ACTION

When we are born we are blissfully unaware of the circumstances that will dictate the course of our lives. As we grow into adulthood and become more aware of our surroundings, to some an appalling realization becomes evident. In the social structure that exists today in these United States, there are those who claim for themselves the right to control the people who by right of their birth are born free. These so-called rulers who today govern the free have equated the words "to govern" as "to rule." These "rulers" of the free believe it is Divine Providence, handed down from father/mother to son/daughter, that they rule by divine right. Even in "our" governing body there are those who have ruled for 20, 30 and 40 years and their reason has become so blinded to the will of the people, that their acts are less the voice of the people and more the dictates of the totalitarian.

When the Founding Fathers began the "great experiment" and called it America, the very meaning of the word government took on an entirely new meaning. In the founding documents, the preamble begins with the words "We The People," and continues to now and forever declare the duty of the government is for the protection and defense of the natural, God given rights of the people. In this one document it declares that the People have the Right to live their Life; to live in the state of Liberty; and the Right to own Property and pursue that which makes them happy.

Over these past two hundred and thirty some years things have changed substantially. We are no longer the America called the Land of the Free, with Liberty and Justice for all. Today the government controls/rules the education of our children; the law abiding Citizen must carry State issued identification papers or be subject to arrest, fine or jail. To be engaged in a private business one must obtain permission from the State and pay the State fee and tax in order to enjoy the fruits of their labor. The normal Citezen must pay up to one half of their earnings to the Internal Revenue and the Social Security Administration.

The "Land of the Free" and "The Home of the Brave" no longer exists as it did when our Founders first had the "Dream of Liberty" called America. But there is a spark beginning to ignite once again, and soon, with the chance for the "Flame of Liberty" to once again burn bright, the patriots who are "We The People" can and must stand up for the one word that sets us apart from the oppression and control of the rulers of a tyrannical government and that word is...FREEDOM!

HOW TO END THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT

A Primer for the Current Major Parties

It is good that the major political parties are wondering how to end the Tea Party movement. If the Tea Party wins or ends, rational government should return. However, as both major parties have been in bed with their major campaign contributors for so long, real reform seems unlikely. Neither party seems to remember that the purpose of any just government is to protect the people from the abuses of the powerful. That is simply natural law. The left never bothered to learn political theory, while the far right abandoned it, in favor of misreading Darwin. It is Survival of the Fittest, not survival of the most powerful, and not survival of the best backstabbers.

Instead of focusing on paying off debts to major campaign donors, government and the parties need to address the problems the common people face due to the privileges given to the elites. How many laws have been passed solely to benefit your elites? Has there been a single law in the past 30 years that actually benefitted the common people? The FDA exists to curry favor with the Drug and pesticide Companies. The “FDA Food Safety Modernization Act” would give a bureaucracy the right to tell you how to grow your home garden; fining you if you don’t use enough pesticides. The Drug companies have run rampant for decades, with phony studies, and marketing campaigns designed solely to force drugs on people who don’t really need them. Big oil has avoided any meaningful oversight, as have most major corporations. The bureaucrats know they will have a fat paycheck waiting for them at the corporations they are suppose to be regulating, if they stab the public in the back enough.

Katha Pollitt writes (The Nation May 3^rd- Letter From Berlin) “As for the political value of the Second Amendment in defending the Republic, the idea that homeowners could hold off a tyrannical government with their individual weapons is bound to look ridiculous to people who have actually experienced fascism.” The idea of the 2^nd Amendment is to prevent a tyrannical government from getting in power in the first place; and then give the people a chance should they slip. Basically the position of the Left has been that any bureaucrat on the face of the earth should be allowed to tell you how to live your life, down to the tiniest detail. It is a large part of the reason many feel the USA is becoming tyrannical.

George Washington warned the nation about getting involved with foreign nations largely because, at the time, foreign nations, primarily European, used lies and deceit as the common way of doing business, and only those who were skilled in lies and deception were capable of avoiding the landmines inherent in such a system. We have become a land where lies and deceit are the common way of doing business, especially in government.

