economy (112)

As I went all across the country (That trip was September 7 to 31 2010) I saw the reality of our broken economy that some areas out west
scared me. I got pictures, video, and even witnessed some of the
economic struggle for myself. Now I can say myself that I am a witness
that things are getting worse for the economy.

At Las Vegas I saw a teenage child stranded in Las Vegas, I also saw many illegally selling bottled water on walkway areas to usher in more
personal incomes, and the Casinos as always have people that are trying
to win lots of money.

At St Louis I saw many abandoned buildings and learned from two pretty young guys (one was a guitar player) that told me that you can
get killed at the St Louis fountain due to high crime rates, at Salt
Lake City Utah I saw a good amount of homeless people (Some with health
problems) that I vowed to take pictures of some of them to expose the
reality we are all facing with the broken economy. Even at Salt lake
City Walmart in Utah (I don't have a photo because taking pictures
inside Walmart might attract negative attention from Security) I saw a
homeless guy bringing in a cart with a backpack filled with stuff to
order prescriptions. It is disturbing how many homeless were in one
area.

It even gets worse. I overheard at a Walmart (I can't remember the exact location at the moment) of foreign guys joking about bombs and
then laughing as if our country had become a laughing stock around the
world. Even at almost every National Park except for Mount Rushmore, had
mostly foreigners and non-English speaking people and barely any
average Americans. It concerned me how many foreigners I see at National
Parks and barely any Americans because it means that our dollar must be
very low for foreigners to easily afford high price park fees while
hardly seeing any Americans paying to go into National Parks.

I know that the disabled and elderly can have free passes into all National Parks so why does it seem like pretty much around 90% of
National Park visitors were foreigners that don't even speak English or
know much about our customs.

The American economy is falling apart while we are in debt with foreign countries such as Communist China.

A Week ago I published a video showing abandoned small businesses in a town close to Von New Mexico and industrial complexes in St Louis being
totally abandoned even one had plants growing on it so it isn't being
maintained.

Then onto what the whole article is about. The homeless pictures, the reality of Americas situation as the economy crumbles.

Homeless Senior needs medicine and money to ride the bus

If this isn't enough homeless pictures to make you realize that the American economy is in trouble I don't know what
will. Multiple homeless people with bad health problems and yet Obama is
not swooping down to save the homeless seniors and homeless Veterans
while he pitches government run health care. Obama is a false messiah
because he is just a corporate marketing creation to push more fascism
(Corporatism) down our throats but in order to secure fascist control
the American economy must be bombarded, attacked (By false flag
terrorists or CIA), and destroyed so that a new orderly system will be
built under the guise of protecting the peace but is in reality a system
that will control everybody, kill the rest, and will have only two
classes of people (The super rich and the working slave class). Some
thinks Obama will bring in either communism or socialism but that's not
entirely what hes bringing. Hes being sponsored by the World Bank and
the globalists to be Americas executioner in order to transfer us into
Global Governance. That is why Mexicans and illegal immigrants are
taking over America, That is why Obama is using racism accusations on a
monthly basis, That is why Obama put in Wall Street supporters into the
White House, That is why the economy is in freefall under Obama. Obama
is the executioner that will butcher the American pride and eagle and
will replace it with a buzzard that will eat away the Constitution and
create a more tyrannical form of Government that will control all facets
of Human activity.

If seeing pictures of homeless people is not enough to realize the economy is being deliberately destroyed by Obama then what will?

If you agree or disagree with me that the globalists are funding Obama handsomely to tare this country apart then put in the comments
below.

SPUD (with apologies to Idaho) = Super- Pathetic Useless Decision.” Rajjpuut
Dem Landrieu, Obama Moratorium Worse
Economically than BP Spill for Gulf Economy
It happened so easily and quickly that the pundits on the left were calling it a “no-brainer. Apparently that’s exactly how President Barack Obama saw the matter also . . . “we placate the extremist environmental factions within our own party and we show PRESIDENTIAL PRUDENCE by not allowing any Gulf Oil activity for six months while inspecting all the other rigs, an easy call.” Like so many progressive-wing “easy-calls,” however, this decision has hard-to-live with real world consequences. Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana is now holding a Barack Obama appointee hostage while she grabs the spotlight to protest the short-sighted Obama 6-month Oil drilling moratorium in the Gulf of Mexico which she describes as “much worse than the BP spill itself.” It happened this way: Landrieu, a Democrat, has taken the unusual tactic of blocking confirmation of Jack Lew, President Obama’s nominee for Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and says she will NOT allow a vote on Lew’s confirmation, until the offshore drilling moratorium is lifted. In a message to Harry Reid, the Senate Majority Leader, Landrieu wrote, “I do not take this step lightly. But the fact is that the Administration's moratorium on new energy exploration is profoundly impacting the economy of the Gulf coast, while doing nothing to improve safety or environmental performance."
Landrieu additionally accuses the administration of insensitivity or lack of understanding of the effect of the moratorium on Gulf Coast families because since the moratorium, both deepwater and shallow-water drilling have "been brought to a standstill," hurting rig workers as well as nearly 3,000 businesses in Louisiana that support the drilling industry. Mentioning a letter-writing campaign the administration has ignored and doing everything within her power "to get the Administration's attention," she told Reid, Louisiana continues to suffer despite her efforts.
Obama and his administration have continually downplayed the prospect of economic pain caused by the moratorium to justify the drilling freeze. In a recent report, it cited an analysis showing no more than 8,000-12,000 jobs are being affected by the drilling ban and none will be permanently lost. According to LSU Professor Joseph Mason, after examining the administration's report, the analysis is flawed and he says 20,000 jobs are being threatened. The moratorium is set to expire on November 30, but Gulf residents and their leaders are frustrated that no serious talk about lifting it earlier has been heard from the administration whose recent offshore policies have drastically affected offshore drilling in recent weeks. According to The Wall Street Journal:
  • Only five new-well drilling permits have been issued in the past 20 weeks. In normal times before the Deepwater Horizon accident, 60-65 new permits would have been issued.
  • 15 of the Gulf's 46 shallow-water rigs are idle because they don't have permits to drill;
  • By the end of October, 70 percent of the shallow-water drillers will be idle;
  • Five deepwater rigs have left the Gulf; and
  • 30 million barrels of domestic oil production will be lost in 2011.
Live by the political sword, get your foolish throat cut, it seems. The BP Spill may turn out to be utterly small potatoes while Obama’s moratorium is remembered as the Big SPUD. ‘SPUD’ (with apologies to Idaho) = a Super- Pathetic Useless Decision. While the impact upon 20,000 Gulf jobs is definitely not trivial, the energy security of the entire nation is at stake as well as the Gulf economy. This is one of the worst decisions made yet by a president who seems clueless on governing the entire nation and serving 100% of the people as a whole rather than his targeting benefit for his political allies only.

