June 26, 2013 is a sad day in America as, in a 5 to 4 decision majority, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) eliminated ‘Christian’ basic values as taught in (y)our Holy Bible.

Voting for the majority and opposing our Constitutional ‘Christian’ basic values are Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan.

Voting for the minority and supporting our Constitutional ‘Christian’ basic values are

Chief Justice Roberts, and Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Alito.

President Reagan often referenced, America as “a shining city on a hill” and its promise, as well as its people's, was boundless.  What is and has happened to America?  Who is responsible for the ‘wrongs’ as our commenced and expounded government over the more recent 50 years or so in America?

To reference SCOTUS’s decision to ‘wreck’ their views and contradictory to (y)our Holy Bible:

30 Senate RINO Republicans joined all Senate Democrats and President Obama to ‘add’ an additional ‘$6.38 Trillion’ onto our National Debt.  Where will the ‘$6.38 Trillion’ come from?  Who will RINO Republicans and Senate Democrats blame for this additional ‘$6.38 Trillion’ onto our National Debt?

How will 30 RINO Republicans and all Senate Democrats justify their vote to ‘increase our National Debt’ for an additional $6.38 Trillion, as ticketed by the CBO, to cover their votes on S. 744 of ‘inviting’ some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos for USA ‘citizenship’?

Free parents to promote and allow their children an education; it’s their future.

Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, and Democrats continue to ‘force’ parents to continue to pay their taxes, and also send their children to ‘public schools’.  As an alternative to the ‘public schools’, the taxpayers are forced to pay additional costs for offering any alternative education for their children.

All legislators should and could release parents across America from a Socialistic ‘public education’ and allow parents to determine the ‘very best education’ for their children as may be attained.  It is merely a change of the states’ statues on ‘taxes and education’ within their respective domains.

Our “public schools”, led by our US Department of Education has, and continues to subsidize, champion, sponsor, lecture, and sustain more ‘Liberal’ social ideals; ideals contrary to our Constitutional ‘Christian’ values.

It is important for political leaders, our citizens, and the ‘main-stream’ Medias to recognize that our ‘public education’ ‘results’ continue downhill, as compared to other forms of education for our children, and other nations around the world.

It is in the best interest of the  children’s ‘parents’ and the ‘taxpayers’ for our children to be offered the ‘best education available’ for our communities, whether it be in ‘public schools’, private schools, charter schools, parochial schools, or home schools.  ‘All schools’ must meet ‘common test requirements’ in proving each child’s ‘instructional progress’ in their learning.

As Canadian-American journalist, author, and political philosopher, Isabel Paterson said, "A tax supported, compulsory educational system is the complete model of the totalitarian state."  Most states’ ‘public education’ has been a ‘compulsory educational system’ for years.  As any alternative to ‘public education’, the parents are forced to continue paying their taxes, then pay additional enormous costs for other ‘replacement’ education.

Competing to deliver the ‘very best education’ intended for (y)our children will require all ‘effective’ schools to get better and stronger.

Set our parents ‘free’ so as to promote and allow their children to ascertain a valuable, dynamic, healthy, and prosperous education; it is all about their future.

If one should wonder who’s minding the “hen house,” in DC they either just landed here from Mars or they can’t speak or read English.  The “hen house” was exterminated back in early 2009 and the foxes have taken up residence.  They receive exorbitant salaries for hiding, participating and creating crimes against Americans and our Nation. 

First on the list of devious activities would be the disappearance of taxpayer’s money amounting to 787 billion dollars.  Rapidly following that smooth move was the Fast and Furious gunrunner program funded by Obama and choreographed by Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano.  Ask them who was responsible for these crimes and Obama would shake his head and say, “I don’t know anything about this, but I’ll set up a special committee to investigate it meaning his sidekick Holder will sweep everything under the rug.

Then came Obamacare and one must wonder how a bill can be passed when no one has read it.  But, that didn’t bother the foxes – they passed it, helped themselves to a huge bite of our Medicare and sent the insurance companies, the medical field and taxpayers the bill. Obama will tell you it’s the greatest thing since Ford’s auto invention and not to worry because IRS will monitor who’s naughty and nice.  And a bunch of Obama creeps will dictate who gets healthcare and who doesn’t.    

