Weinergate is getting bigger and bigger.

Another woman has come forward to RadarOnline.com
and Star magazine and provided a sexting exchange with embattled New York
Representative Anthony Weiner.

The woman says she has 200 sexually explicit messages from Weiner from a
Facebook account the Democratic politician no longer uses.

RadarOnline.com and Star magazine verified that the account where the
messages originated does belong to Weiner (see below).

He told the woman he had a "ridiculous bulge" in his shorts and asked if she
"wanna see" it -- almost three months before a photo of an erect penis in tight
fitting briefs appeared in the pol’s Twitter stream.

It’s a sensational twist to the scandal plaguing the embattled New York
congressman. This new woman is middle-aged  and from Nevada.

She requested that her name not be used but Radar and Star verified that she
is listed as one of Weiner’s friends on his Facebook page.

The woman provided  Radar and Star with a partially redacted transcript of a
private Facebook "sexting" exchange she allegedly had with married Weiner on
March 16.

Weiner, 46, wrote to the woman, "ridiculous bulge in my shorts now. wanna
see?"

She responded: "Yea! can u send a pic?"

"jeez, im rushing. let me take a quick pic," Weiner answered.

After the woman asked how she was going to receive the image, Weiner
allegedly told her: "It wont go away. and now im taking pics of it. making me
harder still."

The woman told us the married politician never sent her the nude photo
because he "got cold feet."

But she claimed she has long been the object of Weiner's steamy flirtation
and the pair have carried on a "long-term Facebook affair" since early this
year.

"I have more than 200 messages from him and they're all explicit in nature,"
she told us.

In another missive laced with sexual overtures, Weiner allegedly wrote: "You
will surely make noise when I take you (censored). I will tell you
(censored)"

Responding to a message initiated by the woman, Weiner also sexted: "I like
when you talk about (censored)."

The woman, who has volunteered as a Democratic campaign worker, said she
never met the congressman.

But in another startling claim, she claimed she once had a 30 minute phone
sex session with Weiner on his government provided telephone.

The woman said: "After a while I said to Anthony, 'Why are writing these
messages when we can just speak?'

"I gave him my number and he called me from his office and we proceeded to
talk dirty for at least 30 minutes.

"A few days later, I tried to call him back on that number.

"But the number wouldn't connect to his office; instead there was a recorded
message that it was an outgoing U.S. Congress line only."

Star and Radar have  confirmed Weiner's sexting
messages originated from a Facebook
account
he used regularly until November 24, last year and recently
abadoned. (A source close to Weiner verfied that he used that page.)

Since, he's redirected his legion of 44,144
supporters to a second and 'official' Facebook
presence, specifically designed for public figures.

But Weiner's previous page remains online and lists much of Weiner's
biographical information, including that he attended Brooklyn Technical High
School and is married to Huma Abedin, one of Hillary Clinton's top aides.

Weiner's office did not answer Star's request for comment regarding whether
the Democrat sent the messages or whether he was again the victim of the hacker,
as he's previously claimed.

Weiner defiantly insisted he did not post a photograph, a close-up shot of a

A Voice of the Future

4063321774?profile=original

I took this picture high in the San Juan Mountains towering over Durango, Colorado. A ribbon of wild flowers leads to a hole in the clouds and a patch of blue sky, a sign of the future. As I look back on my 85 years, I’ve found many signs that lead me to think there is a bright future.

We are now at the end of an age wherein materialism has made a quantum leap.  The trouble is that our spiritual part remained the same.  The current world situation is the result, only instead of bows and arrows  to fight wars we have atom bombs.  Not good.

Our world is divided. Indulgence, decadence, denial, naiveté in America, two World Wars, the Korean War, Viet Nam, Desert Storm, the War in Iraq,  the destruction of the World Trade Center, the War on Terror, and now Middle East hatred for Jews, it looks like another Holocaust is in the making.

My personal situation in the 1970s was not that different from the situation America now finds herself facing.  Double digit inflation and high unemployment  bought this government reaction: price controls, which helped America’s biggest corporations and put tens of thousands of independents out of business.  Now the biggest corporations are too big to fail. “We’d have an economic meltdown.” So what’s new? President Bush made a decision to bail out the biggest corporations.  President Obama has done the same.  The biggest corporations, big labor, and government are taking the American people to the cleaners.

What could be worse than losing my business enterprise of twenty-five years, the IRS on my back, and my wife divorcing me, all so people could be government entitled?  It is robbing Peter to pay Paul.  Even though I made no profit on the sale of my land, due to government caused inflation and  double the money that would buy half as much, by law called a profit, actually an out-and-out fraud,  I was taxed on a gain I did not have. It’s the way government handles excessive spending.  It is only against the law if government says it against the law. That was in 1975. I’ve written about this before.  In principle, it is no different than Nazi law.  The German people liked it; the American people like it.  So, what’s new?

I was not about to take it, but I was seen as Peck’s Bad Boy, an unpatriotic American who loved to play sneaky pranks, according to a federal judge, someone trying to get out of paying his fair share of the tax. To hell with America’s lawless judges. I’d gone to the county law library. I’d read the Constitution. Voices of the past spoke to me.  I had a bigger than life calling.  I learned the power that lies within us.  I’ll tell you what’s new.  I looked within and found the right answers.

How does one know he is right?  We try to manipulate situations to our own benefit, including our representatives in Washington, D.C., including the IRS, including federal judges.  Congress gave the IRS the power to instill fear in the individual taxpayer. He’s wrong unless he can prove himself right in a court of law.  Yes, and Congress  gave white people the right to own black slaves. How? By instilling fear in black folks, and federal judges went along with it.   I guess black people who depend of the Great White Father will never learn what makes us slaves.

The IRS does not throw its power around in corporate America.  Corporate America is white folks. No, it picks on the individual because it knows the individual is helpless.  And what does Congress do? It wrings its hands and promises to work on this problem.  This has been ongoing 50 years. Would you go to your neighbor, since he had far more than you, and ask that he share what he had with you?  Why then would you ask your government to take from those who have and give to you?  Don’t you know that makes you a government slave?

Jesus said that you should do to others as you would have them do unto you.  Why do you want to make yourself a slave?

What do government entitlements give us? Are we helpless to provide for ourselves?  How did we survive before government became our caretaker?

Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven . . . But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” To the religious: “Do you go to the ‘Promised Land’ to find God?  Do you go to America’s caretaker government?  Should it be on the American people’s sweat for generations to come that America's government is presently the greatest benefactor of all  times?  The Muslim Brotherhood is watching you.  If you are an infidel,  too bad for you.  You could become an example.  Your head might appear  on a spike.  Do you look within for the right answer? You know I’m right. Faith in self is the right answer.

If your dreams are not coming true, it just might be that you are looking in the wrong places for your answers.

I can only speak for myself.  If life could be any better, I don’t know how. All my dreams have come true.  Is it the luck of the draw or is it faith in self?  I just don’t get the reason that minorities vote for government help.  History is replete with examples of fallen governments that just wanted to do good for all.The impoverished minorities, generation after generation, remain the impoverished.  One would think they would learn that they are slaves of the Great White Father.

Bottom line: When has the collective good ever made anyone’s dream come true?

Open Letter to Speaker Boehner

Speaker John Boehner
Office of the Speaker
H-232 The Capitol
Washington, DC 20515

Subject: A Common Sense “Investment” in America

Dear Speaker Boehner:

Given the unprecedented debt facing our nation, it is obvious that putting our financial house in order will require sacrifice from virtually all Americans. We understand that there are no simple, painless solutions.

Although spending cuts will impact scores of millions of American citizens, there is an outrageous expense that benefits foreign invaders, those with no legal or moral basis for being here.

I refer to many millions of illegal aliens who have ignored our borders and immigration laws.

As documented in Reference 1, illegal aliens cost American taxpayers $113 billion a year.

Again, illegal aliens, cost American taxpayers $113 billion a year.

As a taxpaying citizen, I wonder why politicians from both sides of the aisle refuse to target this wasteful expense, particularly when our nation is mired in deep financial crisis?

