party (424)

(I spy on the extremist from time to time - okay, all the time - (know your enemy) and we SHOULD all join them, infiltrate THEM for a change, counter protest now that we know when and where ahead of time and vote on their evil plans. This was an email letter I received.  So I may have also lied to get in... sue me. My commentary is in red... I could not resist.)

More ways to fight back against Tea Party extremists and right-wing corporations.

Dear Mitchina,

Thanks for signing our petition yesterday and joining CREDO Action — I wanted to tell you a bit more about who we are and how we fight for progressive change. (socialism)

CREDO is a social change organization that fights for progressive values. (socialism has no values) Like protecting a woman's right to control her own body. (but will tell everyone what to not eat, or say, or do in resistance to anything BUT socialism) Fighting back against radical attacks on our environment. Or trying to rid our political system of the toxic influence of corporate money. (I believe that includes themselves... so there is an upside to this one) CREDO Action organizers Elijah Zarlin and Becky Bond (remember these people and maybe picket their homes in real Liberal Style) deliver a petition to Elizabeth Warren.

Recently, we've helped block the Keystone XL pipeline, defended Planned Parenthood from defunding, convinced advertisers to drop Rush Limbaugh, and pressured Coca Cola to stop funding ALEC. (here they are - you need to go get 'em)

Working for social change has been at the heart of our work since 1985. (but I am sure not adequately funded until recently by Soros to put them in the game) And we've learned many lessons in over 25 years of progressive activism. We believe that real change comes from the grassroots, not the insiders in Washington DC. (liberal grassroots = useful idiots)

And while we lose many more fights than we win, (thanks to us, the Tea Party) we know that if we fight hard for what we really want (rather than preemptively caving as part of some backroom deal), we can shift the debate in a more progressive direction and sometimes we even win victories that no one thought was possible. (more like most of them due to false claims of injustice or so often of racism) As a member of the CREDO Action email list, you will also get to vote for organizations like Planned Parenthood, Rainforest Action Network and Democracy Now! to receive funding from CREDO. (let's all go there and vote no every time... that would really piss them off)

CREDO has a phone company (CREDO Mobile) (CHECK - on boycott list) that generates donations for non-profits fighting for progressive issues. We donate 1% of our customer's phone bills to 40 non-profits every year. Over the last 25 years, we've donated over $70 million, including more than $2 million to Planned Parenthood — $200,000 just in 2011. (we need to start soliciting our side's non-profits to do this if they do not already or make some campaign for companies to do this)

The votes of our customers and CREDO Action members (that's you) (no it isn't I am just a spy) will determine how much they receive.

Liking CREDO on Facebook is a great way to connect with us on a daily basis.  (I suggest we all go there and see what they are doing or at least put in our own 'trollage team' posting just to be ornery)

Every day, the political team at CREDO shares the articles we're reading and things we're thinking about on our Facebook page. (know your enemy) Then we look to our Facebook fans — that's you! (again, you're on crack if you think I have the same mental disease as yourselves) — for thoughts on the issues, and we often take your opinions into account when we decide what campaign to pursue next. (think we can all fool them into thinking with common sense?)

If you have ever wanted to be part of the process and want your opinions to shape our work, this is a great way to do so.

We're also working to defeat Tea Party Extremists (now THAT is me in an extreme nutshell.. *rolls eyes*) who are waging a war on women, science and equality, and we'd love for you to join us.

The Tea Party Congress elected in 2010 has been the most extreme in history. (except they forget the beginning of our history was further right than us.. what dopes!) They literally cast votes to redefine rape and to let women die by allowing doctors to deny life-saving medical care. (I didn't really catch that detail from any conservative.. in their platform statement or otherwise... are these people on meth?) CREDO has formed the CREDO SuperPAC to defeat and hold accountable ten of the most odious Tea Party members of Congress. (we need to support the fine congress members)

Learn more and help defeat the Tea Party Ten. (as we should be running to go learn this...)

Thanks again for your activism. You'll be hearing from us soon about urgent opportunities to sign petitions, make calls, attend meetings and protests, and more. (knowing ahead of time where they will be will allow us to wage a counter attack of protestors and a disruption of their meetings.. tit for tat I say) Progressive values are under assault every day in Congress, (THANK GOD) and it's vital that we stay engaged to keep raising critical pressure on decision makers when it matters most.

We'll keep fighting (literally) and we're glad you're with us.

Becky Bond,

Political Director

CREDO Action from Working Assets (type here - it was meant to be "asses")

Is It Finally Time For A Third Party?

4063565026?profile=original

TAMPA — The Republican National Convention Rules Committee voted 63-38 to approve a new rule granting the Republican National Committee — and Mitt Romney — sweeping new powers to amend the governing document of the GOP.

The move came at the encouragement of Mitt Romney supporters on the committee, including Romney's top lawyer Ben Ginsberg, who stressed that it would grant "flexibility" to Romney and the committee to adapt to changing political environments. The rule allows the RNC to amend the party's rules without a vote by the full Republican National Convention. - - BuzzFeed Politics

Now, why would Mitt Romney need the “flexibility” to adapt to changing political environments? Better stated, why would he need to stray from the party platform?

INEPTOCRACY

Ineptocracy is a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

More Government or Less?

4063555637?profile=originalFollowing GOP presidential challenger Mitt Romney’s selection of Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate, the All Barrack Channel, commonly known as ABC, assumed the form of Amy Walter to administer a spoonful of “progressive” medicine intended to stop the American sugar for going down.

http://news.yahoo.com/ideological-battle-voters-dont-want-100144850--abc-news-politics.html

By calling Ryan’s budget plan synonymous with political polarization, then portraying Mitt Romney picking Ryan for VP as guaranteeing an ideological debate, Walter displays nothing short of utter contempt for voters and their ability to research, learn and decide for themselves.

Even if Walter is correct in saying that a debate over the role of government is looming, she is wrong in assuming, presuming, dictating that swing voters do not want that debate.  Closer to the truth, “progressives” do not want the debate to take place because it could lead to swing voters learning the distinctions between the differing philosophies.  Hence, ABC and other card carrying members of the “progressive” Party Pravda publish “information” that preordains the conclusion to which readers must necessarily arrive: Voters do not want to debate the proper role of government.4063555732?profile=original

Voters are most certainly interested in what their government does, how far it reaches into their lives, and the scope of its power.  Voters have interests that surpass simply having a government that works.

