipartisanship, camaraderie, and even friendship amongst members of both parties. I was inspired to serve by their stories. Unfortunately, during the time I have served in Washington, I have been greatly disappointed to see the state of political discourse, camaraderie, and bipartisanship do nothing but decline.

The Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission made this already damaging problem even worse. On January 21, 2010, in a 5-4 ruling, the Court overturned two of their prior rulings to allow governments to restrict corporations and unions from spending their general funds on election advertisements. As it stands now, corporations and unions will be able spend unlimited money to expressly urge a candidate’s election or defeat over a multitude of media outlets. This decision is a step backwards for the American people as it takes political power away from average Americans and puts it more in the hands of special interest groups.

To that end, on June 18, 2013, I introduced a Constitutional Amendment that would allow for real campaign finance reform that reduces the negative influence of money in politics. The Citizens United decision has led me to believe that a Constitutional Amendment is the best long-term solution to reforming our campaign finance system and would prevent the Court from overturning sensible legislation.

In addition to the Constitutional Amendment, I have supported interim legislative efforts to lessen the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling, including increased disclosure requirements on corporate campaign spending and other efforts to further limit the influence of foreign corporations in the democratic process.

Senator Udall, although I do appreciate your response to my letter that mostly had to do with the Citizens United decision, I am still extremely concerned about the direction that our country is headed, which I believe is further and further away from our “Constitutional Principles,” along with the corruption that seems to be prevalent amongst most members of Congress.  As a means of making my point I am taking the liberty of sharing the following recent articles and/or blogs and video because I believe that they meticulously lay out my concerns:

At this time, our U.S. Congress rates a nine percent approval rating. It means nine percent of the American public registers “brain-dead.”

Those 535 members over the past 40 years deformed our nation from the largest creditor country in the world to the largest debtor nation in the world. We enjoyed less than $1 trillion in national debt to our current $18 trillion debt. That same Congress forced our young men and women into four hopeless, futile and asinine wars that killed tens of thousands of them and sent millions home with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, drugs and alcoholism. Not to mention dismembered limbs.

That Congress danced to the Military Industrial Complex’s tune of contrived wars benefiting the bankers and corporations that outfitted and fed those young soldiers. Those executives made millions while our kids came home in coffins or missing arms and legs and their minds.

That same Congress turned our nation from a rich manufacturing country into a multi-trillion dollar deficit nation where we import everything we once manufactured, to today where we buy everything from China to make their citizens rich. So rich, in fact, that we owe them $1.4 trillion in trade deficits. Ironically, China now owns many U.S. corporations and buys land for its own beachhead here in America, not to mention Vancouver, BC, Canada where it displaced most of the Canadians in the past 30 years. Chinese now dominates the language in once-English speaking Vancouver, BC.

That bunch of hot shot Congressional Critters took our vibrant economy and turned it into 15 million unemployed and 48 million food stamp users. Those same reps allowed 20 million illegal alien migrants to come into our country and work for crooked employers like Chipotle’s, Marriot Hotels, Holiday Inns, McDonald’s, Hormel, Tyson Chicken, Swift, painting, landscape and construction firms at minimum wages. They and the presidents that headed this country refused to enforce our laws. That’s why you MUST press “1” for Spanish and “2” for English.

Today, we face enormous consequences from their actions. Yet, U.S. voters return 96 percent of incumbents—such as Harry Reid, Boxer, Feinstein, Hatch, McCain, Kyle, Schumer, Lindsey Graham, Levin, Udall, Bennet, Rangel, Jackson, DeGette and hundreds of other failed Congressional Critters.

So are they stupid or are they corrupt?

One reader named Brad said, “They are not necessarily stupid. It’s just that most of these psychopaths are bought. The wealthy buy their services and they get remuneration by jobs when they leave “service”, by getting to indulge in insider trading (again - was cut out, but quietly reinstated) etc.

“Just allowing insider trading makes EVERY decision with any economic consequence suspect, as they will have a vested personal income interest in helping corporations increase profits by any means. Thus the repeal of clean air and water regulations. They allow oil fracking to use 2 million gallons of water per well, pour over 530 toxic chemicals into the aquifer to poison and ruin it, and remain exempt from EPA oversight.

“Some may not be bought. Some not all the time. The sad fact is that enough ARE compromised that essentially the damages get done consistently.

“Most in office are so stupid (such as California’s Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who is also corrupt in the league with former Congressman Tom Delay of Texas) that they accept stupid, flawed societal paradigms like “what’s good for business is good for America” and we can see how well that’s working out.

