“Are you ready for a world dominated by Islamic law?

On July 9, the international political group Hizb ut-Tahrir will meet for the “UK Khilafah Conference” in London. During the gathering, meetings will focus upon ways in which a caliphate can be instituted. As The Blaze explained back in February, a caliphate is an Islamic state that draws its authority from, and is based upon, Sharia law.

Hizb ut-Tahrir, which stands for the “Party of Liberation” in English, is an international political organization that seeks one, unified Muslim state that is dominated by Muslim law. This particular group stands firmly planted against the United States, accusing the Super Power of colonization, among other offenses.

Additionally, the group would like to see Israel, which it deems “illegal,” be dismantled. Below, you can see a graphic that the group is using to promote the conference:

The President quipped last week that part of the reason why his stimulus plan didn’t work was “the shovel ready jobs weren’t as shovel ready as we thought.”    Since Obama has no business experience and hasn’t ever created a free market job, he’s totally befuddled why none of his economic plans are working.   Even the President knows we are slipping into a double dip recession.    He’s doing his best to still blame George Bush but even Debbie Wasserman Schultz admitted that the Democrats now own the economy.

The root causes of the economy continuing to swoon are the Progressive and Keynesian policies that Obama has implemented in the last two and a half years.   Poor Barack.  He doesn’t even realize that he sabotaged his own re-election.   He took all the liberal economic classes in college, and he listened to all of his leftist professors and mentors.   He believes the ruling class in the government should be able to dictate a recovery through amping up government spending and implementing regulations that will force business and consumer behavior into triggering an economic recovery.  Obama believes if the peasants would just do what the ruling class says to do, we’ll be just fine.

In my last 16 blogs on this Tea Party site, and not a single comment, this says something. On my own site, mymiraclemessage.com, on blogs covering the same ground, 9,420 comments, and nearly all highly favorable from people all over the world says something else.    

Let’s discuss it. Alexander the Great conquered Egypt. He was immortalized. Alexandria became the largest, most advanced city on the planet. Alexandria was populated with Egyptians, Greeks, Jews, Romans and other peoples, the best and brightest in the Mediterranean world. Romans conquered Egypt and burned the great library in Alexandria, destroying the storage house of the ancient world’s knowledge. Rome’s animal brutality was met with brutality. Northern Europe’s barbarians conquered Rome. While western Europe languished in ignorance and poverty a thousand years ago, under capitalism, China prospered.  Personal reward and prosperity go hand in hand.  America’s pioneers, utilizing the world’s knowledge, under capitalism, built the greatest nation the world had ever seen.

The ancient Egyptian gods held much the same philosophy Jesus held. In Greek philosophy, the word “logos” is the rational principle that governs and develops the universe.  In Christian theology, “logos” defines the divine word or reason incarnate in Jesus Christ.  Based on this background, the U. S. Constitution was written with self-government in mind, that which Obama wants to abolish.  He calls self-government greed.  Under Obama’s philosophy, the individual should be government regulated in every aspect of his life.

In ignorance, President Obama speaks in terms of what is good for all—“collective salvation,” he calls it. It is Obama’s way or the highway, which has no background of success. Government doesn’t make wheels turn.   Human energy is generated by being rewarded, not by what is good for all.  We don’t have hive mentality.  Take it from me that your representatives in Washington of soon to become history. I learned a long time back that you might as well say nothing. Just listen to them beat around the bush. The House Speaker is good at weeping, while he picks your pocket.  While they agree with you, your representatives in Washington, D.C. have all the answers, and none of theirs are your answer for what ought to be done.  

The moment of great change is now upon us. It is now or never. Progressives are making their move, and a groundswell is building to stop them, I can tell you.  From past actions, it is clear that your representation, for its own sake, is going to cling to the status quo, leaving the choice yours.  You can take it like it comes, complain, or do something.  By the way, the bulk of the comments to mymiraclemessage.com are coming from entrepreneurs.   When it is all said and done, you can bet your life it is the world’s innovators who are going to have it their way.

Farah, interviewed on “Crosstalk” with host Vic Eliason, told of CAIR’s efforts to pull from the shelves and confiscate all copies of the blockbuster book “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America.”

According to Farah, the book – built on thousands of documents discovered in an undercover operation by co-author P. David Gaubatz’s son Chris Gaubatz – “exposes the infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood into our media, into our government, into other cultural institutions in America like I don’t think any other work has done before.”

Fight back against CAIR’s attack on First Amendment by making a contribution to WND’s “Legal Defense Fund.” Donations of $25 or more entitle you to free copy of “Muslim Mafia” – the book so devastating to CAIR the group is trying to ban it.

In the interview, Farah explained that CAIR, rather than refuting the evidence presented in the book, has undergone a legal campaign to silence it.

“They went after the Gaubatzes, not on the basis that anything in the book was not true,” Farah said,“they went after them on the basis that they stole the documents from CAIR. So that began this long, protracted, now almost two-year-old lawsuit.”