Eisenhower warned, in his farewell address, of the dangers of the military industrial complex. We have become a nation where by the military industrial complex rules every decision. A Free People must, first of all, be free from hate and fear. Both parties feed on hate and fear. The left is in favor a bureaucratic dictatorship, the right a dictatorship for corporate elites. Neither is acceptable.

The latest ploy of the Right is using the problem of terrorist to eliminate the individual’s rights under Miranda; but except for television programs and the rich, Miranda was eliminated in the 80’s; especially in urban areas. (I do have a personal bias in this; in 1988 I was given the choice of dying in the Los Angeles County Jail or pleading no contest to misdemeanor charge I didn’t believe myself guilty of. After 74 days in solitary, denied pen, pencil, access to a telephone and prescription medication, and a court appointed attorney who refused to speak to me, except to demand I plea no contest, I caved. The California Bar Association – Decision 93-29417 failed to see any ethical violations.)

Aside from reading a person his rights, the Miranda decision also required counties provide a public defender to all defendants facing 6 months or more incarceration (Possibly the first of many unfunded mandates). In most states, it now applies to all defendants, including those facing less than 6 months imprisonment.

Naturally enough, counties looked for ways to avoid the increased costs involved with providing a public defender. The result is the plea bargain system. At first, this system of injustice was used primarily to put pressure on individuals suspected of major crimes, but for which inadequate evidence existed to have a reasonable chance of conviction. Also, at about the same time police officers lobbied successfully to get paid for appearing in court, which previously they often had to do on their own time.

However, by the early 80’s, the plea bargain system was being used for just about everything, including to cover up abuses by police officers. (According to the Criminal Justice Profile, published by the State of California; the conviction rate in Los Angeles County rose from 81% in 1981 to 98.6% in 1988. I haven’t tracked this since 1996, when it was at 96%.) While prosecutors touted their high conviction rates as evidence of their tough on crime positions, the plea bargain system actually encourages crime (“Plead no contest and I can get you out of jail by tomorrow.”), increases the amount of jail time spent by those who believe themselves innocent, or at least had mitigating circumstances, and spews hatred for those who administer the criminal justice system.

But that is not the sole reason for the crime in cities, which began irritating the people outside the cities long ago.

Starting in the late 60’s individuals who really didn’t belong there began to be released from mental institutions. In the 70’s drugs were found which mitigated the symptoms of mental patients, and many more were released from institutions. In the 80’s, with the election of Ronal Reagan, who believed these individuals should compete with everyone else, both homelessness and the criminalization of the mentally ill began. Mental Health Courts began to reduce this aspect of the problem; although mentally ill individuals still make up abnormally high percentage of prison populations. (Full disclosure: I received Honorable Mention from the Pacific Research Institute (1992) for a paper on how Mental Health Courts could save communities money while providing better treatments.)

Drug laws – Are today’s drug laws the result of J. Edgar Hoover being blackmailed (for being a transvestite) by one or more mafia families? We will probably never know for sure, but we spend way too much money to keep people incarcerated for activities which primarily just injure themselves.

Both major political parties promote greater privileges for their elites. County prosecutors are on the list of the privileged elites for both Republicans and Democrats. This is part of the reason this country is sinking toward dictatorship, which appears to be the favored position of both far left and far right, although each appears to want a different flavor of dictatorship. This helps fuel the increase in gun advocates.

When government, State and Federal begin to address the problems created by the greed, both of power and money, of the elites instead of covering up their abuses, we will once again become a fit nation, deserving of survival.

"We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America"! How naïve was America when Barack Hussein Obama shouted those words on the brink of his election. What an education we have had in the past tumultuous 18 months, with a new transformation occurring on an almost daily basis. It has been quite a ride, reminding me of the Disneyland Tea Cup ride where I watched my little boy lose his cookies. As disturbing as this ride as been, you have to admit -- this is the ONE statement Obama has made truthfully.