“The parasitic wealthy class is stealing record profits in some of the worst working economy in history - why? Because they have the true entitlement society in which they get tax breaks, tax exemptions, no bid contracts, inflated government costs, subsidizations and most likely a ton of things we never hear about. Simply by allowing industry execs into the alphabet organizations like FDA, USDA, etc., allows them to regulate competition to a ridiculously low level, and to leverage their income, influence, and profits at everyone else’s expense.”

The greatest flaw facing all U.S. citizens remains “career politicians” that create a “good-old boy” network of cronyism and corruption.

If we citizens fail to press for a maximum of 12-year term limits, we face a downward spiral into poverty and failed government not seen since the 1930s. The majority of Congress remains corrupt. That’s why things in the USA don’t get better, but continue on the downward path.

WASHINGTON – In a move lawmakers and farmers are calling “the biggest land grab in the history of the world,” the Environmental Protection Agency is requesting jurisdiction over all public and private streams in the United States that are “intermittent, seasonal and rain-dependent.”

The EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in late March jointly released a proposed rule, Waters of the United States, in an effort to clarify which streams and wetlands are protected under the Clean Water Act.

A statement issued by the EPA says “the proposed rule will benefit businesses by increasing efficiency in determining coverage of the Clean Water Act.”

But some lawmakers strongly disagree.

According to congressional budget testimony last week, Waters of the United States would give the EPA authority over streams on private property even when the water beds have been dry, in some cases for hundreds of years.

Calling it “the biggest land grab in the history of the world,” House Appropriations Committee Chairman Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Ky., said the “economic impact of that would be profound.”

“A community needing to build on private land that had on it one of these so-called streams that you considered a waterway under the new rule would have to travel thousands, hundreds of miles to D.C., to get approval,” Rogers said.

The congressman argued it “would absolutely freeze economic activity in this country.”

Rogers said the proposal is “proof in and of itself of the mal-intent of this administration toward the private sector.”

Civil liberties

When Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, probed EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy further about how the new Waters of the United States rule would affect Americans’ civil liberties and ability to conduct business, McCarthy was unable to cite specifics.

She said the rule is currently posted on the EPA website for a 90-day commenting period and the scientific basis to support it has not been completed.

The proposed rule tinkers with the definition of “navigable” waters, which was the central point of litigation in a battle between the Supreme Court and the EPA regarding the Clean Water Act.

“We are clarifying protection for the upstream waters that are absolutely vital to downstream communities,” McCarthy said.

“Clean water is essential to every single American, from families who rely on safe places to swim and healthy fish to eat, to farmers who need abundant and reliable sources of water to grow their crops, to hunters and fishermen who depend on healthy waters for recreation and their work, and to businesses that need a steady supply of water for operations.”

Jo-Ellen Darcy, assistant secretary of the Army for civil works, argued the nation’s waters and wetlands “are valuable resources that must be protected today and for future generations.”

“Today’s rulemaking will better protect our aquatic resources, by strengthening the consistency, predictability, and transparency of our jurisdictional determinations,” she said. “The rule’s clarifications will result in a better public service nationwide.”

McCarthy went on to explain that the EPA is working closely with the USDA to further regulate 56 farm practices that are considered exempt under the Clean Water Act.

“We not only took the exemptions, but we developed this interpretive rule that identified 56 farm practices, working with USDA, so that if these farm practices are what you’re doing, you didn’t need to ask a single question about whether they’re exempt,” McCarthy said.

‘Not so friendly’

But lawmakers and farmers express concern that this kind of regulation would allow the EPA in conjunction with the Bureau of Land Management, the Department of Energy and the Army to dictate on a never-before-seen scale everything from grazing rights, food production, animal health and the use of energy on private lands.

“We’re hearing from farm groups throughout the United States about uncertainties regarding agricultural exemptions,” Murkowski said. “They say it’s not so farm-friendly as the statements that have been made by your administration.”

When lawmakers questioned McCarthy on the extent of the regulation’s reach, including who would be fined if the rules are violated and where the money would go, McCarthy could not give a clear answer.

She said only that the scientific study on which the proposed rule is based is still under way.

The federal government’s over-the-top police action against the Bundy family ranch is an ominous portent of more to come, as rogue agencies and their corporate/NGO partners attempt to “cleanse” the West of ranchers, farmers, miners, loggers, and other determined property owners.

On Saturday, April 12, the federal bureaucrats backed down. Faced with hundreds of men and women on horseback and on foot who were armed with firearms and video cameras — as well as local television broadcast stations and independent media streaming live video and radio feeds across America — the Obama administration called off the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) operation to confiscate hundreds of cattle belonging to Cliven Bundy, the current patriarch of a respected pioneer family that has been ranching in Nevada’s Clark County since the 1800s.