Mighty Dollar In Trouble

Mighty Dollar Madison NC Franchise closes due to continuing economic failure throughout America

Author: Brian D. Hill

Note: This is a exclusive special report by USWGO

Cropped Picture of Mighty Dollar of Madison NC closed down forever

Many that thought dollar stores will actually do well in a depression style economic collapse is sadly mistaken. According to Brian D. Hillthat is not just a founder of USWGO but also a skilled photographer, and a reporter, he found out after wanting to take a trip to MightyDollar that's located in 706 Rockingham Square in Madison, NC 27025,is unfortunately shut down due to the increasing economic failures.

After seeing that it was closed the USWGO Founder decided to take pictures of the closed down store to show the world how bad Americaseconomy is getting. The official website of Mighty Dollar is at www.mightydollar.org.

USWGO hasn't yet contacted Mighty Dollar company for comment regarding the Madison NC franchise shutdown or found a reason why theshut down has occured but further investigation finds that it is theeconomy that gut Mighty Dollar from Madison NC.

In the parking lot at the shopping center where Mighty Dollar is located the pavement in the one area is degrading while not receivingany repair.

100_2196

So while President Barack Obama says that he will not rest until he brings more jobs, which would restore the economy, the economy isslowly sliding from a Recession, to a Depression, and maybe to the endof the United States of America.

Also before the store had went out they used to sell everything as a dollar including First Aid ointment which would be mainly $2 to $3 inmany other places, then merchandise was not being stocked as well, tosome merchandise not being stocked anymore, and then well you know theyclosed down.

So why would dollar stores go out of businesses since they would sell more due to the fact that prices are going up everywhere? Becausethe price of raw material is being inflated due to the economic failureplus the Federal Reserves excessive printing of money thus causing adevaluation of the dollar next to it's competitors the Yuan, Yen, andEuro.

If raw materials go up then either prices must rise, packaging must be reduced, quality of the product must go down, or quantity of theproduct has to go down.

Already gas stations are reducing their bottled drink sizes from 24 fl oz to 20 fl oz while keeping their prices the same or little bithigher.

Even at Walmart it is now a memory that you can buy a good priced drink that would be 24 fl oz.

If raw materials keep going up in prices then the people may start rioting in the United States over their standards of living and/orquality of life slowly faltering into the dirt.

If seeing a Mighty Dollar being closed down including a Martinsville VA Restaurant hardly getting any customers isn't a sign that theeconomy is falling and that we are in a Depression then we don't knowwhat is.

In the news other countries have either riots or massive revolts over the massive inflation of prices on everything. The same thing ishappening to America so dollar stores all over America may bethreatened by the fact that raw materials can go up in price.

Here is another picture showing even closer how the great Madison NC Mighty Dollar isn't Mighty anymore.

100_2199

once another great mighty mega store along with many carts for shoppers to use is now another closed down economic tragedy not tomention more jobs lost.

Does it just look like the economy keeps getting worse? Please add your input to the comments below.

It’s said “there are lies, damn lies and statistics . . .” Another little homily goes “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” President Obama is now predicting 9% unemployment next year and full employment by 2016 . . . how much faith should you place in those projections? You do remember the State of the Union Address and all the Obama administration hoopla in early February, don’t you? The very first economic projections that went along with the President’s glowing economic predictions back then are approaching their early August due date. It’s called the “Mid-Session Review.” Not surprisingly, according to Obama's own standards, virtually every economic indicator in the MSR is worse or even much worse than the administration’s own February budget projected. Federal deficits are expected to be $8.474 trillion over the next ten years. That figure is, thankfully, only $150 billion more than Obama anticipated in February’s budget . . . and that is the sum of the “good news.”

