As I pointed out over at The Free Republic, the political dynamism behind the Tea Party movement is the growing realization by the electorate that regardless of who is placed into high public office by whom, it is the special interests who are actually calling the shots, making the decisions, not the true sovereigns of this country, we the people. The political essence then behind the Tea Party movement is to bring to the people the right kind of limitations to be placed on Congress so our freedoms and our liberty can be further protected. It is our right, as a free people, and our duty, as our founding fathers did their duty.Here are a few proposals we have put together over at The Right Movement to place further limitation on Congress in this day and age.1. Congressional Term Limits: One four or six year term*2. Members of Congress should purchase their own individual retirement plans.3. Members of Congress should participate in the general Social Security system.5. Members of Congress should no longer be able to vote themselves pay raises.Congressional pay raises should be approved at the ballot box by the general electorate6. Members of Congress should not be given any special health care benefits not accessible by all Americans7. Members of Congress should be barred from enacting laws that usurp Private Enterprise under the general welfare provisions of the U.S. Constitution.8. Members of Congress must equally abide by all laws enacted and impose on all.9. Members of Congress should enact the flat tax, with no exemptions up to a set amount.10. Members Congress should call for a Congressional investigation to address Barack Obama’s presidential qualifications as per Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, as well as any future president.11. Members of Congress should call for a Constitutional Convention to take away the power of the executive branch of government, or the legislative branch, to print money without the consent of the electorate, except in extremis cases, where a two/thirds majority would be required by Congress and approved by the general electorate at the next election.12. No person holding political office may declare for another office without first resigning their present office.13. Candidates running for office should not be allowed to accept campaign contributions from outside the district they wish to represent.14. Repeal employer withholding of taxes.15. Each bill addressed by Congress must have a Constitutional declaration or it will be non-binding.16. Enact voter verification procedures to insure accurate elections.17. Any labor contracts serviced by the collection of public taxes are strictly limited to the taxes collected, including pension plans. No taxes may be raised by Judaical fiat to service any contract.18. Eminent domain cannot be used by the state to benefit a private entity.* Please note, these proposals are not written in stone and will have to be refined. These proposals are simply posted to start people thinking about how to actually go about righting the wrongs that are so evident in our political system today.
The Tea Partiers are uniting to provide a CO-OP as an alternative to Government Solution. We are launching our Liberty Concerts to get the message out and provide concrete evidence to get these Leaders to inform them to get out of our Pockets. We cannot be free if we are taxed to death.I agree with C-SPAN that the Healthcare debate should be aired on C-SPAN. President Obama promised he would have open debates on Healthcare, specifically on C-SPAN. We have not seen anything open at all about this debate. As Americans we have seen the worse in our political leadership. The cajoling and arm twisting and shady deals leave us wanting and will put our nation in dire straits. If truth be known we do not need any government intervention in heathcare.I was in Washington, D.C. with with organizations like the AAPS and Million Med March we discuss solutions that would reduce the cost of healthcare without government intervention. It is funny how Lawmakers break their promises and are involved in backroom deals that ensure their re-election bid.That is why there is no transparency, because they don't want real solutions. They want these tax bills so they can skim most of the money to campaign fronts to control of the media. The media is realizing that they cannot allow Washington Insiders to play the puppeteer in this media masquerade.I'm proud to have been on C-SPAN and their willingness to say you promised transparency on C-SPAN now President Obama Honor your commitment and Honor your Oath to Support and Defend the U.S. Constitution.These Leaders are our servants, they seem to have forgotten that.Dale