Supporters from all across the United States had converged on the Bunkerville, Nevada, area in support of Bundy, who is the “last rancher standing” in Clark County, due to a decades-long campaign by federal agencies and allied enviro-activists to drive all ranchers off of the range. After a tense standoff, orders came down from above for the surrounded and outnumbered federal agents to “stand down” and turn loose the Bundy cattle that had been corralled.

On Saturday, before the resolution of the standoff, The New American talked to Richard Mack, the former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, and founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), as he headed from a meeting of public officials to a press conference at the Bundy Ranch. He was very grave and worried at the time that the situation could spin out of control, and that federal agents might open fire on citizens. He also expressed his exasperation at Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval and Clark County Sheriff Douglass Gillespie. “If Governor Sandoval and Sheriff Gillespie were doing the jobs they were elected to do, they would have stopped this from getting to a dangerous point,” Sheriff Mack said. “There are lots of things they could have done to defuse this situation, including telling the Feds to ‘stand down,’ and to assert their own jurisdiction and force the federal authorities to obey the law, including the Constitution and the laws of the state of Nevada,” he noted. “I have a very bad feeling about this,” he continued, adding that he hoped the tensions would be deescalated and a peaceful outcome negotiated.

Fortunately, most likely due to the national attention that the Bundy situation was receiving, federal officials backed off, the demonstrators and supporters remained peaceful, and a violent confrontation was averted. However, that does not end the affair. Members of the Bundy family and supporters, such as Sheriff Mack, expressed concerns that the evacuation of the federal police force might be a feint, and that there may be plans for them to return the following day, or as soon as the supporters and television crews had departed.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, whose personal financial stake in the Bundy eviction has been calle..., let it be known that he wants to see the matter pursued.

“Well, it’s not over,” Reid told NBC’s Nevada affiliate KRNV on Monday, April 14. “We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

Senator Reid, Nevada’s senior senator, is very incensed when the American people, i.e., ordinary citizens, “violate the law” — as he puts it — but he says nothing about the more serious violations of the laws and the Constitution by public officials, such as himself or the BLM officials.

This is the same federal BLM that Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the Federal District Court of Nevada... had been engaged in a decades-long criminal “conspiracy” against the Wayne Hage family, fellow ranchers and friends of the Bundys. Among other things, Judge Jones accused the federal bureaucrats of racketeering under the federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations) statute, and accused them as well of extortion, mail fraud, and fraud, in an effort “to kill the business of Mr. Hage.” In fact, the government’s actions were so malicious, said the judge, as to “shock the conscience of the Court.” Judge Jones granted an injunction against the agencies and referred area BLM and Forest Service managers to the Justice Department for prosecution.

Has Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuted any federal officials for criminal activity and violation of the Hage family’s constitutionally protected rights? No. Has Sen. Harry Reid denounced this lawlessness and criminal activity by government officials and call upon President Obama and Attorney General Holder to protect the citizens of his state from the depredations of federal officials under their command? No.

Huge Federal Footprint: And a Boot on Every Neck

With attitudes such as those expressed above by Sen. Harry Reid, it is almost a certainty that the recently defused Bundy Ranch standoff will be replayed again — and in the not-too-distant future. And the outcome could be much less amicable for all concerned.

And this is but one of many incidents that can be expected, because the Bundy family are not the only victims in the federal crosshairs. The BLM, U.S. Forest Service (USFS), National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and other federal agencies own and/or control hundreds of millions of acres of the 12 western states. The federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is not as large a landlord as some of these bigger agencies, but it exercises enormous regulatory clout over both private and public lands, air, and water. And while the EPA’s draconian, arbitrary, and costly regulations affect the entire country, they fall especially hard on the states in the West, where the federal impact is already massive due to the outsized footprint of the federal agencies.

As the accompanying map graphically demonstrates, there is a striking difference between the federal government’s claim to physical real estate in the states of East and the Midwest versus those of the West. In Maine, for instance, federal agencies occupy only 1.1 percent of the state’s land area; in New York it’s a mere 0.8 percent. The federal government claims only 1.8 percent of Indiana, 1.6 percent of Alabama, and 1.7 percent of Ohio. But in the Western states, the federal footprint covers from nearly one-third to over four-fifths of the area of the states.