Our Federal Public Debt was $5.8 trillion in 2008 an enormous burden brought upon us by both political parties. However, MSR now after 18 full months of Obama’s devastating economic policies projects that debt will grow to roughly 2.33 times its present size in five years to $13.3 trillion and to 3.19 times the present level to $18.5 trillion in ten years. That would then amount to over 68% of GDP and $440 billion higher than they estimated in February. In 2020 the United States will be $26.6 trillion in arrears. Out of control Democratic spending is driving these deficits and this national debt. Republicans have opposed every idiotic proposal along the way, for all the good it did them or us. An overall 84% increase in non-defense discretionary spending by Mr. Obama makes his projection for 9% unemployment in 2011 and full employment by 2016, utterly laughable especially since they’re recently added $31 Billion in new proposals (for the next ten years that were NOT in the February version of the unofficial budget (the administration has NOT created an official budget yet.

Reality is a hard mistress who, if you don’t respect her, will surely make you life a living hell . . . so it with the MSR and ignorance of economic truth and history is no excuse . . . .

Item #1: The proximate cause for the financial debacle in late 2007 was the sub-prime lending crisis first mentioned as a future danger by James Stack of investech.com in November, 2003. The potential proximate causes of that disaster were linked to that meltdown potential in July, 2005, by the Bush administration which was unable to pass legislation undoing the five bad laws which brought us to the edge of danger – the first “bad-loan” mortgage guarantee law known as the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (CRA ’77**) and the four expansions of CRA ’77 (in ’92 expansion to also embrace the requirement for mortgage guarantees by Franny Mae and Freddy Mac; two more expansions of CRA ’77 in 1995; and the steroid version expansion of CRA ’77 in 1998. All driven by progressive elements in the Republican and especially Democratic Parties. Our president was actually an ACORN lawyer from ’95-97 shaking down financial institutions as ACORN forced them to live up to the absurd letter of these four bad laws. After Obama was gone other ACORN lawyers had an even easier time forcing bad loans when the ’98 expansion of CRA ’77 occurred. The net result is that even after creating our 2007-2008 financial Armageddon, those laws are 98% still on the books so the next version of ACORN can force loans to people without ID; people without jobs; people without rental history; people with horrific credit rating and even loans to illegal aliens. So not only is our financial crisis not over . . . not only is our president creating programs to bankrupt us well into the future . . . not only has spending increased 84% . . . but also the seeds of the last financial crisis have been nurtured and are ready to bloom again. Those are the facts.

Item #2: Mr. Obama is really a communist, but since 55% of Americans call him a “socialist,” let us be content to understate the case and say, Mr. Obama is a socialist . . . and therefore his allegiance is to the labor unions and he harbors immense animosity toward business and toward the wealthy entreprenuers who create businesses and expand businesses and create jobs. He has in his bailouts and buyouts, in his manipulation of the two auto bankruptcies, in his stimulus plan, in his Obamacare, in his new Financial law, etc. gone out of his way to benefit the labor unions at the expense of the American people, the business leaders and the wealthy. And what fact is being violated here? Americans getting $20.00 per hour on the assembly line of a union company canNOT compete with desperate, hard-working foreigners who are content to work for 68 cents an hour over a thirteen hour day with minimal benefits. In large part the unions have made us uncompetitive. Most American jobs nows are being created in the service area rather than the manufacturing area . . . count on it, that means they don’t pay beans compared to what old GM workers were earning even back in 1984. So where are the Obama jobs “created or saved?” The bulk of them are in government or teaching or semi-civil service positions like police and fire-fighting . . . jobs that produce exactly ZERO! Jobs that create exactly ZERO PROFIT. Are we starting to get the picture here, Mr.

Obama believes that government throwing money around creates jobs, real jobs in the real marketplace . . . Mr. Obama has his head deep, deep up inside his lower intestine. Mr. Obama is anti-profit and doesn’t understand the most simple facet of economics . . . wealth creates real jobs, real jobs create real wealth and left to its own devices this is the engine of prosperity. You’ll never see a fire-fighter, police officer, teacher, union official, union member, or service worker creating jobs . . . real jobs come from real wealth and the real basis of real wealth is not the service industry but real production of real goods. Ultimately it comes to that and Mr. Obama is doing everything 100% bass-ackward and instead of building our economy is seemingly determined to undermine it so it will never create a single job again. Right now he’s about to raise taxes on the rich again . . . surprise, they’ve got the power to take their ball and go home and leave you without an economy, Mr. Obama.

Item #3: Everything Mr. Obama and the unions have done in their history have made America and American workers completely unattractive to investment and even to those who’d loan us money. The American workplace with all its anti-business regulations has become the least attractive jobs environment the world has ever known. The movement of American corporations to other jobsites in the world was a natural result of that UGLY-Anti-AMERICAN, Anti-business climate and under Mr. Obama that trend has grown into a galloping reality. The only place non-government jobs are being created is in low-wage retail and service jobs.