Could this be coming? Has Obama and his admin got other plans for USA? From what I see, the non-transparency of government both in the house and senate and the Obama admin, We are at the mercy of the government, we had better react and save this country. As a military vet I will do everything in my power to help stop this corrupt administration. Why perform $6 million worth of renovations, and then lay off 212 people? Because the people doing the final executions will not be Americans. Thus, the "slots" of the 212 will be filled with non-Americans."They'll hire foreigners for this "cappo" task. Cappo ("chief" in Italian) was the title of the trustee prisoners who actually killed many Jews for the SS butchers at Dachau, and at other Nazi crematoria across Europe."The news article also said, " . . . hopes the yard may be able to solicit work repairing private train cars, and perhaps subway cars from Washington, DC, or other urban areas." The repairing of private trains is a dead giveaway to death cars!"The article went on to say, "Late last year, Congress ordered Amtrak to spend at least $5.9 million patching holes in the roof and fixing masonry on the walls of the giant machine sheds at Beech Grove." These buildings have been "sealed." They're airtight. The facility is constructed to allow gas to be blown into all the buildings via the newly installed, two-story, hot air heating furnaces."Next, Mr. Sea elaborated on the two categories, the RED and BLUE Lists, and what they mean: "The RED List is for pick-up and execution before unobtrusive preparations for martial law are initiated. The BLUE List is also for execution, but at a later date within six weeks of martial law declaration. There are no "re-education" plans for either category--just execution."When you get picked up on a RED pick-up, they'll take you from your home at night -- probably around 4 a.m. -- and put you in a black van, then drive you to a helicopter waiting to fly you to an intermediate point. There, you'll be loaded onto a big 64-passenger CH-47 Chinook helicopter -- all black, unmarked and illegally operating under the Treaty on Open Skies."Then they'll fly you to one of 38 cities where you'll board a 747, 737, or 727. "You may be taken straight to a temporary detention facility. When you'reRED listed, you'll be taken to a red camp. Then you'll be executed."At some point, martial law will be declared. (Martial law is when the writ of Habeas Corpus -- to have a trial by jury -- is suspended. Instead of going to the judge, you go straight to jail for a limited time.) I suspect there will be a major outage, or some other crisis which will be the reason to declare martial law. At this point, the BLUE listed people will be picked up. At that time, the country will be regionalized into ten regions, which are already designated by FEMA."Be advised that it has been proven (in Wyoming and at least one other location) that the black choppers have state-of-the-art radio (RF) frequency wideband jammers, and can jam cell phones and CBs while they're executing black operations missions (i.e., in your area). This means that your cell phone could be jammed just before and/or during any action against you."In June of 1996, an FBI agent got hold of the Region Three BLUE List (from a CIA agent), and found his own name on it, and those of several others he knew in Virginia. The Regional BLUE List stated that the names on the BLUE List would be picked up "within six weeks of the actual martial law declaration.""This parallels the Nazi RED/BLUE List policy almost to the letter. They're cooperating with "spirit guides and mediums" and using astrology and numerology. One Light Bulb at a TimeA physics teacher in high school, once told the students that while onegrasshopper on the railroad tracks wouldn't slow a train very much, abillion of them would. With that thought in mind, read the following,obviously written by a good American ..Good idea .. . one light bulb at a time . . . .Check this out . I can verify this because I was in Lowes the otherday for some reason and just for the heck of it I was looking at thehose attachments . They were all made in China . The next day I was inAce Hardware and just for the heck of it I checked the hoseattachments there. They were made in USA . Start looking ..In our current economic situation, every little thing we buy or doaffects someone else - even their job . So, after reading this email, Ithink this lady is on the right track . Let's get behind her!My grandson likes Hershey's candy . I noticed, though, that it ismarked made in Mexico now.. I do not buy it any more.My favorite toothpaste Colgate is made in Mexico ... now I haveswitched to Crest. You have to read the labels on everything ..This past weekend I was at Kroger. I needed 60 W light bulbs andBounce dryer sheets . I was in the light bulb aisle, and right next tothe GE brand I normally buy was an off-brand labeled, "Everyday Value. " I picked up both types of bulbs and compared the stats -they were the same except for the price .. The GE bulbs were moremoney than the Everyday Value brand but the thing that surprised me themost was the fact that GE was made in MEXICO and the Everyday Valuebrand was made in - get ready for this - the USA ina company in Cleveland , Ohio .So throw out the myth that you cannot find products you use every daythat are made right here ..So on to another aisle - Bounce Dryer Sheets . .. . yep, you guessedit, bounce cost more money and is made in Canada . The Everyday Valuebrand was less money and MADE IN THE USA ! I did laundry yesterday andthe dryer sheets performed just like the Bounce Free I have been usingfor years and at almost half the price!My challenge to you is to start reading the labels when you shop foreveryday things and see what you can find that is made in the USA - thejob you save may be your own or your neighbors!If you accept the challenge, pass this on to others in your addressbook so we can all start buying American, one light bulb at a time!Stop buying from overseas companies!