Here are the ugly facts of the federal government’s ownership of the lands in the Western states:

Nevada: 84.5 percent


Alaska: 69.1 percent


Utah: 57.4 percent


Oregon: 53.1 percent

Idaho: 50.2 percent


Arizona: 48.1 percent


California: 45.3 percent

Wyoming: 42.4 percent

New Mexico: 41.8 percent


Colorado: 36.6 percent


Washington: 30.3 percent


Montana: 29.9 percent

These and many more relevant statistics can be found in Federal Real Property Report for Fiscal Year 2012 (the latest available) from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). For instance, in addition to its enormous real estate portfolio, the U.S. Department of Interior (home to BLM, NPS, USFWS) boasts 43,554 buildings covering more than 107.1 million square feet. These agencies, together with the Forest Service, exercise an enormous — and harmful — impact on the economies, livelihoods, and politics of the Western states. And, contrary to the claims of the federal advocates, federal policies are also taking a devastating toll on the environment of the West, most especially as manifested in the destruction of millions of acres of national forests through mismanagement, which has led to immense insect infestations and super-nova wildfires.

Yet, President Obama is following the example of his predecessors and unconstitutionally taking millions more acres in the Western states, under the pretext of protecting “endangered species.” (See: “Specious Endangerment: Obama Awards Spotted Owls 9.6 Million Acres” and “Obama Using ‘Endangered’ Species to Kill Economy, Push Extreme Agenda.”)

Because this has been the “normal” status of things for generations, the enormity and significance of this picture often passes unnoticed and unconsidered by most Americans. But in our current economic crisis, and with mounting friction caused by imperial edicts emanating from federal agencies, many citizens and state and local governments are being forced to reevaluate our unbalanced federal relationship.

Our Founding Fathers did not intend for new territories that would be admitted to statehood in the future to be unfairly shackled by the central government; they would not have countenanced that the people of Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Alaska, for instance, would be groveling under the thumbs of politicians from New York, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. As Joe Wolverton noted in a recent article for The New American, they intended for future states to be admitted into the Union on a “equal footing” with the existing states. They most certainly did not intend for politicians of the Eastern states and federal bureaucrats to enjoy a stranglehold on the lifeblood of the people of the Western states.

And as those politicians and bureaucrats continue to tighten their chokehold on the people who own and work the land, there will inevitably be conflict. Even peaceful, law-abiding people will not stand idly by while their own life’s work and that of their forebears is being taken by lawless officials. The solution is for the American public to put pressure on all their elected officials — state, local, and federal — to stop strangling our fellow citizens. Ultimately, that means decentralizing, and dramatically downsizing (and then abolishing) many of these agencies and returning the land to the states and the people. The people of the Western states must be allowed to determine their own futures, to enjoy the blessings of liberty, just as Americans in all the other states have experienced.

I find it very interesting that since the Tea Party has scheduled May 16 th gathering in DC to start getting our country back, our famious traveling fraud in the WH will be in Asia. Is this to avoid what is coming or is he running scared.

 On the other hand, could it be the mental atrophy, seemingly unabated, continuing on this same path?

Is there any proof needed to confirm that our atrophy—this absolute illogical irrational reasoning—of our society and the individuals…the citizens of this nation…that we may have lost even the ability to reason—especially in the arena of politics, press, and the bureaucracy then yesterday’s offerings? 

There of course are the headlines, of those who have no mores, standards of civilized action do things that sensible rational people,—fortunately…I still somehow still have hope for… the majority of our population—would never ever consider. The reason, obvious, we are a Christian Nation with the philosophical foundations of this Christianity, the sanctity of ‘Life.’ How we in this nation use ‘civil rights’ to advance killing of the unborn, the most innocent is still something that with mental cognitiveness is beyond comprehension.

Do crazy people do crazy things? If we reject that premise, we refute the simple reality we are as someone identified us, Homo sapiens, thinking man.

Nationally the message that was dismissed ignored, and if one wasn’t scanning the information of idiotic mantra of dogmatic minutia, we accept as news, it may have not been even noticed. 

New figures by the Congressional Budget Office released on Monday reveal that over the next 10 years the U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio will double to 78%.

Over the last four decades, America's average debt-to-GDP ratio was 39%. At the end of 2007, federal debt was just 35% of GDP. The CBO report says gross federal debt will soar from $17.7 trillion to $27 trillion over the next ten years. 

As ominous as this headline seems, it is a lie, and it does not even begin to explain the real danger this nation is facing.

As if not to be outdone, those of the—I’m not sure what to call them anymore?  We identify them as Republicans…but if your policies are designed for the republics destruction, not its preservation…plan to advance more communist designs in our nation, and the debauchery of the ‘solid’ currency of our nation, what about the party has proven they are for the Republic?  

Reading the headlines, and then reading this travesty of a budget, the name gave me a headache, ‘The Path to Prosperity—A Responsible Balanced budget.’     