For “progressives” and their Pravda lapdogs, it feeds their agenda to determine and present as fact that voters only want a government that works efficiently.  Safe to say, “progressives” living in America are highly motivated to be primarily concerned with a government that efficiently rewards them with their “fair share” of food stamps, welfare checks, “free” healthcare and other so-called “entitlement” goodies.

4063555746?profile=originalThe Nazi government was highly efficient in taking a defeated, bankrupt country to the brink of global domination…and slaughtering millions.  When it came to the systematic removal of millions of Chinese, Chairman Mao had a well-oiled government.  The Soviet system very effectively created a manmade disaster while committing genocide by starving millions of Ukrainians to death during the Holodomor.  Che Rivera was ruthlessly efficient in eliminating Fidel’s political opposition in Cuba.

The silent majority, astonished, alarmed and disgusted by the scale, scope and over-reach of the fringe, radical, anti-American agenda enacted by “progressives” armed with unrestrained, unbridled power, got up off the couch and formed the Tea Party.  Contrary to what Walters would have readers believe, the Tea Party is as popular and influential as ever.

The 2010 election that swept Conservatives back in control of the House was indeed a mandate: Do not compromise with those whose negotiating position begins and ends with “what is yours is ours and what is mine is mine.”  History repeatedly reveals that whenever those with this negotiating position obtain final grasp of unrestrained, unbridled power, they do not compromise with their political opposition, they eliminate it.

The reason Washington DC is polarized and ineffective is the harsh, uncompromisingly rigid partisan 4063555810?profile=originalpositions taken by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, the current Oval Office occupier and their “progressive” collaborators.

The November 2012 election is a decision voters will make between two competing ideologies.  Voters will determine what role government plays in the lives of people.  Whether “progressives” like it or not, a small government with limited power is the basic construct of the American idea; one “progressives” have long sought to destroy.

Americans want to have the debate “progressives” do not.  The simple reason “progressives” do not want that debate and are so eager to convince swing voters they do not want it either is simple.  That debate is one “progressives” will lose.

The Tea Party’s Work Has Just Begun

Republican presidential challenger Mitt Romney attacked occupy Oval Office, aka Barrack Obama, for waiving portions of the welfare-to-work law.  At a Chicago campaign stop, Romney pledged to reverse the 4063554387?profile=originalJuly order that disembowels welfare reform.  "We will end a culture of dependency and restore a culture of good, hard work," Romney said.

Naturally, White House press secretary Jay Carney called Romney's charges "blatantly dishonest."  Carney’s misrepresentative spin continued: "This administration's policy will strengthen the program by giving states the opportunity to employ more effective ways to help people get off welfare and into a job.”

For their part, a new Romney campaign ad accurately asserts that "Obama guts welfare reform" saying "Under Obama's plan, you wouldn't have to work and wouldn't have to train for a job. They just send you your welfare check."

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/08/07/us-usa-campaign-romney-idUSBRE8760AQ20120807

Of course, to White House “progressives” it does not matters that The Health and Human Services Department directive permits states to ask for waivers from the work requirement found in the existing welfare law.  They are going to attack, smear, invent and misrepresent every fact necessary to convince low information voters to cast their ballots against Romney, no matter what.

Coincidently, the current White House occupant is now blaming state and local governments, as well as Congress for the 14.1 percent black unemployment rate.

4063554347?profile=original"There are a lot more things we could be doing. To get them done, we need cooperation of Congress. We got the payroll tax portion of [my American Jobs Act] done, but what we didn’t get done is the assistance I was proposing to the states to help them hire back teachers, firefighters, and first responders, because one of the weakest parts of this recovery has been state and local government hiring.  Given the weaknesses of the construction industry, the American Jobs Act proposed that we rebuild schools, roads, bridges, airport, and ports. That would provide small businesses with opportunities as contractors and vendors in this rebuilding process. Again, Congress needs to act."  Obama stated.

Were George W. Bush, Sarah Palin, the Tea Party, economic troubles in the Eurozone, the Arab Spring, a Japanese tsunami or ATMs and ticketing kiosks suddenly unavailable for blame?

Obama then took for granted a big part of his core constituency by saying "I’m not the president of black America. I’m the president of the United States of America.”

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obama-blames-state-and-local-governments-congress-141-percent-black-unemployment_649505.htmlhat

If one is to believe the pathological wealth redistributor in thief, he and his policies are never to blame for any of the existing malaise.  If only all those poor unfortunate souls who are not part of the “progressive” “intellectual elite” were capable of understanding.  Then his “progressive” holiness could explain to them how his policies are great…for the hundred thousandth time.

The idea that America is in deep financial trouble and that the current “progressive” administration is intentionally inflicting damage upon America and its economy is supported by the enactment of a seemingly endless string of “progressive” policies that run 180 degrees counter to how America and its economy are designed to work.

But one politician, no matter how radical, fringe, extreme, anti-American, “progressive” they are is solely to blame for the current situation.

Thanks to “go along to get along” “establishment” Republicans who abandoned Conservative principles and co-opted the “progressive” Democratic tactic of bringing home the bacon to buy votes; from January 2007 to January 2011 Republicans were in the legislative minority.  After the 2008 election, they were so outnumbered they were powerless to stop a "progressive" agenda bent on advancing an extreme, fringe, radical, anti-American wish list “progressives” spent decades concocting.

Then Americans woke up and elected Republicans of a more Conservative stripe to a majority in the House 4063554401?profile=originaland reduced the "progressive" majority in the Senate.

But the Tea Party’s work is not done.  It is only now beginning.

"progressives" and their policies have been assailing America for over a century.  Based on what has happened since the 2010 election, expectations that more than 100 years of damage will be reversed in one election cycle are unrealistic.

For some Tea Party Americans, Mitt Romney might not be their first pick for president.  At least Romney is an American who knows first-hand how to achieve success in business.  Better still, Romney was not raised overseas by Communists.  This is a far cry from the current clueless affirmative action clown who between rounds of golf is working to “fundamentally transform” America into a Socialist democracy.  Besides, Romney’s campaign is showing a willingness to fight, something John McCain’s 2008 campaign failed to demonstrate.

