What is taking place in the world today, not a pretty picture, out of business; my wife was divorcing me, my future looked bleak. Aside from my personal problem, the IRS was on my case, and making “mistakes” against me, not a pretty picture, what to do?
I’m viewing the War and Remembrance series, Herman Wouk’s accounting of World War II. It is a riveting work. It asks the question of how do maniacs like Hitler take control? When a nation gets between a rock and a hard place, the people looking externally for answers; it always ends with the wrong answers. That’s where the United States is now, a very dangerous place to be. Having just viewed the gastly things Nazis did to Jews, Jews being reduced to animals, how could they allow it, I’m particularly concerned about patting down all airline passengers. This taking advantage of us, stripping us of our rights, is it the beginning of reducing us to animal status?
In Genesis 1:26, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,” who was “us?” It came to me when I read the Constitution that voices of the past were speaking to me, encouraging me. I’ve never heard authority say that “us” is voices of the past. “Us” is always today’s authority doing the lesser of two evils. The pat down saves you from being blown out of the sky. I’ve never heard today’s authority say to look within for answers. The IRS told me Congress had the authority to tax my income up to 100 percent. Actually, the IRS took more than 100 percent of my income. My income was zero. Government created inflation caused me to pay a capital gains tax with no gain. Imagine that. What government has done with the income tax tells you what government is capable of doing. Government gives the individual no rights. I looked within for answers.
The makers and keepers of the law do not allow for individual constitutional challenges, but that didn’t stop me. Federal income tax is government taking from the individual, in many cases what the government has no constitutional right to do. The law says if I have a personal stake in the outcome I have a constitutional right to challenge. Government was taking my existence. Why do you allow government to grope you? The makers and keepers of the law have their lawless bureaucracy to enforce their wills. You have the constitutional right to challenge the frauds. I challenged Federal income tax on constitutional grounds. The IRS hung itself with its own legal rope. You didn’t win anything. If you don’t demand your rights, you don’t have any.
Was I born to be groped and taxed out of existence? I don’t think so. A lot of blood has been spilled to gain your rights. Would the Founding Fathers have allowed themselves to be taxed out of existence, or groped by King George’s men? George Washington miraculously won the War for Independence. If he had lost, everyone who signed the Declaration of Independence would have been hung. When your life is on the line, it is amazing what you can do. Your lives are on the line right now. For some inexplicable reason, when everything should have gone wrong for me everything went right, not only in my tax case, but in every other way (throw in a couple of miracles). So, again, who is us? Beware when your government gives you no respect.
I shudder when I think about what Hitler’s men did to human beings. Groping is a first step. It will happen over my dead body. I wonder what kind of a world this would be if, instead of looking externally for answers, we looked within. For sure, maniacs like Hitler would never take control.
Some Astrologers have it that the Age of Pisces began with the birth of Christ and the Age of Aquarius begins with the reappearance of Christ. There is precedence for that idea. Almost everyone expects a big change in the world. The Mayan calendar says our world ends on December 21, 2012. Age changes actually take place over an extended period of time. But you could say the official day the world ends is the end of the Age of Pisces. With every end comes a new beginning. You could say the new beginning is the Age of Aquarius, an age of brotherhood and fraternity.
The Obama, Pelosi, Reid team have taken the destructive monster former administrations created and made it three times as destructive. Giving the Obama, Pelosi, Reid team credit for taking America down a garden path, the symbol for the Age of Pisces, two attached fish swimming in opposite directions, meaning division, incapable of making up one’s mind, is duck soup for the Obama, Pelosi, Reid team. Is Obama going to remain President? If 2012 is the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, the symbol of which is the water-bearer, we’re told the Age of Aquarius is an age of brotherhood and fraternity, in no way does the Obama, Pelosi, Reid team fit that mold. By the way, I was born Aquarius rising. That means, according to astrologers, as I grow older I become more Aquarian. Yep, we’ve got a big change coming. The energy is building. I don’t think the Obama, Pelosi, Reid team, or George Soros’ Shadow Government, is going to be around in 2012. Aquarians are stubborn in their beliefs. They despise hypocrites. They are independent and self-reliant.
It interests me that the cutting edge of science is picking up where the ancients left off. The cutting edge of science finds that without consciousness nothing could exist; that before anything comes the state of consciousness. Between pure consciousness and reality is the microcosmic. The atom is not what we once thought it was. It appears different every time it is observed. The microcosmic is a world of infinite possibility.
We are conscious of a lot that can’t be explained in the conventional way. During my time at sea, on one occasion, mentally, I picked up cries for help. I sailed straight to three young people who had been caught in an ocean current and taken out to sea. It all began when I read the Constitution and had a bigger than life calling.
According to quantum physics, when our quantum minds observe, the microcosmic changes to our reality. Would it not follow that the more consciously aware one is, the more one is in control of his life, and more capable of influencing others? And, if this is so, would the converse not also be true? The less aware are more subject of being used and abused. So, again, who is us, external authority or the internal God-self? Jesus said you can’t serve two masters. I give all the credit for my good life to the fact that when I was at my darkest moment I looked within and came up with the right answers.
Now that the tea party has control its time to save the middle class. Make the fat cats pay their share. The CEO of Johnson Controls in Milwaukee just gave himself a 15% raise and makes 7 million dollars a year! While our moms and dads on social security didn't get a raise and one in ten americans don't have jobs.
Remember the CEO of BP who went yatchting while the oil spilled in the fishing grounds? Do you think him and his friends cared they put people out of work.