Obama said cost of insurance will be reduced; we can keep our own primary care physician and live happily ever after. News flash – he lied doctors are leaving their professions, insurance rates are skyrocketing along with horrendous out of pocket charges, businesses are in limbo and quality of patient care just keeps taking one hit after another. As of May 16th, 2013 there’s not one Republican, Democrat or rocket scientist in the “hen house” who has the guts to remove this bill. 

We learned that we own all of these various expensive solar panels that no one will buy and ugly defunct wind mills, electric cars that blow up, expensive batteries for the electric cars that don’t work and a bunch of green companies continuing to declare bankruptcy as we speak.

Next comes the Benghazi murders, Obama, Clinton and Panetta all knew about the attack and flew the coop knowing that our Ambassador and other Americans were being attacked by terrorists.  Guess Lamb was the only pigeon in the hen house watching the massacre in real time. 

But to hear the three tell the story, not one of them knew about it and not one of them was in charge – so the question is who really is running the hen house?  Could it be Valarie Jarrett and the old Soros clown? 

Along comes the AP and IRS scandal - Obama does what Obama always does he shakes his head, scratches his ear and says he doesn’t know anything about anything and passes the buck one more time.  Behind the scenes Obama and his administration are frantically scrambling to cover up the cover ups and they’re up to their armpits in lies and on the verge of self destruction. 

Maxine Waters probably followed Debbie Wasserman’s footsteps opening mouth and inserting foot when she started bragging about Obama’s secret database to Roland Martin.

WATERS said: The president has put in place an organization that contains the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life. That's going to be very, very powerful. That database will have information about everything on every individual in ways that it's never been done before.

Ironically Maxine just exposed why the IRS and AP scandals preempts all other news at this time. This confirms why Conservatives, churches, donors to Mitt Romney etc. are being targeted.

Big brother is watching you, knows what you eat for breakfast, taps your personal phone lines, watches your every move and has infringed on all of your freedoms and rights. Is this really America?

Gun Control By Dictate: Abolishing the 2^nd Amendment

                        Yesterday I wrote about government dictating how illegal aliens are going to be legalized by the “Gang of 8” scheme.  It matters not to Congress or the regime what We the People or the Constitution say.  They will decide how it is going to be and We the People will just have to accept it because it is “fair”.  Today I write about gun control and how government intends to impose their will on We the People, disregarding the Constitution and the rights of said People.  How does fairness and public safety figure into the latest dictates on firearms?

Gun control is being handled exactly the same way they have handled the illegal alien problem.  A nut goes out and shoots some people, so they pass laws to stop it from happening again.  Except that it happened again because they haven’t enforced the “new” laws they passed the last time this came up.  Gun control has been such a raging success everywhere it has been tried hasn’t it?  Gang violence with firearms is rampant in the major gun free zones in our nation.  Sen. Leaders of TEA Party Organizations,

I have seen the different groups in the TEA Party family all working independently, or so it                         seems to me, on projects that are all very important.  I know that one of the draws of the TEA Party is independence but the time has come that all of you must unite to fight the common enemy, an out of control government.  Both political parties are unresponsive to the citizens and only getting worse.  There are good conservatives in Congress but they are being beaten down one at a time by a machine that destroys anyone who refuses to bow to the “party loyalty first” crowd and their behind-the-scenes handlers.

The Republican Party “leadership” is in league with the most radical Democrats who have ever been in power.  We are on the verge of losing our freedom because we continue to support those who have turned their backs on us time and again.  Republicans have lied to us so many times I have lost track of the number.  They have “investigated” time and gain yet have given us nothing but hand-wringing and excuses for the evil deeds of politicians of both parties.  It is time to take drastic measures.