Item #4: Mr. Obama is so out of touch that he is seeking to pass legislation “creating” five million green-tech jobs. If the Spanish green-tech job experience is any judge, that means he’s talking first about losing eleven million real jobs from the real economy to subsidize those green-tech jobs. Then only about 1/10 of those green jobs will prove permanent so at a cost of eleven million real jobs he will have created 500,000 permanent green-tech jobs . . . a 22/1 ratio which is why Spain went from 3% unemployment in 1997 to 21% unemployment today. Mr. Obama doesn’t understand economics and still believes in the tooth fairy version of Keynesian Economics that purports that governments can create real jobs. Thomas Edison invented the light bulb in 1879. We have not yet seen a similar breakthrough in solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy or any electrical generation of energy more efficient than using fossil fuels such as coal, gas, natural gas, or even so-called “oil-shale.” We could abandon the rest and take the least advanced technologically of all these fossil-fuel industries (oil shale) and in ten years if government got completely out of its way, have America far better off than it is now energywise. We could, on the otherhand, subsidize solar, ethanol, wind and geothermal experiments for twenty years and most likely be not much further than we are now. There is a time, Mr. Obama, for every purpose under heaven and all your audacious hope won’t change that time one second.

Item #5: Barack Obama wrote the manual on how to lie with statistics, seemingly making up about 60% of those he spouts off in interviews. Certainly his “jobs created and/or saved” is total malarky. The number of people without jobs period is roughly 17.8% at present. The number of under-employed people with part-time work only is another 4.4%. The number of under-employed people with jobs paying far less than the jobs they lost is roughly 5.7%. The number of people still on the unemployment rolls is roughly only about 9.6% . . . . how do “jobs created or saved” fit in with those greater truths?

All the following are real, not Obama-generated, statistics and all of them were bad when he took office but have become much, much worse because of his hateful interference in the economy:

61 percent of Americans "always or usually" live paycheck to paycheck, which was up from 49 percent in 2008 almost a 25% jump under Obamanomics

36 percent of Americans say that they don't contribute anything to retirement savings.

24 percent of American workers over age 50, say that they have postponed their planned retirement age in the past year.

Over 1.4 million Americans filed for personal bankruptcy in 2009, a 32 percent increase over 2008.

For the first time in U.S. history, banks** own a greater share of residential housing net worth in the United States than all individual Americans put together.

In the United States, the average federal worker now earns 60% MORE than the average worker in the private sector. Unionized federal workers earn about 112% more. That means that a lot of money that might be stimulating the economy is being wasted on government.

In America today, the average time needed to find a job has risen to a record 35.2 weeks.

More than 40 percent of Americans who actually are employed are now working in service jobs, which are often very low paying.

For the first time in U.S. history, more than 40 million Americans are on food stamps, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture projects that number will go up to 43 million Americans in 2011.

This is what American workers now must compete against: in China a garment worker makes approximately 86 cents an hour and in Cambodia a garment worker makes approximately 22 cents an hour.

Thanks to Obama and union demands in this country, the rate of job outsourcing by major corporations, increased 18% in 2009.

Approximately 21 percent of all children in the United States are living below the poverty line in 2010 - the highest rate in 20 years.

As you look at what exactly Mr. Obama has done to you, here’s a good website to visit showing you what the brunt of your tax burden is in three scenarios:

http://mytaxburden.org/

for sure, one way or another tax increases are the #1 most likely scenario that Obamanomics has brought our way. $2.55 TRillion over the next ten years from “allowing the Bush tax cuts to expire” or “closing the loopholes in the tax code” or whatever spin they want to put on it. Life gets a bit harder.

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

** From 1946 - 1998, America boasted by far the highest home ownership in the world 62 - 65%. So the CRA ’77 was fixing a situation that wasn’t actually broken, but now it truly, truly is busted.

Judging by President Obama's remarks and media coverage,

the No. 1 topic on Americans' minds nowadays is the awful

oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Not!

Gallup finds terrorism remains the top concern.

But it has now been joined by -- Hello, big Democratic spenders

Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid -- the exploding enormity of the

federal deficits. And here's the midterm election year political

problem for both of these Democrats: Republicans are viewed

as better at handling both of those concerns.

ABC News finds voter frustration at the boiling point.

The number of Americans approving of ...

... their local House member has dropped below 50%

for the first time since Bill Clinton's first midterm elections in 1994.

Anybody remember which party named Republican seized control

of both houses of Congress that year for the first time in four decades?

Voter approval of Congress is now at 26%, down 18 points since the

same Democrats took majority control of both houses in 2007.

As a Public Opinion Strategies memo notes here, Americans' perception

of the economy has actually weakened in the last two months.

And predictably they are turning to the federal government's top talker for

the blame; 44% of the country approves of Obama's handling of the economy

while 53% disapprove.

The even better news for Republicans is that the GOP has increased its

lead on the so-called generic congressional ballot this month.

That is, which party's candidate are you most likely to vote for on Nov. 2?

Republicans now lead Democrats by nine points, 44-35,

Rasmussen Reports reports.

The Harris Poll has an interesting new survey out on how 2,503 Americans

rate 16 elements of life in their country. Large majorities give positive ratings

to America's science and technology (75%), its Constitution (70%),

quality of life (66%) and even its overpriced colleges and universities (65%).

The more education you have, the higher you rate these categories.

However, the healthcare system (33%), public schools (32%) and the

economic system (28%) don't get rated very well.

Incumbent Alert: You'll never guess which sector gets the worst rating

from Americans: Political (23%).

Some interesting wrinkles within, though. There's not much difference

among Republicans, Democrats and independents on many segments.

However, America's civil rights get better ratings from Republicans (70%)

than Democrats (53%); equality of opportunity (65% GOP, 47% Democrat)

and the environment (61% GOP, 37% Democrat). Only 19% of Republicans,

however, rate the system of government highly, while 33% of Democrats do.