Here is the horrible fact. They are both lies, premeditated, that perpetuates and feed on the ignorance of this nation’s citizens.

If one takes all of the presentation of both of these reports, combines them elevates them to some exponential power of (n^th) to the highest possible, and compares them to ‘cow flatulence,’ the flatulence for value would be much greater.

Have you put gas in your automobile in the last (5) years? Gone to the grocery store, buying food, and been cognitive of the ‘PRICE?’ Bought anything, even that imported from the supplier of most manufactured goods in this nation…China…and noticed what is happening to the price? Are our citizens, our population so beyond even comprehension of the reality of what reality is; we have no idea? Here is something that every American should know, and memorize right along the Pledge to the Nation of our allegiance. Lenin is said to have declared that the best way to destroy the capitalist system was to debauch the currency. Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million can diagnose—John Maynard Keynes, 'The Economic Consequences of the Peace!' 

What that says, for those who don’t put the destruction of the ‘value’ of the ‘purchasing power’ of the ‘wealth’ you earn, is that the inflation you are experinceing is the—not only direct, but the premeditated—plan of the politicans that are in control of this nation. Gas is not of greater costs because gas is more expensive. It is more expensive because the value—the purchasing power—of the American…not dollar…but congressional monopoly money, is falling faster than a decending meteor in our atmosphere.

It is the same thing with these, both of these reports, is that they are written as if the dollar has some constant value. Our dollar has about the same value as the stability of the sand facing the ravages of hurricanes on our ocean shores.        

In the ‘enumerations’ of the constitution of this nation, in section 8, line 5; To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

Who in their right mind would believe the intent, the principle of our founders was to have the government, debauch, and destroy the value of the very instrument of our economic activity? If so then you are one of the lucky few that can hold a conversation with our politicians, the Federal Reserve, and the bureaucracy of this nation; for they are the only ones that clueless.  

To begin with understanding the monetary policy, we don’t need much knowledge. When this nation began, to insure that the ‘VALUE’ of the currency was retained—this nation used the Spanish pieces of eight. Why you may ask? I was simple really, the silver—as the base medal—of the coin, had the value of what the coin was worth—either as a coin, or the base medal. This is the foundation of currency. This is why the Constitution states regulate the value—the meaning, the principle, that is throughout our nation’s historical foundations—to preserve, maintain, retain, and keep the value of the currency. There was never a design to destroy, to debauch, and to devalue the value of the currency. Devaluing the currency is the same as ‘THEFT.’ To do so premeditatedly, is worse than just theft, it can only be identified as absolute soulless lack of any ethnical behavior of anyone. Yet, today this very action is the foundations of every action of our government, the administration, the congress, and the bureaucracy supporting their actions.

Historically the Spanish (8) was rejected as our currency when the Spanish, lowering the silver amount in their coin—incidentally this is the exact template and procedure of this nation—where it did not have ‘VALUE’ equal to the face amount…that the currency represented in currency transactions. This is the simple means of ‘debauching’ the value of the currency. To preserve the value of currency, by its property of existing value, wealth is a concept—this simple fact—is known called Say’s Law. This law states simply that ‘goods and services’ should buy ‘goods and services.’ The currency, the medium of exchange is just that—nothing but a medium of liquidity, a means—accomplishes the ‘contract’ of enterprise, the buying and selling. In the world of real solid currency, and stable value, this is and the only purpose of currency.

I know not the word that would be used to identify what a dollar is worth in the future, if one used it in any means to ‘forecast, or budget’ anything in the future. We amortize money, for value in the future, based on some rate of return. We earn, or it makes a return for its very existence for others to use that wealth—pay interest—and this results over time the wealth—the value we initially had…has some value in the future.

Now for the government to make such a projection, the inverse must be included in the budget proposal. To make it in terms that is easier to imagine here is an example. When I quit smoking, I earned about $10 hour. A carton of cigarettes cost $2.32, two dollars and thirty-two cents a carton. In a vending machine, a pack of cigarettes was 25¢. The wealth—the currency value of my money, my currency—measured in cigarettes was for each hour of labor, I could purchase 40 packs of smokes. For a quarter a pack, for a dollar 4 packs, for 10 dollars 40 packs. Today a pack of smokes, in the state where I lived and was a heavy smoker, the cost for a pack of cigarettes is ≈ $6. Now for me to have the same wealth of purchasing power, per hour of labor, using cigarettes as the baseline of wealth, what would my wage per hour be? To remain constant is easy. It would be—40 packs, what I could buy at 25¢/pack, times (the current cost) of $6 pack times the number of packs an hour of labor would purchase. The wage requirement would be $240 dollars an hour, just to maintain the purchasing power of when I quit smoking. Though I’ve charged more than that for an hour of my service, I’ll ensure you, I did not get that amount as my payment for services.

