The word "Mandate" is thrown around a lot today.  There is the individual Mandate, the unfunded Mandate, the regulatory Mandate, and several more.  Most of these stem from legislation passed in response to a "crisis" or a shortfall.  The legitimacy of these mandates is dubious, at best.  The constitutional "clause" that allows them must always be accompanied by lengthy logic, and emotional pleas.

There is one mandate that is legitimate, beyond question.  It is rare, but it is done on purpose when it happens.  It happens when a candidate lists clearly what he wants to do, what he wants to do can be traced to legitimate powers of government, and the people elect that candidate.  It is the electoral mandate.

It is not enough to list the steps.  The list must be simple enough that there is no question what is being voted on.  The candidate must also stick to his list during the campaign.  He must tell the public.  This requires character and discipline.  The candidate that says one thing to one group, and the opposite to another, destroys his mandate, even if he gets elected!  The more a candidate keeps to his message, the stronger the mandate.

The public then has to agree.  This is indicated by a large "margin of victory" in the popular vote. The last time a true mandate occurred was in 1994.  It was called the Contract With America.  Newt Gingrich was its architect.

In the current campaign, Newt has another "Contract With America".  He is telling his crowds that he will execute proper executive orders.  He is telling his crowds that he will work with congress to pass the changes that require congressional approval, and how that will work.  His steps are well within the limits of the Constitution of the United States.  In every speech he is staying on message!

The hard part about staying on message is that others must accurately represent what is said in order to get that message to the masses.  One man cannot meet a portion of the American population significant enough to win the Presidential election.  Perception is reality in the Presidential arena, and there are many voices adding to the din.

Part of the din is the other candidates.  In the three man race, Newt currently faces a volume of distractions on the order of seven to one, or more.   There is a lot of opportunity to twist the facts and mischaracterize the issues in that much opposition.

But those who dig deep will find a ten point legislative plan, and six executive orders.  They will watch videos that seem to be repeats of each other.  It will begin to get tedious.  But that is how a mandate is established!

Then we, the voters, must consider where we are, and what made this country what it is today.  The honest will see that pervasive private property and capitalism has covered this nation in the current infrastructure.  As more and more "wealth" was redistributed, funds to maintain that infrastructure diminished.  The level of effort required to recover our productivity is very high.  We look for a man who is capable of making the changes we need.  There is only one candidate who has made changes on that scale.  That candidate is Newt Gingrich!

Name any politician that advocates phasing out government entitlements.  His chance of being reelected would be zero.  While 65 percent want Obama’s plan of government heath care done away with, the same people want Congress to give them government paid for health care.  Your President claims that it would be unprecedented for the Supreme Court to change his plans for us in any way.  That should tell you that redistributive justice, as a matter of government polity, in any shape, form, or fashion, is unconstitutional and repressive of rights. But it doesn’t.  The American people don’t know whether they are afoot or horseback.

When my ruling planet, Uranus, had transited to a position, according to astrology, that indicated a change in my life, I could see that my independent lumber business was going the way of the mom and pop grocery store; that the giants of the lumber industry, with multimillion dollar income executives and big labor directing the course, that my days in the lumber business were numbered. The above mentioned controllers of the lumber industry were turning politicians into prostitutes for the giants of the lumber industry. I started thinking about ordered liberty.

Howdy all!  Sorry I missed sharing with you for Easter.  I had a long day at the Benton County (WA) GOP convention on Saturday, and then had to go Ham shopping at an all night supermarket.  Do you know how hard it is to read those little price tags on a big ham at 1:15 am?  And it's true about those Wal-Martians coming out at night!  At least I was able to find one of those as-seen-on-tv door screens with the velcro and the magnets!  I didn't even have to call in the next 5 minutes or act now before it's too late either!