I wish I may, I wish I might have the wish I wish tonight. The poor wish for material abundance. The government accommodates them by giving the poor the Lottery. Anything that raises revenue, by government standard, is good. Taking from those who have and giving it to those who don’t, redistribution of the wealth, by government standard, is good. Government is giving the American people their wish. It makes as much sense as playing Russian roulette. Intelligent people don’t do this. This is my point. Cluck, cluck! It’s the fox watching over the henhouse.

I keep asking myself, “why would intelligent people do this to themselves?” Redistribution of the wealth grows government, and personal power, in a nation of the people, for the people—of those who have less than other people, who make up the majority. It's hogwash, not the law. It is people who live by their emotions, not their common sense. It is absolutely childlike.

Why do some people have less than other people? Is it luck? I don’t think so. The personal power drive is natural for all sentient beings. It is natural for those with a grant of power to do what they can to gain more power. It is natural to take from those with resources, those with personal power, render them powerless, and by law give to have-nots? Doing what comes naturally is not what humans do. It is not natural law, the law of the jungle, that directs humans. America’s Constitution has a background of “higher law” meant for humans. Is it for the good of all to take from those who have and give to have-nots? I don’t think so. We are above lower life forms; we’re above behaviorist animals; that is, if we are mature adults.

Redistribution of the wealth, taking from the rich and giving to the poor, grows government. Failure of a big, powerful government to enforce the U. S. southern border doesn’t make sense unless you consider the source. Allowing poor Mexicans the opportunity to take advantage of the welfare state makes perfect sense. Obama and colleagues are engaged in a global movement to take from nations that have, the U. S. being one, and give to have-not nations. It’s an expansion of the idea of welcoming the poor of the world to America, giving the poor of the world a God-given opportunity to succeed. This the U. S. gives us is a manmade opportunity given by America’s political opportunists. It’s all about the powerful seeking to control the world (including the leaders of the most repressive nations on earth). Look out! It’s backroom wheeling and dealing, the individual’s God-given rights no different than an ant’s rights.

What makes those with a grant of power in the U. S. any different than other tyrants? It’s terrifying. It’s working. America is going bankrupt, morally, spiritually, fiscally. History’s record is enough to convince any thinking person that too much power in too few places is corrupting. America’s Founding Fathers were careful to create a government of divided powers, to avoid this we now have. Their Constitution has been replaced by New Deal law, Great Society programs, and now by “transformation,” the final solution: socialization of the law—the end result justifies the means: government oppression. It’s as old as the hills.

Common sense says we are born for justice, and right is not the mere arbitrary construction of opinion but an institution of nature. Cicero, the father of modern law. We are born for moral rightness, based on reason and logic, which is fundamental to the law. Government is rightly servant of the people, not our masters. The majority of the American people have voluntarily reduced themselves to child status, in need of government control.

The U. S. grew into a great nation long before the New Deal. The Great Depression and all that followed was planned by progressives. Their idea was to eat away at individual liberty, to place themselves in control of our lives by redistribution of the wealth. I’ve yet to hear even one politician, Republican or Democrat, speak the full truth.

Obama’s plan is to have accomplished his socialist goals by 2012. If the Tea Party is to accomplish its goal, it needs to concentrate on electing politicians who are committed to giving everyone equal opportunity: no less and no more. The Tea Party needs to admonish politicians to state specifically how they intend on accomplish balancing the budget, shrinking bureaucratic control, shrinking lobbying. Money goes where money flows. It is about giving us back our Constitution, letting all politicians know it means elimination of New Deal law, Great Society programs, and Obama’s transformation into a socialist state.

President Obama says we don’t know who to believe because there is too much information at our disposal. I suspect he had Fox News in mind. Similarly, a Christian on teaparty.org told me I’m misinformed on my interpretation of the Bible. A Muslim would tell me I’m misinformed on my interpretation of the Koran. I’m told by another on teaparty.org that the Tea Party cannot be the imposition of a religion. The Declaration of Independence says I have God-given rights. Is that guilt by association?