Americans need to stay focused, remain diligent and work hard to elect Conservative Americans to every office possible.  It could be the White House, the U.S. Senate, Congress, Governor, Mayor or the local dog catcher.

Keep the faith and get out the American vote!

Sarah Steelman!

Tomorrow the big day for Sarah Steelman!

Check out http://www.teapartyexpress.org/ for their list of supported candidates.

Also, check out their 'Tea Party Supports Sarah Steelman' ad here:

Steelman%20ad%202.jpg?width=613

It'll be interesting to see if Palin's endorsement makes a difference for her like some seem to think it did for Ted Cruz in Texas, and also to see if the anti-incumbent vote keeps on rolling nation wide, which is a noteworthy thing whether you support Steelman or not.

Many Tea party Patriots agree that changes must be made if we are to return our country to the constitutional republic created by the framers and implemented by our founders.  Our system of government was designed to be complicated and cumbersome so as to protect the rights of the people and the individual states.  It is the expansion of federal power by ignoring and circumventing the intended checks and balances provided by our constitution in all branches of our federal government that has eroded our individual and states’ rights.  The list of things that need to be corrected, repealed, overturned or nullified in order to put things right is a long one, and I would not presume to dictate either the content of such a list or the order of importance.  I do suggest that this list of issues requiring redress includes action items for every branch of our government.  Some things should be legislated, some corrected by the Executive branch and some require further judicial action if we intend to affect these changes within the boundaries of our legal government.  Herein lays the problem since the people who are in control, or who are likely to be in control, of our government are no longer responsive to the people who they are supposed to represent.

We have a very important election coming up and one would like to think that if we change the players they will do the right things and set our country back on the correct path.  History shows us that result is unlikely since it is dependent upon those who hold the power and control the means of wealth to voluntarily reduce their own power and relinquish some of that control as part of making the requisite changes.  We all hope the election will stop the bleeding by terminating the reign of the present administration, but I believe we should have a plan B just in case.

There is another way in which we can return power to the states and the people, a way that is totally within the legal boundaries established by our constitution.  This method is cumbersome by design and requires active participation of at least 37 of the states acting together to force these changes on those elected and appointed representatives that refuse to comply with the wishes of the electorate.  I refer to an Article V amendment convention as requested by application of two-thirds of the individual states.  This proposition would not be easily accomplished and I do not suggest we abandon other means available for seeking redress of these critical issues.  I am suggesting that our elected officials will need some incentive to step up and make the changes we demand.  I am suggesting this incentive take the form of a committee (or a group of committees) formed by representatives from all the states for the purpose of creating and prioritizing our list of issues that must be addressed soon.

Tea Party groups in every state are working to elect better representatives for both state and federal offices.  That is absolutely the correct first step and the preferred approach.  I hope that the ranks of Tea Party Patriots now include some of those elected to State offices and others influential in State government.  If we can assemble a group comprised of three to five motivated patriots from each state into a virtual committee of the whole we might be able to make real change happen in our lifetimes.  This group could segment itself into smaller committees tasked with bringing recommendations to the whole body to be considered for inclusion in a list of issues that would be approved by a majority of states and targeted for action to the appropriate branch of the federal government or to the states for individual but coordinated resolution.  Some issues might require the Article V amendment convention and it is this possibility backed by tacit agreement of at least 37 states that will provide the incentive for our elected representatives to do the right thing for our country for a change.  In addition, this group of states working together can effectively nullify any law or dictate from our federal government, and this does not require an amendment to the constitution.

This working group would not be a constitutional convention but would be focused on determining the most critical issues to be resolved in order to restore our constitutional republic as created by the framers and implemented by our founders.  However, if an Article V amendment convention is required we will already have a consensus among a majority of the individual states regarding what topics such a convention should address.  Such a group of States, all in agreement, is authorized by our constitution to make amendments to our constitution without the approval of Congress, the President or the Judiciary.  The realization that a cohesive group of states is ready to take such action may turn out to be a source of powerful persuasion with our elected federal representatives.

I welcome your comments and suggestions regarding this bottom up approach.  If you agree and would like to participate please indicate that in your response.  I am hoping the Tea Party groups from each state can convince the right people to participate in such an endeavor.  My sense is we will need to work with both the state legislatures and the state Attorneys General to generate maximum effectiveness.

Attention Florida Voters

Since the birth of the Tea Party, we have had great success if replacing liberal, establishment Republicans with Tea Party conservatives.  When Mike Lee defeated "Bailout Bob" Bennett, we sent a shot across the bow of the RINO Republicans.

This year Richard Mourdock defeated 36 year incumbent Dick Lugar and soon, in Texas, Ted Cruz can send more shockwaves through the establishment by beating insider David Dewhurst in the Republican primary.  But those aren't the only battles.

In Florida, redistricting placed two incumbents John Mica and Tea Party freshman Sandy Adams in the same district.  Mica is a career politician who has now been caught with his hands in cookie jar.

Since his election to Congress 20 years ago, Mica has become a world traveler -- on the taxpayer dime.

Adams estimates that Mica's trips to countries like Malaysia, Italy and France have cost taxpayers in excess of $4 million.  Adams spokesman Lisa Boothe said, "John Mica’s decision to put his international travel bucket list ahead of Central Florida taxpayers is appalling.  While Mica has been attempting to pull the wool over voters’ eyes by denying his long history of runaway spending and record-setting earmarks, his 20 years in Congress tell a different story.  On top of adding $10 trillion to our nation’s debt and requesting $4 billion in earmarks, Mica has been earning frequent flyer miles on the backs of hard-working Americans.  At a time when Central Florida families and small businesses are struggling to pay their bills, how can Mica justify jet setting on their dime to some of the world's most popular international travel destinations?”

Conservatives and Tea Party activists in Florida's 7th district have an easy choice to make this August 14th in the GOP primary.  They can continue the Tea Party revolution by going with Sandy Adams or they can reward a RINO for his earmarks, K-Street connections and extensive taxpayer travel.  The choice is ours.

I would like someone to tell me why I shouldn't believe SNOPES when they say this information is false.

I received the original message from Director Dee.