Surely, $113 billion a year cannot be too paltry an amount to summon the attention of those responsible for eradicating wasteful spending?

Clearly, the American people would benefit enormously if the federal government would simply enforce existing laws and take action, through deportations, to return illegal aliens to their nations of origin.

In the past, skeptics have argued that mass deportations would be too costly.

However, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs, Nelson Peacock, responding to request from several U.S. Senators, recently (December 3, 2010) wrote the following:

“Our conservative estimate suggests that ICE would require a budget of more than $135 billion to apprehend, detain and remove the nation’s entire illegal immigrant population.”

See reference 2 for the complete statement.

Thus, an investment of $135 billion dollars would yield a savings of $113 billion a year.

Over a period of ten years, that would result in more than $1 trillion dollars for American citizens.

In addition, millions of jobs now filled by illegals would be available for unemployed America citizens, and homeland security would be strengthened by removing individuals about whom little or nothing is known, including possible ties to terrorists.

I know that you are committed to eliminating wasteful spending, reducing the federal deficit, creating jobs for Americans, and assuring that our homeland is safe and secure.

Therefore, I respectfully request that you apply your influence and power to require that illegal aliens be deported, thereby freeing America from the extreme financial, employment, and security dangers attendant with a huge population of illegals.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

John W. Lillpop
San Jose, CA

Should Obama Pardon Anthony Weiner?

Satire By John W. Lillpop

Although Anthony Weiner has yet to be charged with any crime(s) for his political boner and abuses via Twitter, it is just a matter of time before the law comes crashing down on the pathetic little weasel, Weiner.

Indeed, despite howls of anguish from the Left, it does not appear as though “Weinergate” will Peter-out any time soon. In the parlance of the media, the story has “legs,” to say nothing of other body parts also making headlines on a daily basis.

In an ominous sign that the bombastic little weenie is in deep doo-doo, entirely of his own making, powerful elitists from the Intellectual Left have circled the wagons around their beloved pervert.

Among the high-profile Loon-iares who have rushed to defend Weiner are Bill Maher, Jon Stewart, Charles Schumer, and the most comical of all, the amazing Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Chairwoman of the DNC, who added depth with this brilliant analysis:

“I think Anthony Weiner is dealing with a personal matter and that’s where it should be left.”

Hmmm. Just a personal matter between Weiner and 45,000 of his closest, most trusted Twitter pals, huh? And a young college student in Washington state?

The Wasserman Schultz blahering bears an eerie resemblance to the specious double-talk issued by the Left when President Bill Clinton perjured himself about his sexual affair with Monica Lewinsky.

It is all about “Consensual Sex” they ranted, ignoring the fact that Slick Willie was guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice, serious crimes even when just about sex.

As luck would have it, Weiner’s need for divine intervention just happens to correspond quite nicely with Barack Obama’s desperate need for a post-Osama “bounce” in light of the dreadful employment numbers, crumbling economy, declining dollar, and other devastating impact of Obamanomics.

After flaking out on Israel so miserably recently, Obama also needs to mend fences with the Jewish community.

What better way to do that than by officially pardoning the weiner Weiner, one of the most prominent Jews in American politics?

Obama can add to his mending fences initiative by appointing Weiner to represent the U.S. government in opposing San Francisco’s insane anti-circumcision measure that voters will vote on this Fall.

After all, the measure is an unconstitutional, anti-Semitic usurping of federal responsibility because it involves “Tampering with the U.S. male,” a real no-no.

The bottom line: Obama should pardon Weiner, Wasserman Shultz should stuff a sock in her silly mouth, and San Francisco should be ceded to Russia and/or China!

And most importantly, this burning question must be answered: Is Anthony Weiner gay?

Obama was Dead Wrong,

Illegals Cost California Solvency

A recently revealed lowball study of the state’s budget problems shows that withdrawing services from California’s 2.5 million illegal aliens in the state would save the state roughly $4.5 Billion annually.  The breakdown of the savings was:  $2.5 Billion from the cost of education; $1 Billion from prison budgets; almost $780 Million from medical expenses; and other cost savings amounting to roughly $300 Million yearly.  In short, paying for the illegal aliens who have been welcomed into California (the state has more “Sanctuary Cities” than the rest of the country combined) over a typical period of five years would account for the total California shortfall at its 2009 cited $21 Billion maximum.  Later in this blog, you’ll discover why Rajjpuut used the term “lowball” to describe this recent study.

How surprising can this statistic be?   A mid-2008 study by FAIR (Federation for American Immigration Reform) showed that 60% of the nation’s illegal aliens were concentrated in six states mostly in the Southwest.  California’s almost 3.5 million illegals in that study easily topped the list.  That figure you’ll notice is a full one million fewer illegals than found in the more recent lowball study mentioned earlier.  Poor methodology?  Deliberate undercounting?  Probably neither.  Every year that the state’s abysmal Sanctuary City situation has existed, it’s become much harder to accurately count the illegals, never an easy proposition in the best of scenarios.

Two years later when FAIR updated and expanded its study in 2010 it found that nationally illegals cost America $113 Billion yearly.  The study then was called “extremist” and compared to a study that said that rather than costing us, illegals raise the nation’s GDP by $245 Billion.  Certainly if that were true, the answer to our budget woes would be to throw open the borders to everyone.  This infamous Perryman Report, rumored to have been funded by “Open Society Initiative” founder George Soros, has been cited by all those seeking further amnesty and even citizenship to all illegals.  The Perryman Report is suspected of flawed, perhaps even deliberately flawed, methodology because “it fails to fully account for the cost to individual counties, cities and towns” which absorb a huge percentage of the cost of accommodation for illegal aliens.

Are illegals really such a big problem?  Ex-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger once said that it would be a “big mistake” to blame California’s huge illegal immigration population for the state’s long-enduring budget crisis.  Any sane review of the figures seems to cough up only one conclusion:  the Guv’s been in deep denial.  The average yearly budget deficit in California is slightly less than the average cost of illegal immigration to the state over 365 days according to the recent figures.

California, with the other five big alien states, together face a cost of $36 Billion annually for K-12 education, criminal incarceration and health care costs.  Some studies show that the cost to California is NOT the $4.5 Billion recently touted, but rather, almost $12 Billion yearly to accommodate illegal aliens, roughly $3,400 per each man, woman or child LEGLLY residing in the state.  Other studies call even this figure into doubt and indicate the cost could be much, much higher.  Besides the monetary price, there is also the matter of sociological cost . . . .

A recent Supreme Court decision is forcing the state to release “up to 46,000 inmates” before their prison terms are concluded.  California is only expected to release roughly 30,000 “low-risk inmates” from prisons, the biggest release of lawbreakers in American history, as a measure to combat the state’s deficit.  Among ALL the California convicts an estimated 20,000 are illegal aliens about one-seventh of the entire prison population.  The state has deliberately given no indication how many of the projected “parolees” will be illegal aliens.  Nor has the state answered questions about how many illegals might be turned over to immigration officials for deportation or if any will just be allowed to walk freely back into California society.

Schwarzenegger, of course, has infamously guaranteed there was NO connection between the state’s large illegal alien population and its budgetary woes.  The ex-governator, it seems, has been in denial for eight long years.

His predecessor, Pete Wilson commissioned two separate studies which each reached the same conclusions:  illegals were bankrupting California.  The 1994 Philip J. Romero study showed that illegal immigrants and their American-born children received $3.6 Billion more in state services than they paid in state taxes.  The vast majority of those taxes are sales taxes, not income taxes which few illegals pay.  In 1997 the Jordan Commission’s study conducted under the National Research Council put that figure at a $3.463 Billion cost to California.  But Schwarzenegger even willfully ignored far more up-to-date information:  Romero’s 2007 update of his earlier study.   Because of the state’s Sanctuary City situation, Romero found it far more difficult to pin down the full extent of the problem.  His shocking results:  illegal aliens were now costing California between $9.6 and $ $38.2 billion more in state services than they generate in state taxes.