(We should have awakened a decade ago .. . .. . . . )Let's get with the program . . . .. help our fellow Americans keeptheir jobs and create more jobs here in the U . I received this in an email today..and wanted to share soem common sense..THE LAW IS THE LAW!I really love this oneThis is one of the better e-mails I have received in a long time!I hope this makes its way around the USA several times over!!!!!So Be It!THE LAW IS THE LAWSo " if " the US government determines that it is against the law for the words "under God" to be on our money, then, so be it.And " if " that same government decides that the"Ten Commandments"are not to be used in or on a government installation, then, so be it.I say, "so be it," because I would like to be alaw abiding US citizen.I say, "so be it," because I would like to think thatsmarter people than I are in positions to make good decisions.I would like to think that those people have theAmerican public's best interests at heart.BUT, YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE I'D LIKE?Since we can't pray to God, can't Trust in God and cannot post His Commandments in Government buildings , I don't believe the Government and its employees should participate in theEaster and Christmas celebrations which honor the Godthat our government is eliminating from many facets of American life.I'd like my mail delivered on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter. After all, it's just another day.I'd like the " US Supreme Court to be in session on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter as well as Sundays." After all, it's just another day.I'd like the Senate and the House of Representatives to not have to worry about getting home for the "Christmas Break." After all it's just another day.I'm thinking that a lot of my taxpayer dollars could be saved, if all government offices & services would work on Christmas, Good Friday & Easter. It shouldn't cost any overtime since those would be just like any other day of the week to a government that is trying to be "politically correct."In fact.....I think that our government should work on Sundays (initially set aside for worshipping God...) because, after all, our government says that it should be just another day....What do you all think????If this idea gets to enough people, maybe our elected officials will stop giving in to the "minority opinions" and begin, once again, to represent the "majority" of ALL of the American people.SO BE IT............Please Dear Lord,Give us the help needed to keep you in our country!'Amen' and 'Amen'Touché!These are definitely things I never thought about but from now on, I will be sure to question those in government who support these changes.At the top, it says "I hope this makes its way around the USA several times over!!!!!"Let's see that it does.Copy and paste into your email and send this to everyone you know..

The American people oppose Obamacare by almost 2 to 1 in the latest CNN poll. Other polls show lopsided opposition to passing either the Senate or House health-care bill.Public opinion is against the bill because of its obscene costs in higher taxes, burdensome debt, anti-freedom mandates, rationing, and reduced care for seniors. The American people have awakened to the fact that Obamacare is transformational legislation that will drag us against popular will into European-style Socialism.2. The Democrats' double-counting of Obamacare's financial benefits has been exposed as a colossal lie. Harry Reid told the Senate that his bill strengthens our future by both "cutting our towering national deficit by as much as $1.3 trillion over the next 20 years" AND "strengthening Medicare and extending its life by nearly a decade."The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) refuted that assertion. CBO said the claim that Obamacare would provide these benefits simultaneously "would essentially double-count a large share of those savings and thus overstate the improvement in the government's fiscal position."3. Obamacare is unconstitutional because of its mandate that all individuals must carry "approved" health insurance, and all businesses must give health insurance to their employees whether or not the company can afford it. "Universal" coverage will be enforced by the Internal Revenue Service with power to punish those who don't have such a plan.Constitutional lawyers point out that the Commerce Clause does not give Congress the authority to force Americans to buy health insurance as a condition of living in our country because personal health insurance is not "commerce." The CBO wrote that "a mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action"; the Supreme Court has never upheld any requirement that an individual must participate in economic activity.4. Since the Senate bill imposes sharp limits on health-insurance companies' ability to raise fees or exclude coverage, it likely will force many of them out of business. Obamacare is unconstitutional because it violates the Bill of Rights protections against takings without just compensation and deprivation of property without due process of law.5. Other Obamacare provisions blatantly legislate racial and other forms of discrimination. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights sent two letters to the President and congressional leaders warning about the obnoxious requirements for racist and sexist quotas.The Senate bill requires that "priority" for federal grants be given to institutions offering "preferential" admissions to minorities (race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, and religion). Institutions training social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral pediatricians, psychiatric nurses, and counselors will be ineligible for federal grants unless they enroll "individuals and groups from different racial, ethnic, cultural, geographic, religious, linguistic, and class backgrounds, and different genders and sexual orientations."6. Obama's claim that "everybody" will now be covered creates few winners but lots of losers. Universal health insurance will be achieved by forcing young people to pay the additional costs (insurance for the youngest third of the population would rise by 35 percent), and by restricting and rationing care for the elderly.7. According to Robert Samuelson in the Washington Post, the "wild card is immigration." From 1999 to 2008, 60 percent of the increase in the uninsured occurred among Hispanics, and Obama's refusal to close our borders will make this problem more costly every year.8. Obamacare gives Medicare bureaucrats the power to ration health care by forcing doctors to prescribe cheaper medical devices and drugs. In the recent case of Hays v. Sebelius, the court ruled that Medicare doesn't have the right to make this rule, but Obamacare takes jurisdiction away from the courts to hear any appeal from decisions of the new Medicare Commission.The "stick" applied to primary-care doctors is imposing financial penalties if they refer too many patients to specialists. The "carrot" is financial rewards to doctors who give up small practices and consolidate into larger medical groups or become salaried employees of hospitals or other large institutions.9. The Senate bill contains at least a dozen of what can be described as bribes. Senator Mary Landrieu received a $300 million increase in Medicaid funding for her state (known as the Second Louisiana Purchase), and a $100 million bribe to Senator Ben Nelson gives Nebraska a permanent exemption from the costs of Medicaid expansion.10. The Senate bill even has a four-page section artfully written to enable ACORN to get federal health-care grants. This section describes grant recipients as "community and consumer-focused nonprofit groups" having "existing relationships ... with uninsured and underinsured consumers."Mrs. Schlafly is the author of the new book The Supremacists: The Tyranny of Judges and How to Stop It (Spence Publishing Co).

It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,”I know that the political parties, both Democrat and Republican, are very much starting to pay attention. The "main stream media" are not going to recognize this trend because their owners are in Hussein's back pocket. I find it extremely APPALLING that the Democrats so blazingly used the Treasury Dept. to buy votes for their agenda.I have been considering what the right direction for our Organization to take for MAXIMUM effect would be.My suggestion is every stinking one of the Senators who voted for this monstrosity IS OUT, PERIOD. We must use the Organization's POWER to see to it by: voting them out if in your district ( along with every vote we can muster; examining the other candidates' records to see if they are compatible and listen to their constituents no matter what; if not we must promote our own candidate, hopefully in the opposite party and not a Washington Veteran. Same thing in the house!That will keep us out of the party politics PITFALL. This way we don't play along any party line, and will help reduce the party power aspect. Then we can focus on 2012 and take the rest of the Mob out.Once we have congress in our palm, we'll need to UNDO ALL THIS PC and Communist Pervert legislation and start repairing the damage. We will make the necessary changes in the Legislative AND Judiciary Branches to Prevent any DEMON TAKEOVER in the future. I would very much like to see a Bus Charter Service meet at points in different States and each of us RSVP a round trip seat (or seats), would anyone else be interested in something along these lines. December 31, 2010 My hopes for 2010.Relative health and happiness for myself, family and friends. The ability of us all to afford food, clothing, shelter.We the people of the United States, and our leaders, will focus on forming a more perfect union of our ideas and values by talking to instead of pointing at each other.Terms like diversity, transparency, accountability, citizens, equity, facts, and democracy will become real again.• Diversity is not black or white, homo or hetero sexual, Republican or Democrat. It is all of those and everything in between. Not all conservatives fear gays; not all liberals fear guns. Liberals are not, conservatives are not, the only people voting for candidates labeled as one or the other. Very few of us line up at one extreme or the other on every issue.• We will all fear and focus on correcting the dysfunctions in ourselves and our society that divide us and make us try to control instead of understanding each other.• Referendum will become the norm and representative will mean solutions that serve all citizens. We have the technical and other tools to learn all citizens’ opinions and find what we all agree on, to write short laws and approve what is universal common ground among U.S. citizens.• Democracy, as defined includes social equity without class differentiation and consensus. Dictating and forcing one another’s beliefs is the opposite of democracy. Placing special conditions, whether taxes, fees and penalties or quotas, benefits and subsidies on subsets of us is not democracy.