                        Since Barack Obama has said he is going to send federal agents into Oklahoma and other states to enforce Obamacare, what is there to make me believe he won’t send federal agents in to enforce his gun registration/confiscation scheme?  If he “dictates” an executive order that I have to turn in or register any weapons and I refuse, who is going to enforce that dictate?  If Congress decrees that I cannot own particular types of weapons or magazines and I refuse to comply, who is going to enforce it?

                        The situation in our nation today takes me back many years to the early days of a sit-com called “The Beverly Hillbillies”.  I remember the Clampetts hooking up with “Honest John” Shafer, played by long time comedian Phil Silvers.  “Honest John” sold them every monument in Washington, D C (De Cesspool). Those “dumb ole’ Clampetts” just kept giving Honest John” Shafer checks made out to “C.A.S.H.”  If you grew up with the Clampetts, Milburn Drysdale, and Jane Hathaway you will understand.  Congress and the ruling elite are “Honest John” Shafer and We the People are the Clampetts.  We are being conned by experts who make it their lifelong career to scam us into giving them everything we have while thinking they are taking care of us and “looking out for our best interests”.

                         The big deal they are making over this sequester nonsense is giving me a headache.  I have made this point on several social network site discussions so I thought I would put it all together on one place.  Obama, his cabinet minions, and all of the members of Congress come out and say; Social Security checks will stop, meat plants will shut down, the FBI won’t be able to track terrorists, the Border Patrol won’t be able to secure the borders, airports will shut down, pony rides in national parks will end, the sun won’t come up on March 2, and on and on and on adnauseum.  And the RINO’s in Congress aren’t doing any better.

                        I just finished watching an incredible movie.  A few months ago I saw previews of a movie called “Last Ounce of Courage” and mentioned to my wife that I would like to see it.  She found it at Amazon.com and ordered it.  This movie had been sitting in a box with some others for quite some time and she pulled them out today and we decided to sit down and watch it tonight.

                        I attended a town hall meeting in Claremore on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 featuring Markwayne Mullin, the newly elected congressman from Oklahoma’s 2^nd District.  Some of his statements sounded strange coming from a “conservative” but one response to a question bothered me more than the rest.

 A man asked Mullin about the executive orders being used by Barack Obama to by-pass Congress, and what can be done to nullify them.  Mullin’s response was that the way to stop an EO was for the House to pass legislation nullifying the order, then send it to the Senate where Dingy Harry Reid would refuse to allow it to be heard.  And even if it could be passed by the Senate it would have to go to Obama for his signature.

The USA is in a recession and/or a depression.  Many Americans are searching for jobs in the ‘private sector’, yet Speaker John Boehner, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and many Republicans In Name Only (RINO) are coordinating with Capitol Hill Democrats to scrap a near perfect ‘legal Immigration’ system; new legislation to open more ‘illegal immigrants’ to take more of our American jobs while these same ‘illegal immigrants’ are increasing American taxpayers’ more cost for their education, food assistance, healthcare, housing, etc.

Speaker John Boehner, Sen. Mitch McConnell, and Republicans should be focusing on requiring the lawless elected and appointed government officials to obey the Constitution, our US Code, and our ‘legal immigration’ laws; not ignoring and/or disobeying our laws.  For now, these GOP leaders are following and granting more ‘lawlessness’, rather than leading Americans under our Constitution and US Code.

Please explain to me and many others.  What is wrong in requiring ‘illegal immigrants’ to follow our ‘immigration’ laws that have worked very well for more than  200 years; and to stop ‘illegal immigrants’ from stealing and/or purchasing a fraudulent Social Security and/or Driver’s License, etc., prior to and/or after their arrival?

Furthermore, how are Boehner, McConnell, his RINO Republicans, and his Liberal Democrats going to prevent more ‘terror’ from being approved to relocate and live in our neighborhoods?

Back on the economic issue, under the Obama administration’s ‘political policies’, our economy may get even worse with increasing unemployment and more snowballing inflation; 
however, Obama can always blame it on G.W. Bush and the main-stream Medias will follow.