Everything about the illegal alien question is debatable.  Recent estimates of their population have used the numbers 12-18 million illegals with 13 Million the most commonly cited figures.  President Obama has used the numbers 11 million and even 10 million in describing them and suggested, in line with the Perryman Report that they constitute a huge NET POSITIVE to the nation’s economy.

Regardless of which figures are used, the logical conclusion is obvious.  California, Texas and other border states are being negatively affected by huge illegal alien populations.  California itself has been bankrupted by several huge policy boondoggles.  The Sanctuary City program in that state is definitely the most costly in the nation and the state’s welcoming of illegals has contributed mightily to California’s ongoing financial meltdown.

Sowell and Williams, Two Blacks Used to “Racism” Accusations

Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams are used to being called “Racists” and “White Supremacists” by people who hear them on radio or read their words or hear their writings quoted.  The two rather dark-skinned Blacks often get a good belly-laugh when it happens.  So it was natural when Sowell wrote a column praising William’s latest book “Race and Economics,” that both men received scathing online attacks from the Progressive fringe of the political spectrum; and even got called “Uncle Toms” from many Blacks well-informed of the two men’s identities.

This is not a new experience for either man.  Like Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas; Florida Representative Allen West; Republican Presidential contender Herman Cain; Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice; and famous General Colin Powell . . . fiscal-conservative and Constitutional-conservative Blacks often pay a huge price  and are often labeled “traitors” by large segments of the Black community as a whole.  Williams and Sowell first met back in 1970 when both men were working on the same research project back in Washington, D.C.  A new book that year entitled “The Poor Pay More” was proving to be scandalous press fodder for the liberal media . . . in a very short article, Williams destroyed that book’s argument and it quickly fell out of print.  How did he do it?

Williams agreed, yes, prices were higher in low-income minority neighborhoods. But he unequivocally rejected the book's claim that this was a result of “exploitation” or “racism.”  He simple referred to the common-sense logical approach he’d used to write his doctoral dissertation on the question.  Williams documented that the costs of doing business in many low-income neighborhoods (insurance; no economy of scale; greater shoplifting and other theft threat; etc.) was usually significantly higher and these costs were simply passed on to the consumers there.  That was, according to Thomas, the first time that Walter Williams was called a “White Racist.”

Thomas lauds Williams’ new book Race and Economics and especially loved a couple of its chapters.  In Chapter 6, Williams returns to the original question raised by The Poor Pay More argument.  The clinching bottom-line argument is:  despite higher markups in prices in low-income neighborhoods, there is a lower than average rate of return for businesses there” which, of course, is presumably the main reason why so few businesses choose to operate there.  Thomas continues, “my own favorite chapter . . . is Chapter 3, the most revealing chapter in the book.”

Williams begins Chapter 3 thusly, "Some might find it puzzling that during times of gross racial discrimination, black unemployment was lower and blacks were more active in the labor force than they are today." Moreover, the duration of unemployment among blacks was shorter than among whites between 1890 and 1900, whereas unemployment has become both higher and longer-lasting among blacks than among whites in more recent times.

“None of this is explainable by what most people believe or say in the media or in academia. But it is perfectly consistent with the economics of the marketplace and the consequences of political interventions in the marketplace.”

The book "Race and Economics" explains how such interventions impact blacks and other minorities, whether in housing markets, the railroad industry or the licensing of taxicabs-- and irrespective of the intentions behind the government's actions.

Both Thomas and Williams see minimum wage laws as classic examples of the harm done by government interference. “The last year in which the black unemployment rate was lower than the white unemployment rate was 1930. That was also the last year in which there was no federal minimum wage law.”  Besides the minimum wage laws, the impact of the Unions upon Black employment was also huge.  Throughout labor’s history, the Black worker has been the least welcome in the union halls.  When the Davis-Bacon Act of 1931 was passed in 1931 it required that “that "prevailing wages" be paid on any government construction projects-- "prevailing wages" almost always meant union wages. Since Blacks were kept out of construction unions back then, and for decades thereafter . . . many black construction workers lost their jobs.  The stated purpose of the law was to protect the workers . . . what it did instead was to marginalize even further the poor and minorities.  Before the law was passed an awful lot of non-union Black construction crews were able to underbid union White contractors.  After the bill, the haves prospered while the have-nots suffered.  These problems expanded after the true minimum wage laws were required by the National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 and under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.  After those laws the negative consequences for black employment across a much wider range of industries was absolutely devastating.  Today young Blacks are unemployed at a 52.7% rate compared to young Whites at 27.2%, but back at the turn of the century before minimum wage laws came on the scene young Whites were much more employable than older ones and young Blacks had lower unemployment rates still.

Thomas concluded his review this way, “The factors that cause the most noise in the media are not the ones that have the most impact on minorities. This book will be eye-opening for those who want their eyes opened. But those with the liberal vision of the world are unlikely to read it at all.”

One thing that Williams said recently on FOXNews’ Stossel show was that “government intervention over the last seventy years did something that no amount of slavery, Jim Crow or discrimination was able to do:  it destroyed the Black Family” citing statistics that roughly 72% of Black children in the 20’s lived in two-parent homes and less than 30% do so today.  “After the Black mother tells Dad to move out, because she might lose her checks . . . the Black father becomes disposable in the community.”

4063321185?profile=originalWithout beating around the bush, I believe the battle being fought in America today goes beyond politics; right vs left. It is a spiritual battle; good vs evil.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Ephesians 6:12

The mindset of the American left is a spirit of Antichrist which is man making himself God.

Before writing me off as a Bible nut, please hear me out. Understanding this reality will explain much of the left's behavior. Because they believe man is God, in their insane arrogance, the left think they can fix everything; legislate equal outcomes and even save or destroy the planet.

Make no mistake about it folks, we are in a spiritual battle. Ask yourself. Specifically, what about Sarah Palin inspires such visceral hatred from the left? The word is “wholesome”.

For the most part, Palin promotes love for God, family and country. She is passionately determined to thwart Obama's plan to “fundamentally transform America”.

While realizing Palin is human and does not walk on water, Palin epitomizes heartland principles and values embraced by most Americans. Thus, we are Palin and Palin is us.

The large number of Christians in the tea party believe in right and wrong. The left has a huge problem with the concept of right and wrong. Their religion of Liberalism embraces Moral Relativism.

For these reasons, Palin and tea party are as repulsive to liberals as showing Dracula the cross.

There is definitely an anti-wholesome, anti-goodness vibe coming out of Hollywood. Hollywood leftists are vehemently anti death penalty. They rally around convicted murderers. They think anyone harming a puppy should be beaten within any inch of their life. These Hollywood libs pride themselves as being Lords of Compassion and Tolerance.

And yet, these same libs have a cow whenever someone merely suggests to a woman that she think twice before aborting her baby. Tell me there “ain't” something spiritually wrong with such a mindset.

Because liberal elitists think man is God, they assume moral authority to confiscate as much control over our lives we simple minded god fearing peons will allow, including procreation.

I picked up a government funded brochure at my local library which basically said birthing babies is an irresponsible abuse of the planet.

Folks, this is leftist control freak hogwash! The seven billion people who live on the planet could fit in Texas enjoying about the same amount of living space as residents of New York.

God said be fruitful and multiply. But then, what the heck does God know?

In her book, “Godless”, Ann Coulter said, “If a Martian landed in America and set out to determine the nation's official state religion, he would have to conclude it is Liberalism, while Christianity and Judaism are prohibited by law”.

I concur with Ms Coulter. The mainstream media is controlled by zealots of Liberalism who I believe are driven by a spirit of Antichrist; man is God. Thus, only man can and will fix everything.

Why does the left aggressively demand that we show utmost respect for every religion under the sun except Christianity? Remember when libs Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar stormed off the set of The View TV program when they concluded Bill O'Reilly dissed Muslims?

And yet, Rosie O'Donnell outrageously stated “Radical Christianity is just as threatening as radical Islam in a country like America”. Not one peep of disagreement or disapproval from the left.