The good polling news for Obama is that after 17 months of hope and change,

less than half of all Americans (47%) approve of his overall job performance in

the White House.

The bad news for Obama is, despite his nationally televised professed readiness

to consult experts on whose "ass" to kick over the slick mess, way less (40%)

approve of his handling of the nation's worst environmental disaster ever,

Gallup finds.

One other piece of good news for the ex-state senator.

It is true that a significant majority of Americans disagree with him and approve

of Arizona's tough new illegal immigrant legislation and wish their state would

do the same and blame Obama's federal government for porous border security

with Mexico. All that's true.

However, the good news for the Democrat is that if the 2012 presidential election

was held today, Obama could defeat Arizona's Republican Gov. Jan Brewer.

No one's never talked about her running. And he wouldn't beat her by much (44%-39%).

But Obama would still win. So that's gotta make him feel good these days.

Obama Credibility Gap Widens on Eight Issues

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll

According to today’s Rasmussen Reports, skepticism is the word of the day. Most Americans, it seems, lack confidence in the stability of the banking system (54%), most doubt that they will receive their promised Social Security benefits (58%), and most (59%) believe there is significant disagreement within the scientific community about Global Warming. In another problematical area, President Obama indicated immigration reform bills will be brought to Congress soon. In Arizona, 70% favor new legislation there giving police the legal authority to stop and check the immigration status of anyone they suspect of being an illegal immigrant. This too fits into the theme of skepticism because polls have repeatedly shown that voters do not think the federal government is serious about reducing illegal^^^ immigration. Of course 55% of the people want the Obamacare law repealed. Dare Rajjpuut mention that in a poll Katie Couric revealed on CBS news*** showed a few months back, only one in every 14 or 15 Americans believed that Obama’s (2nd) $787 Billion Stimulus had created or saved ANY jobs at all.

It seems that the cynics out there have good, make that GREAT reason, for their doubts. Recent figures show that over eight million jobs have been lost since the start of the recession in October, 2007, thirty months ago. and over four million of those jobs have been lost during Obama’s fifteen months in office. In short, his promise that we will never see 8% unemployment if his stimulus bill was passed not only was just another case of Obama’s mouth writing another check his performance couldn’t cash . . . but his actions including the stimulus hurt the economy and cost us over four million more jobs. Add in one more tricky fact and, if it’s true as it appears to be . . . the Obama Administration fudged the stats to make the jobs situation appear much better than it was . . . it's the unusual question of what exactly DID he inherit, 130 million jobs or 134 million jobs? We know that at the peak of the Bush administration 138 million non-farm jobs existed.

Recently the administration while discussing all the jobs they have been busy “saving or creating,” has been using the number 130 million non-farm jobs as they discuss the economy, but back in January or February, 2009, the baseline for the economy was 134 million non-farm jobs. Why did those four million jobs get dropped from their jobs discussions? And why is Obama acting like 130 million non-farm jobs is what he inherited? Right now an investigation is looking into that question, but Rajjpuut knows where they went, everyone of the four million. In exchange for the government jobs created by the Obama government expansion, the rest were destroyed . . . that is they, like the Confederacy, are gone with the wind. Guv-jobs for radicals in exchange for destroying the economy, lovely, just lovely.

Barack Obama says, “Trust me,” or something similar, quite often, but . . . when it comes to Obamacare’s cost; unemployment; stimulus effectiveness or lack of it; illegal immigration; Social Security; the banking system; global warming; and the process to pass it, constitutionality and benefits of Obamacare . . . on every one of these eight issues Americans are telling him in no uncertain terms, “No, Mr. President, we don’t.” And the incredible trust Barack Obama enjoyed on January 20, 2009? It too has gone with the wind.

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

^^^ Some think of them as “undocumented Democrats” whose upcoming citizenship (should Obama's "reforms" pass) will create a jobs-cataclysm no one would have believed just fifteen months ago when the audacity of hope made its premier . . .

*** It was November 29, 2009 to be exact. Back then Couric said, “Although President Obama has been in office less than a year, many Americans are growing disenchanted with his handling of the enormous problems he and the country are facing, from healthcare to unemployment to Afghanistan. His poll numbers are sliding, and at least one poll shows his job approval rating has fallen, for the first time, below 50 percent."

Correspondent Chris Reid chimed in: “The president is getting battered on everything from the economy to foreign policy, some polls show Americans are increasingly questioning his credibility.”

The report asserted that while Obama talks about dealing with unemployment, which is near 10 percent and was at 10 per cent then and expected to rise, he has developed “no new ideas” for dealing with the problem. CBS also cited a poll showing that only 14 percent of Americans believe Obama’s claim that healthcare reform won’t add to the budget deficit, and less than 7 percent believed that the stimulus had created any jobs at all. The late November report also criticized the president for being “indecisive” on Afghanistan, and for returning from his recent Asian trip “with little to show for it.” An expert was quoted as describing his trip to China and the Far East as an “amateur hour,” because he did not line up agreements with foreign countries before venturing abroad. Couric labeled these problems a growing “Obama credibility gap.”

