A liberal rainbow coalition charge conservative calls for secession from the union as " racist " in the wake of Obama's re-election victory.

I'd like to start a legislative petition for a ballot initiative. The intent is to get Montana's secession issue out for citizens to vote on.  This is a real issue that should be brought up to the people of Montana to decide.

Obama’s reelection has sealed the fate this country and Montana unless Montana takes action upon itself to form a constitutional republic free of Marxism and Socialism.  Mathematically there is no way the crushing debt can be paid with American Dollars.  It is inevitable that the economy will collapse.  As long as Montanans are in the union they will sink into tyranny and poverty with it.  The Federal government has abandoned the principles of our founding fathers and accepted the principles we once fought wars to reject.

Will Obama now blame the previous Obama?
Bone heads like Boehner (a consumate "career" politician, which equals what they must do to keep their jobs and not doing what's right for our country) ,a cancer on our Constitution, must be removed.

Since November 6th I have read and heard all the excuses about how come we lost the election. Yes we have some voter fraud going on, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
I am an independent but I did vote for the right, because I did not like where the left was thinking or going they just think that everything should be free.
The more I thought about the way the left was doing things, the more I figured why they did what they did. People need to get started right now in teaching the younger generation mainly junior and seniors in high schools for starters. Then to go into the colleges and start telling thee kids the truth and also to tell them that after they get out of college they become the taxpayer and their taxes will be going up to pay for the things they want free now.
We the people need to educate our young people, make them understand that education is not free, and that the other things they believe that should be free are not. Because at the present time a lot of them their parents are supporting them to go to college. Could be we need to teach the parents of those kids also, they may get a tax deduction for those kids now but once they become of age or go out on their own, know the parents have one less tax deduction.
Question if a person living at home with their parents, and is of legal age and required by law to pay taxes then how can the parents put them on there Healthcare insurance?
A lot of these young kids need to be told the truth not the BULL that the left are telling them. The truth has to be told that went they get their college degree and go out into work force that life changes they are the ones that will have to pay their tax dollars to the next generation that go to college.
What ever party wishes to get elected in 2014 and 2016 had better start NOW. Obummer was talking to these young people and washing their brains it’s our generation to tell them the truth for their future.

If Americans want their freedoms, they need to start a REVOLUTION NOW!!!

While the “progressive” Party Pravda is dutifully focused on distracting Americans with stories about the tragic resignation of former CIA Director David Petraeus,  the White House goes merrily along with its anti-growth, anti-business, anti-energy, radical fringe leftist “progressive” agenda.  The Barack Obama administration is now making plans for the next phase in fundamentally transforming America into a second rate European style slow growth high unemployment socialist state.

Nothing has changed from the last two years of Obama’s reign of terror.  In Harry Reid, Obama retains a “progressive” Democratic Senate majority leader who shares his radical fringe leftist ideology.  In the House of Representatives, Obama faces a Republican majority led by Speaker of the House John Boehner.  For the past two years, the House has refused to budge on tax hikes, one of a number of lusted for items on the “progressive” Holy Grail wish list.

Since Obama ran a class warfare, racial and gender dividing, hit man Chicago style smear re-election campaign, nothing but more of the same can be reasonably expected in his second term.

Evidence, in first meeting on Tuesday, he meets with Mary Kay Henry-SEIU, Lee Saunders-AFSCME, Dennis Van Roekel-NEA, Rich Trumka-AFL-CIO, Neera Tanden-Center for American Progress, John Podesta-Center for American Progress, Bob Greenstein-Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, Laura Burton Capps-Common Purpose Project, Max Richtman-National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare, Justin Ruben-MoveOn, and Deepak Bhargava-Center for Community Change.

These are Obama’s ideological soul mates.  Their priorities are to further their radical fringe leftist “progressive” agenda.

On Wednesday, Obama meets with Mark Bertolini, president, chairman and CEO of Aetna, Ursula Burns, chairman and CEO at Xerox, Kenneth I. Chenault, chairman and CEO for American Express, David Cote, chairman and CEO at Honeywell, Mike Duke, president and CEO of Walmart, Jeff Immelt, chairman and CEO for General Electric, Andrew Liveris, president, chairman and CEO of Dow Chemical, Robert McDonald, president and CEO at Procter & Gamble, Alan Mulally, president and CEO for Ford Motors, Indra Nooyi, chairman and CEO at PepsiCo, Ginni Rometty, president, chairman and CEO of IBM, andJohn Watson, chairman and CEO for Chevron.

These are the huge multinational corporations that have supported Obama while he has repeatedly accused Republicans of being in the pocket of huge multinational corporations.

They are also the companies that are big enough to survive the economic destruction brought about by Obama’s economic policies.

Can you say “too big to fail”?

Before he bothers to meet with Congressional leaders to discuss how to reach a “compromise” that will result in the United States avoiding the fiscal cliff, Obama has arranged his schedule so as to meet with his ideological Marxist brethren as well as his financial backers and yes men.