It is the same in every measurement—in each commodity—in each service, of our society. The difference of separation between those who make more, and increase their wealth, is not that they are paid more. The difference is that the service they provide, such as the most skilled and least available—an example a skilled surgeon—have been able to retain their purchasing power of their labor, not that it cost more, but because they are retaining this—PURCHASING POWER—of their service costs. Those who have less demand, cannot raise their ‘cost’ as there is competition, and others who will provide the service at a ‘RATE, a PRICE’ that purchasers will pay.

The result, the less skilled, the less in control of the economic environment they participate in, are the first victims of the ‘government’ ‘debauchery’ of the ‘VALUE’ of our ‘currency’ and ‘monetary’ policy.

That is the past record of the wonders of our nation’s government—for who are the only people who can change the ‘VALUE’ of our currency—is our wondrous government, and the most incompetent financial institute known in the literacy of man, the Federal Reserve, a travesty beyond measure.

What are the current conditions of our wondrous incompetent legislative bodies, the congress, the bureaucracy, and most certainly beyond any doubt the tragedy without comparison, the oBOMBo administration?

You can look up any consumer index of value in comparison to the American dollar since this error of this nation. You will inform yourself that the purchasing power, since the emasculation of this Mea Maxima Culpa, America’s greatest mistake, is ½ or 50% of what it was when he took office. What the Congressional Budget Bureau’s report is explaining—that the next 5 years this rate of debauchery, the loss of the dollars, purchasing power ‘wealth’ will accelerate, and be even more.

So let’s use just this simple reference as our ‘constant’ of losing buying power.

In a ten year budget what would that mean? Here is the question, not asked, not considered, or even thought about.

If the dollar—today’s dollar—is devalued at this rate, over a five year period—what does that mean to our calculations?

First of all, any savings proposed by reductions in whatever magic is being proposed are false, and a fallacy. Fact is, in 5 years the amount of saving proposed will be only ½ of what the projection states. Why is, of should be hopefully by now, that the dollar value is less by this 50%, so any saving expected will also be less—by the same 50%.

As if that isn’t bad enough, there is another problem. We are looking over what seems like eternity when evaluating the incompetency of our government. We are also adding another 5 years upon the first 5 years. We know, the minimum loss of wealth, by the record of our comparison currently of debauchery, is for every 5 years the value of wealth of the dollar is being cut in half. The result, that 50% reduction of the current dollar down to ½ of its value, will reduce that amount by another 50% over the next five years. So we will not be receiving any reduction of savings dollar for today dollar in 10 years, we will receive only 25¢ for every dollar currently budgeted. So whatever illusion, or hallucination that this budget of magical imagination states will occur, is 4 times higher than fact, even at this limited devaluation—we are told will accelerate.

If this was the only part of the problem perhaps it would be allowable to forgive such a misrepresentation of reality. Unfortunately, this is just the tip of the iceberg.    

For those who have never done budgeting, this is a down and dirty quick scenario. You are attempting to ‘project’ into the future, based on what has happened, or is currently happening. It’s that simple. A comparative of what you know your income steam was, and the expenses you have and will continue to have. In the government budgeting this is the comparative, they are in some illusion attempting. The things we can—cut back on—decrease expenses—and compare them to—the expenses, what we will have to pay in the future. If costs are reduced, and the expenses stay the same…this will lead to a reduction in the fiscal position of the organization, the company, or even the government.

This is impossible because of what we’ve just identified with the problem in savings. The saving we thing we will realize, can’t happen because the wealth—the value—of the dollar is shrinking. So even if in dollars you can make it look like a reduction—it is not. For the value, the wealth of each and every dollar is falling, making the whole process a fallacy.

The savings are only the small part. For those expenses you—budgeted—for whatever amount proposed, were also made projecting the ‘value, the wealth’ of the dollar was to remain constant. If there is one thing we know about the dollar, since 1810—that is about as likely as Christ’s resurrection occurring tomorrow.

For you see, all of those cost of tomorrow in this budget projection are also a lie. For the dollar of payment tomorrow, will reflect the value of the dollar tomorrow. It is the reason since this communist design of fiscal policy has been advanced, the cost of energy, has doubled. The cost of attempting to secure—and preserve wealth…with gold—has doubled. Every commodity that is able to preserve value has doubled. The proof, it had to, for if the value of wealth of the currency, the dollar is half—is it not logical, reasonable, and factual that the cost of those commodities would be twice—to maintain the value of the commodity?