We have enough truthful things to make others aware of about our President "O" without adding and sending falsehoods. That only helps those that oppose our views to reinforce their opinions about the Tea Party not an organization to be accepted as speaking for the majority of people.

I didn't check this out and just believed it because it came in an email from the Tea Party, which I endorse, and forwarded it to many others in my address book only to have a reply that it was false information because of what SNOPES states on their site about it.

If SNOPES is not telling us the truth please enlighten me with factfull information about that. On the other hand if it can't be refuted then I request that whoever oversees the Tea Party general mailing to verify the facts before sending it out.

As I said, I am a member and supporter of the Tea Party but we must have oversight within the organization about things like this.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES                                                                                         Mr. WILLIAM D. SUTER -Office of the Clerk                                                                                              1 First Street N.E. Washington DC 20543-0001

RE:  Your May 17th, 2012 letter in re: Judy v. Obama

Dear Mr. Suter:                                                                                       May 20,2012

Thank you for your letter and attention May 17th, 2012 in which you stated : “ Dear Mr. Judy: The enclosed papers were received again on May 17th, 2012 , and are herewith returned for the reasons stated in my letter dated April 10th,2012. Until and unless you receive a decision from a United States Court of Appeals or highest state court within which a decision could be had this Court does not have jurisdiction of your case. Sincerely, William K. Suter, Clerk by: Gail Johnson (202) 479-3038.

Sir, I understand what you’re alluding to, however your statement is just not true and please, follow me as I explain because I do feel, while it is unusual, that the Court has Original Jurisdiction in my case. Now keep reading.. don’t stop there. Please Sir, Let me explain this as I understand it.

While it is true that the Court may only review "final judgments rendered by the highest court of a state in which a decision could be had" if those judgments involve a question of federal statutory or constitutional law, the Constitution specifies that the Supreme Court may exercise original jurisdiction in cases affecting ambassadors and other diplomats, and in cases in which a state is a party, as well as when a Act of Congress is called into question: See #1 in Jurisdiction Statement. i.e. the Court is hearing the  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)- Action by Congress considered in Joint Session is an Action of Congress the Court has jurisdiction to hear in a Direct or Original Appeal as underlined in my Writ.

I do understand that in most all cases,  the Court has only appellate jurisdiction and that it considers cases based on its original jurisdiction very rarely; while almost all cases are brought to the Supreme Court on appeal and in practice the only original jurisdiction cases heard by the Court are disputes between two or more states, or when an Act of Congress is called into question- my case involves both- two states with two Secretaries of States official capacity in a Federal Election question in which I as a party INDEED CAN RECEIVE RELIEF FROM INJURY with a favorable decision in future primaries of western States, and also in the Democratic Party National Convention where I am free to court delegates who are un- bound in the Primaries of New Hampshire and Georgia by a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that Barack Obama is not eligible under the U.S. Constitution Art. II, Sect.1, clause 5 referring to us only a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ is eligible for the Office of the President. Arizona’s Secretary State is now in contention of not placing Obama’s name on the Ballot because he’s not eligible. How is this not an Original Jurisdiction moment in our history Sir?

The power of the Supreme Court to consider appeals from state courts, rather than just federal courts, was created by the Judiciary Act of 1789 and upheld early in the Court's history, by its rulings in Martin v. Hunter's Lessee (1816) and Cohens v. Virginia (1821). The Supreme Court is the only federal court that has jurisdiction over direct appeals from state court decisions, although there are several devices that permit so-called "collateral review" of state cases, in my jurisdiction statement I include the act of Congress that also invites original jurisdiction as Joint Session of Congress Action failed to ask for dissention or hear those hands raised in the electorate count of Jan. 8th, 2008.

Since Article Three of the United States Constitution stipulates that federal courts may only entertain "cases" or "controversies", the Supreme Court avoids deciding cases that are moot and does not render advisory opinions, as the supreme courts of some states may do. For example, in DeFunis v. Odegaard, 416 U.S. 312 (1974), the Court dismissed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a law school affirmative action policy because the plaintiff student had graduated since he began the lawsuit, and a decision from the Court on his claim would not be able to redress any injury he had suffered, however, the mootness exception is not absolute.

If an issue is "capable of repetition yet evading review", the Court will address it even though the party before the Court would not himself be made whole by a favorable result. In Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), and other abortion cases, the Court addresses the merits of claims pressed by pregnant women seeking abortions even if they are no longer pregnant because it takes longer than the typical human gestation period to appeal a case through the lower courts to the Supreme Court, and it is the same with the contention of one Presidential
Candidate against another in the eligibility of a candidate in regards to this very case.

You Sir, are prohibiting the U.S. Supreme Court from acting on a case while the Court still can without desecrating the ‘political doctrine question’ in the 2012 election. As a candidate I have provided the case precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court and the violations of that precedent the NEW HAMPSHIRE SUPREME COURT, and Georgia lower Courts that with all due diligent conscience could be heard by the 1st Circuit, the 11th Circuit, or the Chief Justice himself in Original Jurisdiction. Original Jurisdiction seems the logical action in my case so I didn’t place “for the 1st Circuit” or “for the 11th Circuit” in the caption of the case.

Regarding your insinuation that action is denied based on a case in which “a decision could be had’, while the Primary is over and a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court cannot undo the results of New Hampshire’s Supreme Court decision, remedy is available by the delegates in the electorate who CAN be unbound with the exclusion of an unqualified candidate especially before the Sep. 2012 Democratic Party National Convention. I remind you Sir, that candidate Obama is NOT elected President 2013, and I am not contending against him as President as your letter blatantly and prejudicially states in the following statement from your letter “RE: Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States.”

Do you see any such mention of my listing him as President of the United States in my action against him? Why have you inserted that if it is not perilously discriminatory to my action? That to me Sir is a blatant representation that you have taken sides actually prohibited by your position and I do note that insertion as insult to my action- Constitutional Authorization of eligibility trumps Declaration by your office.

Yes Sir, this is an unusual case, it’s not normal as far as your regular Appeals from State courts or for that matter U.S. Courts,.. but let me ask you a question Sir:

Where in the law does it state that the U.S. Supreme Court shall be bound, or have their hands tied up as hostages, by the Court Clerk from hearing a case by a Presidential Candidate by reason of avoiding, extending, and stalling until the National Democratic Convention is over regarding the eligibility of a candidate directly in opposition to the Constitution?