The powerful Washington, D.C., Islamic lobby group, established as a front for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, has been asking a federal judge to expunge all copies of the book, which exposes its ties to radical jihad through original documents secured in Chris Gaubatz’s undercover operation.

Posing as a Muslim, Chris Gaubatz gathered some 12,000 pages of documents, which were meant to be shredded, while serving as an intern at CAIR’s national office in Washington, just three blocks from the U.S. Capitol building. Information gleaned from the documents was compiled by authors P. Dave Gaubatz and Paul Sperry in “Muslim Mafia.”.

After filing two unsuccessful versions of its complaint, CAIR has asked federal Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington, D.C., to bar the Gaubatzes and anyone related to their effort from publishing the documents and recordings obtained in the undercover operation.

“This book at any time can be taken off the shelves forever and kept in the hands of Hamas,” warned Gaubatz attorney Daniel Horowitz.

Recently, retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, former U.S. deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence, made an impassioned plea for Americans to learn about the inner workings of stealth jihadists by reading “Muslim Mafia.”

“There’s a recent book that came out called ‘Muslim Mafia,’” said Boykin at a major Christian conference. “Have any of you read this? Have any of you ever seen it? I encourage you to get this book – ‘Muslim Mafia.’ … This book will scare you. This book will open your eyes. This book will shake you. What this book says is frightening.”

CAIR continues to keep its lawsuit alive despite the exposure by Horowitz and his colleagues of the fact that CAIR doesn’t even legally exist and was therefore unqualified to file the lawsuit.

He warns that WND must continue to be vigilant: “In the end, they can just keep getting more and more money from overseas and burn out opposition with lawsuits.”

While CAIR repeatedly has denied it receives foreign support, the covert operation that produced “Muslim Mafia” obtained video footage that captured CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper boasting of his ability to bring in a half million dollars of “overseas money,” including from Saudi Arabia.”

“(CNSNews.com) – Amid reports that Kenneth Melson will be forced to resign as acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, a Republican congressman says “he should” lose his job. 

Melson “was part of the bad judgment” ATF exhibited in allowing guns to be sold in the U.S. to people acting on behalf of Mexican criminals, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) told Fox & Friends Tuesday morning.

But the bad judgment attached to ATF’s “Operation Fast and Furious” goes higher than Melson, Issa said:

Attorney General Eric Holder “should have known – I believe it was his obligation to know” what was going on at ATF, Issa said. Holder wasn’t doing his job properly if he didn’t know, the congressman added.

The ATF intended to track the guns sold to straw purchasers in the U.S. to find out where in Mexico they were going, but the ATF lost track of the weapons.

The guns that were sold in the U.S. didn’t necessarily go to Mexico, Issa said. Two ended up in Arizona, at the place where U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot and killed in December.

The botched mission “did sort of develop at ATF,” Issa said on Tuesday, but higher-ups in the U.S. Justice Department had to know about it – all the way up to Lanny Breuer at least, he said. Breuer is the assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.

Issa also noted that a federal judge had to sign off on wiretaps used as part of the ATF operation.

Issa indicated that even if Melson does resign, people at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Justice Department must be held accountable.

Issa chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which held hearings on Operation Fast and Furious last week. He recently told CNSNews.com that he believes the Justice Department is covering up information relevant to the congressional investigation.”

I.  Acting ATF Director to Resign Over Gun-Buying Sting!

“Kenneth Melson, the acting director of the Bureau of Tobacco, Alcohol and Firearms (ATF), is expected to step down in the wake of the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scheme in which weapons were sold to Mexico’s drug cartels.

Melson, who has been acting director since April 2009, is likely to resign within the next couple of days, says CNN.

Attorney General Eric Holder is to meet with Andrew Traver, head of the ATF field office in Chicago on Tuesday, about replacing Melson, the network says.

Under Operation Fast and Furious and its sister program Project Gunrunner, about 2,000 weapons were sold to so-called straw buyers, who in turn sold them to the cartels. The idea was that it would allow the ATF to trace the weapons and discover who was selling them down the line.

But the plan went disastrously wrong and the weapons have been used in at least 150 shootings. The ATF now admits it lost track of two-thirds of the guns.

The controversy came to a head in December when Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered in Arizona and two weapons discovered at the scene were found to have been part of Project Gunrunner.

President Barack Obama has acknowledged that the plan was flawed. “There may be a situation here in which a serious mistake was made. If that’s the case then we’ll find out and we’ll hold somebody accountable,” he said in March.

Obama said he had no prior knowledge of the operation.

Last week, Iowa Republican Sen. Charles Grassley called for an independent investigation into the operation and called for heads to roll.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said the operation “looks an awful lot like Iran-Contra,” the scandal that put a shadow over Ronald Reagan’s presidency, during congressional hearings he chaired.