While Mr. Obama moves toward an amnesty bill making all illegal aliens instantly Democrats, er citizens, Mexican Drug Gangs had the audacity to attack two army bases just south of the border. Overall eighteen of the drug cartel’s attackers were killed outright and two more were wounded in the two fracases. How exactly, with what provisions, does Mr. Obama hope to limit the future entrants to our country to just including upstanding citizens? By the way, the Mexican Drug Cartel’s are reportedly threatening parents along the border with their childrens’ death if they in anyway get in the path of their activities . . . “kill your children and torch your homes” unless the threatened people pay five thousand pesos to the Cartel. Reportedly, some families are “making a run northward” now for their childrens’ safety. Makes you respect our nations’ drug addicts financing these cartels all the more, eh? The firepower along the border controlled by the Cartels has caused the Texas governor to call out the national guard for border patrol work.

Item: While Barak Obama clamors for Cap and Trade legislation which would cripple our already crippled economy, for the first time in several decades it appears that the Artic sea ice cover and the Antarctic sea ice cover are returning toward normal levels (the so-called 1980 baseline), but Al Gore and the global warming alarmists and the mainstream media that promote their party line aren’t correcting their rhetoric on climate change. Some scientists are saying that the 2007 low in Artic ice cover was probably NOT the result of extra warmth but rather may have been the result of recently discovered cyclical ocean currents pushing the ice that was there further south than normal where it melted of course. At present, the cyclical currents have shifted to more normal activities levels and directions.

Item: Although the liberal media have made a big deal out of Obama’s decision to drill offshore along the Atlantic coastline and Obama says he’s “increasing oil production,” the truth is anything but what’s being written. Obama’s decision was to “allow exploration” not to drill. The facts are that Obama has actually prohibited far more areas to exploration then he’s opened up; and he’s postponed the scheduled date of new leases. Expect gas prices at the pump to soar and do not expect any new drilling to occur. By the way, the Democrats and the Obama administration aren't talking about the vast Baaken Oil Fields covering about 22% of the heartland. A lot of jobs and a lot of oil and energy independence are waiting there. Right now just a small portion of that oil is available thanks to capitalist Indian tribes in North Dakota who cannot be told what to do by the federal government on their lands. We have deposits in the lower 48 right now that would dwarf what's available in Saudi Arabia and probably create six million new jobs . . . but Barak Obama wants you to remain ignorant of those facts.

Item: Today’s report that over 162,000 new jobs were created in the last month will be an outright fraud. Why? Among other things the 48,000 temporary Census jobs included in that figure are a once every ten year’s aberration and mean nothing to any economic recovery in the long run and over half the 162,000 jobs created are just that: temporary jobs created by the stimulus NOT real permanent jobs. If you include jobs created by the government in the mix, less than 45% of the new jobs are permanent real jobs in the real world.

Item: Despite all sorts of money thrown awkwardly at the economic problems by the Obama Administration (which doesn’t seem to understand that the only way governments can create real non-government jobs is by getting out of the economy’s way by reducing taxes, government obstruction to the free markets and other blockages that destroy the economy’s ability to naturally create jobs) the overall economy seems to be worsening. Bank failings continue at a record rate.

Item: Chrysler seems primed to ask for another bailout.

Item: The ACORN-driven sub-prime lending bust is still alive and the three mortgage-guarantee laws that ACORN abused to create it are still on the books. The Housing bust continues both for new homes and already existing homes. Overall for businesses and individuals loan payment delinquencies continue to pile up; bankruptcies and home foreclosures are running at record rates.

Item: We still have 9.7% unemployment and the overall unemployment rate increased slightly because more young people came onto the job market. It will take an average of 20,000 new jobs every month just to take care of these new workers but this would do nothing to replace or recreate the 8.4 million jobs which have disappeared since the government started stimulating the economy in October 2008.

Item: ACORN is now changing its name in all 50 states so they'll be eligible for government funding again. Remember, Barak Obama has close ties to ACORN and worked a few years as their lawyer forcing banks and lending institutions to make knowingly bad loans in line with three terrible laws created by the Democratic Party mostly but definitely NOT fought against resolutely enough by the Republicans. ACORN ran a Cloward-Piven scheme to overload the system and bring the country to crisis and move the country toward socialism. Until the Constitution is again respected and these laws are repealed and these type of abuses are prevented in the future, don’t expect much recovery, very soon.

ITEM: Item it would take over four consecutive years (about 50 consecutive months) of creating 162,000 jobs a month to regain the 8.4 million lost jobs and in the meantime, five million young people would also have entered the job market and be lacking jobs . . . the “Jobs President” better start earning his pay and his name.

Item: The real American average wage and the real American minimum wage both continue to fall thanks SLIGHTLY to inflation and employers’ reluctance to hire and take on new benefit-receiving employees in the present economic environment. And what is the real reason behind this drop? Illegal immigrants taking on jobs that many Americans won’t consider. Many employers can offer part-time no-benefit jobs because they don’t have an overriding need for full-time benefit-receiving normal American employees. Second prize in this sweepstakes goes to Unions continually out of touch drive to secure ever greater Cadillac benefit structures for their employees which employers have decided they will not pony up for.

Item: This one you WILL see in the liberal media. The N.Y. Times apparently got it right for once and Rajjpuut congratulates them. The Pope via a representative is attacking the Times’ coverage of the child-abuse scandal by Catholic priests saying it is one sided and exaggerated. Thirty years worth of problems is not exaggeration, it is a holocaust of trust. The Pope who once was a Hitler Youth can NOT reasonably hope to pull a Nazi shut-down on the media. This problem of abuse and more importantly of cover-up of abuse by the church and its officials goes back at least two popes and the present Pope appears himself to be implicated in the cover-up from years ago. Children are vulnerable little people and their health and safety and happiness can never be politicized . . . if the Pope wants this problem to go away, he needs to open all the church’s appropriate records on abuse and cover-up to the world’s media and to pledge to track the problem down all the way to a satisfactory conclusion. A church, above any other institution needs to be a place where people are safe, especially children.