That’s the law I need you to please point out for me or I need you to file my case and get me a case number Sir.

If a women by law has a right of choice in an abortion, and she does right now, then I as a Candidate also have a right to be heard before the Democratic Party- a major party in the United States, in which I am running, chooses an ineligible and constitutionally unqualified candidate by those who protect precedent- The United States Supreme Court.

Thank you for your attention to my original jurisdiction argument. Its just amazing to me that I’m having this argument with you in the first place but the American people will see eventually how transparent this has been if you send me my Writ back without a case number and the embarrassment of this argument will undoubtedly last longer than Obama will in any illegal capacity.

Sincerely,

Cody Robert Judy

The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 Eligibility Campaign

I would like to address the very basic foundation of civilization. Women. Do you think this is strange? Let us consider, and go back five hundred years. The new world was discovered, first here were the Spanish, then the French, and then the Dutch, and last on the scene were the English.

Why were the English so wildly successful? Because they brought their own women. The Spanish, the French, the Dutch came to rape the land of its riches and return home, but unable to resist the temtation of the local women, and considering them no more than animals, treating them with no respect, took up with them and turned them into whores and littered the countryside with bastards, and thus entrenched this idea into local cultures.

I ask you, who is going to fight and die for whores and bastards? Who is going to stand and build on them? While the English brought their own women, their wives, their daughters, the ones they loved, treasured, respected. Women who would give them futures, women worth building for, worth protecting, worth dying for. Women who grew into families, farms, companies, dynasties, and by 1776, country.

Yes, that’s right, when one speaks of love of country, when one is willing to die for country, what the hell do you think he’s talking about? His women! His mother, his wive, his daughters. This is what motivates a man. Ever notice the nose art of WWII combat planes, the vast majority were depictions of women. Why? Because that is what they were fighting for. Look at South and Central America, they are stagnate, why? Because of the legacy of bastards left behind by the Spanish, the French and the Dutch.

You focus in on any dynasty down there, and it is rooted in family, but there are few of them. Now look at the United States and Canada, it was built for and on the love and respect of the treasured woman. It used to be entrenched in the culture, the idea of the Lady, and the Gentleman who loved her, this common among the poor and rich alike, causing an upward trend in the culture as a whole.

If you doubt me, take a look at the world, take a look at history. The Greeks, the Romans, loved and adored their woman, the English, on who’s soil the sun never set, at one time, developed it into the idea of the Lady and the Gentleman who loved her, and was this not embraced by all the classes, did not every woman aspire to be a Lady, and every man a gentleman.

Look at the fall of these empires, they crumbled right along with the families as the attitude towards the woman changed. Look at Africa, they have never done a damn thing, and they consider their women slaves and cows. Look at the Arabs, who we fight today, they do not even allow flowers in the field, they cover them up, and hid them away, and they are barbaric people, a culture of death.

So think hard, and consider what I say before you dismiss it as old fashion thinking, for wasn’t it old fashion thinking that gave us the Greeks, the Romans, the Great British Empire? In the forties, we had to fight the evils of Germany, where Hitler viewed the woman as a source to build an army, go and read the ‘Rise and Fall of the Third Reich’, as see if what I say is not true. Look at Japan before and during the war, need I go on?

I hear you cry out for freedom, liberty, justice, but why is it you want these things, so you can go on treating women like candy, to be eaten and consumed, and discarded when they grow old like expired milk, littering the countryside with bastards, creating girls with no morels so you have a new crop of candies to be consumed and discarded. I promise you, the men who died to give you these things, freedom, liberty and justice did so for their women, so they could love them and adore them and grow them into families, farms, companies, dynasties, country. Do you think you can secure freedom, liberty and justice when your motives are to rape, molest and destroy? There are three things that motivate a man, food, sleep and sex, and sex is the greatest of the three. Woman. Think about it.

So if you are concerned with the New World Order, the loss of democracy, the poisoning of our water supply, the abuse of monopolies, then I say to you, go home to your wives first. Give them the love and respect they deserve. If your wife is estranged, go and find her, tell her you are sorry for being a fool, and take her back in, care for her, provide for her and respect her for the gift that she is. Love your children, teach them, take the time to tell them the stories, Chicken Little, The Emperors New Clothes, The Tar Baby, Cinderella, Rumpelstilzchen, The three Little pigs, Little Red Riding Hood, ‘you don’t dress your pretty little girl up in a nice red cape and hood and send her out among wolves, they are going to eat her!’ No wait! Maybe you are the wolves?

Wake up! If you have littered the country side with bastards, go, gather them up, tell them you were a fool, bring them home, love them, teach them, tell them the stories, and if you do not know the stories, than learn them, maybe you might do some growing. Do not use the updated politically correct versions, go back to the original stories, the ones with the bite, the ones that taught life’s lessons.

Let me ask you, do you have a home? Or a house? If you are in a fox hole, and a woman is next to you, who are you fighting for? If you are working in a factory, and a woman is working next to you, for whom do you work? If you are a leader, with a fine suit in a tall building, and a woman is next to you, leading, for whom are you leading? If the women are going to fight for us, build for us and lead us, why not stay at the house and watch the TV and drink beer? Look around, just what is it you see? You can cry out for freedom, liberty and justice, but you will never secure it, if you are not motivated to get off your ass and act!!!

Food, Sleep and Sex, a good women will motivate you to do, whatever it is that needs to be done, for a cherished woman is worth dying for. Let us not forget, that is the price.

I can hear you now!!! Belly aching over it is her own damn fault. She is the one who wanted a job, a career, who wanted to be more. Yes, I can hear you. Well I hate to be the one to break it to you, but it is your fault. You failed to celebrate her, instead you went on and on about how important you were. How you had to go to work everyday, how you had to bring home the bacon, how she would be nothing if it was not for the man. Yes, I can hear you.

Let me ask you again, do you have a home, or a house? Who is rearing your children? You? Your woman? Or the schools, the day cares, the after school programs, the gangs, the government? Think about it. Who is going to care for you in your old age? The children reared by the schools, the daycares, the after school programs, the gangs, the government? Or the children reared by your wives, who love you? Answer me, I implore you. Tell me, I want to know.