So we know, that the dollar’s value is shrinking by 50%, at the current rate, every 5 years. So if we budget for tomorrow, we cannot use the dollars of today, we must use the ‘VALUE’ of that dollar at the time span. In five years, for every expense budgeted for, will require twice the amount of dollars budgeted for. If we extend it to ten year, we will double that again. So for every dollar of expense budgeted out ten years, based on the dollar today, will require not a dollar, but 4 dollars for each dollar currently of recognized expense.

Remember, we are making a comparative between savings, and expenses, to reduce the deficit. If we have underestimated—or fallacy budgeted—our reductions, hypothesized by a factor of 4, meaning we are only going to get ¼ the amount of reductions we are saying we will. While we have underestimated our spending requirements by this same factor of 4, meaning we will need 4 times the dollars we thought we would, or we projected we would. The results are, the proposed illusion of savings is such a fallacy it is impossible to even consider. The gap, the differential between expenses and reductions is reduced not by a percentage, nor is it reduced by a factor. If the proposal suggests we will have a $100 reduction, in reality, the budget is probably a deficit 8 time larger than any reduction initially ‘proposed.’    

Our history has only one example of reducing the size of government and beginning to achieve fiscal responsibility. It was done with one action, and action alone, nothing else. It occurred with Warren Harding. He and he alone reduced the deficit, the only time in this nation’s history ever it occurred. His tool, shrink the size of government. This is the same format that all businesses use when market share shrinks, resulting that they have deficit fiscal positions. There is no other know way possible for it to happen, now or nevermore. This fallacy of increasing government employment, government spending in the economy, government intrusion into the ‘crony’ capitalism of insanity—can and can only—result in not the reduction of the problem, but by these same actions it acerbates and accelerates the reason in the first place the problem exists.

Ever government employee, puts 2½ other people out of work. Every dollar spent by government, steals $2.50 from the wealth of the people in this nation. Every dollar borrowed by the government, is paid for immediately by the reduction in the ‘wealth’ of the dollars of the citizens of this nation.

Economic illiteracy, in the citizens, is horrible enough. That our government agencies, our bureaucracy, our congress, the bureau of budget, and the administration are also economic—not only illiterate—but ignorant, is a tragedy that we must be corrected, if we are to save this nation.

Looking back through the past 4 years, many "When’s" pop up. Read them all to better understand where we are going as a country.

WHEN - he refused to disclose who donated money to his election campaign, as other candidates had done, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he received endorsements from people like Louis Farrakhan, Muramar Kaddafi and Hugo Chavez, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -it was pointed out that he was a total newcomer and had absolutely no experience at anything except community organizing, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he chose friends and acquaintances such as Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn who were revolutionary radicals, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -his voting record in the Illinois Senate and in the U.S. Senate came into question, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he refused to wear a flag lapel pin and did so only after a public outcry, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -people started treating him as a Messiah and children in schools were taught to sing his praises, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he stood with his hands over his groin area for the playing of the National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he surrounded himself in the White House with advisors who were pro-gun control, pro-abortion, pro-homosexual marriage and wanting to curtail freedom of speech to silence the opposition, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he said he favors sex education in kindergarten, including homosexual indoctrination, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -his personal background was either scrubbed or hidden and nothing could be found about him, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -the place of his birth was called into question, and he refused to produce a birth certificate, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he had an association in Chicago with Tony Rezko- a man of questionable character and who is now in prison and had helped Obama to a sweet deal on the purchase of his home - people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -it became known that George Soros, a multi-billionaire Marxist, spent a ton of money to get him elected, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he started appointing White House Czars that were radicals, revolutionaries, and even avowed Marxist /Communists, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he stood before the Nation and told us that his intentions were to "fundamentally transform this Nation" into something else, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - it became known that he had trained ACORN workers in Chicago and served as an attorney for ACORN, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed cabinet members and several advisers who were tax cheats and socialists, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed a Science Czar, John Holdren, who believes in forced abortions, mass sterilizations and seizing babies from teen mothers, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed Cass Sunstein as Regulatory Czar who believes in "Explicit Consent," harvesting human organs without family consent and allowing animals to be represented in court, while banning all hunting, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed Kevin Jennings, a homosexual and organizer of a group called Gay, Lesbian, Straight, Education Network as Safe School Czar and it became known that he had a history of bad advice to teenagers, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed Mark Lloyd as Diversity Czar who believes in curtailing free speech, taking from one and giving to another to spread the wealth, who supports Hugo Chavez, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -Valerie Jarrett, an avowed Socialist, was selected as Obama's Senior White House Advisor, people said it didn’t matter.