Islam suppresses women. And yet, liberal self proclaimed feminists Goldberg, Behar and O'Donnell illogically defend Islam. These three feminists despise the extraordinarily successful Christian liberated woman, Sarah Palin. Rosie O'Donnell even lamented that Osama bin Laden did not get a fair trial.

Unquestionably, these women have issues with America and Christians; a spirit of Antichrist. At the center of Christianity is a divine Jesus. If Jesus is God, the left is not.

Even our most liberal president ever, Obama, dissed heartland Americans for “bitterly clinging to their god and guns”. Would a true Christian berate folks for finding security in trusting God?

Like an episode of Star Trek, the left believes universal peace can be achieved via America apologizing and admitting to the world that “we suck”, surrendering our power, signing treaties and singing a few verses of “Kumbaya”.

They believe the greatest source of evil in the world is warmongering Christian white guys like George Bush. If only Bush had, “Given peace a chance”.

Liberals always cater to man's lowest base instincts. They hate standards for behavior, labeling all rebuke of bad behavior as being intolerant and judgmental. And yet, they believe without divine influence, man is capable of someday achieving universal peace. Totally absurd.

Christians believe that though we strive to do the right thing, the heart of man is critically flawed which is why we were in need of a savior, Jesus Christ.

Obama's promise to “fundamentally transform America” is a spiritual attack on our freedom, liberty and culture.

Despite the left's relentless attempts to ban God from America's public square, the emergence and power of the tea party tells me God is still on our side.

Mr. Obama, though your liberal zealots perceive you to be “the messiah”, God is still on the throne. Come November 2012, you're fired!

WAKE UP AMERICA BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

This is an interesting video which tells it like it is.  It provides a truthful understanding of how the Left is being used to destabilize the U.S.  The end result is that the leftest will be thrown under the bus by the Communists when their usefulness has been exhausted.  This is nothing new.  This kind of savagery goes back to the beginning of the Russian revolution.  A good book to read about how the Communists treated the idealist leftest during WWII is called "The Red Horse" by Eugenio Corti (available from Amazon).  This video is not for the faint of heart and may cause some depression.  But, it is better to know the truth and suffer some fleeting depression than to lose your country.

Outside Independence Hall when the Constitutional Convention of 1787 ended,
Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?"  With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded,

"A republic, if you can keep it."

A Congressional law that would stop funding for the United Nations if it recognizes the Palestinian Authority as a state would stop the plan in its tracks, says John Bolton, former American Ambassador to the international body and a possible presidential candidate.

The United Nations is slated to discuss in September an Arab League motion to recognize the Palestinian Authority with borders based on the temporary 1949 Armistice Lines that defined Israel’s territory.

Writing in The Wall Street Journal on Friday, Bolton dismissed the possibility that U.S. President Barack Obama would take such action on his own. He wrote, “Mr. Obama is highly unlikely to do anything so decisive, which is why many in America and Israel remain gravely concerned about this latest Palestinian diplomatic ploy.”

Bolton noted that although U.N. recognition of the Palestinian Authority does not mean it would have membership in the United Nations, “It would nonetheless be a major Palestinian success.”

As far back as 1988, the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) issued a “declaration of statehood” and changed the name of its observer delegation to the United Nations from the PLO to Palestine.

“The Palestinians then campaigned to join U.N. bodies like the World Health Organization, reasoning that since U.N. agency charters allow only states as members, the admission of ‘Palestine’ would prove that it, too, was a state,” Bolton explained in his op-ed article.

He noted that at the time, Secretary of State James Baker warned publicly, “I will recommend to the President that the United States make no further contributions, voluntary or assessed, to any international organization which makes any changes in the PLO’s status as an observer organization.”

Bolton stated, “Although defeating the PLO campaign required further maneuvering, Mr. Baker’s statement was the death knell of the ‘statehood’ push.”

After writing that President Obama will not take such action, Bolton turned to Congress, which he said “has a rich history of dealing with U.N. actions it doesn’t appreciate. Rather than wait for a Baker-like threat, Congress should legislate broadly that any U.N. action that purports to acknowledge or authorize Palestinian statehood will result in a cutoff of all U.S. contributions to the offending agency….

“Reducing U.S. funding to the U.N. is the next available, highly visible, target of opportunity. It presents the U.N. membership with a fascinating question: Would they rather recognize Palestinian statehood, or keep America’s money?”

Obamanomics - False Hope, Marxist Change - Proof of the Failure of Keynesian Economics

Alarming Economic News: Double Dip Housing, Double Dip Recession, & Ferociously High Unemployment; All Highlight The Fact That Keynesian Policies of the Obama Regime Are Unsustainable Failures

By Jared Law | June 1st, 2011

Ever since Silent Cal left office, after Warren G. Harding (to a lesser extent) and Calvin Coolidge cleaned up the gaping economic wounds that Woodrow Wilson inflicted upon the United States of America, America has been sliding into the bottomless pit of 'State Capitalism,' AKA Fascism, with two brief periods of respite. During the FDR administrations, the failure of Keynesian economics was again proven, but leftist media & academia altered written history, and scrubbed away the consequences of government control of the economy, thus removing from the mainstream of America's living memory of the failures of Marxist ideology.

A Republican-controlled Congress forced President Truman to accept huge government spending cuts; government spending was cut virtually in half, but then the Democrats & their allies in the media successfully manipulated public opinion, and America threw out Republicans until 1995.

On the executive front, Ronald Wilson Reagan burst on the scene in 1981, and accomplished enough
in eight years to save America from her 'progressive' masters for a generation.

While Rush Limbaugh helped to slow America's decline by his influential voice, it simply wasn't enough, and when George W. Bush utterly betrayed conservatives upon his re-election, beginning with Medicare Part "D,"
then ending his 'progressive' streak by making things infinitely worse with his enabling TARP & the UAW Bailout(s):

While Glenn Beck and others have buttressed Rush Limbaugh's efforts, it wasn't until the 9.12 Project/Tea Party woke up in 2009 that we had a real opportunity to begin the process to restore America. Obviously, the decline into a totally Marxist economic hell has been rocket booster-assisted since the Obama Regime
assumed power, taking us from a ridiculous $8 Trillion to $14.4 Trillion in national debt in less than a single term, with real national debt many times that number. But our movement has really thrown a wrench into the works, and the Obama/Reid/Pelosi juggernaut was vastly reduced by our movement throwing out a
huge number of 'Progressives' in both parties last year.

Since the day he screwed up his own swearing-in, Obama & Co. have been driving America relentlessly toward the cliffs of economic desolation, and he has accomplished much: America, stung by Bush's lame-duck betrayal of the conservative principles he claimed to believe in, was sucker-punched by the Obama Regime, including Obama's fellow Soros minions.

Our current economic system is faltering, but not because Capitalism is failing. Our socialist-capitalist hybrid has become overwhelmingly socialist, and it grows more sick from the cancer of 'progressivism' with each passing year.

Obviously, the decline into a totally Marxist economic hell has been rocket booster-assisted since the Obama Regime assumed power, which is why the brown stuff is beginning to hit the fan now, rather than in another ten or more years.

The truth of the matter is that IF WE HAD A CAPITALIST SYSTEM, America would be experiencing unprecedented growth, and we'd be able to pay off our national debt. But that would require a return to Constitutionally-limited government. And THAT is going to take massive amounts of work.

Is it too late? I don't know, but I DO know that if we make it to the 2012 Elections (I have never harbored persistent doubts that we would until this year), we MUST win, and win big. We MUST re-take the White
House and the U.S. Senate, while increasing our dominance in the House of Representatives. There's little time, and much to accomplish.

No matter how one looks at it, we're in for tough times. We should all be prepared with food, WATER, fuel, clothing (INCLUDING clothes & shoes for growing kids), and cash, other currency, guns/ammunition, and gold/silver coins, as possible. If You Don't Get Food Insurance, Please Get Something; If You're Prepared, You Need Not Fear!