Who are these kids going to love? Remember, there are three motivators, Food, Sleep and Sex. Who are the children going to love? The ones that fed them, that provided their shelter, which taught them about life, right or wrong.

If you give up your wives, if you do not recognize how important she is to the culture, as a woman, as a mother, as the temper of community, if you do not celebrate their importance, and love them, provide for them, protect them, then you also give up your children, and they are the future.

You threw out these old fashion ideas, and here, now is the future you reaped. Look at it. Seems to be the same one you are bitching about. The same one that seems to be bound to enslave you, to destroy you, to bring you to your knees.

If you think these kids do not resent being reared by the schools, the day cares, the gangs, the government, then why is the future what it is? Yes, they resent it, look around, and Wake up! It is indeed the man’s own fault. I implore you, think about it!

You know, when I was a kid, I would come home from school and my mother would have a piece of fruit or a candy bar waiting for me, sometime during the day my bed got made, she would ask me how school was. If I was overly cheerful, or melancholic, she would ask me why.

This was the rule throughout the neighborhood, mothers were at home. So there was very little I could do that my mother didn’t know about. I fell out of a tree once, some 12 feet, landed on my back, knocked the wind out of me, and I was having trouble catching my breath. One of the neighbor mothers saw it, did she panic, call 911, no. She grabbed me up by my arm, dragged me home, and knocked on our door. She told mother what happen, mother grabbed me up, had a good look at me and said he’s alright Smitty, want a cup of coffee?

That was that. I learned, just because you fall out of a tree, it is not the end of the world, if you are not hurt, then get over it. My brother and I were out once goofing off, and I broke my arm, did we panic, call 911? No. We went home, dad looked at it, said, ‘Yep, it’s broke’, and took me over to see Doctor Parker, he fixed it, right there in his office. Told dad how and when to take the cast off, told Dad not to bring him back unless something is wrong with him. Neither time did mom nor dad get upset, its just life. I learned that day, even if you do get hurt, it’s not the end of the world.

At no time did I feel unloved. Dinner was always on the table when dad got home from work, and we sat down together as a family, and we had dinner conversation. Many things were discussed over dinner, when dinner was over, dad instructed us to thank mother for dinner. When it was time for bed, mother always tucked us in, and helped us to say a pray to thank God for the day, regardless of how it went, and then she would tell us a story. At the time, I just thought it was a story, but today I find I apply those stories on regular bases.

When I asked my father a question, he would ask me 10. It used to frustrate the hell out of me, but looking back on it I realize, he was teaching me to think. My mother would tell me, do what your teachers say, don’t give them any trouble, or you will have trouble double when you get home. But… When they start jumping off the cliff, you come home.

I would asked about something, and I would say, well Joe says this, and Randy says that, and mother would ask, what do you say? What do you think? Don’t let Randy and Joe do your thinking, consider what they say, but do your own thinking.

Dad taught me how to fish, how to hunt and handle a gun in a safe manner, he would say, don’t ever point a gun at anyone unless you intend to kill them, because if you point a gun at them, they are going to kill you. You don’t point a gun at someone and pull the trigger to kill, you do so to stay alive! He taught me how to dress game, from the hoof to the dinner table, how to grow a garden, how to take care of myself, when nobody else would.

He taught me how to be a team member, how to do my job to the best of my ability, so even if the team lost, it was not my fault. He taught me to be a gracious winner, as well as a gracious loser. He taught me to treat every girl as a lady, as you would treat your own mother, for she is the mother of tomorrow, and being a mother is the most important of all jobs, for in the hands of mothers is where the future lies, it is why he went to work every day. At the time I did not understand of what he spoke, but now I do, the children are the future, and they are who rears them. So again I say, you fear one world government, well go home and tell your wives you love them and rear your children.

So do you doubt me? Who is feeding your children, KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Alfie’s Fish and Chips, Who? Who is making their beds? Who is helping them with their home work? Who is teaching them about love and sex? Who? I want to know? Who is teaching them about life? Who? Well, I can tell you, if it is not their Mothers, then money is feeding them, if it is not their Mothers, then they are sleeping in unmade dirty beds, if Mother is not helping with their homework, then how do you know what they are learning?

If their Mothers and Fathers are not teaching them about love and sex, than who? The Government, that’s who, and they are leaving out the part about love and teaching them to masturbate, passing out condoms and telling them to go for it, and if you accidentally make a baby, that’s okay too, we will just suck it right out of the girl, and everything will be alright.

And you wonder why the world is what it is. The world is what you made it. You reap what you sow, take a look at your crop. You wonder why children have no sense of style, why the tattoos, the piercings, the crazy hair, the lack of manners, common curtsies, concern for others? Wonder why they are resentful, filled with hate? Are you wondering why? Again, tell me who reared them? You wonder why they love money? Who fed them, really? Was it money, or mother’s hand. Tell me, I want to know!

You know there is a big health care grab going on in the US right now, know what that’s about? I do. And it is not going to turn out very well. If you were smart, you would buy stock in funeral homes and cemeteries, because they are fixing to use health care to bury the hippies, who sowed this crop. People, the chickens have come home to roost.

So, to put it buntly, if you want to fix Global Warming, Clean up the water, solve energy problems, clean up the oil spills, bring government back into line, restore the Constitution, improve the schools...ect..ect...ect..... Then we must quit killing our babies before they are born, and put our women back on a pedetal and celebrate them for the gift they are. ©

