Is it a breach of ethics when prominent journalists like Christine Amanpour from ABC, Jill Abramson executive editor for NYT, Arianna Huffington from Huffington Post, Geneva Overholser (Director of the School of Journalism) at the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication and Matt Thompson (Big dog from NPR?) take“Ole George’s Cash” in exchange for editing and slanting the news to the far left. It’s crooked as a dog’s hind leg and violates the Professional Journalists’ ethic code.
Since 2010 all these vile corrupt organizations have their marching orders from Obama and Soros – they’ve been instructed to take FOX news out of the picture. What follows is a follow-up letter that I forwarded to our NM U.S. Congressman today respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team on March 1, 2012, which I am taking the liberty of sharing with you for informational purposes.
Please note that included in my recent letter is information and sources regarding three extremely important revelations that have transpired since my initial request to him of March 20, 2012, which I believe further support my request:
1. Allegations made by a Hollywood film producer regarding the fact that former President Clinton had directly told her in 2008 that the then Presidential candidate Obama was Constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States, along with revealing that Obama’s 2008 campaign violated Democratic Party rules and engaged in improper and possibly illegal actions to steal the 2008 Democratic Party presidential nomination from Hillary Clinton. She also revealed that those Hillary Clinton supporters that resisted Obama’s campaign were made targets of intimidation, which included, but was not limited to, receiving ‘death threats’ from Obama’s people, along with being astounded that the media was not interested in covering the alleged abuses;
2. Allegations made by a Hollywood-based digital photographer regarding the fact that Obama’s 2008 campaign had violated Democratic Party rules and engaged in improper and possibly illegal actions to steal the 2008 Democratic Party presidential nomination from Hillary Clinton. She also revealed that her resistance to the Obama campaign made her a target of intimidation that included, but was not limited to, receiving death threats from Obama’s people, along with being astounded that the media was not interested in covering the alleged abuses; and
3. Sheriff Arpaio’s investigative team is now expanding its investigative probe to then Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s supporters, an action that was initiated after the Hollywood film producer and a Hollywood-based digital photographer provided Sheriff Arpaio’s investigators with the names of dozens of Hillary Clinton supporters that were willing to come forward with evidence and affidavits to substantiate the allegations initially made by the Hollywood film producer.

On March 17 and 20, 2012, I wrote to you and respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of undisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.
What follows is information that I failed to share with you in my letters, which I believe is not only pertinent to this issue, but further supports my request for the conduct of a Congressional investigation by both houses of Congress:
On or about January 5, 2012, I wrote to our New Mexico Secretary of State and requested that President Obama be removed from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot, but much to my dismay, although I never received a response to my request, had discovered that President Obama was in fact certified to appear on our state’s Democratic ticket because Chief Justice Charles Daniels, the Chairman of the New Mexico Presidential Nominating Committee, had drafted an opinion in response to similar complaints that basically stated that “state law cannot grant either the Secretary of State of the Presidential Nominating Committee the power to determine the federal constitutional qualifications of candidates for federal office,” which I found extremely disturbing because, after taking time to re-read the ‘2012 Candidate Guide’ that was provided me by the Secretary of State’s office, I found nothing in that guide that would preclude the ‘Presidential Nominating Committee’ or the ‘Secretary of State’ from having ‘the power to determine the federal constitutional qualifications of candidates for federal office.’
But be that as it may, as I mentioned to you in my letter of November 18, 2011, it seems to me that our entire electoral system has been turned upside down and/or hijacked by individuals/groups with deep pockets who seem to have their own agendas that are extremely different from the ordinary American citizen like myself who still believes in and loves this great Country/Republic of ours as it is. What follows are issues, along with what I consider to be undisputable and creditable sources that I also shared with you in said letter, which I also believe overwhelmingly support my concerns regarding this disturbing and time sensitive matter:

America’s liberal progressives picked Barack Hussein Obama for president, a lawyer, a Marxist—charming, persuasive, idealistic.
The American Bar leans heavily toward liberal progressive. The American Civil Liberties Union is an example. As a student of history, I observe that, generally, lawyers and liberal progressives practice how to get around the law.
The law is based on reason. Liberal progressives rely on emotion. Having said this, let us now talk about Attorney General Holder’s three page answer to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Is it lawyer grandstanding? It all came up over the conservatives on the Supreme Court’s unfavorable remarks on Obmacare. Obama was obliged to respond. His liberal progressive constituency is mad as hell.
Attorney General Holder’s job will be to speak to liberal progressives in terms they understand, not to the Court of Appeals. Rest assured, Holder’s answer will be what liberal progressives want to hear—emotions made to appear logical, not for the Court’s benefit, which bases logic and the law on the same level. He has already said that there was nothing illogical about Obama’s remarks. What can the Court do? What can we do? That’s the question.
Obama has told us that Obamacare was the work of democratically elected representatives, leaving the idea that democracy is fundamental to the law. He pulled a favorite lawyer trick—juxtapositioned the term judicial activism. He implied that conservative justices tend to be judicial activists. In the lawyer’s bible, Black’s Law Dictionary, under judicial activism, “these decisions represent intrusions into legislative and executive matters.” So you see, Obama didn’t say anything he couldn’t back up. Understand that Obama has not said the Supreme Court doesn’t have the final say, but implies that if the conservatives on the bench strike down any part of Obamacare, they will be “intruding into legislative and executive matters.” It is written in Black’s Law Dictionary! This will be, more or less, Holder’s boomerang to the Court.
Here is what is written. “Judicial philosophy which motivates judges to depart from strict adherence to judicial precedent in favor of progressive and new social policies which are not always consistent with restraint expected of appellate judges. Obamacare is 2,700 pages already written by liberal progressive lawyers and waiting for Obama to take office. Justice Kagan was a legal advisor, and now judges her legal advice. So, alright. We are not in a physical revolution. But politically the revolution is ongoing. Whether we are being fundamentally transformed, or restoring our Constitution and limiting the government, we are all involved with a revolution, of the most stupendous magnitude. If the Constitution is not to stand, then we will have to conform to some other form of government. And I can see that some, if not most or all of the states may bow out of any new form of government, which would end the united part of the name. And many of these states will have trouble maintaining their sovereignty due to the fact that their constitutions vector to parts of the US constitution. Example; Washington State's constitution does not have its own qualifications for federally elected positions such as senator and representatives. It instead states that the qualifications for federal elections are found in the US constitution. So they will need their own constitutional convention. I believe that the US Constitution will stand throughout this form of revolution being waged, because of the mess that would follow, because the states would want their sovereignty back, and because the winner would have nothing to show for it. So, as we a prepare for the coming election, the administration to follow, and whatever political or economic havoc that may ensue, remember what is said in 1 Timothy. If you have enough to get by, then be content. Our republic will survive. After all, the Constitution has only one guarantee in all the articles and amendments. Article IV, Section 4. 'The United States shall guarantee to every State in this union a Republican Form of Government'. Can't get any more content than that.

I live in California . If you were wondering what living in Obama's second term would be like, wonder no longer. We in California are living there now.
California is a one-party state dominated by a virulent Democrat Left enabled by a complicit media where every agency of local, county, and state government is run by and for the public employee unions. The unemployment rate is 12%.
California has more folks on food stamps than any other state, has added so many benefits and higher rates to Medicaid that we call it "Medi-Cal." Our K-12 schools have more administrators than teachers, with smaller classes but lower test scores and higher dropout rates with twice the per-student budget of 15 years ago. Good job, Brownie.
This week, the once and current Gov. Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown had to confess that the "balanced" state budget adopted five months ago was billions in the red because actual tax revenues were billions lower than the airy-fairy revenue estimates on which the balance was predicated.
After trimming legislators' perks and reducing the number of cell phones provided to state civil servants, the governor intoned that drastic budget reductions had already hollowed out state programs for the needy, law enforcement and our schoolchildren. California government needed more money.
Echoing the Occupy movement, the governor proclaimed the rich must pay their fair share. Fair share? The top 1% of California income earners currently pays 50% of the state's income tax.
California has seven income tax brackets. The top income tax rate is 9.3%, which is slapped on the greedy rich earning at least $47,056 a year. Income of more than $1 million pays the "millionaires' and billionaires'" surcharge tax rate of 10.3%. Brown's proposal would add 2% for income over $250,000. A million-dollar income would then be taxed at 12.3%. And that's just for the state.
Brown also proposed a one-half-cent sales tax increase, which would bring sales taxes (which vary by county) up to 7.75% to as much as 10%. Both tax increases would be on the ballot in 2012.
The sales tax increase proposal immediately brought howls of protest from the Left (of Brown!). Charlie Eaton, a sociology grad student at UC Berkeley and leader of the UC Student-Workers Union, said, "We've paid enough. It's time for millionaires to pay."
At least five other ballot measures to raise taxes are circulating for signatures to get on the 2012 ballot in California . The governor's proposals are the most conservative.
The Obama way doesn't end with taxes.
The governor and the state legislature continue to applaud the efforts of the California High Speed Rail Authority to build a train connecting Los Angeles and San Francisco . Even though the budget is three times the voter-approved amount and the first segment will only connect two small towns in the agricultural Central Valley . But hey, if we build it, they will ride. And we don't want to turn down the Obama bullet-train bucks Florida and other states rejected because the operating costs would bankrupt them. Can't happen here because we're already insolvent!
If we get into real trouble with the train, we'll just bring in the Chinese. It worked with the Bay Bridge reconstruction. After the 1989 earthquake, the bridge connecting Oakland and San Francisco was rebuilt with steel made in China . Workers from China too. Paid for with money borrowed from China . Makes perfect sense.
In California , we hate the evil, greedy rich (except the rich in Hollywood , in sports, and in drug dealing). But we love people who have broken into California to eat the bounty created by the productive rich.
Illegals get benefits from various generous welfare programs, free medical care, and free schools for their kids, including meals, and of course, instate tuition rates and scholarships too. Nothing's too good for our guests.
To erase even a hint of criticism of illegal immigration, the California Legislature is considering a unilateral state amnesty. Democrat State Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes has proposed an initiative that would bar deportation of illegals from California .
Interesting dilemma for Obama there. If immigration is exclusively a federal matter, and Obama has sued four states for trying to enforce federal immigration laws he won't enforce, what will the President do to a California law that exempts California from federal immigration law?
California is also near fulfilling the environmentalist dream of deindustrialization.
After driving out the old industrial base (auto and airplane assembly, for example, air and water regulators and tax policies are now driving out the high-tech, biotech and even Internet-based companies that were supposed to be California's future.
The California cap-and-trade tax on business in the name of reducing CO2 makes our state the leader in wacky environmentalism and guarantees a further job exodus from the state. Even green energy companies can't do business in California . Solyndra went under, taking its taxpayer loan guarantee with it.
No job is too small to escape the regulators. The state has even banned weekend amateur gold miners from the historic gold mining streams in the Sierra Nevada Mountains . In fact, more and more of California 's public land is off-limits to recreation by the people who paid for that land. Unless you're illegal.
Then you can clear the land, set up marijuana plantations at will, bring in fertilizers that legal farmers can no longer use, exploit illegal farm workers who live in hovels with no running water or sanitation, and protect your investment with armed illegals carrying guns no California citizen is allowed to own.
The rest of us only found out about these plantations when the workers' open campfire started one of those devastating fires that have killed hundreds of people and burned out thousands of homes in California over the last decade.
It's often said that whatever happens in California will soon happen in your state.
You'd better hope that's wrong.