Before I get into the news, here are some video clips which discuss the horrible economic numbers the Obama Regime has allowed to be released (beginning with the most recent clip):

Just look at the news of the day for confirmation that we're about to fall off of a cliff; it's WAY past time to prepare for what's coming:

Housing Shocker: Home Prices Still Falling

MAY
31, 2011, 9:03 AM ET

The housing double dip is official: US home prices fell in the first quarter to a new recession low, according to the latest S&P/Case-Shiller price index.  “This month’s report is marked by the confirmation of a double-dip in home prices across much of the nation,” said David Blitzer, chairman of S&P’s index committee. “The National Index fell 4.2% over the first quarter alone, and is down 5.1% compared to its year-ago level. Home prices continue on their downward spiral with no relief in sight,”  he added.

As we’re all about silver linings here, we’ll note that the Case-Shiller 20-city price index was down 0.8% in March, slightly better than expectations of a 1% decline. So, yay.

This news is not shocking, in any event. Stock-market futures have responded by adding to their gains. Dow futures are up 108 points, S&P up 12 points. Ten-year Treasury yields are unchanged at 3.09%. Update: The folks at Capital Economics write in with this gloomy tidbit: “The further fall in house prices in the first quarter means that, on the Case-Shiller index, prices have now fallen by more than they did during the Great Depression.”

By their calculations, prices are now down 33% from their 2006 peak, compared with the 31% decline during the Depression.

“The remarkable thing about this downturn is that even though prices have fallen by more than in the Great Depression, the bottom has yet to be reached. We think that prices will fall by at least a further 3% this year,
and perhaps even further next year.”

Horror for US
Economy As Data Falls Off Cliff

Published:
Wednesday, 1 Jun 2011 | 2:09 PM ET | By: Patrick Allen

The last month has been a horror show for the U.S. economy, with economic data falling off a cliff,
according to Mike Riddell, a fund manager at M&G Investments in London.

"It seems that almost every bit of data about the health of the US economy has disappointed expectations recently," said Riddell, in a note sent to CNBC on Wednesday.

"US house prices have fallen by more than 5 percent year on year, pending home sales have collapsed and existing home sales disappointed, the trend of improving jobless claims has arrested, first quarter GDP wasn’t revised upwards by the 0.4 percent forecast, durables goods orders shrank, manufacturing surveys from Philadelphia Fed, Richmond Fed and Chicago Fed were all very disappointing."

"And that’s just in the last week and a bit," said Riddell.

Pointing to the dramatic turnaround in the Citigroup "Economic Surprise Index" for the United States, Riddell said the tumble in a matter of months to negative from positive is almost as bad as the situation before the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008.

"The correlation between the economic surprise index and Treasury yields is very close, so the lesson is
that whatever your long term macro views are regarding hyper inflation vs. deflation or the risk of the US defaulting, the reality is that if you want to have a view about government bond prices, the best thing you can do is look at the economic data to see what’s actually going on," said Riddell.

"And right now, the economic data is suggesting that however measly you may think a 3 percent yield is on a 10-year Treasury, the yield should probably be a fair bit lower given what’s going on in the US economy," said Riddell.

"You’ve also got to wonder at what point the markets for risky assets start noticing, too."

"QE3 anybody?" asks Riddell.

Surviving the Double Dip in Housing Prices

by
Gerri Willis | May 31, 2011

Take a close look at those housing numbers out today - and you'll begin to understand how deep the housing crisis really is. U.S. single-family home prices dropped in March to fall below the low hit in April 2009 - that was right smack dab in the middle of the financial crisis. In other words - as I've been saying - we really are facing a double dip in housing prices.

The S&P/Case Shiller data released today tells the story: Its composite index of 20 cities declined two-tenths of a percent from February. The national index, the 20-city composite and 12 cities all hit new LOWS through
March 2011. The national index fell 4.2 percent over the first quarter alone, and is down 5.1 percent compared to its year-ago level.

For homeowners - a quarter of whom are already underwater - owing more than their home is worth - the news is not encouraging. And , it's clear that you won't be able to rely on any government programs to bail you out. The first-time homebuyer's tax credit is simply extending the pain of the downturn rather than fixing it; while
President Obama's HAMP program has had precious little impact.

The good news is that owners don't have to realize this loss unless they sell or need to refinance their mortgage. If you're in that position, you may well be able to hang tight until the market improves.

In other words, you're going to have to survive on your own. My advice if you are waiting out this downturn:
Don't overinvest in the house you are living in. If you're tempted to drop a lot of cash building an addition or a state of the art kitchen, don't even consider it unless the improvements are matched by your neighbors' homes. The last thing you want to own is the fanciest home in your neighborhood. You'll have a hard
time reaping the benefits of that investment. If you can drop your costs by refinancing - 30-year fixed rates are at 4.5 percent for people with good credit - do it.

US Home Price Double Dip Erases Post-Crisis Gains

By
Robin Harding in Washington | Published: May 31 2011 14:43 | Last updated: May
31 2011 19:15

US house prices are in a double dip that has erased all of their bounce since the recession and threatens to derail a stuttering economic recovery.

The S&P/Case-Shiller house price index fell by 4.2 per cent in the first quarter of 2011, breaking through a 2009 low to hit its weakest level since 2002.

Declining house prices may cause households to rein in both consumption and home buying plans, leading to further falls in house prices and overall weakness in the economy.

House prices are now 33 per cent below their peak in 2006 – a sharper fall than the 31 per cent drop recorded
during the Great Depression, according to analysts at Capital Economics.

Prajakta Bhide, an analyst at Roubini Global Economics in New York, reiterated a forecast of a year-on-year fall in house prices of about 8 per cent for 2011, but said that “we have to be worried about prices overshooting on the downside”.

House prices dropped in 18 out of 20 cities in March. The worst decline was in Minneapolis, where prices fell 3.7 per cent, while the biggest gain was in Washington, where they rose 1.1 per cent.

However, the rate of decline stabilised, suggesting the fall in prices is not getting any worse.

Based on measures such as the ratio of prices to rents, housing was somewhere close to fair value, Ms Bhide said, but it was more important to look at the overall health of the recovery.

More evidence that the economy is bogged down was provided on Tuesday by the consumer confidence index, which fell to 60.8 in May from 66 in April, consistent with economic growth little faster than the long-run trend of about 2.5 per cent.

The economy needs to grow much more rapidly if it is to create enough jobs to absorb a rising population and cut a 9 per cent unemployment rate.

“We’re still of the view that this is a soft patch,” said Michael Feroli, chief US economist at JPMorgan Chase in New York, “but you can’t rule out the possibility that the soft patch persists.”

He pointed to higher petrol prices and disruption to manufacturing supply chains after Japan’s earthquake as factors unlikely to persist all year. The Chicago purchasing managers’ index dropped to 56.6 in May from 67.6 in April, pointing to weaker manufacturing growth.

Back Towards A U.S. Double-Dip

By
Robert Reich | Published: June 1 2011 12:51 | Last updated: June 1 2011
12:51

The US economy was supposed to be in bloom by late spring, but it is hardly growing at all. Expectations for second-quarter growth are not much better than the measly 1.8 per cent annualised rate of the first quarter. That is not nearly fast enough to reduce America’s ferociously high level of unemployment. The labour department will tell us on Friday whether the jobs situation improved in May, but there has been no sign of a surge in hiring. Nor in wages. Average hourly earnings of production and non-supervisory employees –
who make up 80 per cent of non-government workers – dropped to $8.76 in April. Adjusted for inflation, that’s lower than they were in the depths of the recession.

Meanwhile, housing prices continue to fall. They are now 33 per cent below their 2006 peak. That is a bigger drop than recorded in the Great Depression. Homes are the largest single asset of the American middle class, so as housing prices drop many Americans feel poorer. All of this is contributing to a general gloominess. Not surprisingly, consumer confidence is also down.