During those hearings, John Casa, an agent at the ATF’s Phoenix Field office called the program “a colossal failure of leadership.” He said every time there was a shooting in Arizona, including the one that killed six and seriously injured Democratic U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, agents worried that guns from the operations could have been involved.

“This happened time and time again,” he testified.

Another agent, John Dodson, told lawmakers, “I cannot begin to think of how the risk of letting guns fall into the hands of known criminals could possibly advance any legitimate law enforcement interest. I hope the committee will receive a better explanation than I.”

It has been the policy of the Republicans to offer up Rinos in the hope that guys like me would consider them the lesser of two evils and vote for them instead of the democratic candidate for president. Well, it worked for a long time but now I am done. Last time they wanted to play chicken with me and ran McCain, I simply stayed home and let Obama win. 

It appears that once again they will be offering up a Rino and once again, I will be staying home. In fact, I really no longer could trust anyone endorsed by the Republican party. I don't know who this Bachman is and I am so leery of being tricked again that I could not even vote for her. In fact, If I were to run, I would not want to be affiliated with the Republican name. It does not stand for any of my conservative values. 

Today I took the step of joining the Tea Party. The only person that I trust is Sarah Palin. Period. The lies and deceit of the Republicans have driven me away. 

Ok, So if Obama gets it again and pulls the country down even further, it could be a good thing. The Republicans could panic and see that we conservatives cannot be intimidated and that even their gated communities are being hit by Obama. That their grandchildren will no longer have jobs. Perhaps by hitting botton, the GOP will wake up. 

But it is doubtful. So let the games begin.

“(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration is directing federal immigration officials to use “prosecutorial discretion” in deciding which illegal aliens to detain and deport. 
 
The intention is to kick out the worst offenders and release the all the others – specifically victims of domestic violence and other crimes; witnesses to crimes; or people who are charged with minor traffic violations.

The apparent goal is to make the Secure Communities program more palatable to the states and activists who have criticized it.

But the changes to the Secure Communities program, announced last week, did not mollify critics who are calling for a moratorium. One group called the changes inadequate – amounting to “little more than lipstick on a pig.”

Secure Communities is a voluntary, three-year-old partnership between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and state and local law enforcement to identify and deport “criminal aliens.” Under Secure Communities, the fingerprints of every single individual arrested and booked into custody, including U.S. citizens, are checked against immigration records.

Immigration advocates say too many law-abiding undocumented immigrants are being deported under the program. They also say it encourages racial profiling and undermines public safety.
 
In a June 17 memo, ICE Director John Morton clarified that “it is against ICE policy to initiate removal proceedings against people who are victims or witnesses to a crime.” 
 


The same goes for people who are pursuing “legitimate” civil rights complaints and those who are involved in union organizing or who have legitimately complained to authorities about employment discrimination or housing conditions.

Morton said federal officials must “exercise all appropriate discretion on a case-by-case basis” when deciding how to handle such cases to avoid discouraging individuals from reporting crimes or standing up for their civil rights.

Unless the illegal alien poses national security concerns, has a “serious criminal history,” poses a threat to public safety, is a human rights violator or is involved in “significant” immigration fraud, “exercising favorable discretion, such as release from detention and deferral or a stay of removal generally will be appropriate,” Morton said.

ICE also announced it will establish an advisory committee—including police chiefs, sheriffs, prosecutors, court officials, ICE agents, and immigration advocates – to recommend policies that will stop the deportation of individuals charged with, but not convicted of, minor traffic offenses if they have no other criminal history.

Other changes include a new training program for state and local law enforcement agencies to explain how Secure Communities works with regard to civil rights; and a new complaint system for those who believe their civil rights have been violated.

ICE says Secure Communities is currently on track to be implemented nationwide by 2013 – and “refining the program”will allow ICE to focus its limited resources on the most serious criminals.

ICE noted that the money appropriated by Congress each year is enough to remove only a “limited number” of the more than 10 million illegal immigrants estimated to be in the country.

Critics want program scrapped:

So far, three states that joined the Secure Communities program have announced their intention to back out, even though ICE says state and local jurisdictions cannot opt out of Secure Communities.  Those states are New York, Illinois and California.

Massachusetts this month announced it would not join the program, although some Massachusetts communities have signed on.

Immigration advocacy groups say the changes announced on Friday do not go far enough: “These changes are nowhere near sufficient to address the well-documented problems with the Secure Communities program that has thus far torn apart countless families across the country by funneling people into a detention and deportation system rife with abuse,” said Andrea Black, executive director of Detention Watch Network. “The flaws with Secure Communities run so deep that the only solution is termination of the program.”

The National Immigration Project said it was “stunned by the inadequacy” of the changes. “ICE should listen to our elected leaders rather than ramming this federal program down the throats of localities that want nothing to do with it,” said Associate Director Paromita Shah.