Freedom has had another crushing defeat today, as 15 Republican senators and all Democrats voted in favor of and passed the Food Safety Modernization Act (SB 510). What is most troubling are the 15 Republicans, who apparently voted their own free will, rather than adhering to the pleas of the American people who spoke out loud and clearly on November 2nd.

But in the next few days and weeks, there is an opportunity in many states to bypass that local level and acquire a seat directly on your state party committee.
Many state committees have a bylaw that allows candidates (even in UNsuccessful races) to make one or several appointments to their state party committee. If you worked on one of these campaigns, you are certainly in a position to request one of those appointments.
Those appointments certainly won't go to people who do not ask for them!

Don’t be surprised if Barack Obama and his 40+ “czars” begin operating more like they ruled an American dictatorship than a republic, because that’s precisely the advice President Obama has received from numerous “prestigious” leftwing groups online and elsewhere. Perhaps the most well-known of these leftwing “brain”-trusts (most of them funded by “Spooky-Dude” George Soros), the Center for American Progress (CAP) tops the list for most prestigious among left-wingers across the globe as well as within our own borders. Based in Washington, D.C., CAP is led by Bill Clinton’s former Marxist Chief of Staff John Podesta. Predictably, Podesta has on three recent occasions called upon Obama to totally circumvent Congress once the Republican Party takes control the House of Representatives beginning January, 2011.
The Obama administration (which has already made a policy of ignoring the vast majority of the American people regarding a) Obamacare b) the Near-ground-zero mosque c) border control d) cap and trade e) auto bailouts f) bank bailouts g)Wall Street bailouts g) the Obama stimulus package h) treatment of Israel i) bi-partisanship j) openness and accountability of the administration’s dealings and k) response to the Arizona Law dealing with Illegal aliens) now appears ready to talk bi-partisanship and a move toward the center out of one side of its mouth while ratcheting up the double-dealing on the other side. Complete disregard of Congress is nothing new for the administration either. When it became apparent last year that the votes to pass cap and trade legislation were nowhere to be found in the senate (which the Democrats controlled at that time 60-40); Obama ordered the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to force Cap and trade upon the nation by regulatory process. The EPA came out within weeks with an announcement that carbon dioxide was a toxic emission which henceforth they would start regulating.
In that instance, the EPA was met immediately with lawsuits pointing out that the agency was operating in opposition to its own charter. EPA regulations require that such “findings” must be based upon legitimately conducted studies by the EPA itself and could NOT reference other studies such as the bogus “global warming” studies conducted by the infamous Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University in England which have been totally discredited by the “Climate Gate” e-mail leaks and by other scandalous revelations.
The ultra-left Mr. Podesta openly suggested President Obama ignore Congress and the American people altogether by using executive action to enact an agenda even more leftist than what Pelosi and Reid passed for him in 2009 and 2010. Among Podesta’s recommendations of important accomplishments to achieve by sidestepping the Republican-controlled house in 2011 in the monthly report created by Podesta and his senior staff at CAP entitled “The Power of the President: Recommendations to Advance Progressive Change” are:

The astute reader has already picked up on several key words and phrases, no doubt?
#1 Podesta talked straightforwardly about “recommendations to advance PROGRESSIVE change.” Progressives (neo-Marxists like Podesta who talk openly about “progressing” beyond the outdated and ill-conceived U.S. Constitution and the necessity to “progress” toward their concept of an earthly Utopia) have been greatly emboldened since the election of Barack Obama are more open about their agenda than at any time in U.S. history. At the October 28 Colbert-Stewart gathering on the mall in Washington, D.C., for example, Communist Party members brazenly carried signs and bragged about themselves as “proud communists” something utterly unprecedented in Rajjpuut’s experience of American politics.
#2 Podesta talks about using the Armed Forces . . . nothing more dictatorial could be suggested especially since Mr. Obama has been training an “elite” group of soldiers to operate at his discretion “in riot-control and instances of civil unrest.”
#3 Podesta hints at the power of government to create leftist change enhanced after “convening and creating public-private partnerships.” That is Unions and the Communist Party and student-radicals taking to the streets. At the very least it would give Obama a reason to institute martial law and mobilize his special Obama-troops (see #2 above).
#4 Clearly Podesta is suggesting violating the Constitutionally- ordained system of checks and balances and elevating himself above the law created by our Founding Fathers . . . making himself more an emperor than a president controlling the executive branch in a triad of balanced power. The Imperial Obama White House will soon be upon us . . . .

Now is definitely the time to let every congressperson and senator type person know beyond a shadow of doubt that if they support the Dream Act they are out of a job the next time they stand for election.
I read one article with a photo. The photo showed a Hispanic lady holding a sign that read: " Borders are lines drawn by Imperialist Racists!" BS! Borders are internationally recognized territorial limits. They are not lines on a map. They are as real as a brick wall. Crossing them without an invitation should be grounds for expulsion ... immediately, no review, no delays while we discuss the merits of their presence. Repeat offenders should be escalated to a felony status and imprisoned or better yet given forced, supervised, community service (chain gangs without the chains). Since our prisons are already 30-35 percent illegal population, imprisonment is no deterrent. Let them clean up highways or national parks. Let them work on government projects. Then when their sentence is fulfilled, expel them ... immediately.
Those on the side of the illegals who call for civil disobedience should also be charged as political subversives. They too should face criminal penalties. They are in fact inciting to riot. This is still a crime in most states. Enforce the damn laws.
And finally, it is far past time to revisit H.R. 1940, the "Birthright Citizenship Act of 2007". Let's put to rest the question of babies born to illegal immigrant parents. Actually, the Constitution itself makes the case. Children must be born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction of the United States before they can claim birthright citizenship. International law assumes the baby to be a citizen of the same country as the parents. If one or both parents are not citizens and hence not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, the child has no birthright claim. Period.
Let's get our heads out of the sand and stop the economic blood loss that illegal immigration represents. And please don't assault my intelligence with the old BS about the illegals contributing more that they take. I don't buy it for one millisecond. They are by definition, criminals. Treat them as such.

The United States, the Great Satin to fundamentalist Muslims, founded on Judeo-Christian principles, began with slaves. Black Africans, seen as inferior beings, were seen by Christians as incapable of taking care of their own needs. And likewise, Indians, America, conquering the original Americans, took their lands, so no, Jews and Christians were not created with reason and logic either.
Little by little, America’s illogical Jews and Christians, for the good of all, have done away with the Constitution. Our present Christian President finds it faulted. Mysteriously, when I read it I felt that voices of the past were speaking to me, encouraging me to fight for my rights. Miraculously, my life started getting better, and today, if it could be any better I don’t know how.
By following the principles set forth in the Constitution, I got on my path of destiny. I didn’t consult anyone or pray to a god I never personally knew. I looked within for my answers and they came to me. What else but reason and logic? I had a bigger than life calling.
Can you believe this? In Webster’s College Dictionary, under anarchy, I read, “theory that regards the absence of all direct or coercive government as a political ideal and that proposes the cooperative and voluntary association of individuals and groups as the principal mode of organized society.” This is anarchy? Reason and logic is viewed as a form of anarchy? My reason and logic—include the Constitution—is tantamount to anarchy.
Religion goes on faith in the supernatural, something that is not real. I see the Constitution as being backed by Higher Law; that is, law meant for humans; excuse me, humans created with reason and logic. When I read the scriptures, it is not with any religious view in mind but with reason and logic. I give myself unlimited conscious awareness, apparently, more than most. I don’t see my observations being repeated.
My observations come as a result of my keeping up with the latest scientific understanding of the universe. My reason and logic is backed with scientific proof. The universe is nothing like the dumbed down masses think it is. Who was Jesus speaking to when he said, “give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you?”
There is a groundswell of reason and logic building. It will grow until it becomes greater than the resistance. It will strike like a bolt of lightning. The faithful will be lost in a world they don’t know.