Item: Obama’s efforts to change “Undocumented Future Democrats” into citizens is just the latest travesty. For years now, the social security administration and individual states have routinely been issuing identification to illegal immigrants. Even without this type documentation, ACORN was able to secure thousands of mortgage-guarantees for illegal aliens in the southwest. Rewarding all this duplicity by awarding citizenship is a slap in the puss to native born and naturalized citizens. If you thought Obamacare was divisive, watch what’ll happen to the country as a result of the Obama-Citizenship-Giveaway.

Item: Recently Jim Moran (D-Va) refused to answer a reporter’s questions about the “clerical error” that cost $6.4 Billion in lost stimulus funds supposedly aimed to help out in Virginia’s 12th District. One slight problem, there is no
12th district in Virginia. Moran spent about five minutes asking for respect rather than responding to the questions. Somehow the Obama stimulus folks created an untraceable slush fund for somebody, NICE!

Item: Liberal bloggers are labeling the “Faith, Hope and Charity” T-shirts being sold by Glen Beck as “hate merchandise to raise hate funds for bigot war chests.” Proceeds go to charity reportedly and Rajjpuut was unable to prove otherwise. Talking about Beck and the TEA Party and the T-shirts mentioned under the title “Nightmare in White,” one blogger starts ranting with the words, “there are an awful lot of angry white people in this country” as he went on to once again accuse all “Tea baggers” (which he knows is a sexual slur used by Democrats; the proper term is “TEA Party people”) of racism and hate crimes he implied that no TEA Party folks are NOT white; No TEA Party folks are NOT racists and all TEA Party folks are the scum of the earth and also are members in the KKK and other such organization. Certainly, Rajjpuut has seen with his own eyes that of those accusations exactly NONE are true. The aim of Democrats to marginalize the TEA Party people seems like a very short-sighted and even despicable course of action.

Item: The H1Ni vaccine was only 53% successfully issued. Right now virtually all the unused vaccine is in danger of reaching its expiration date and being thrown away. Hmmm after all the hype from the Obama administration and the shortages in vaccine amounts . . . one would have expected an out-of-control H1N1 flu epidemic in the country
. . . but until today’s news, Rajjpuut for one, hadn’t thought about H1N1 in thirteen or fourteen months.

Item: both Vice President Joe Biden’s and the New York Times’ literal admissions that Obamacare was really not about health care reform at all, but rather a wealth-redistribution scheme . . . have not been repeated . . . realizing their mistake the Veep and the newspaper in question have refrained from further responses to reporters seeking more information. Ooops, didn’t mean to tell the truth . . . .

Item: The mainstream media has ignored the fact that Obamacare not only took over 16% of the economy when it became law and began controlling the health industry. It also took over the student loan industry at the same time.
Item: if you are really a patriotic American, http://www.contractfromamerica.com/Idea.aspx may prove to be one of the most exciting and pertinent websites you'll ever visit. Remember when Bill Clinton tried to run roughshod over the country in 1993 and 1994 with a nationwide takeover of the health care industry that only failed because he was NOT despicable enough to use all the dirty tricks and bribes and reconciliation BS that Obama has . . . the country voted huge numbers of Democrats out of office and for the first time in about 50 years installed Republican majorities in both houses of congress. Then the Republicans put into effect their "Contract with America" (they passed nine of the ten items on the contract) and the deficit plummeted and the country's prosperity was undeniable. Today the TEA Party has listened to Americans and come up with a list of 21 items that Americans have decided are important to them. That contract "with" America by the Republicans was a good idea but their "Contract FROM America is a better one . . . The TEA Party wants to find out which are the TOP TEN CONCERNS of patriotic citizens and then to use those top ten concerns to create a platform for politicians to sign for 2010. Go to the website above and vote for your top ten concerns. Rajjpuut's were: 1.Protecting the Constitution 2. Health Care Repeal and then Real Health Care Reform 3. Stopping Cap and Trade 4. Ending runaway government Spending 5. Real Transparency in government 6. No more bailouts 7. All of the above energy policy 8. Restore fiscal responsibility and Constitutionally-Limited government 9. Stop the tax hikes and 10. Demand a balanced budget . . . which is a good list, but probably not your list . . . go to the site and make your preferences known . . . .

Item: Drug Enforcement Act (DEA) officials are now visiting southern Afghanistan in America’s belated realization that opium is at the heart of the Taliban and Al Qaeda efforts in that country with the profits from opium funding their insurgency. The strange thing is that many compatible farm products are more profitable than poppies (almost all the profit from illegal drugs come after harvest and refinement) but it’s believed the Taliban likes the poppy for traditional reasons and because it plays a big role in advancing “American decadence” according to their ideology. Rajjpuut feels a strong bond to the drug addicts who help fund the killing of our soldiers.