This has been one of the most unusual presidential campaigns in modern history;but Hope is Still Alive in some conservative circles, and We the People of the Conservative GOP can still envision a brokered convention that overcomes all of the injustices, potential fraud, corruption, lies, and muddy money thrown at the honorable Statesman, Patriot, and still most qualified to lead and defeat Obama...Newt [You can count on me to support any GOP candidate provided it is a TRUE CONSERVATIVE choice, and not a Mirage]. Our path to VICTORY is simple. For the balance of the primaries, we must rally support behind our former opponent, Dr Ronald Earnest Paul, and here's why: quite simply, he is the only one left with money, machine, and zero debt, to #StopMitt.  #RonPaul cannot likely make 1144 at this point either, but with help from a #NewtRevolution coalition, neither will Mitt Romney.
Last Week, Texas Politico Polling showed Newt within "Striking Distance" in Texas with 45% to Romney, 35% to Newt, and 14% for Ron Paul. If that Poll would hold, then Paul would normally get ZERO delegates from his home state, since he got less than required 15%, and Newt and Mitt would divide them up. However, Newt's suspension of the campaign is big game changer, and, the all too soon unconditional surrender by Randy Evans, Gov Rick Perry, and other surrogates whom quickly endorsed liberal Romney, assures us that the 35% Poll numbers will not hold for Newt, but will plummet to inconsequential levels.
However, Ron Paul is still very much alive on the campaign trail, with money in the bank, zero debt, and a great story to tell. He has already reportedly made an alliance with Santorum followers in Colorado and other places to address injustices and corruption within the party. They are there. No use continuing to be in denial. But we the people still can do something about it.
My main opposition amongst conservatives is worrying about Ron Paul. First of all, this is not about Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum or Mitt Romney. They all have great personalities, or they would not have the big crowds, speaking of which, Paul's crowds have been competing with Obama in size. Yes, i still have problems with Paul on Foreign Policy, but he appears to be trying to mainly get back to putting more war decisions in hands of Congress, vs one man, the presidency. All that said, I AM STILL #WITHNEWT, Period [although I would support any TRUE CONSERVATIVE with a Proven Record and not a Mirage}.
As Conservatives, our goal is NOT "Anybody But Obama". We are NOT against Obama as a person. Rather, we stand against the ideas, philosophy, and policies that are shipwrecking our great country. Newt has always said it best, that this conservative battle is a battle for IDEAS, and that IDEAS MATTER.  The Left in the GOP is begging Paul, Newt, and Santorum supporters to UNITE and to be UNIFIERS, because they want to nominate Mitt Romney, since, if Mitt does manage to beat Obama, the end result is still the same...THEIR IDEAS WIN. To replace Obama with an Obama look alike is ridiculous, and certain suicide for the true conservative cause.
If those with Santorum and Newt will rally behind Ron Paul now, he will gain an amazing number of delagates, and #STOPMITT from ever getting 1144. But Ron Paul will not likely get to 1144 either, at this stage, however, at an Open Convention, everything will be on the table without any outside, disingenuous influence from Democrats in Open Primaries or ballot shenanigans. We the GOP will decide whom our candidate will be, not the liberal and moderate GOP Establishment, not Fox News, CNN, or the lame stream media.
Right Now, I hope you will join me, and the many others whom understand that this could be the Newt's [and Tea Party Patriots'] finest hour; for,  while he may have thought he left the race, truth is, the Spirit of his IDEAS is still very much alive. It is for those IDEAS, and the common cause of defeating the wrong ideas, that I and many others enjoin our efforts with Dr Ronald Earnest Paul, to Save the Republican Party from destroying itself by nominating a self proclaimed "Progressive" (Mitt Romney Video on YouTube,"I'm a non-partisan Republican and a Progressive"], which by definition is "soft communism or socialism".  [ See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressivism  ]

T.E.A. Party Doubles-Down on Failed

Over-Involvement Policy and Social Conservativism

In 2010 the remarkable effect of the T.E.A. (Taxed Enough Already) Party’s Anti-Big Government; Pro-Constitution; and Pro-fiscal Responsibility Platform was truly the news of the hour even if the lamestream-mainstream media were not willing to cover it and Time magazine refused to even consider it a newsworthy movement.  Besides the resurgence of conservatives in the U.S. House of Representatives, a shift of over 600 state legislature positions from liberal to conservative hands was an outstanding result by any fair measurement.  Only trouble?  Three shoo-in semi-conservative U.S. senators were defeated by three T.E.A. Party favorites each of whom proved to be unworthy and ineffective candidates . . . and the liberal Obama-supporting U.S. Senate under Harry Reid continued unbroken to obstruct citizens’ movements for responsible-responsive governments.  At present Reid’s Senate has NOT passed a budget in over 1,190 days just six days short of three full years.  Over the same time period, the House of Representatives under Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi also failed to pass a budget, but the Republican-controlled House after the 2010 “miracle-election” has passed two significant Paul Ryan budgets.  Just imagine how different things might be if the T.E.A. party had not interfered in Colorado, Nevada and Connecticut.  Now it appears that mistake in judgment is about to be repeated in the case of several well-respected Republicans; two quite prominent and most notably, Utah’s Orrin Hatch, a damned decent man in my not-so-humble opinion.

Today rather than getting credit for the modern miracle they pulled off,  and almost pulled off . . . in many places the T.E.A. (taken enough abuse?) Party is villified and has lost much popularity.  Rather than being seen as the “savior of conservativism,” by Republicans, many moderate Republicans regard the T.E.A.s as a threat and a group of butt-inskies.  Has something gone wrong?  If so what?   What can we learn from the relatively few but remarkably stupid mistakes of 2010?