He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man.

Nice going guys and dolls. The Tea Party now ties Obama. Now that Republicans have won control of the House, the idea is being put out that Obama can ignore Congress and rule by executive order. That brought a guffaw out of me. Here are some items that are not being discussed.
For a century, the American people have been reeducated to depend on government, like it or not. Through federal income tax, which began taxing only the richest of the rich, grew to tax all income producers—to become a Ponzi scheme—to fraudulently separate workers from their resources for redistribution. Federal income tax has as its basis control. The illusion behind government control that responsible leaders know better than the individual what is good for all totally misses the point. We are individuals, not parts of a hive.

There is no difference in a greedy self-serving capitalist and a greedy self-serving politician, except for the fact that the capitalist doesn’t make the law and see that it is enforced; leftist politicians do. History gives us not one example of a “responsible leader” in control being beneficial to society. In fact, history gives us multiple examples of free enterprise bringing great benefits to society. A thousand years back, while Europe was under the tyranny of the Holy Roman Catholic Empire, China was enjoying free enterprise and prosperity. What comes around goes around.
The creator of all things, in creating man, made him capable of being more consciously aware than any other life form on the planet, but like all life, conscious of self-survival. Self-survival is innate. It doesn’t reason; it is animal. Man reasons for his survival. We are the dominant life form. Uncontrolled power turns man into an animal, and those who follow jumping through hoops—for one example, Hitler and Nazi Germany, for another, America’s current leftist leadership and following.
Great men, like big fish feeding on little fish, feed their egos on little people. Knowing this about the nature of man, America’s Founding Fathers held that the Creator made all men equal, and with God-given rights that could not be taken without the permission of the holder of said rights. Individuals have a right to their bodies. If they don’t choose to be patted down before flying, the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment says they don’t have to give a government agent permission to grope them. But might makes right. “The law” says you get fined $11,000 for not giving permission.
The Constitution was written to avoid this we now experience. But, alas, the writers of the Constitution, in order to form a more secure union of states, felt that they had to allow the South to own slaves, exactly the principle behind the current federal pat down. It’s an expedience for a more worthy case, like owning slaves. Take your choice: Be a slave or refuse to be patted down and face the consequences. The Obama Administration is testing you. Surely, we are smart enough to outfox Obama. The guy is in La La Land. Off the top of my head, I can think of half a dozen ways to embarrass Obama. There is strength in numbers and we’ve got the numbers to beat Obama.
President Obama says our Constitution is flawed. He is clearly a one-world socialist. He and his kind have a vision of a better world, and wouldn’t you know, by putting themselves in control.
How do you deal with empowered egomaniacs? The thing we must understand about freedom is that it is God-given. I refer you to what Jesus said, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. . .But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” The kingdom of God is to be distinguished from the kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of God is universal—not in a place. Heaven is the time-space universe; everything has its place. Consciousness is not in a place, but essential. Nothing would exist without it. We each exist in a state of consciousness, as limited by us. God doesn’t limit us. Speaking for myself, I chose the God-state over the time-space consortium that limited men see a long time ago.
I’ve been tweaking authority’s nose ever since I found God. I win. Authority loses. Glenn Beck, formerly an alcoholic loser, found God and he is running rings around Obama. Beck is winning minds; Obama attempts to force us to submit to his B.S., and isn’t doing too well.
Listen to me and Beck. I submit that my life is far better than those depending on Obama. If we would only realize the power we individually possess, executive power or whatever, Obama and company would not have the chance of a snowball in hell.