Speaker John Boehner, Sen. Mitch McConnell, his RINO Republicans, and his Liberal Democrats continue to spend as if America has ‘unlimited Federal funds’.  Boehner, McConnell, and his RINO Republicans continue to negotiate away more of taxpayers’ Federal money and our Constitutional freedoms.  They say one thing, only to continue to negotiate and spend (y)our taxpayers’ money on a ‘credit card’ leaving more and more debt to our children, their children, etc.

Conservative Republicans all across America are becoming more disgusted with the Senate and Congressional Party leadership.  The GOP leadership of today is joining Democrat Party’s policies by duplicating their Liberal political policies in more recent years.

It is time to say ‘NO MORE” to Liberalism.  Quit negotiating with Liberal Democrats as if you are defenseless and indecisive children.  Save our nation!  Americans are waiting!

Well, John Boehner took time out from his latest sob-fest to come out with promises that he is going to “do things differently now”, he “has learned his lesson”.  We are hearing to same old tired rhetoric we heard before the 2010 mid-term elections.  Didn’t he come into the Speaker’s chair promising to “drain the swamp”, to use Nancy Pelosi’s famous lie?  Didn’t Boehner say that Republicans have “learned our lessons” and would “do things differently if given a chance”, uh, as in 3 years ago?  So, in 2009/2010 they had learned their lessons and now in 2013 they have learned their lessons?  Which lessons have they learned this time or is this just more of the same tired old B S coming from the royalty in Washington D.C.?  To quote the late great Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf, this is just more “Bovine Scatology”.

It seems Oklahoma’s fine senior senator once again has no qualms about telling We the People how stupid we are and how wonderful he is.  With the “fiscal cliff” vote, in which he voted for the measure after taking an entire three minutes to peruse the 154 pages contained within, Senator Bullcrap took a great deal of criticism from local talk radio.  Tulsa radio station KFAQ’s Pat Campbell Show listeners were highly critical.   As a frequent listener I find Campbell to be very fiscally conservative and more moderate on social issues.  Senator Bullcrap didn’t appreciate the criticism so he called the Pat Campbell Show to “explain himself”, and how important it was to vote for this travesty (http://www.1170kfaq.com/podcasts/patcampbell/185414432.html).  He proceeded to explain how We the People benefitted because had the measure not passed taxes would have gone up a whole lot more than they did on a lot more people that they did and that he “protected” 98% of said We the People by making the 2001 and 2003 tax rates permanent for most Americans (chant the party line, blah, blah, blah).  If you take a good look at whose taxes aren’t going up and whose are going up you see a very different story than is being bandied about by both sides.  Warren Buffett and Donald Trump came out just fine, thank you!!! As did Hollywood and the typical Democrat money groups!!! Oh, and spending is still going up.

Obama has demonstrated zero flexibility on his insistence that higher tax rates for the wealthy kick in on January 1, 2013.

To those familiar with “progressive” modus operandi, it is not surprising that the White House and their “progressive” political allies envision Medicare and other “entitlement” savings happening ten to twenty years from now.

This is what “progressives” call a “balanced approach.”

The same “balanced approach” “progressives” used when they promised Ronald Reagan three dollars in future spending cuts for every dollar of tax increases.  The same “balanced approach” “progressives” used when they hood-winked George H. W. Bush into violating his “Read my lips, no new taxes” pledge with a similar two to one offer.

Reagan, Bush 41 and the American taxpayer have yet to see those promised spending cuts.

In the current “fiscal cliff” negotiations, Republicans who are willing to accept “revenue” increases as a part of a deal with “progressive” Democrats in exchange for promised spending cuts that will happen sometime in the future are stupid, in denial or both.  How many times do Republicans need to make this same mistake before they learn?

“Duh…as a kid I burned my finger every time I stuck it into the fire, but this time that won’t happen…duh…yup…uh huh…duh…ooooh…aaaah...look…something shiny…duh.”

By whatever means, no matter how much “new revenue” Republicans agree to provide, it will never be enough for “progressives”.  No matter how completely Republican squishes cave to “progressive” demands for more “revenue”, it will work against them in both the short and long term.

