Isn't it time to square away Congress?

Healthcare reform still not fair! or is it regular Americans aren't good enough. So lets pass the

28th Amendment
Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to ...the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States of America.

NOW THAT SEEMS FAIR. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

We need to get laser focused.

Hello my name is Bob Casper, as November approaches the first thing that needs to happen is that all of the seats up for election across the US need to be posted on this website; with the current incumbents. People need to become very familiar with them and know who they are voting out!!!

People need to visualize removing each one of them from office, think about it often, and consider ways that they can contribute to removing all of these individuals from office. We need not stop with just the Democrats; the Independents and Republicans also need to be in our sights. And everyone of them need to be vetted. They must be willing to sign a contract with the Tea Party constituent outlining their believes and what they are personally going to do to turn around Washington; the State, County, or City that they will be representing. If they can not or are unwilling to do this, then they are out, period!.

They must stand with the Tea Party convictions 100%, pro-life, be fiscally conservative (put plans in place to balance their budgets), reduce taxes at all levels, remove ALL earmarks, Deport illegal emigrants, Prison reform (make the criminals not want to be there), Use the same retirement and medical services that normal Americans use, change the law to only vote one bill per submission, change all of the term limits to two maximum, provide the constituents the ability to recall or dismiss elected officials who are not performing the job duties per their job description, and hold elected officials accountable for all expenditures up and to imprisonment if they are deemed to misappropriate the funds.

We then need to vet candidates that will fit the bill. They need to be vetted by the Tea Party, not the Republican Party, Independent Party, or the Democratic Party. If they are not vetted by the Tea Party then they do not qualify. We can not trust any of the parties to represent the Tea Parties needs.

We need to use social media to expose each one of them. This is not about smearing anyone. This is to clearly point out their service history and their believe system. They have every right to defend their position, but we will let their votes and behavior tell the real story. You see they can say what ever they want to, but their voting record will tell the truth. It is just like hiring someone for a job. If they don't fit, then you tell them that they are not what we are looking for and we simply tell them that they are not qualified, no thank you, and move on. There need be no arguing or bickering.

Our mission is very clear get the bad seeds out. We need to infiltrate each precinct, support the campaign for the right person in the precinct, put a captain in charge and move to the next one; until all of the precincts across the US have been covered.

Once this is complete we will use the social media to gain numbers and support needed in each location. People need to be will to canvass the entire precinct with literature needed to point out the truth and why these people need to go. We need to go to small business and canvass each one of them. Show them directly how the current politicians in Washington are destroying their business and their financial future.

This is not easy, but it is very doable. We need to show people in simple terms how we are going to take back the country and how this will improve their lives. We need to educate people on how capitalism really works and how it can work for them when the government is on their side.

It is sad because business ignorance has increased over the last three to four decades. This generation does not understand work ethic, saving for the future, helping others because you want to, not because you have to or are told too, or how to create or make money. They have only been taught how to get a job.

People need to truly understand the difference between capitalism andsocialism. People need to be shown in black and white why socialism eventually fails.Where as work books stating this information need to be created for computers, iphones, blackberrys, ipads, and the like so that people have this information at their finger tips.

We need to recruit individuals who are familiar with these media centers; so that they can communicate to people what needs to get out and is not being taught in our school systems. It is so sad that young adults are so clueless when it comes to making money in our capitalist society.

These people need to be lead by the hand with simple graphical presentations that shows why socialism eventually fails and why capitalism always succeeds. Capitalism has its draw backs as greed corrupts the process and there needs to be monitors in place to keep this in check, but the down side of socialism far exceeds the downside of capitalism. That is why the United States of America is the greatest nation in the world.

Enough for now....

BEWARE THE EMBOLDENED LEFT

As the left rejoices over their monumental victory, conservatives double down on the upcoming 2010 elections and their campaign strategy. "Repeal the Bill" is a good start, but should not be the focus, as it will be a difficult road and Obama will veto any attempt.