Wall Street bankers were making a killing and politicians were happy to see people getting homes, regardless of the fact that they could not afford them. Common sense says the bubble was bound to burst but not the establishment. The Obama Administration blamed the Bush Administration for the problem and then proceeded to multiply many times the debt the Bush Administration incurred by telling us that Wall Street bankers were too big to fail and bailing them out. We, the people, asked for exactly what we got. In order to make the problem go away, politicians are playing a shell game, again exactly what we, the people, ask for. We don’t know who to believe, says Obama. Say I, we left our common sense for that proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Birds fly in flocks and fish swim in schools. Astrologer’s Handbook: “Pisces is a sensitive sign (the sign, two attached fish swimming in opposite directions). . . They desperately want to do the right thing, but as a rule they do not have strong willpower. Therefore, they are easily influenced by external factors.” Hello!

We are leaving the Age of Pisces and entering the Age of Aquarius. Coincidentally, I was born with Aquarius rising. Quoting Astrologer’s Handbook, under “Aquarius:” “Individuals born under the sign of brotherhood and fraternity have as their symbol the water-bearer, who spill out to mankind the life-force and spiritual energy. . . Aquarians have eccentric temperaments and are determined and stubborn . . . There is no affectation or snobbery in the Aquarian personality but a dislike for spurious imitation and hypocrisy in any form. Aquarians operate as equals among equals. . .they are not dependent on their environments for their security." Coincidentally, America was born under the sign of Aquarius.

I learned in Astrology that my ruling planet, Uranus, in its orbit around the sun, had traversed half way in my forties, opposing itself when I was born. It meant pressure for change. Circumstances forced me to change. My business enterprise failed and as well my second marriage. I didn’t know what to do. I was frightened, depressed, and unbelieving of anything I’d been taught. Moreover, I looked upon my government as the greatest fraud of all times.

That’s when I started looking within for my answers. That’s when my bitterness turned into a bigger than life calling.

Everyone I knew thought I’d lost my mind. Everyone knows little. By looking within for answers, I turned my life around. I discovered my path of destiny. By insight and intuition, my life improved. Ask and you will receive.

According to astrologers, Aquarius rising means the part of me I show the world. As I age, I become more my outer personality. When I was forty-nine, I cut my umbilical cord with my past. I bring you a good omen. I’ve learned from the experience of writing my memoirs that the more I think about my life the more I connect with happenings; certain events in my life are no longer coincidental. There isn’t too much information. It gives me a great selection from which to choose. My conscious awareness is expanding from the stuff I read. I’m now reading Time-Life’s Mysteries of the Unknown and intrigued over what the ancient priests of Egypt knew about mathematics.

Tying science with religion, Charles Piazzi Smyth, an astronomer whose social and intellectual credits gained him election to the Edinburg Royal Society, an honor for any scientist, it all came from his revelations on the Great Pyramid of Egypt. From his measurements, Smyth claimed that ancient Egyptian priests must have known the circumference of our planet. They must have known that there were 365.2 days in the time it takes Earth to circle the sun. What they knew in 2,500 B.C. Europe’s priests in the year 1,500 A.D. didn’t know. They insisted that Earth was a disc surrounded by four great rivers. If you didn’t accept their false notion, you were condemned as a heretic and subject to torture and imprisonment.

Came the Age of Enlightenment. The church no longer had the authority for force its will on Europeans, but it still had its domain. Science had its domain. The law had its domain. Many Europeans didn’t like it. They escaped to America where they were free to think and do as they wanted. Capitalistic in their thinking, neighbors helping one another directly, the man who built the best wagon prospered, they would never have stood for redistribution of the wealth. Over the years, there has been a slow return to the European way. Obama has put his foot to the metal.