Together, they will calculate how to insist on their “my way or the highway” demands while appearing reasonable to low information voters who obtain their “news” from “progressive” Party Pravda sound-bites and headlines.

There will be little to no real negotiations with House Republicans.  They will be told what they have consistently been told by this administration.  “We won.  We are going to do it our way.”

When America goes over the fiscal cliff, Obama and his mob of ideological lunatics will sing a full throated chorus of “It’s all Republican’s fault” and get away with it because the “progressive” Party Pravda will march in lockstep with their Marxist overlords and tell the public what Obama wants them to believe.

Unless something changes, nothing will change.  Without changing this equation, there will be no hope in America.

Contested Election Petition FILED IN U.S. Supreme Court- See What's Happening!

he Petition for Rehearing the Writ of Certiorari has been mailed and emailed to the United States Supreme Court today- Nov. 13,2012. This Petition to the United States Supreme Court is Judy v. Obama Case No. 12-5276 and it is contesting the eligibility of Barack Obama's qualifications as a candidate for President of the United States by myself as a candidate also for the same office.

I don't see secession as likely to happen in the foreseeable future. Maybe later, but not now. There is a great deal being made over the fact that 23 states (and counting) have petitioned the US government for the right to "peaceably" seceed from the union and form their own government. Obama is NOT going to let this happen, at least peaceably. He will ignore the petitions or worse, prosecute those who signed them (myself included). I look at the pertitons as a not so subtile warning to the president. We have tolerated your meddling in our lives to this point, BUT, we will not tolerate your going those next steps. Steps that will forever change the country and it's relationship with it's citizens. I will not be a slave in my own country. Damn you Sir, I WILL NOT! I will oppose you and your ilk by any means at my disposal. For now, it is writing blogs and signing petitions. In the future, I may be forced to assume a ... more "active" role.

Secession may be unlikely, but there are other steps that can be taken in the interim. They require that the state's senators and congressmen and women grow a spine. It will require the Govenor and Attorney General to stand up and be counted. I speak of nullification and interposition. These terms can be losely interwoven. Both mean basically the same thing. The State of Texas declares a federal act to be against the Constitution and therefore null and void. Furthermore, the State of Texas throws all of it's political clout between the federal government and the citizens of Texas. This is the legislative act of interposition. The state interposes its political will in such a way as to shield the citizens of the state from the wrath of and prosecution by the federal persona. In other words, we ain't gonna do this or that and don't flex your muscle trying to make us. The State of Texas will take retalliatory action against physical attacks on its citizenry.

There was a time in my younger days when I could count on Texas and its citizens to do the "right" thing. Men were men and women were equally strong. We did what was needed and made no apologies. Our word was our bond and many a handshake underpinned a gentlemens agreement. We were straightforward and brooked no nonsense. We lived and personified the traits that were first shown by the likes of Milam, Houston, Travis, Bowey, etc. Messing with a Texan or Texas was tantamount to stepping on a large rattlesnake. Walk softly and be civil or get bit. We seem to have lost that fiber and grit. Where did it go?  Am I an anachronism? Am I the only one to find these qualities desirable and good? Maybe I have hung around too long.

Unfortunately, we can't be nullifying and interposing against every piece of onerous legislation that comes along. Nullification should be reserved for the most aggregious of the acts. Interposition is a bit more flexable. We can be unable or unwilling to declare an act unconstitutional but still protect our citizens when they collectively decide not to honor the act. This could be problematic at best. Failing to prove the unconstitutionality of an act makes it damn difficult for a state to interpose without a court decision.

There are things we can do to minimize the effects of Obama and his thugs. The bad thing is, they must by nature be reactionary rather than proactionary. We may spend the next four years beating off the assault on our liberty. It will be a long and tiring process, both emotionally and physically for those of us who are antiques. But we can do it. We must thwart Obama's ambition at every opportunity, but we must be judicious in when and where we choose to confront. We must be on sound constitutional grounds or we are no better than he. Of course, we can stoop pretty low and still be head and shoulders above him morally and spiritually. As for ethics and integrity; forget it for now. He doesn't understand the words or the concepts.

I am trying to find how best to initiate the change in law, rules, or policy that guarantees $450K / year for former Presidents. It should be based this Calendar year at $249,000. From that it would be capped each year at the cost of living. That is to say if, during his term, the Cost of living has gone up from this year's base, the payment is increased by that much at the end of the term and on during the retirement. This is an unfortunate offer of compromise but it is reasonable to incite good people also.

This would begin either with all current living Presidents or the next term. They are all millionaires and don't need the money.

$249K is under the mark of being "rich" and therefore  would show unity with the Middle Class as it is defined by this Administration.  If the Rich will be taxed more, then the President needs to also have skin in the game.

This is a serious proposal and I am looking for advice.