The eye-opening shenanigans by the left such as the backroom bribes, payoffs, and threats in their eternal quest for big government; the takeover of the private sector in financial institutions, the car industry, insurance companies, and now health care; their road to a socialistic re-distribution of wealth; the doubling and tripling our deficit .... should be their focus.

Writing a Play/Screenplay "2015"

I am a full time student taking theater arts I also write scripts. I am taking creative writing this semester. I am writing the play/screenplay 2015 that shows america under socalisum, the goverment running everyones life, and maybe people will wake up to reality. The screenplay I am writing goes back to the time of the battle of Trenton 1776 Washington crossing the Delaware. Look out for the title "Willie the Swashbuckler" in the future. It does have some fiction in it and I put some historical events to give a little bit of history.

I have been a insurance agent for 33 years forcing people to take out health insurance is wrong. If I did what the federal government is doing with health insurance I would be fined for doing so. Taking care of the causes of high premiums is the answer. I do like Congressman Wyman that voted aganst the bill on Sunday not all of them are bad.

FIVE REASONS NOT TO DESPAIR

We have much to be grateful for, and more importantly, a need to fight on for the all important November 2010 elections. They are only a short 7 months away, and as Erick Erickson of Red State said, the time for fence sitting is over. It's time to choose and campaign with all we've got, and keep our chin up. Proud to be an American.

GET THEM OUT

We've passed a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by aCongress that exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a presidentwho smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't payhis own taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who isclinically obese, and financed by a country that's broke. What couldpossibly go wrong?

As we pick ourselves up from a gut-wrenching weekend, a battle has been won by Obama and company, but not the war on liberty. This is a new day, and there is no room for compromises. Bi-partisan should be removed from our language, because there is no such thing. The Libs would never compromise in any way, and neither should conservatives anymore. RINOs must be weeded out and defeated. We need to be bold. We need to be agressive. We need not compromise -- and lose. (Thank you Mark Levin for your inspiration)

A Nation of Fools by Peary Perry(sign up for new columns at www.pearyperry.com)George (Washington) must be turning over in his grave…What a week. What a travesty to this country. Rarely has anyone currently alive observed such an abuse of the political process as that which we have seen these past few days. It is almost too unbelievable to describe. When Princess Pelosi said we were watching history in the making. She was right. We have never seen abuse such as this before and I pray we never will again in the future.Where to begin? There is so much to choose from. Let’s start with Vice President Biden who is always good for a laugh. He introduces the President and forgets that his microphone is own when he whispers to the anointed one that … “This is a big f****** deal.” Nice talk from the second in command of the United States. Here’s a role model for our kids. But I suppose our children shouldn’t be too upset, they hear this language on the television thanks to the liberals in Hollywood. Just another day at the office.Princess Nancy has been grinning so hard since Sunday; it appears her face is frozen. I love her remarks about us having to pass the bill just so we can see what is in it. I didn’t know it has been working this way. I guess I always assumed that our elected representatives were supposed to read and discuss, even debate, pieces of legislation first, before they made it into a law. It just goes to show you how much I know.Of course the special deals and perks which were given out in order to secure the 216 votes necessary to approve the legislation were just deemed as ‘ business as usual’. Nothing new, it’s done all of the time. Everyone does it. What’s the big deal?I’m sure they are correct, it probably is ‘done’ all the time, but that doesn’t make it right, does it? I want laws passed because the people writing and voting on them agree with them not because they give up their votes for bribes. I want lawmakers to make decisions and pass or vote down pieces of legislation because this is what the people in their districts tell them to do, not for what is given for their votes. I want people running this country who have ethics and morals, not thugs and gangsters who slip in and out of back rooms with sex, lies and videotapes. That may be too harsh, perhaps I should have just said judgeships, hospital dollars and special exemptions to the rules.Speaking of rules, how about that paragon of legislation named Alcee Hastings? While he is sitting on a rules committee the other day attempting to determine whether the healthcare bill would be legal to vote upon or not, he professes that “There are no rules, we have no rules, we make them up as we go along.” That really warms the cockles of my heart and I know it does yours as well. What is sad to me is the fact that a large portion of our country labors under the misapprehension that the government can take care of us all from the cradle to the grave for free. It ain’t going to happen. It didn’t happen in Russia, China, North Korea or other communistic/socialistic countries and it won’t happen here. As a friend of mine said this morning… “when everyone is riding on the wagon, who will be pulling?” Think about it. Adding 32 million more people to a healthcare system that is already broke isn’t the answer. Fixing the problem for the existing one and then making some changes is the answer. The democrats believe that selling watermelons for 50 cents each when they cost you a dollar each means you need to buy a bigger truck in order to make some money. The good news? The people are fired up and mad at what has just happened. Our challenge is to keep up the momentum and vote the rascals out. Keep those cards and letters coming, support anyone who is running that is not an incumbent at this time. Make those rallies….as they say in Texas….come early, stay late and be loud.Remember the (ALAMO)-----All Lawmakers Are Moving OutComments go to www.pearyperry.comComplaints go nowhere….