In Time-Life’s Mysteries of the Unknown, I read about Atlantis, a nation of advanced people, which vanished, it is thought, under the ocean some 9,000 years ago. The Greek philosopher Plato started this legend. The closest actual history comes to Atlantis is during the Fourth Dynasty in Egypt, about 2500 B.C. On Crete and on other islands in the nearby Aegean Sea, an empire amassed wealth to build huge temples, create large cities, and to lay out complex waterworks. Their art, frescoes and pottery were highly sophisticated.

By Plato’s time, this civilization had disappeared. He knew nothing of the magnitude of this society. No one really knew its accomplishments until 1900, when Sir Arthur Evans began excavations. He unearthed stunning remains of what may have been Europe’s first civilization. He called it Minoan, after the legendary King Minos. Much that Plato told about Atlantis applied to the Minoans.

As Plato told it, Atlantis disappeared in a day. There is irrefutable evidence that the Minoan civilization was obliterated by a gigantic volcanic eruption on a nearby Aegean island, the enormous cauldron of which is plainly visible.

The ancient Egyptians were familiar with this great Minoan seafaring society. They traded together. There could easily have been a connection with those Minoan seafarers, ancient astrologer Egyptian priests, and Mayan priests. The Mayans built pyramids, the mathematics of which tells much about time and space. It is coincidental that astrologer Mayan priests invented a calendar based on time and space.

Three astrologers followed a new star in the east, the Star of Bethlehem; it’s called, to the Christ child, coincidental with the beginning of the Age of Pisces. According to Christians, from Revelations, these are the End Times. It connects with the Mayan calendar.

When we consider time, space, and our time—astrology—do we look back for the truth; do we look forward to godless technological development? The truth comes from connecting with all that we know about the past and the likely future, and weighing it.

The Age of Aquarius, the last of which occurred around 24,000 years ago, are we reliving past lives? What Plato said about Atlantis compares with today. With each repeating cycle, however, we are left with increasing purpose, who is to make the decisions? Do we remain under the dogmas and deceptions of authorities or do we look within for our answers?

The Tea Party is made up of individuals whose cause is gaining back our inalienable rights, defined in Black’s Law Dictionary as “Rights which are not capable of being surrendered or transferred without the consent of the one possessing such rights.” Morrison v. State, Mo.App.,252 S.W. 2^nd 97, 101.

We members of the Tea Party have the law on our side, but that isn’t enough. We might have been ridiculed out of existence were it not for the fact that we realize we’re not spectators; we’re on the playing field.

I’m an Aquarian messenger. When my future looked hopeless, I cut from the herd and went strictly on my own. Miraculously, I found the power to overcome obstacles. All my dreams came true. The die has yet to be cast. The end could be the beginning of all of our hopes and dreams. It depends on you and I.

I'm a United States Navy Veteran with Parkinson's... According to the V.A. who is suppose to help veterans is twisting the knife along with the courts and congress and putting it to us Navy Vets. We are the so called "Blue Water" Navy Veterans exposed to agent orange while serving aboard ships in the " Tonkin Gulf " VietNam. I'm not whinning for myself, but, for the vets who don't have a spouse that works and has health care. I am considered 100% disabled because of the Parkinson's

My job while serving was a flight deck trouble shooter in V.F.103. We were exposed to anything that took place during launchs and recovery. When my government called I answered without hesitation. My shipmates and I who worked the flightdeck help load bombs and unknown weapons. Now because we never put a foot on shore the V.A. as well as the courts and Congress are turning thier backs to the few who served as a " BLUE WATER VET! "

I got my email about the U.N. threat. I saw it was sent from their headquarters in Geneva.

Have any of you been to Geneva, Switzerland. I have. My wife is Swiss (and also American).

When you get to Switzerland, as a tourist, you are required to go directly to the local police station, with your passport, and register(if you stay at a hotel, the hotel does this for you).

If you are “suspicious” looking or get stop, you better have checked in.

It is not America. Not check in? You are arrested and then deported.

If we had the Swiss laws and enforcement (when your tourist time is up, if you have not checked out, they hunt you down), there would be no need for the Arizona law.