Like I said, I attended the Benton County GOP convention.  Was third alternate but still got seated as a delegate!  Cool!!  Until it started.  I thought they were supposed to be exciting, a place to spread your conservative wings and puff out your proud republican chest feathers and Be The Eagle!  WRONG!  These guys couldn't even count.  Let's see, there were 310, no 311 delegates, no,.. right!  310 delegates from my state congressional district.  So you would think they'd be able to count out 310 ballot sheets.  A couple of hands went up asking for ballots after we got ours to start voting state delegates.  OK, pass them back in, so we can check credentials.  . . . OK WHO DIDN'T TURN IN YOUR BALLOT?  We sent out 310, but got back 299!  Oh, and this was after the 'party leadership' was finally able to verify credentials initially.  That took 4 hours.  Our first vote for delegates finally finished tallying up about 3:55 pm, after starting at 8:30 am.  40 out of 42 were selected, so another round for the last 2.  It only got worse after that.  So, while I was steaming, I realized that all the GOP 'leadership' tended to lean toward those who had a certain business like perspective for the candidate of their choice.  Hmm, is it possible that what was being said in the press about the GOP could be true?  So I watched closer.  When time came for nominees from the floor, some folks did not get recognized to nominate.  And when they tried to get attention, there was suddenly a motion from the floor to end the floor nominating.  When that person questioned they were told that a motion is made and seconded, so we must deal with this first.  The motion was voted and passed, therefore the person with the request to nominate was told no, we already shut it down.  That type of occurrence happened a few times. There was a delegate from my precinct who leaned the same way as I do.  And she told me something interesting.  She is of the same faith as one of the business men running.  Those in her faith were leaning heavily towards this former governor.  When she made it known she did not lean that way, she was basically harassed fro NOT leaning as they were supposed to.  That's when I knew the fix was in.  And our candidate's county leadership were in dire need of leadership training.  They basically rolled over and played dead, when they were paying attention instead of shooting the breeze that is.  Well, at least there was a national campaign officer from my guy's camp in house.  I watched him too.  He left after the first vote's tally where zero delegates from our side got elected.  0 for 42 in total.  But that's OK.  I still got his personal email address, so I have a way to tell him a few things one on one, if you know what I mean.

Why do I tell you all this?  Here?  Well one reason is I want to share my experience, that was not as good as others who went to their county convention.  Trust me I DO plan on going as many times as possible in the future.  But to bring in today's message, I gave up my time with my family and friends to prepare for Easter to do what I believe must be done by as many citizens as possible.  It is an honorable thing to stand up for your fellow constituents and citizens.  I did not do anything out of line or dishonorable.  But I witnessed what I find dishonorable (aka political) and I will make sure I do what is honorable for the candidate of my choosing, as well as the citizens who voted me a delegate alternate.  And, I know I will learn from this for future attendance at conventions.  This will help me develop endurance, and improve my chances of having a better convention next time.  At least a more honorable one.

There is a debate in TX on 24 May.  Newt, Rick and Ron have confirmed their attendance.

There will be a 60 day "virtual convention" leading up to 1 Sept.  All of the candidates WILL speak from the same podium!

Our worst hope is to nominate another moderate.  Romney's only tactic has been to suppress the turn out, dramatically.  If we cannot get our vote out for the primary, how can we consider getting it out for the general election?  The current "establishment" track is literally a recipe for disaster!

We will face an effort like we have never seen bent on suppressing the "Tea Party" vote, AS SOON AS we stop beating on each other!  Romney has demonstrated the effectiveness of that tactic.  The other side may be missing fund raising targets, but those targets are wildly ambitious to begin with.  They will have a war chest the likes we cannot hope to match.  We must stop, look, and think.  We cannot win a pitched battle.  We have to adopt an asymmetric strategy.

The asymmetric strategy involves firing up your base, and pinning down your opponent.  By giving Obama multiple targets, and large crowds, we put him on the defensive.  They cannot focus on one guy!  Newt has drawn the fire of the White House, and is the only candidate to do so with an issue thus far.  Speaker Gingrich has done that twice! His $2.50 a gallon plan WILL work, and moreover, we need it to work to get out of this debt.  He continues to fight the lefts "War on Women" by properly framing the debate in terms of Religious Liberty!  We have effectively pinned down the opposition so far, because we have multiple targets.

Next we need to fire up the base.  Last year conservatives showed up on the west lawn of the Capitol by the hundreds of thousands.  One would think that that momentum was a positive thing.  Yet turnout has been dismal this year!  The only states where turnout exceeded 2008 were SC and GA.  We are killing our goose!  Obama is ahead in Virginia!  Newt has been the only one this cycle that has shown any ability to rally the base.  Even with his low delegate count, Newt is drawing huge crowds.  Clearly, Newt is the strongest candidate!

Now for the back story!