• Instead of trying to find political correctness and one size fits all solutions, we will talk to people, including those we disagree with, respect their opinions, seek to have government treat all of us fairly, rather than trying to get the upper hand on, more power than, each other.• Transparency and accountability in government will mean:o I can learn from the federal government how many U.S. citizens there are;o The U.S. budget and see citizen funded programs benefit U.S. citizens.o Facts, not opinions presented as factso Government rules are easy to understand and consistently applied to all citizens.The U.S. government will focus on why it was established, on what each branch was founded to do.Our government will work for real change to benefit all U.S. citizens.We the people will unite and lead U.S. and state government officials to narrow and lessen negative impacts on U.S. citizens, lowering tax burdens, clarifying where government can and has done a better job than any other sectors of society, and ending government functions where other sectors can improve service to citizens. We need to be one step ahead of our enemies, President Obama used the Tactics of Saul Alinsky when he defeated his democratic opponents to grab the brass ring for his party’s nomination for president, and his tactics was “Rules for Radicals”:An organizer has to attack apathy and disturb the prevailing patterns of complacent community life where people have simply come to accept a bad situation. Alinsky would say, “The first step in community organization is community disorganization.”Through a process combining hope and resentment, the organizer tries to create a “mass army” that brings in as many recruits as possible from local organizations, churches, services groups, labor unions, corner gangs, and individuals.Alinsky provides a collection of rules to guide the process. But he emphasizes these rules must be translated into real-life tactics that are fluid and responsive to the situation at hand.Rule 1: Power is not only what you have, but what an opponent thinks you have. If your organization is small, hide your numbers in the dark and raise a din that will make everyone think you have many more people than you do.Rule 2: Never go outside the experience of your people.The result is confusion, fear, and retreat.Rule 3: Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.Rule 4: Make opponents live up to their own book of rules. “You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.”Rule 5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. It’s hard to counterattack ridicule, and it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage.Rule 6: A good tactic is one your people enjoy. “If your people aren’t having a ball doing it, there is something very wrong with the tactic.”Rule 7: A tactic that drags on for too long becomes a drag. Commitment may become ritualistic as people turn to other issues.Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.”Rule 9: The threat is more terrifying than the thing itself. When Alinsky leaked word that large numbers of poor people were going to tie up the washrooms of O’Hare Airport, Chicago city authorities quickly agreed to act on a longstanding commitment to a ghetto organization. They imagined the mayhem as thousands of passengers poured off airplanes to discover every washroom occupied. Then they imagined the international embarrassment and the damage to the city’s reputation.Rule 10: The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. Avoid being trapped by an opponent or an interviewer who says, “Okay, what would you do?”Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.According to Alinsky, the main job of the organizer is to bait an opponent into reacting. “The enemy properly goaded and guided in his reaction will be your major strength.”We Tea Party folks should be able to reconize these rules and use them against our opponents, if we don't I Guarantee they will use them against us.

How do we begin in daily action? It is one thing to send them a pink slip. The tea party rallies have gotten attention and have a few thinking, but not enough changing their actions. If we gain enough power to boot them all out, how do we assure we get facts not fiction, better treatment of all citizens, citizens first, and other changes from the next batch we go to elect?What should any who believe and want us to believe they have the qualities to lead us back into true democracy be able to do, to show us, to lead us to having a smaller, more fair, more consistent, more constitutionally based government?Today, what first changes should be made?Tell us what part of the federal budget serves only US citizens, accompanied by a statement of why any other funds are taken from citizens to form the federal budget?Congress passes no bills longer than, say maybe, 20 pages...A commitment to review all laws in place and eliminate any language that diminishes an individual or state's right to autonomy with no good reason...Action to eliminate preferencial treatment of any subset of citizens, replacing it with equal financial allotment, in any federal programs where that is possible, for every citizen of all state's - then let the state and local governments determine how to further distribute funds and accomplish stated goals - with reports of best and worst uses of funds...Your thoughts?