March 21st 2010:
Stupak caves. Obama funds largest Abortion increase since '73.

We lost a great battle today in the quest to stop funding abortion with our tax-dollars.
But I say thank you, to all who joined our fax-campaign and sent nearly 1.4 million

petitions to Congress to save the unborn. Your voices are never in vain.
Ezekiel 3:19 declares,

"If you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way,

he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul."
Together we prophesied truth to power; their blood is not on our hands.

Congressman Bart Stupak (D-MI) and his 12 so-called"pro-life" Dems
caved in today, and sold their souls to vote"pro-abortion" and fund child-killing
on an unprecedented scale. While Stupak boasted his district suddenly received

over $700,000 for airport upgrades, he also dared to claim victory after trading his

vote for a phony executive order that President Obama knows cannot overrule his

new "health" care law that funds abortion.

Two Democrats both admitted the executive order is a sham,

that will not reduce abortion funds by even one penny.

The new abortion funds in the Senate bill, which just passed with HR 4872 on a
219-212 vote,"can't be changed by executive order, because an executive order
can't change the law,"
admitted pro-abortion Democrat Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL)

on Fox News.

Retiring Democrat Marion Berry (D-AR), one of just a handful to courageously vote

against the bill, agreed:"Despite the recently announced Executive Order addressing

this issue, I remain concerned that this legislation does not go far enough to satisfy

my concerns. As a pro-life Member of Congress, I believe that abortion is fundamentally

wrong, and taxpayer money should not be allowed to support it.

"If only Stupak had such a conscience as Berry.

Obama's proposed executive order contained two false statements:

1) "The Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing
abortion policy and extends those restrictions to the newly-created health
insurance exchanges."
(The new law does no such thing, and never did, or there would be no need
for this misleading executive order, that won't stand up to any court challenge,
so abortions will be funded by law.)

2) "Under the Act, longstanding Federal laws to protect conscience
(such as the Church Amendment, 42 U.S.C.§300a-7, and the
Weldon Amendment, Pub. L. No. 111-8,§508d-1) remain intact...
prohibit[ing] discrimination against...health care providers because of
an unwillingness to provide...abortions."
(The National Right To Life Committee rebuked Obama's false statement, saying,
"Nor can the order correct the omission from the pending legislation of the
necessary conscience-protection language ...
(the 'Weldon language').")

So no thanks to Bart Stupak, who caved in like the traitor Benedict Arnold,
or Judas Iscariot for his 30 pieces of silver, we must now all pray God will
change the government this November, to oust ALL who voted for this bill,
and demand its full repeal.

Stupak stripped of 'Defender of Life' award he was to receive this week
March 22, 2010,
by Bridget Johnson

An anti-abortion group has stripped Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) of a
"Defender of Life" award he was supposed to receive Wednesday night.

Stupak was to be honored at the annual Campaign for Life Gala of the
Susan B. Anthony List for his efforts to get the Stupak amendments
toughening up restrictions on abortion funding inserted into the healthcare
bill voted on Sunday night.

In an 11th hour negotiation, and refusal by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.)
to vote on side bills, Stupak accepted an executive order from President
Barack Obama to ensure funds wouldn't be used for abortions.