  1. 1.       In each of these three cases, rather than emphasizing the T.E.A. Party “Contract from America,” the T.E.A. Party chose to become extremely involved in the early primary and election process itself.  In fact, today, the T.E.A. Party emphasis on the Contract from America has virtually disappeared:  a grievous error.
  2. 2.      In each of these three cases, the T.E.A. Party, rather than playing the role of impartial protectors of the Constitution emphasizing to voters how they ought to be making decisions, decided instead to immerse itself in the political in-fighting.
  3. 3.      In two of the cases, Colorado and Nevada, the T.E.A. Party embarrassed itself by getting involved with virtually inarticulate SOCIAL-CONSERVATIVES who were easily maneuvered into ugly and untenable positions by experienced liberal politicians.  In Connecticut, their glorious candidate was a sorry excuse for a politician – who vetted that woman – witchcraft, indeed?   Looking at the Contract from America . . . where exactly are we to find any social-conservativism at all?  Or Witchcraft?   If the T.E.A. Party  wants its newly arisen social-conservativism to become the new replacement for the long ineffectual Republican litmus test . . . I guarantee that will be the end of the T.E.A. Party’s ability to create meaningful change in meaningful areas such as those 10 planks of the Contract from America.  In each of these three over-involvement instances, the candidates seemingly refused to mention the Contract from America, but were certainly not reluctant to talk about abortion, creationism in schools, and prayer in schools.  By the way, very little progress has been made on the Contract for America precisely because the U.S. Senate was not won by the Conservatives.  So what’s to be done?
  4. A.      Politics is very expensive, messy and often is NOT conducive to a climate of change.  Avoid actual politics.   Educate, proselytize, be missionaries for the Constitution; for fiscal-responsibility; for small, effective government.
  5. B.      Next to the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution, the most remarkable document for freedom and capital R-type Republicanism from paragraph A before this was the T.E.A. Party’s Contract from America.  When the T.E.A.s virtually abandoned this key document, they abandoned their identity.
  6. C.      Right now 75% of the conservatives in politics are Republicans.  If and when, however, liberal Democrats cannot get elected and liberal Republicans cannot get elected and Progressive anythings cannot even win primaries, then the T.E.A. Party will need to shift to carefully monitoring both parties as fiscal- and Constitutional-Conservativism becomes a winning proposition in both parties.  Till then 75% of the time the T.E.A. Party should support the Republican and 25% support some version of a Blue-dog Democrat or Independent. . . but should NOT get involved with primaries, and elections directly.   Just help people learn about the Contract for America; and fiscal- and Constitutional-conservativism don’t interfere.  Also T.E.A Party volunteers can serve a very big role in 1) helping to get out the Conservative voters and 2) serving as watchdogs at election precincts (do the job of election volunteer, but remain alert to potential voter fraud situations).
  7. D.     The T.E.A. Party can learn a lot from the Libertarian father-son combo of Ron and Rand Paul.  The Pauls’ stance on small government, fiscal-responsibility, low taxes, welfare, abortion and military excursions away from America’s shore’s are well-known.  What’s worked for the Pauls?  1) emphasizing the T.E.A. Party positions found in the Contract for America more than any other approach which covers low taxes, small government, fiscal-responsibility, and to a  lesser extent 2) welfare- reform.

What’s sort of worked for the Pauls?  3)  Lumping both major parties together as irresponsible (and they sure are) on taxes and big government and fiscal responsibility and 4) pointing at one as champions of an evil and counter-productive welfare-state and at the other of a bloated and almost-imperialistic warfare state?

What’s absolutely failed to work for the Rands?  5) Social-liberalism on matters like drug-legalization;   and abortion; and 6) any hint of criticism of the American military in war zones.  <when Ron Paul talks about military bases in 156 countries and 120 troops in Gemany and Japan combined – he finds many more sympathetic ears than when he criticizes military missions>.  The Libertarian position on items 5 and 6 virtually guarantees a maximum of 20% support and as little as a 10% following anywhere in the nation – very ineffective.  Ron Paul should realize where his power lies and refuse to comment ever on items 5) and 6).  If he did that, he’d largely be a T.E.A. Party man and find high-receptivity among 45% of the voters minimum.  I love the T.E.A. Party, but have been embarrassed by its gaffs with the three Senators in 2010 and with virtually everything since then.  What works for the T.E.A. Party?   The Contract for America.   Make a new one quickly that reflects 2012 reality.  Refrain from picking candidates until they are nominees.  Refrain from any and all social-conservativism.  Fiscal- and Constitutional- and small-government-conservativism is not only a winner . . . it’s also precisely what the nation needs right now.

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

I have to say, and I hope it's true, "That The Sleeping Giant Has A Waken."

I don't know about you all but I am so grateful to God that "We the People" have finally woken from their slumber. We have a long road a head of us, with my challenges before us, and extremely important decisions to make before the November elections, and what may manifest from the enemies camp. I use the term enemy not lightly, for we as Americans' are facing a party that has never before so boldly infiltrated into our nations political arena. Never before have we ever had such a pro-leftist (Marxist) regime running our nation, and I might add running it right into the ground, trying to disband our constitution, as they work diligently to bankrupt our treasury department, our economy (Jobs/Housing Market), our social integrity and morals with their political correctness movement which is nothing more that Marxist hogwash.

I am proud to be an America, but the nation I do so love, with its freedoms and liberties are slowly being taken away as these Marxist bastards have infiltrated our schools and what has been being taught in them in just over the past twenty years with socialist professors teaching Marxism to our children, not mentioning the slow deterioration of the standards of what is taught in our schools in the first place from 1st Grade on up, better known as drumming down, which began just about 100 years ago and have been making more head way than ever with the ever present assistance of our media as a hole.

As Americans' we need to understand one thing, and that is, if we expect to change what is happening in Washington, we also need to be prepare to change what is happening not only with the news media, but in Hollywood, the story tellers. For it is from the story tellers (the movie Industry as a whole) which first initiates new ideas, that may seem strange and even unacceptable at first, over time becomes more and more tolerated, until it becomes acceptable as part of our society to the majority, even to those who dis-approve, but figure there is nothing we can do anyways.

In closing I just want to say, We as a people must never again accept the status qua, we must never again be silient, we must never again allow those politicians dictate to us what they are going to do, but We the People, need to stand continuously together and dictate to those politicians what they are going to do, or you'll be striped of authority to make decisions for or nation and its people. And that goes for Hollywood also.

Again I am proud to be an America, and I will not be silenced. We need to stop the murdering of our babies, and end this social revolution of sexual sin (homo-sexuality as a life style, for it is not a life style but a life in the style of sin against both God and nature.

God Bless America Again

America was created for a purpose.  We are responsible for making this nation the strong leader we once were with all the rights, freedoms, and privileges restored that we have allowed to be taken from us.  God does have a plan to use America in the end times and He will not be pleased if we allow America to fail.

America is a gift that God intends to use for His purpose.  It was established by people looking for freedom to live their lives without interference from government, to worship God, and live the life described in the Bible.  Our founding fathers wanted to keep government from establishing a national mandatory religion - they never intended for good people to stay out of our government or stay out of politics.  "When good people refuse to take action, evil abounds."

If you have Christian friends, as I do, that will not get involved in politics because of their beliefs - send them to my web site: www.americasroleinrevelation.com.  I have a blog section there with many articles that address what is going on as well as my book, America's Role in Revelation, that will dispel the mistaken beliefs that are preventing them from getting involved in recapturing and restoring our nation.

Thank you for helping me get this information out so we can accomplish the task of saving America.