WHEN -Anita Dunn, White House Communications Director, said Mao Tse Tung was her favorite philosopher and the person she turned to most for inspiration, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed Carol Browner, a well-known socialist as Global Warming Czar working on Cap and Trade as the nation's largest tax, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he appointed Van Jones, an ex-con and avowed Communist as Green Energy Czar, who since had to resign when this was made known, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN- Tom Daschle, Obama's pick for Health and Human Services Secretary could not be confirmed because he was a tax cheat, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - as President of the United States, he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he traveled around the world criticizing America and never once talking of her greatness, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - his actions concerning the Middle East seemed to support the Palestinians over Israel, our longtime ally, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he took American tax dollars to resettle thousands of Palestinians from Gaza to the United States, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he upset the Europeans by removing plans for missile defense system against the Russians, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he played politics in Afghanistan by not sending troops early-on when the Field Commanders said they were necessary to win, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he started spending us into a debt that was so big we could not pay it off, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he took a huge spending bill under the guise of stimulus and used it to pay off organizations, unions, and individuals that got him elected, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he took over insurance companies, car companies, banks, etc., people said it didn't matter.

WHEN - he took away student loans from the banks and put it through the government, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he designed plans to take over the health care system and put it under government control, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he claimed he was a Christian during the election and tapes were later made public that showed Obama speaking to a Muslim group and 'stating' that he was raised a Muslim, was educated as a Muslim, and is still a Muslim, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN -he set into motion a plan to take over the control of all energy in the United States through Cap and Trade, people said it didn't matter.

WHEN-he finally completed his transformation of America into a Socialist State, people woke up--- but it was too late. Add these up one by one and you get a score that points to the fact that Barrack Hussein Obama is determined to turn America into a Marxist-Socialist society. All of the items in the preceding paragraphs have been put into place. All can be documented very easily. Before you disavow this do an Internet search. The last paragraph alone is not yet cast in stone. You and I will write that paragraph. Will it read as above or will it be a happier ending for most of America?

                    Don't just belittle the opposition.

Search for the truth. We all need to pull together or watch the demise of a free democratic society. we need to seek the truth and take action for I t will keep us FREE. Our biggest enemy is not China, Russia, North Korea or Iran. Our biggest enemy is our complacent selves. The government will not help, so we need to do it ourselves.

We are seeing a lot of instances where anyone who expresses a Christian religious belief are being slammed by the liberals. This is allowed to continue on because once again, the constitution was ignored. We are seeing a lot of cases where school children are getting in trouble for having a bible, or expressing a religious belief, soldiers are told not to practice their religion if its Christian, religious groups are told they cant send soldiers overseas care packages because its coming from a Christian group as well as people are being sued for practicing their religious beliefs. 

The problem began in the 1960's. In 1962 Engel v. Vitale the Supreme court ruled that government written prayers were not to be recited in public schools and were an unconstitutional violation of the Establishment Clause.

When the Supreme Court ruled on Engle vs Vitale, they used no former precedences or rulings in their decision. They in fact violated the constitution with their ruling for the ruling was an enactment of a law that favored a religion (Atheism is considered a form of religion by the Supreme Court), as well as prevented the free excersize of religion.

Now one thing needs to be mentioned here, part of this ruling is correct in the fact that the school board can not force a student to recite a prayer. Yet the Supreme Court went over and beyond the scope of this case by ruling in its opinion of the case that any prayer created by any school official was a constitutional violation. That should have been left up to the community and not the federal government to decide.

In 1963 Madalyn Murray O'Hair, a militant left wing atheist with close ties to the American Communist Party, took the school board of Baltimore to court for allowing prayer in school.

In this case the Supreme Court ruled in favor of abolishing school prayer and Bible reading in the public schools. Once again the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Atheism which is a clear violation of the first amendment of the Constitution. No laws shall be made respecting a religion or prohibiting the free excersize of religion. This ruling clearly favors atheism as well as prohibits Christianity which is what our country was founded on.

Now people might wonder what can be done about this. Actually its simple yet hard. The Supreme Court needs to be sued for violating the Constitution. Their rulings in fact created law that violated the free excersize of religion. It created law that favors a religion (atheism).

The only true Constitutional ruling that could have been made was that a school could not force a person to pray against their will. It should be up to the community whether or not religion is allowed in a school and the rulings set precedents for the Federal Government to have the ability to punish people for their religion.

The hard part is finding a lawyer willing to take the case as well as funds for it.