“Secure Communities is a Frankenstein program – and no amount of makeup can help save our communities from its ravaging effects,” said Pablo Alvarado, director of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network. “Secure Communities is a symbol of President Obama’s approach to immigration – more spin than substance. Nothing less than a cancellation of the program could move this administration towards repairing the trust it has lost with Latino communities across the country.”

“This Administration can no longer continue standing by Secure Communities,” said Margaret Huang, executive director of Rights Working Group. “By continuing to support the program, it is sanctioning racial profiling, eroding the trust local law enforcement agencies have built with communities of color and signaling to the international community that our immigration system does not respect the basic human rights of all persons in our country.”

The activists mentioned above are calling on the Obama administration to end all programs that create partnerships between state and local law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security; halt the development of the vast data-gathering infrastructure on which Secure Communities depends; and allow state and local jurisdictions to opt-out of Secure Communities.”

According to a June 12 article by Charlie Savage in the New York Times(1), “The Federal Bureau of Investigation is giving significant new powers to its roughly 14,000 agents, allowing them more leeway to search databases, go through household trash, or use surveillance teams to scrutinize the lives of people who have attracted their attention.

“The F.B.I. soon plans to issue a new edition of its manual, the Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide… The new rules add to several measures taken over the past decade to give agents more latitude as they search for signs of criminal or terrorist activity.”

According to the Times report, “The F.B.I. recently briefed several privacy advocates about the coming changes.  Among them, Michael German, a former F.B.I. agent who is now a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, argued that it was unwise to further ease restrictions on agents’ power to use potentially intrusive techniques, especially if they lacked a firm reason to suspect someone of wrongdoing.

Mr. German is quoted as saying that, “Claiming additional authorities to investigate people only further raises the potential for abuse, pointing to complaints about the bureau’s surveillance of domestic political advocacy groups and mosques and to an inspector general’s findings in 2007 that the F.B.I. had frequently misused ‘national security letters’ which allow agents to obtain information like phone records without a court order.”

Valerie E. Caproni, the F.B.I. general counsel, is quoted as saying that the “bureau had fixed the problems with the national security letters and had taken steps to make sure they would not recur.  She also said the bureau, which does not need permission to alter its manual so long as the rules fit within broad guidelines issued by the attorney general (emphasis added), had carefully weighed the risks and the benefits of each change…

As the Times reports, “Some of the most notable changes apply to the lowest category of investigations, called an ‘assessment.’  The category, created in December 2008, allows agents to look into people and organizations ‘proactively’ and without firm evidence for suspecting criminal or terrorist activity.”

As an employee of a major oil company I was once assigned as a member of a six-man team of engineers, one member from each of six companies, whose job it was to prepare preliminary design, cost estimates, and economic justification for the construction of a major large-diameter products pipeline from Gulf Coast refineries to the Upper Midwest… a project then described as the world’s largest privately-financed construction project.  If constructed, the 300,000 barrel/day pipeline would carry refined products… gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, and jet fuel… from refineries in Texas and Oklahoma to major terminals in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.  From those terminals, petroleum products would be distributed to a dozen other states.

Because it was necessary to approximate the daily throughput through the pipeline for purposes of determining the size (diameter) of the pipeline, each of the six companies involved in the study was required to nominate input volumes for each refined product at each of their refinery locations along the proposed route.  And since it would have been a violation of federal anti-trust laws for the companies to exchange actual sales volumes for the various markets, and since the throughput estimated by each company would ultimately determine each company’s share of capital investment and ownership, all of the throughput volumes nominated by each of the companies were a carefully calculated fiction… large enough to insure that the line capacity would be sufficient to handle market growth for the foreseeable future, but not so large as to make the initial cost of the system
uneconomic.

Prior to being assigned to the six-man task force I had participated in friendly penny-ante poker games on perhaps a dozen occasions.  I had never before been involved in a multi-billion dollar poker game, which is essentially what we were doing as representatives of our respective companies.

As the project proceeded and the first iteration of the study was finalized, each of the task force members returned to their companies to develop their respective IRRs (Internal Rate of Return), allowing each of the companies to assess their relative position in the project.  And when each of the companies had reassessed their strategies… increasing or decreasing projected volumes so as to increase or decrease their share of the required investment… the task force was reconvened for the second iteration.

As this process was repeated through at least three iterations in ground floor offices in a building in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, we were tipped off by the janitorial staff that men in suits and ties were collecting our waste paper each evening.  It didn’t take long for us to figure out that it was either the FBI or lawyers from the U.S. Attorney’s office who were collecting and studying our discarded waste paper, trying to find evidence of anti-trust violations.

Even though our internal controls and practices were designed to avoid any possibility of illegal or anti-competitive information sharing, to the outsider… or to the FBI… what we were doing may have “appeared” to be anti-competitive.  So, in an effort to escape the prying eyes of federal agents we were provided with office space in what appeared to be an old brick school building or county courthouse in Independence, a small town in southeastern Kansas.  It was in that building that we completed our final iteration of the joint venture… the iteration which was finally adopted by the six company coalition.