I am sure you have heard about the Virginia Ballot fiasco.  The "consultant" Newt hired in Richmond, VA turned in 1500 lines signed by the same person.  Newt put forth the effort, but was hit by a lame participant.  That is all the evidence that will be gathered while Newt is a candidate.  In the mix, the former Speaker hired the fraudster.  Newt has better things than be all litigious just now!

Then there is the ownership of Clear Channel Radio.  Clear Channel holds the syndication of several shows, including Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and others, not the least of which is WMAL (630 AM, DC).  Bain Capital owns Clear Channel!  Sean Hannity provided the most publicity of Newt's "Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less" campaign that was launched from a couch with Nancy Pelosi on it.  Is it any surprise that NO talk radio stars came out for Newt?  Republicans don't bite the hand that feeds them.

Add to that the active engagement of Roger Ailes and Brit Hume at Fox.  Between the two of them, they are quashing any positive treatment of Newt.  This includes giving Newt the hardest questions from the likes of Bret Baier and Chris Wallace.  Even Governor Sarah Palin was only allowed to report on who she voted for!  Any one who watches critically will see that.  They will also see that Newt is complete command of each interview he does.  No other candidate can face that pressure, and the heat will only turn up if one emerges!  They don't have as far to go with Newt!

So...

What is gained by Newt staying in the race?  Well, the target expansion mentioned above, for one.  Newt, Rick and Romney are far enough apart that the White House cannot target one without advancing another.  We have the benefit of fire AND maneuver now.  The democrats are clearly apoplectic over the prospects of a Gingrich nomination.  As a candidate, you can imagine a Newt - Obama debate.  As President, Gingrich's command of history, and the inner workings of government, will relegate the Democrats to the space between the back bench and the wall.  In any election case, the Democrats cannot attack Mitt while Newt is there to take advantage!

The Democrat Attack Machine is immobilized!  Thank You Newt!

As for us, we need to make the establishment aware that we are onto their game, and that it puts the entire election at risk.  Those that did not show up to vote in the primary will not show up to vote!  We are giving up the "not a dimes worth of difference argument".  Romney was the ONLY Republican to advocate FOR RobamneyCare in 2009, and Obama used that to beat us over the head and shoulders.  The problem with the "dimes worth" argument is that it tends to kill our base!  That is the ONLY risk we could take that would lose this election!

We have two weeks to breathe some measure of sanity into this incongruous debacle.   If we elect a proven motivator in August, we can eliminate the saturation bombing we will surely face!  Take heed!  Or prepare to take defeat!

I don't know about you all but I am so grateful to God that "We the People" have finally woken from their slumber. We have a long road a head of us, with my challenges before us, and extremely important decisions to make before the November elections, and what may manifest from the enemies camp. I use the term enemy not lightly, for we as Americans' are facing a party that has never before so boldly infiltrated into our nations political arena. Never before have we ever had such a pro-leftist (Marxist) regime running our nation, and I might add running it right into the ground, trying to disband our constitution, as they work diligently to bankrupt our treasury department, our economy (Jobs/Housing Market), our social integrity and morals with their political correctness movement which is nothing more that Marxist hogwash. 

I am proud to be an America, but the nation I do so love, with its freedoms and liberties are slowly being taken away as these Marxist bastards have infiltrated our schools and what has been being taught in them in just over the past twenty years with socialist professors teaching Marxism to our children, not mentioning the slow deterioration of the standards of what is taught in our schools in the first place from 1st Grade on up, better known as drumming down, which began just about 100 years ago and have been making more head way than ever with the ever present assistance of our media as a hole.

As Americans' we need to understand one thing, and that is, if we expect to change what is happening in Washington, we also need to be prepare to change what is happening not only with the news media, but in Hollywood, the story tellers. For it is from the story tellers (the movie Industry as a whole) which first initiates new ideas, that may seem strange and even unacceptable at first, over time becomes more and more tolerated, until it becomes acceptable as part of our society to the majority, even to those who dis-approve, but figure there is nothing we can do anyways.

In closing I just want to say, We as a people must never again accept the status qua, we must never again be silient, we must never again allow those politicians dictate to us what they are going to do, but We the People, need to stand continuously together and dictate to those politicians what they are going to do, or you'll be striped of authority to make decisions for or nation and its people. And that goes for Hollywood also.

Again I am proud to be an America, and I will not be silenced. We need to stop the murdering of our babies, and end this social revolution of sexual sin (homo-sexuality as a life style, for it is not a life style but a life in the style of sin against both God and nature.