The recovery has stalled. It is unlikely that America will find itself back in recession but the possibility of a double dip cannot be dismissed. The problem is not on the supply side of the ledger. Corporate profits are still healthy. Big companies continue to sit on a cash hoard. Large and middle-sized companies can easily borrow more, at low rates. The problem is on the demand side. American consumers, who constitute 70 per cent of the total economy, cannot and will not buy enough to get it moving. They justifiably worry that they will not be able to pay their bills, or afford to send their children to college, or to retire. Banks, with equal justification, are reluctant to lend to them. But as long as consumers hold back, companies remain reluctant to hire new workers or raise the wages of current ones, feeding the vicious cycle.

The timing is unfortunate. Foreign consumers will not help much even if the dollar continues to slide. Europe’s debt crisis and embrace of austerity, Japan’s tragedy and China’s fiscal tightening have reduced global demand. At the same time, the federal stimulus in the US has almost run its course. The Federal Reserve is about to end its $600bn of purchases of Treasury bills, designed to bring down long-term interest rates and make it easier for homeowners to refinance. Worse yet, state governments – starved for revenue and
constitutionally barred from running deficits – continue to cut programmes. Local governments are now in worse shape, laying off platoons of teachers and firefighters.

Under normal circumstances, this would be the time for the federal government to take bold action to ward off a double dip. For example, it could put more cash in peoples’ pockets while giving employers an extra incentive to hire by exempting the first $20,000 of earnings from payroll taxes, for a year or two. It could lend money to state and local governments. It could launch a new Work Projects Administration (modelled after its antecedent during the Great Depression) to put the long-term unemployed to work on public projects. It could amend the bankruptcy law to allow people to include their prime residences in personal bankruptcy, thereby giving homeowners more leverage to get mortgage lenders to mitigate the terms of their loans.

But these are not normal circumstances. America has been through a devastating recession that poked a giant hole in the federal budget. And with a presidential election coming up next year, both parties are already manoeuvring for tactical advantage. Since taking over the House of Representatives in January, Republicans have focused on cutting government spending and paring back regulations. Their colleagues in the Senate, whose leader has proclaimed his major goal to unseat President Barack Obama, are almost as single-minded. Cynics might suspect Republicans of quietly hoping the economy stays rotten up until election day.

Democrats, meanwhile, are behaving as if they are powerless to affect the economy, even though a Democrat occupies the White House and his appointees run the federal government. They would rather not dwell on the
slowdown because they do not want to spook the bond market or add to the prevailing gloom (Jimmy Carter’s ill-fated comment about the nation’s “malaise” during the stagflation of the late 1970s has served as a permanent admonition for presidents to stay upbeat). Democrats are staking their electoral hopes on
continuing disarray among Republican presidential aspirants, as well as the Republicans’ suicidal plan to turn Medicare, the popular health insurance system for seniors, into vouchers that would funnel money to private, for-profit insurance companies.

The result is as if Washington were on another planet from the rest of the country (many Americans would argue this is hardly a new phenomenon). The noisiest battle in the nation’s capital is over raising the statutory debt limit – a game of chicken in which Republicans are demanding, in return for their votes, caps on future federal spending while Democrats insist on preserving the possibility of tax increases on the wealthy. Countless budget analysts are combing through endless projections of government revenues and expenditures in five or 10 years. Think tanks and blue-ribbon panels are issuing voluminous reports on how to tame the budget deficit in decades to come. The president, meanwhile, is trying to appear as fiscally austere as possible – keeping a lid on non-defence discretionary spending, freezing the wages of civil servants and offering his own deficit-reduction plans.

Washington’s paralysis in the face of a stalled recovery is bad news – not just for average Americans but for the world. Ironically, it also worsens America’s future budget crisis because it postpones the day when the debt begins to shrink as a proportion of GDP. Yet as the 2012 campaign season looms, the prospects for sensible policy seem to decrease by the day.

Double Dip in Housing; Could Double Dip Recession Be
Next?

Jun.
1 2011 - 12:22 am | By Kenneth Rapoza

4063320671?profile=originalYou know that $400,000 house you want to buy; offer them $350,000. If they don’t take it now, they will soon enough.

This chart from Business Insider shows what the Standard & Poor’s Case-Shiller Index looks like on a graph chart: bad. National home prices are back to their 2002 levels, according to the index data released May 31.

As of March 2011, US home
prices fell 4.2% in the first quarter after falling 3.6% in the fourth quarter in 2010. Home prices are down 5.1% from the first quarter last year, according to the S&P/Case-Shiller report.

“This month’s report is marked by the confirmation of a double-dip in home prices across much of the nation,” said David Blitzer, Chairman of the Index Committee at S&P Indices in a press statement on Tuesday. The three major national indices all hit new lows in the May 31 report. “Home prices continue on their downward spiral with no relief in sight,” Blitzer said.

New real estate price lows were recorded in 12 cities, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Las Vegas, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Phoenix, Portland, Oregon and Tampa.

Atlanta, Cleveland, Detroit and Las Vegas real estate is now valued below their January 2000 levels.

It was the housing market that helped pull the US economy into the black hole it has yet to escape from nearly
three years later. Investors will turn now to the $14.26 trillion debt crisis in the US to see where the country is going. Standard & Poor’s thinks it’s going the way of pending default on some of its debt. Even Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is pushing the idea, though that may be more politicking than reality.

The S&P credit watchdogs changed their outlook on US sovereign debt in April. US debt is ranked the highest credit quality in the world at AAA, but the country could conceivably have one of those As trimmed off the end if the government fails to reduce its deficit. The US is not at the risk of losing its investment grade status, S&P said last month. However, the possibility of a reduction in the US Treasury credit rating would affect the
bond markets, and corporate debt as well, which would be forced to pay a higher insurance premium for its debt going forward in the case of a US downgrade.

“I think the threat of a downgrade is enough to actually get both political parties in Washington to realize you have to raise the debt limit and soon,” says Joel Smolen, a hedge fund manager at Axion Capital in San
Francisco. The fund was ranked No. 1 for its long-only macro strategy by BarclayHedge in Iowa this month. Barclay Hedge is not affiliated with Barclays Capital.

Also on Tuesday, Republicans in the House of Representatives nearly unanimously shot down their own party’s proposal to raise the debt ceiling by around $3 trillion. Geithner gave Congress until the first week of
August to raise the debt ceiling.

“The market is betting on an increase to the debt ceiling, but if that debt ceiling goes up and the dollar goes down and the deficit stays the same, then what is now mild concern will become tangible fear of a downgrade and that could lead to a double dip recession in a worst case scenario,” says Smolen.

US public sector and intragovernmental debt broke through the debt ceiling in April when it ended the month at $14.28 trillion.

US housing prices are still declining from the “irrational exhuberance” years, when real estate rose like a double leveraged ETF in some cities. The destruction of housing values left many US consumers without
collateral for loans, and without a means for refinancing as their properties were becoming less than what they had paid for them. With property values declining, Americans were no longer borrowing against their homes to buy cars and jacuzzis. Foreclosures that resulted from the popping of the housing bubble fed into a massive loss of jobs created by the ensueing credit crisis. The US labor force is not expected to recover from those job losses for several years to come.

Moreover, consumer confidence unexpectedly declined in May to its lowest level in six months due to the lackluster job market and declining home values. The Conference Board’s confidence index dropped to 60.8 on Tuesday from a revised 66 reading in April.

More Job Seekers Give Up, Reducing Unemployment

By
PAUL WISEMAN | Jun. 2, 2011 8:08 AM ET

WASHINGTON (AP) — Where did all the workers go?

The labor force — those who have a job or are looking for one — is getting smaller, even though the economy is growing and steadily adding jobs. That trend defies the rules of a normal economic recovery.

Nobody is sure why it's happening. Economists think some of the missing workers have retired, have entered college or are getting by on government disability checks. Others have probably just given up looking for work.

"A small work force means millions of discouraged workers, lower output in the future and a weak recovery," says Rep. Kevin Brady of Texas, the ranking Republican on the Congress' Joint Economic Committee. "Those are unhealthy signs."

By the government's definition, if you quit looking, you're no longer counted as unemployed. And you're no longer part of the labor force.