In my above letter I also informed you that I had requested that our New Mexico Secretary of State remove President Obama from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot, but much to my dismay, although I never received a response to my request, had discovered that President Obama was in fact certified to appear on our state’s Democratic ticket because Chief Justice Charles Daniels, the Chairman of the New Mexico Presidential Nominating Committee, had drafted an opinion in response to similar complaints that basically stated that “state law cannot grant either the Secretary of State of the Presidential Nominating Committee the power to determine the federal constitutional qualifications of candidates for federal office,” which I found extremely disturbing because, after taking time to re-read the ‘2012 Candidate Guide’ that was provided me by the Secretary of State’s office, I found nothing in that guide that would preclude the ‘Presidential Nominating Committee’ or the ‘Secretary of State’ from having ‘the power to determine the federal constitutional qualifications of candidates for federal office.’
But be that as it may, as I mentioned to you in my letter of November 18, 2011, it seems to me that our entire electoral system has been turned upside down and/or hijacked by individuals/groups with deep pockets who seem to have their own agendas that are extremely different from the ordinary American citizen like myself who still believes in and loves this great Country/Republic of ours as it is. Perhaps the greatest threat to Internet freedom is warrantless federal spying on our online and telephone activities.
Warrantless spying was exposed during the Bush Administration. Instead of impeaching the President, Congress - including then-Senator Obama - gutlessly LEGALIZED his crimes with the FISA Amendments Act of 2008. Worse, they did so even though zero evidence was provided that this was needed to prevent terrorist attacks.
Armed with YOUR legislative encouragement, the NSA (National Security Agency) is going much farther with its Stellar Wind program. * put wiretapping rooms at key junction points throughout the country, gaining access to most domestic phone calls, emails, and cell phone communications. AT&T and Verizon were amongst those who prominently cooperated.

* is constructing a data center in Utah to store ALL of this information, perpetually.
* funds supercomputing efforts to break codes and get access to encrypted data.
Are you going to permit the NSA to invade my privacy without probable cause or a warrant!
Do we actually have a "free" society if The Leviathan State can read everything we say and write? Are we truly more secure because those conversations are recorded in one central location, forever?
After it was revealed that President Nixon used eavesdropping and spying powers on his political opponents, Congress created the FISA court that could issue search warrants in cases containing top-secret information.
* This provided some safeguards against the overreach of government spooks.
* It helped ensure that The State could not use surveillance powers for political purposes.
* It reassured The People.
But when you and your colleagues passed the FISA Amendments Act, you essentially said that...
Nixon was right all along!
You were endorsing the notion that the Executive Branch SHOULD have virtually unchecked power. And now those chickens have come home to roost. The NSA is merely following a Congressional lead with its Big Brother projects and policies.
I do not consent to being spied on! I do not consent to the long-term storage of my personal communications.
And yes, I suspect _I_ am being spied upon, as if I'm a criminal.
I demand that you restore the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution by...
* repealing the FISA Amendments Act. Restore the original FISA law to protect citizens from warrantless surveillance.
* shutting down and de-funding the NSA's Stellar Wind program.