On the day that we completed our work and each member of the task force was given two complete Xerox copies of the final study, I drove south on US Route 75 through Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and south from there to our corporate offices in Tulsa.

As I reentered my office for the first time in many weeks, dropped my briefcase, a box of files, and my two copies of the final study onto my desk, I barely had time to remove my suit jacket before two FBI agents entered my office with subpoena in hand.  They had apparently followed me all the way from Independence, Kansas.

I spent nearly a week making Xerox copies of an entire file cabinet of project files… most of it reams of handwritten calculations that would have meaning to no one but me… before turning it all over to lawyers for the Department of Justice.  When teams of lawyers had combed through the six sets of files and found no evidence of anti-trust activity, the project was given a clean bill of health by the Department of Justice.

But that was forty-five years ago, in an era when Justice Department lawyers and the FBI needed the approval of senior-level appointees in the Department of Justice to engage in warrantless searches.  The far less restrictive investigative powers announced by the FBI on June 12, 2011 require no such senior level approval.

And while the Bush Administration made good use of the Patriot Act in fighting the War on Terror, much to the displeasure of the radical left, it is when leftist regimes find themselves in control of borderline law enforcement tools that enforcement tends to overlap into the realm of domestic political activity and freedom of expression is jeopardized.  It was true of Nazi Party rule in Germany during the 1930s and ‘40s, it was true of successive totalitarian regimes in Soviet Russia during most of the 20th century, and it is just as true in the early 21st century as the Obama regime engages in politically expedient enforcement of the law.

Since leftist regimes can always be expected to ignore caution signals or stop signs as they move briskly across the line to violate the civil rights of law abiding citizens, the American people would be well advised to keep a wary eye on Obama’s political police.  If we can’t expect the Obama regime to prosecute members of the New Black Panther Party for intimidating voters outside a Philadelphia polling place, when acts of intimidation were caught on video tape, and if the Obama regime can simply ignore a federal court order requiring the Interior Department to lift an illegal ban on oil and gas exploration in the Gulf of Mexico, then what laws can we expect them to enforce… or not enforce?

“Centrist and right-of-center national security experts reacted with contempt to Attorney General Eric Holder’s claim at a legal convention that the courts are the nation’s “most effective terror-fighting weapon.”

“That’s utter nonsense … it is simply lunatic,” said Ralph Peters, military analyst, author and former soldier. In the war against the jihadis, he said, the courts “have been totally ineffective when they’re not outright destructive.”

“He’s unconsciously shilling for his own profession,” said Michael Rubin, a Middle East expert at the American Enterprise Institute.

“Holder, like many ambitious bureaucrats, wants to build a bureaucratic empire … [and] by doing so, he will get Americans killed.”

On Sunday, Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell added his voice to the criticism. “The attorney general said the other night our biggest weapon in the war on terror was the U.S. civilian court system,” he said on CBS’ Face The Nation. “ I don’t know what planet he’s living on.”

Holder’s declaration came in a Thursday speech to hundreds of progressive lawyers, advocates, judges and students gathered at the American Constitution Society’s annual gala. “I know that – in distant countries, and within our own borders – there are people intent on, and actively plotting to, kill Americans,” he told his legal peers in the enthusiastic audience. “Victory and security will not come easily, and they won’t come at all if we adhere to a rigid ideology, adopt a narrow methodology, or abandon our most effective terror-fighting weapon – our Article III [civil] court system,” he declared to much applause.

Holder delivered his speech several months after Congress and public opinion defeated his two-year political campaigns to transfer five captured Al Qaeda leaders from the military’s legal commissions to the legal profession’s civilian courts, and to close the military’s Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention facility.

At the lawyers’ convention, Holder called for an advocacy campaign that would give civil lawyers the lead role in the struggle against the jihadis. “We cannot – and we must not – allow the public safety concerns that all Americans share to divide us … we must ensure that the rule of law … must be recognized as the foundation for our continued security,” he said.

“Achieving this goal is our collective responsibility. And it must become our common cause,” he declared to his fellow lawyers.

“Holder thinks that lawyers should run even military operations, which has led us to a world where his prosecutors and investigators think it is their job to second-guess time-pressured military and intelligence decisions,” said John Yoo, a lawyer in George W. Bush’s administration who developed rules for treating jihadis captured by soldiers. One consequence of that overreach, he wrote in an article for the June 19 Washington Post, was the death in 2005 of 19 U.S. soldiers after they released an Afghan shepherd rather than hold him as a prisoner. The shepherd guided Taliban fighters back to the soldiers’ location, and 19 soldiers were killed in the resulting gunfight.

In his speech, Holder did not address the failure of the civilian legal system in 2001 to stop the 9/11 jihadis. In the months before they destroyed the Twin Towers and killed 3,000 Americans, the 19 Middle Eastern jihadis walked past U.S. customs officers, immigration officials, traffic cops, and airport security guards.