"By accepting this deal from the most pro-abortion President in American history,
Stupak has not only failed to stand strong for unborn children, but also for his

constituents and pro-life voters across the country,"
Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser
said in a statement.

"Let me be clear: any representative, including Rep. Stupak, who votes for
this healthcare bill can no longer call themselves 'pro-life.'
The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund will not endorse, or support in
any capacity, any Member of Congress who voted for this bill, or votes for
this bill in any future election."

Freedom Lost

Over half of the country voted for Obama and so supported this type reform. Americans are tired and do not trust any in Washington. The corruption falls all the way home to local politics as well. Where are the honorable men and women in this country who represent the people? Republicans and democrats have failed to act honorable and do what is best for the citizens.

All parties are guilty taxing to even double taxation, triple taxation… Robbing me of my meager $50,000 a year income and then distributing it to others. The Democrats have taken for social programs while Republicans take to distribute amongst their business cronies. The difference is that the later creates jobs in industry while the other rewards people to do nothing at all.

Now is the time for States to fight for their right to remove themselves from the Union. After I’ve paid all my Fed Taxes, State taxes, Property taxes, sales tax, automobile tax… My $50,000 a year take home is just over $37,000. Not much to send my kids to college or to take the family on vacation. Working for others and for my basic living expenses has ruined my “American Dream”. Thinking that I need to retire now, collect welfare, get that free medical care, and head to the lake.

What Now?

Now we know that a few in government can implement what they want regardless of what the people that voted them in office want. What's the difference between our government now and the many socialist dictator countries around the world? With all the communists and social progressive members in obama's government we know where we are headed.

All we hear is wait until November and we will vote them out of office. But what happens if obama is able to ram through cap & trade, immigration reform, Union agenda, etc. before the November election?

Our vote and expressing our will to our elected representatives does not work . . . now what?

It is time to stand up and be counted! I AM MAD AS HELL AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO! I am going to make a list of all the SOB's and do my part in making sure they are voted out and NEVER hold public office again!!!

GOODNIGHT COMRADE

I got a call from a friend as the vote reached 216. He said "Welcome to the U.S.S.A.". I never thought this would happen in this country. I feel like Charlton Heston at the end of "Planet of the Apes", when he shouts, "YOU BLEW IT UP, DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL !" upon seeing the remains of the The Statue of Liberty. Al Sharpton said on Hannity afterwards, "America voted for socialism when they voted for Obama". Let's prove that son of a bitch wrong. Starting this moment, we take America back ! I'm going to bed now, we have a lot of work to do.

Please read my other post for my ideas on how we do just that...

Good Night & Good Luck.

As President Reagan said, "the bombing stats in five minutes"

(don't worry, I, like he before me, was joking. Seriously, we can do this without violence)

I cannot believe my eyes and ears tonight. I feel like I am watching a movie and any moment Superman will reverse the rotation of the Earth and undo these almost unimaginably horrid events.

My father and Grandfather (separate sides) both fought in World War II. When they came home to the States, they thought The War was over. Our country soon found out that was not true.

Soon started the "Cold War". Generations lived under the threat of a Nuclear Holocaust, which was only helped along by the inexperienced JFK who, running contrary to popular lore, did more to cause the Cuban Missile Crisis in the first place by his inexperience (hint - sound familiar?) than he could possibly make up for by alleviating it.

Finally when I was still in high school the threat of communism seemed once and for all ended, as the wall came down, McDonald's opened in Russia and I clipped an article entitled "Hammer and Pickle" showing a picture of two soviets munching on Big Macs.

We thought it was over. Ronald Reagan has won the cold war for us.

My friends, it was NOT OVER.

We see now that communism and socialism didn't die with the USSR. They only went dormant, like some horrible bacteria hiding in our collective bone marrow. Now, as my young children prepare for a future in this once great country, they have re-emerged more dangerous and deadly to free will and open free markets than ever before.