Since November, the number of Americans counted as employed has grown by 765,000, to just shy of 139 million. The nation has been creating jobs every month as the economy recovers. The economy added 244,000 jobs in April.

But the number of Americans counted as unemployed has shrunk by much more — almost 1.3 million —
during this time. That means the labor force has dropped by 529,000 workers.

The percentage of adults in the labor force is a figure that economists call the participation rate. It is 64.2 percent, the smallest since 1984. And that's become a mystery to economists. Normally after a recession, an
improving economy lures job seekers back into the labor market. This time, many are staying on the sidelines.

Their decision not to seek work means the drop in unemployment from 9.8 percent in November to 9 percent in April isn't as good as it looks.

If the 529,000 missing workers had been out scavenging for a job without success, the unemployment rate would have been 9.3 percent in April, not the reported rate of 9 percent. And if the participation rate were as
high as it was when the recession began, 66 percent, in December 2007, the unemployment rate could have been as high as 11.5 percent.

A majority of the 42 economists in the latest Associated Press quarterly economic survey said they expect the labor force participation rate to start growing consistently before the year ends. Twelve don't expect it to happen until next year at the earliest. Five think it never will.

It's certainly not happening yet. The labor force grew by just 15,000 in April from March — not even enough to keep up with population growth.

Economists say many would-be job seekers remain daunted by the odds against finding work: There were 4.3 unemployed people for each job opening in March, more than double the ratio before the recession. And job vacancies are running 35 percent below the pre-recession peak.

"I basically have stopped looking for work because there is just nothing out there," says Kim Rinde of Minneapolis, who was laid off in December 2008 from a customer service job at a company that makes cleaning equipment.

Longer-term trends are working to keep the participation rate down. The Congressional Budget Office expects the participation rate to fall steadily to 63 percent by 2021 as baby boomers retire.

The share of men 20 and older in the labor force peaked long ago, at 89 percent in 1952. It's been falling ever since and is now under 74 percent.

John Bound, a University of Michigan economist, suspects the long-term decline in men's participation is due partly to a drop in job opportunities for workers with few skills. Manufacturing jobs once offered good wages for workers without college degrees. But the number of factory jobs has dropped 40 percent since peaking in 1979.

Some who have left the job market are getting by on government checks, particularly Social Security's program for the disabled More than 8.3 million Americans were on Social Security disability last month, up 1.2 million,
or 17 percent, from the end of 2007.

The recipients include people who lost jobs that had allowed them to work despite disabilities and who can't find new employers to accommodate them.

The share of women working or looking for work, after expanding from the early 1950s through the mid '90s, has plateaued at about 60 percent, where it was in April. The CBO notes that more women with high-income husbands and those with young children have been staying out of the job market.

Teenagers have been leaving, too. Their participation rate dropped from a peak of 59.3 percent in 1978 to a record low of 33.5 percent in February. (It ticked up to 33.7 percent in April.) More young people are choosing college or vocational school over work. One reason is that fewer good-paying jobs are available to teenagers right out of high school.

"There was no way I was going straight to work" after high school, says Zachary Simmons, 19, who's studying computers at Surry Community College in North Carolina. "I have to get a degree. That's what gets you in the
door for an interview."

Posted on WND.com-By Bob Unruh-On June 4, 2011:

Much information has been reported – and much more still is being sought – about Barack Obama’s original birth documentation, and whether it reveals his eligibility to be president under the Constitution’s requirement those in the Oval Office be a “natural born Citizen.”

But under the radar of most new organizations a case has been moving forward in Washington, D.C., through which California attorney Orly Taitz is seeking the original application for Obama’s Social Security number, a document that could reveal a multitude of factors about the president’s early life.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth this week rejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute, and Taitz told WND today the case has moved into discovery and she can issue subpoenas to those holding the documentation she is seeking.

Get the New York Times best-seller “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President,” by Jerome Corsi.

WND previously has reported on the issue that Obama holds a Connecticut-based Social Security number despite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the Aloha State, and never having lived in Connecticut.

For those who never wondered about how Social Security Numbers are generated, the first three digits represent the state of the recipient’s mailing address. In other words, if you live or work in Connecticut, for example, the first three digits of your SSN will correspond to the Connecticut code.

The first three digits of Obama’s SSN are 042. That code of 042 falls within the range of numbers for Connecticut, which according to the Social Security Administration has been 040 through 049.

The national news media has been virtually silent on this potentially criminal fact.

Indeed, when Fox News finally attempted to explain it, it broadcast false information and then scrubbed it from its website.

When WND asked the White House about it, then–Press Secretary Robert Gibbs dodged the question.

Taitz’ case is against Social Security commissioner Michael Astrue and explains that because of the multitude of questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility, his birth certificate and his other records, the Freedom of Information Act request was submitted.

The Social Security Administration rejected it, and that decision was affirmed by a district court ruling that found the administrative procedures still had a course to run. But that now has been completed and the case is before Lamberth again.

He ruled this week that FOIA actions “are exempt” from a local court “meet and confer” requirement and he gave Astrue 30 days to file “any dispositive motions.”

The federal government had argued that Taitz’ process to subpoena individuals with access to the long-sought documentation was out of order, but the court ruling means it is within procedures.

According to a report in the Post & Email online blog, Taitz reported, “We’re now in discovery, so I can issue subpoenas.”

That is a level that no other case challenging Obama’s eligibility or birth certificate ever has reached.

She said she already has contacted the Hawaii Department of Health, which is custodian of Hawaiian records, about her requests, and she said another recipient very well could be the White House.

She noted that White House Counsel Robert Bauer resigned that post just yesterday, and suggested Bauer might not have wanted to be deposed regarding questions about Obama’s “Certificate of Live Birth,” a document presented to the nation as genuine when the White House released it on April 27.

However, a multitude of experts have said it is a document assembled on computer and unlikely to be legitimate.

Taitz suggested that Bauer’s move back into private practiced may have been speeded by worries over the eligibility dispute.

In fact, Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., and author of “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President,” said he’s convinced Bauer’s move is because he fears the “Certificate of Live Birth” document would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation.

Corsi believes Bauer “felt compelled” to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.

“Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama’s 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate,” Corsi said. “When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud.”

He said he had been tipped off early in February that a long-form birth document for Obama had been forged and that the document was to be released.

“The information came from a mole within the Hawaii DOH who had been examining the vault logbook for months,” Corsi explained. “Until just prior to February 24, no Obama long-form hospital-generated birth record could be found in the Hawaii DOH.”

As WND has reported, there long have been concerns about the Social Security number.

“There is obviously a case of fraud going on here,” says Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels. “In 15 years of having a private investigator’s license in Ohio, I’ve never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly.”

Does the Social Security Administration ever re-issue Social Security numbers?

“Never,” Daniels told Corsi. “It’s against the law for a person to have a re-issued or second Social Security Number issued.”

Daniels said she is “staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama’s use of this Social Security Number is fraudulent.”

“A person who wants to hide their true identity often picks up the Social Security Number of a deceased person, thinking that nobody would ever look into it,” Daniels added. “I think it was sometime in the 1980s that Obama decided to hide who he really is.”

There is no indication in the limited background documentation released by the Obama 2008 presidential campaign or by the White House to establish that Obama ever lived in Connecticut.

Nor is there any suggestion in Obama’s autobiography, “Dreams from My Father,” that he ever had a Connecticut address.

Also, nothing can be found in the public record that indicates Obama visited Connecticut during his high-school years.

An affidavit filed by Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson specifies that as a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional law enforcement, “it is my knowledge and belief that Social Security Numbers can only be applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence.”

Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security Number when he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977.

“I doubt this is President Obama’s originally issued Social Security Number,” she told WND. “Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental College in California, so he must have originally been issued a Social Security Number in Hawaii.”

The published record available about Obama indicates his first job as a teenager in Hawaii was at a Baskin-Robbins in the Makiki neighborhood on Oahu. USA Today reported the ice-cream shop still was in operation one year after Obama’s inauguration.