Nor did Holder acknowledge the military’s prominent role in the campaign against overseas jihadis since 2001. The jihadis, who are motivated by their interpretation of the 1,400 year-old Islamic ideology, have attacked U.S. and its allies in Africa, Europe and Asia, usually from regions in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen or Indonesia where American law and lawyers are not welcomed.

The U.S. military does successfully disrupt and defeat many Al Qaeda plans to attack the United States. However, lawyers can only act after evidence is gathered, said Rubin. “If Holder was the point man on the war against terrorism, then many more Americans would have to die to defeat our enemies,” he added.

“We’re not going to be able to arrest our way out of the problems overseas,” said Frank Cilluffo, director of George Washington University’s Homeland Security Policy Institute.

Holder, who heads the Department of Justice, also avoided any mention of the successful killing in May of Osama bin Laden at his Pakistani villa by 23 U.S. soldiers, an interpreter and a dog. The killing came 10 years after President George W. Bush had declared “whether we bring our enemies to justice or bring justice to our enemies, justice will be done,” and it was directed by Holder’s boss, President Barack Obama, who announced May 2 that “justice is done.”

“If Osama bin Laden were alive today I think he would say our biggest weapon was U.S. Navy SEALs,” McConnell said on Sunday.

Since 2009, Obama has increased the use of missile-armed drones to kill jihadis in countries not at war with the United States. The drones have killed numerous jihadis — and, inadvertently, civilians — in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia.

Holder did concede, in passing, that the military contributes to the nation’s defense against jihadis. “Without civilian law enforcement and Article III courts, our ability … to punish those who have – and who intend to – harm Americans would be seriously damaged,” he said. The phrase, “seriously damaged,” implies that some anti-jihad ability would survive if the civil court system had no role.

There are few mainstream advocates, and no draft legislation, that would exclude civil law-enforcement and the civil-courts from the task of countering U.S.-based jihadis, such as the jihadi who tried to explode a car-bomb in New York in May 2010.

But Holder’s ambitious agenda has prompted a push-back from diverse advocates on the right and center-right. McConnell argued Sunday that foreign jihadis caught in the United States should be put under military law, not Holder’s legal sector.

“Foreigners are not entitled to be tried in the U.S. court system,” he said on the CBS interview. McConnell cited the arrest of two immigrants from the Middle East who are now facing jihad-related charges in his home state of Kentucky, and said “they got into this country as a mistake.”

“The nation has begun to ‘find our footing once again,’” Yoo said in a statement to TheDC. “But there is still much more damage that [Holder’s] Justice Department has done — such as the ongoing persecution of CIA officers who produced the intelligence that led to the killing of Osama bin Laden — which can only be reversed once this Attorney General has left office,” said Yoo.

Holders’ speech was “a nonsensical crowd-pleasing statement to a roomful of lawyers,” said Peters. “Politicians routinely tell their audiences that nobody is more important,” he said, and they do win their applause because “the human capacity for self-deception is enormous, whether it is in the local rotary club, or in a roomful of soldiers or of assembly-line workers.”

Such “pandering is selfish … [because] Holder gets support from these guys and these guys get to bask in the warm glow of his flattery … That is business-as-usual in Washington,” he said.”

I’d been blogging on the Internet for years and unimpressed by the results.  I decided to try my own domain.  “My Miracle Message” -  http://www.mymiraclemessage.com/?p=75 – “?p=75” brought a flood of comments, and all positive. Someone accidentally found my blog among the millions and informed others. My Miracle Message rapidly spread, as did my following blogs.  I started receiving hundreds of favorable comments every day, in four months over 9,000.  I’ve not read and approved of more than 5,000.  The comments are coming from all over the world.  A typical comment:  “I was searching the web and I ran into your website. Keep up the awesome work.” 

Marxist Obama is going make the individual naught, the good of all everything, Big Daddy Obama is going to make everyone in his Marxist image. How about that! We can all agree it is most important that we put the right man in the Whitehouse in 2012.  What I’m writing could make a difference.  Since liberals can’t handle the truth, and mine is spreading like wildfire, maybe I’m worth listening to.

In Genesis 1:26, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,” the most misinterpreted verse in the entire Bible, how is the socialist image going to work out?  It is widely held that Jesus is the most influential man in history.  Jesus was not a Christian. He was not even a good Jew.  In Chapter 6 of the Gospel According to St. Matthew, in The Lord’s Prayer, Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven,” following that with, “But first seek ye the kingdom of God.”

In a footnote, C.I. Scofield, the editor of my Scofield Reference Bible,  says to distinguish the kingdom of God from the kingdom of heaven in five respects:  (1) the kingdom of God is universal, while the kingdom of heaven is Messianic and establishes the kingdom of God in the earth. (2) The kingdom of God is entered by “the new birth,” in the singular sense. Jesus brought the idea that we are each our brother’s keeper—and not limited to people of a certain religious faith. God is in all of us. (3)Since earth and heaven are closely associated with the kingdom of God, in Matthew Jesus speaks of the kingdom of heaven, in Mark and Luke speaking of the kingdom of God, the omissions are what we should take into consideration. (4) The kingdom of God comes “not with outward show,” but is inward and spiritual. (5)The kingdom of heaven merges with the kingdom of God when Christ, “having put all enemies under his feet,” delivers the kingdom of God.