I know not what tomorrow brings, but I fear it's either bloody revolution or unbearable oppression - forced to live a life as "life partners", driving in a Smart Car with our unsalted celery to eat on the way to our six hour wait to see state funded doctors who are busy murdering babies, careful not to let anyone see the lone plastic bottle we've hid from the environmental police on their latest patrol of our recycling cans.

The scary part is that paragraph should be almost comically paranoid but as of this writing I don't feel at all like it is.

The Who said it best. "And the men who spurred us on now sit in judgment of all wrong, while they decide the shotgun sings their song"

I go to bed tonight expecting to find the world a lot scarier and smaller in the morning. I only hope our baloon can make it across the alps. And hopefully we can fit in some singing.

I'm coming Julie. Wait up for me.

REMEMBER TODAY !

"The power under the Constitution will always be in the people. It is entrusted for certain defined purposes, & for a certain limited period, to representatives of their own choosing; & whenever it is executed contrary to their interest, or not agreeable to their wishes, their servants can, & undoubtedly will, be recalled." - George Washington.

Remember today. March 21, 2010. As I write this, it is 7:30 p.m., EST, & those in Washington are preparing to vote on the health care bill. Remember today. Remember how you feel at the moment you hear how the vote went. No matter the out come, our government has failed us. The political "ruling class" have forgotten for whom they work. If this bill is defeated, don't be satisfied... it never should have gotten this far. If, on the other hand, the Progressives (on BOTH sides) prevail... we must redouble our efforts.

Remember today. The pundits & talking heads will blather on about this & that... ignore them. The only hope for us to regain control of our own destiny, our own liberty, is to VOTE THEM ALL OUT ! The Democrats on the Left obviously have to be removed from office, but don't be fooled by the Republicans... It was their lack of character, dignity, & sense of decency that led us to the situation we find ourselves in now.

Remember today. That fire in your gut, that anger that you feel... use it. Just as the Socialists took control of the Democratic Party & the "Appeasers" took control of the Republican Party, so must we take control of BOTH parties. Don't think for an instant that it will be easy. The professional politicians will fight us, they don't want to lose power. At the same time, they will try to co-opt our movement. Don't let them. We must find people among our own ranks to challenge them in primary elections, in every level of government. From local school boards to State houses, vote them out & replace them with one of our own.

Remember today. The last thing any politician wants is for us, average, everyday citizens, to band together & rise up against them. They fear us awakening. They fear us learning how government works. They fear us learning & using The Constitution, that most sacred of documents. That is where our power resides. The brave men who wrote that document understood that unless "We the People" keep our elected officials under constant scrutiny, they will give in to their base desires for power. The Constitution provides us with all the power we need... SO USE IT.

No politician in office today should sleep easy. They should all understand, no matter what party they belong to... THEIR TIME IS UP !

Tomorrow, if you have not done so already, start getting involved on a local level. Find out what you need to do to make a primary challenge, and then do it. Don't trust some politician, YOU run for office. If you live somewhere that leans heavily toward one party or another, run as whatever will get you elected. Don't lie, don't hide your core beliefs, don't misrepresent yourself... that's what politicians do. Since both parties are to blame for this mess, both need to be remade. Only when we have cut out the cancer that is the Socialist Left & the Appeasers on the Right, will this Nation truly belong to every man, woman, & child again. Both parties were stolen from us, the Conservative, hard working men and women of America... it is time we take it back from the "Statist" Left and the "beholden to religion" Right. We must infiltrate the two party system. The system is set up that way, a third party will only keep the two established parties in power. We can do this.

Healthcare is the beginning of the end

Is it ObamaCare, PelosiCare or is it WhoCares?

Whatever you want to call what's happening in Washington, it's the beginning of the end of Democracy as we know it.

For years the govt. has told insurance companies not to stand between the patient and the doctor, and yet it's okay for them to tell Medicare recipients what they can and can't have. It's okay for THEM to make the rules that can make or break a patient. And now they're telling the insurance companies to pay for all kinds of things that they didn't before....but Medicare STILL won't be required to follow the same rules even though they are the insurance for seniors and those on disability.

Where's this going to end? Are they going to start their own Walmart too?