The economy will tank and Republican will be blamed by “progressives”, while being seen as unprincipled jellyfish willing to break promises made to their constituents in order to “deal” with those who have no interest in compromise.

The “progressive” motive is not to make a deal.  It is not to enact legislation that will stimulate private sector economic growth.  History instructs that lowering tax rates stimulates the private sector and increases economic growth while resulting in additional revenue to the IRS.  To “progressives” this is irrelevant.

They are far more concerned with what they call “fairness.”  To “progressives”, fairness means confiscating money through taxes from productive people who create wealth and redistributing it to the unproductive.

History shows that tax increases stifle economic growth, which leads to reduced revenue collection.  Budgetary imbalances grow worse and deficits continue to explode at an increasingly alarming rate.  By following this path, it is all but guaranteed that the American government will raise the debt ceiling again and experience another credit downgrade.   U.S. national debt will not go down and GDP growth will become virtually non-existent.

Eventually the federal government will need to find “other revenue” to fund its big spending operation.

With over twenty three million people unable to find work and almost fifty million living on the dole, government will try to invent ways to fund the “progressive” Party’s dependent class.

The retirement savings, IRAs and 401Ks of every American are in “progressive’s” sights.  Americans believe their 401ks and IRAs are private property, safe from government seizure.   

These retirement savings are already heavily controlled by government regulation.  Given the track record of “progressives” it is no stretch to realize that trillions of dollars in private savings are threatened by “progressives” who see them as a way to finance the national debt their big government socialist programs have created.

When Social Security began it was a compulsory savings program administered by the federal government.  When someone retired, they would get back what they had paid in plus interest.  It only took until 1939 for a “progressive” Democratic Congress to begin using a pay-as-you-go financing method, meaning money currently being paid into the Social Security System is financing current beneficiaries.  At first it was worked.  In 1950 sixteen people were paying into the system for each person receiving benefits.  In the not so distant future there will be two people making payments for each check.

What happened to all the money millions of Americans have had stolen over the course of their lives from their paycheck by government mandate?  What will happen if the government seizes private savings?

If Republicans ever wish to be taken seriously, they must stand on principle.  For the future of the American Republic, backing down is not an option.

Hate, fear and smear!! “Shame on you Barack Obama!!” - Feb 23, 2008

This is the legacy of the Democrat party and one which President Obama embraces and actually appears to relish. He is quite familiar with the hate, fear and smear art form practiced by his fellow democratic leaders. He uses it with adept frequency. The president flies into crucial swing states like Ohio, Florida, and Virginia with his practiced hanging drawl. He then enchants the black locals with notions of sugar plum government programs that will make their life better, if they give him the same chance they did in 2008.

This is done with no reflection upon their own increasing misery index which just happens to coincide with Obama’s increased abandonment of any job, education, or community safety-net promises made. Instead, it is only through continued black misery indexing upward can Obama and democrats continue their titanium plantation grip upon over 90 percent of America’s black electorate.

Where’s the beef? Where are the jobs?

The goal of democrat plantation politics has been to find a convenient and perpetual target that can be feared, hated, smeared and consequently demonized. Republicans are that target group, which unions, democrat community organizers like Obama, and democrat political machine leaders have made their primary election year goal.

Of course with the compliance of the NAACP, as their contracted plantation house servant, the nefarious and typically highly emotionally charged negative rhetoric rings off of church and community center walls every election season. But what are universally missing are the facts of Republican misdeeds. Emotional sing song rhyming rhetoric is the bait democrat plantation leaders ply to submerge common sense or biblical principles and values learned in the church.

President Obama not only knows this but he is absolutely banking on black mothers and fathers, grandparents and families to not look under the sheets and discover they have been hoodwinked and short-sheeted by Obama and the democrat plantation care takers. To borrow from Obama’s own 2008 words which blacks on the democrat political plantation would do well to remember, “Instead, they’re betting on amnesia. That's what they're counting on. They're counting on that you all forgot. They think that they can run the okey-doke on you. Bamboozle you."