So, now that we know all of this, we now turn to Astrologer’s Handbook.  Under “Pisces,” we read that the Piscean nature is “extremely responsive to the thoughts and feelings of others. They unconsciously absorb the ideas and mental outlook of those around them. They desperately want to do the right thing, but as a rule they do not have strong willpower.  Therefore, they are easily influenced by external factors.”Sounds liberal to me.  Jesus came at the beginning of the Age of Pisces.  Now take into consideration that we are leaving the Age of Pisces, entering the Age of Aquarius, not good for liberals. 

The Romans, we learn, in an effort to show good will for their subjects, the Jewish people, allowed that one of their criminals would be released in commemoration of the Passover.   Barabbas, a convicted murderer, and Jesus were brought out.  The Roman Governor, Pontius Pilate, in demonstration of his nutrality, washed his hands and then gave the Jews their choice of who to release, Jesus or Barabbas.  The Jewish leadership yelled Barabbas, Barabbas; their Piscean following did the same.  The Jewish leadership, saw to it that Jesus did not further interfere with Jewish religious practices. (He turned over the moneychangers’ tables in the temple.) It was thought it was for the good of all that Jesus be crucified. Twenty years after the crucifixion, the Romans tore down the Jews’ temple and took the Jews into slavery.  

Jesus died for the sins of the people, but promised to return. We need to inform the Reverend Wright, who “god dammed” America, and Barack Obama, who wants to transform America, that “collective salvation” doesn’t work, never has and never will work.  It is a typical loser’s cause. Little wonder that liberals can’t handle the truth.  

The emblem for Pisces is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions. In America, liberals and conservatives have never been this divided.  I’m Aquarius rising, as it turns out, at the dawning of the Age of Aquarius a messenger thousands are listening to.

“CIA Director Leon Panetta, President Obama’s nominee for secretary of defense, co-chaired an initiative to regulate U.S. oceans and cede them to United Nations-based international law.

Panetta’s oceans initiative was a key partner of an organization, Citizens for Global Solutions, that promotes world government.

Also, the group’s parent organization, the World Federalist Movement, promotes democratized global institutions with plenary constitutional power. It is a coordinator and member of Responsibility to Protect, the controversial military doctrine used by Obama as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.

As WND reported, billionaire George Soros is a primary funder and key proponent of the Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect, the main organization pushing the doctrine. The center includes the World Federalist Movement as one of its members and coordinators.

Panetta faces a Senate vote tomorrow on whether to confirm him as defense secretary.

Until his appointment as CIA director in 2009, Panetta co-chaired the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative, which is the partner of Citizens for Global Solutions in a push to ratify U.S. laws and regulations governing the seas.

The oceans initiative bills itself as a bipartisan, collaborative group that aims to “accelerate the pace of change that results in meaningful ocean policy reform.”

Among its main recommendations is that the U.S. should put its oceans up for regulation to the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea.

That U.N. convention defines the rights and responsibilities of nations in their use of the world’s oceans, establishing guidelines for businesses, the environment and the management of marine natural resources.

Other recommendations of Panetta’s Joint Ocean Commission Initiative include:

• The Administration and Congress should establish a national ocean policy. The Administration and Congress should support regional, ecosystem-based approaches to the management of ocean, coastal, and Great Lakes. 

• Congress should strengthen and reauthorize the Coastal Zone Management Act. 

• Congress should strengthen the Clean Water Act.

The Joint Ocean Commission Initiative Leadership Council includes John Podesta, president and CEO of the Soros-funded Center for American Progress, which is reportedly highly influential in advising the White House on policy.

Podesta served as co-chair of Obama’s presidential transition team.

Panetta’s oceans initiative, meanwhile, is a key partner of Citizens for Global Solutions, or CGS, which, according to its literature, envisions a “future in which nations work together to abolish war, protect our rights and freedoms and solve the problems facing humanity that no nation can solve alone.”

CGS states it works to “build the political will in the United States” to achieve this global vision.

The organization currently works on issues that fall into five general areas: U.S. global engagement; global health and environment; peace and security; international law and justice; and international institutions.

CGS is a member organization and supporter of the World Federalist Movement, which seeks a one-world government. The World Federalist Movement considers the CGS to be its U.S. branch.

The movement openly brings together organizations and individuals that support the establishment of a global federal system of strengthened and democratized global institutions with plenary constitutional power accountable to the citizens of the world and a division of international authority among separate global agencies.