Item: President Obama has effectively politicized the EPA (consider the edict to stop irrigation of central California farms and raise unemployment to protect the Delta Smelt <tiny fish>) and will now seek to ram through an EPA directive to ram through cap and trade legislation that Democrats have not been able to pass through the senate. This is yet another “end run” around lawful legislation processes with Obama’s arrogant administration attempting to regulate what they cannot legislate. It’s all just one more huge attempt to erode the Constitution’s authority. Just as Obamacare is, in effect, a tax on living . . . Cap and Trade type laws or edicts are nothing more than a tax on companies that actually build or create something . . . . it appears that Barak Obama intends to turn off all the lights in America . . .

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

OBAMA'S ADMINISTRATION FLUNKS SMALL BIZ TEST

How has your small business been doing under obama’s administration?....

A recent USA TODAY/Manta.com survey askeda similar question of small business owners.....

11% of respondents said things were good.....

13% of respondents said things haven’t changed (“change you can believe in!”).....

77% of small business respondents said that obama’s small business policies have negatively affected their small businesses.....

This can’t be!....

As part of the non-spurring stimulus bill left to obama’s administration toimplement, $200 BILLION was to be used to assist small business owners.....

It was to be Main St. over Wall St.....

However, the owner of your favorite coffee shop down the street sat with his other smallbusiness buds and watched as obama’s great economic minds handed out TARP cashto banks and large corporations.....

Things were not going as obama’s treasury secretary Timmy Geitner had originallyplanned.....

So, in March 0f 2009, obama had another plan.....

Give them more money (since the money was notcoming directly from the Treasury, no Congressional approval would benecessary.)....

obama goes for political points as he makes a tiger woods-like public announcementthat $15 BILLION more would beallocated from TARP monies to help out small business guys.....

“This will unlock our frozen credit markets which is essential for economicrecovery,” obama assured us.....

obama’s chosen SBA chief, Karen Mills, said that small businesses “create 70%” of newjobs each quarter.....

The plan was to use tax-payer monies to back 100% of SBA loans. The thinking was that this would loosen upcapital, create jobs and give small business owners “change they can believein.”....

How’s that unemployment rate working out for ya?....

We’re not investment bankers, but we play them in D.C.....

To spur interest, obama signed off on removing the restrictions on executivecompensation for those receiving TALF (small business bailout plan) funds.....

Did it work?....

Between June 2008 and June 2009, 6 months after obama’s small business plan, small business bankruptcies were up81%.....

For the first 3 quarters of 2009 (latest for which figures are available), smallbusiness bankruptcies were up 13%.....

In October 2009, Democratic Senator Mark Warner of Virginia said, woa, we needmore cash for this thing. He proposes thatanother$50 BILLION be made available for this most excellent plan.....

Oh, it worked in some places.....

Back in Maine, where obama’s chosen SBA chief Karen Mills hails from in her pastlife as a venture capitalist; aluminum trailer maker Alcom, Inc easily receiveda $1.1 million dollar loan from obama’s government.....

But down in Fort Lee, New Jersey, small business owner James Daigle said that hewas “laughed off” when he attempted to get a loan for his business.....

They are cheering in Oman and Bahrain however.....

obama’s SBA announced in February of 2010 that they had just entered into a partnershipwith Middle East and African countries to provide access to capitol and tostrengthen small enterprise in those regions.....

Greaaaat; Oman, Bahrain. Those aren’t cities inSouth Dakota.....

Also in February of 2010, obama said an additional $30 BILLION should besent to little community banks around the country…I think he meant thiscountry, not sure. ....

It appears that too many banks that received the original funds for this most awesome plan were just hoarding the cash andnot lending it and the little guys were getting screwed…or so the storygoes. ....

Who’s ordering dusty daiquiris in Bahrain right now?....

Toyota wasn’t doing to bad with the plan.....

$750 million of the original plan funds were to go to World Omni Financial Corp, thecompany that makes loans through Toyota Motor Corp. And a great American company it is.....

Massive amounts of tax-payer money paid out in stimulus funds by the obamaadministration and we watch as large banking executives continue to awardthemselves billions in bonuses.....

Massive amounts of tax-payer money paid out by the obama administration for a jobsstimulus and unemployment rises; then billions more are asked for.....

Massive amounts of tax-payer money paid out by the obama administration for the homemortgage industry and still we see increases in mortgage bankruptcy filings.....

Massive amounts of tax-payer money paid out by the obama administration for a failedsmall business bailout; and still more money is allocated.....

I’ve got another plan. Let’s stop givinganything incorporated any of our money, and start giving the billions out toindividual tax-payers. We will spend,we’re good at that. We’ll savebusinesses, help the economy, and then travel to Bahrain to buy a Toyota.....

How Would You Fix the Economy?

How simple can it get?Early RetirementThe FixThere recently was an article in the St. Petersburg Fl. Times. The Business Section asked readers for ideas on: "How Would You Fix the Economy?"I think this guy nailed it!_____Dear Mr. President,Please find below my suggestion for fixing America 's economy. Instead of giving billions of dollars to companies that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan. You can call it the "Patriotic Retirement Plan":There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force.. Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the following stipulations:1) They MUST retire.. Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed.2) They MUST buy a new American CAR. Forty million cars ordered – Auto Industry fixed.3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage – Housing Crisis fixed. It can't get any easier than that!!P.S. If more money is needed, have all members in Congress pay their taxes....Mr... President, while you're at it, make Congress retire on Social Security and Medicare. I'll bet both programs would be fixed pronto! If you think this would work, please forward to everyone you know. If not, please disregard.