Just last month some 11 months after WND began publicizing Obama’s Connecticut-based SSN, Bill O’Reilly of the Fox News Channel briefly addressed the issue while reading his viewer mail on the air.

Unfortunately for O’Reilly, the news anchor falsely asserted the president’s father lived in Connecticut.

In his viewer email segment April 13, O’Reilly was asked: “What about Obama having a Connecticut Social Security Number? He never lived there.”

“His father lived in Connecticut for several years,” O’Reilly claimed, adding that “babies sometimes get numbers based on addresses provided by their parents.”

In reality, there is no evidence Barack Obama Sr. ever lived in Connecticut. He left Hawaii in 1962 to study at Harvard in Massachusetts and then returned to his home country of Kenya.

When WND publicized O’Reilly’s major error, the information vanished from the Fox News Channel’s website, as well as BillOReilly.com.

O’Reilly’s full explanation of the “truth” of Obama “myths” is here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJYMbnpr3is&feature=player_embedded

The BirtherReport.com website, responding to complaints by Fox podcast customers that O’Reilly’s Social Security claim, broadcast on Fox, had gone missing from the audio archive, trumpeted the headline: “Busted: Fox News scrubbed Bill O’Reilly’s 4/13 mailbag segment on Obama’s Social Security Number reserved for Connecticut applicants.” The site added, “Not only did Fox News scrub the podcast, they also left out the viewer email about Obama’s Social Security number at O’Reilly’s website. I report, you decide!”

Why I Joined the Tea Party

I am a Conservative and have observed conservative values under steady attack for most of my life. I believe that the Tea Party in its grass roots approach to addressing problems offers the best and probably the only realistic approach to putting our nation back on track.
I also believe that as a conservative citizen it is my responsibility to really listen to what all the candidates for public office have to say and not pay any attention to 10 second sound bites. I will vote for whoever lays out the best approach for putting our country back on track.
I will vote for a candidate based on his adherence to smaller Federal Government and following the constitution , lower taxes, repeal of Obama Care, creating a stable business environment by lowering corporate taxes (we have the highest in the world), reasonable environmental and regulatory laws, balancing the budget, promoting conventional energy sources such as coal and nuclear for domestic electricity production, moving away from subsidizing unworkable green energy such as windmills (the regular electrical infrastructure has to be in place with windmills and a power plant cannot just be put online immediately when the wind goes down). I believe that Climate Change Legislation is just a back door attempt at controlling the masses by the political elite and I am against such legislation such as Cap and Trade.

Stuck on Stupid in San Francisco in the War on Illegal Aliens

By John W. Lillpop

San Francisco has a well-deserved (and appropriate) reputation as a nesting place for left-wing buffoons, anti-American politicos (Can you say Nancy Pelosi?), and just plain goofy, out-of-touch policies.

For example, take the issue of ILLEGAL immigration. Illegal capitalized because that vital word is almost always omitted by moon bats on the left who favor open borders, suspension of the rule of law, and anything and everything in the way of benefits and perks for anyone who can prove that she or he is here illegally and prove it by speaking absolutely no English, but perfect grade-school Spanish.

The latest anti-American immigration fiasco in not-so-good old San Francisco involves the conflict between the Sanctuary City status prescribed by City law and the federal law called Secure Communities.

As described at the reference, in part, San Francisco Sheriff Mike Hennessey has decided that City Law trumps federal law at least in this bastion of leftist maniacs:

SAN FRANCISCO -- If the San Francisco sheriff's plan becomes reality, illegal immigrants arrested for petty crimes won't be held in jail longer than necessary, even if federal immigration agents may want them detained for possible deportation.

Instead, starting Wednesday, deputies will treat those eligible for release just like U.S. citizens: They will be cited to appear in court.
City officials, however, aren't so sure about Sheriff Mike Hennessey's plan.

The new policy is his attempt to comply with a city law that prevents police from aiding federal authorities in non-felony crimes and a U.S. law that requires authorities to share fingerprints with immigration agents.

"I'm in a position where I'm trying to enforce a local law as well as not violate the federal law and this is the `in-between,"' he said. "It's a difficult area to tread on because emotions run very high here in California and throughout the country on immigration issues."

Actually, this is NOT a difficult area to tread on, Sheriff. Not at all, at least if you have the ability to think with reason.

Think back, Sheriff, to 2008 when on June 22 in San Francisco, California, a 21-year old MS gang member, Edwin Ramos, shot and killed a father, Anthony Bologna, 48, and his two sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16, after their car briefly blocked Ramos from completing a left turn down a narrow street as they were returning home from a family barbecue.

Ramos was an illegal alien whom San Francisco authorities had released because of idiotic compassion and concern for illegals and zero concern for American citizens.

Do the deaths of Bologna and his sons mean nothing to Sheriff Hennessey and his liberal colleagues in this god-forsaken din of inequity?

And where are Barack Obama and Eric Holder when it comes to local authorities whom defy federal law?

Or is it Obama government policy to ignore such defiance when illegal aliens benefit at the expense of citizens?

WAKE UP AMERICA BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

Is it possible that the Shadow Government is purposefully confounding the Federal Government in order to destroy the Middle Class?  And why would they want to destroy the Middle Class?  Is it because the destruction of the Middle Class is an express train to the establishment of a One World Government?  Why is Washington so intent on playing the blame game instead of implementing the several hundreds of solutions that taken together will solve the economic problems of the USA?  Is the blame game a smoke screen which is causing confusion and is obfuscating what is really going on behind the scenes?  Why are the Republicans and the Democrats afraid to implement the many and varied solutions that will solve our economic problems?  Why are they afraid of allowing the "other" party to make some solid solutions come to fruition?  Why are they at each others throats?  Are they unwittingly being dis-unified to create a smoke screen of confusion and chaos on purpose?  What is the Shadow Government doing behind the smoke screen to our country?  Most Americans are willing to give credit to both parties regardless of who brings to bear solid solutions to our economy.  At this point in time there has been discussion after discussion and the leadership is well aware of the many and varied things which need to be done to reverse this economic depression.  Why won't they implement these well known and well discussed solutions?  Is it a conspiracy?  It may very well be a conspiracy to undermine the Middle Class.  They talk and talk and talk and talk but don't do a darn thing to solve the problems.  They know how to fix the economy.  Are they afraid to fix it?  Who are they afraid of?  What group is causing them to have a paralysis of analysis?  If our politicians are incapable or afraid of resolving the problems because by doing so their careers are in jeopardy or they simply lack the leadership skills to coordinate all of the solutions and bring them to bear, then the answer is simple, i.e., VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE.  In that way they can balance the fear of the Shadow Government against the fear of being voted out of office and I would bet that under this kind of duress they would  be motivated to solve the economic problems currently bringing this country to iis knees.  We have had enough of this blame game nonsense and the unending lack of solutions.  The time for solid well thought out economic solutions is NOW!  If the unemployment rate goes up to 11 + percent we will have another depression otherwise currently being called a double-dip.  If you have paid attention to all of the economic debates on TV even as simplistic as they are we know that even these simplistic economic solutions taken collectively will create growth, increase tax revenue, reduce unemployment, solve the housing forclosure problem, etc.

We need to support honest, descent, God-fearing, patriotic, unselfish, intelligent, politicians who believe in and trust God and who support the Constitution of the U.S.  And by the way, we the taxpayers who voted, did not vote for a Shadow Government who remains hidden behind the scenes and who has an inordinate amount of political power which is being used to drive their hidden agendas and not being used for the good of the majority of the citizens of the USA.  We need to send a message to those shadowy people who make up the behind the scenes Shadow Government to take a hike and take their hidden agendas and shove them up where the sun doesn't shine.  By this time I would think that the majority of Americans are sick and tired of this BS.  If you want to understand what is happening turn to the Creator and pray for enlightenment and you can bet that these Shadowy and unfortunately influential people don't want you to do that.  PrayER leads to enlightenment and these characters want you to remain confused and in the dark.