The movement’s headquarters are located near the U.N. building in New York City. A second office is near the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

The locations are significant, since the movement heavily promotes the U.N. and is the coordinator of various international projects, such as the Coalition for the International Criminal Court and the Responsibility to Protect military doctrine.

Marxist ideology:

The latest revelations about Panetta follow a series of WND articles in recent days highlighting possible concerns about Obama’s secretary of defense pick.

WND reported last week, Panetta keynoted the conference of a pro-Soviet, anti-war group during the height of the Cold War.

Panetta also honored the founding member of the group, the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom, or WILPF, which was once named by the State Department as a “Soviet front.”

WND also reported Panetta once proposed allowing Congress to conduct spot checks at its discretion of the CIA, the only government agency that contests the authority of the congressional comptroller general to audit its activities, citing the covert aspects of its operation.

Also last week, WND reported on Panetta’s ties to a pro-Marxist think tank accused of anti-CIA activity.

The Institute for Policy Studies, or IPS, has long faced criticism for positions some say attempt to undermine U.S. national security and for its cozy relationship with the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

Global military scheme:

The connection of Panetta’s oceans initiative to a global center coordinating the Responsibility to Protect doctrine might raise questions regarding Panetta’s defense strategy as he faces a vote tomorrow that is likely to place him at the leadership of the Pentagon.

In his address to the nation last month, Obama cited the military doctrine as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.

Indeed, the Libya bombings have been widely regarded as a test of Responsibility to Protect.

Responsibility to Protect, or Responsibility to Act, as cited by Obama, is a set of principles, now backed by the United Nations, based on the idea that sovereignty is not a privilege but a responsibility that can be revoked if a country is accused of “war crimes,” “genocide,” “crimes against humanity” or “ethnic cleansing.”

The term “war crimes” has at times been indiscriminately used by various U.N.-backed international bodies, including the International Criminal Court, or ICC, which applied it to Israeli anti-terror operations in the Gaza Strip. There has been fear the ICC could be used to prosecute U.S. troops.

As WND reported Soros’ Open Society Institute is a primary funder and key proponent of the Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect.

Soros’ Open Society is one of only three nongovernmental funders of the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. Government sponsors include Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, Rwanda and the U.K.

Board members of the group include former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, former Ireland President Mary Robinson and South African activist Desmond Tutu. Robinson and Tutu have made solidarity visits to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip as members of a group called The Elders, which includes former President Jimmy Carter.

Annan once famously stated, “State sovereignty, in its most basic sense, is being redefined – not least by the forces of globalization and international co-operation. States are ... instruments at the service of their peoples and not vice versa.”

The Carr Center for Human Rights Policy served on the advisory board of the 2001 commission that original founded Responsibility to Protect. The center was led at the time by Samantha Power, the National Security Council special adviser to Obama on human rights.

She reportedly heavily influenced Obama in consultations leading to the decision to bomb Libya.

WND reported the committee that devised the “Responsibility to Protect” doctrine included Arab League Secretary General Amre Moussa as well as Palestinian legislator Hanan Ashrawi, a staunch denier of the Holocaust who long served as the deputy of late Palestinian Liberation Organization leader Yasser Arafat.

Right to 'penetrate nation-states' borders':

Soros himself outlined the fundamentals of Responsibility to Protect in a 2004 Foreign Policy magazine article entitled “The People’s Sovereignty: How a New Twist on an Old Idea Can Protect the World’s Most Vulnerable Populations.”

In the article, Soros said “true sovereignty belongs to the people, who in turn delegate it to their governments.”

“If governments abuse the authority entrusted to them and citizens have no opportunity to correct such abuses, outside interference is justified,” Soros wrote. “By specifying that sovereignty is based on the people, the international community can penetrate nation-states’ borders to protect the rights of citizens.

“In particular, the principle of the people’s sovereignty can help solve two modern challenges: the obstacles to delivering aid effectively to sovereign states, and the obstacles to global collective action dealing with states experiencing internal conflict.”

'One world':

WND reported that the Responsibility doctrine founder, Ramesh Thakur, recently advocated for a “global rebalancing” and “international redistribution” to create a “New World Order.”

In a piece last March in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper, “Toward a new world order,” Thakur wrote, “Westerners must change lifestyles and support international redistribution.”

He was referring there to a United Nations-brokered international climate treaty in which he argued, “Developing countries must reorient growth in cleaner and greener directions.”

In the opinion piece, Thakur then discussed recent military engagements and how the financial crisis has impacted the U.S.

“The West’s bullying approach to developing nations won’t work anymore – global power is shifting to Asia,” he wrote.

“A much-needed global moral rebalancing is in train,” he added.

Thakur continued: “Westerners have lost their previous capacity to set standards and rules of behavior for the world. Unless they recognize this reality, there is little prospect of making significant progress in deadlocked international negotiations.”

Thakur contended “the demonstration of the limits to U.S. and NATO power in Iraq and Afghanistan has left many less fearful of ‘superior’ western power.”
