  Sarah Palin Returns to Fox News as Conservative Tea Party Champion and movement leader

With the stroke of a pen, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin returns to Fox News as a contributor while liberal bombast Chris Matthews of MSNBC loses his weekend syndicated show in July. Does this spell the resurrection of the political street bona fides of Palin who has been a lightning rod for conservatives and the national Tea Party movement since its inception?

What seems clear is that Roger Ailes, the chairman of Fox News has reached a conclusion that the scandal beleaguered administration of President Barack Obama is fair pickings for conservatives. And what better conservative to have on your news team than Sarah Palin who has done considerable heavy lifting for the conservative movement since Obama took the oath of office as president in 2009.

This is especially critical when one considers that the upcoming mid-term elections of 2014 are rife for the political pickings in terms of governorships, the U.S. Senate and increases in the GOP House majority.

Examine the landscape of the world of politics now where the polls are pointing toward a downward slide regarding Obama’s favorability and a notable upward surge in the public’s rejection of Obama’s handling of Benghazi, the IRS attack on Tea Party organizations’ First Amendment rights and spying on journalists.

The surge in public outrage has changed dramatically since Obama’s reelection when he cobbled together a number of key state victories with Chicago style political strong arming that would make dishonored former President Richard Nixon blush. Yet, while America was having its news hijacked by a compliant mainstream media, Sarah Palin remained on the forefront using their own vehicles to communicate the cracks in Obama’s administration armor.

You remember Benghazi, the murder of four honorable Americans, including America’s Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens scandal that would not go away? The investigation by the House Republicans continued to peel back the wall of lies constructed by the White House and U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice under the direction of unnamed State Department and White House officials.

Greetings Sir! I greatly respect your diligence investigating this travesty of government we currently have, yet I would like to make a couple of statements I feel pertinent at this juncture.

Late last week Mr. Holder made a statement the "Department of (in)Justice" was going to begin monitoring social media websites, and anyone found posting or writing (I quote) "inflammatory" comments concerning muslims/islam would be arrested on federal charges of violating muslims/islam civil rights....

Sir, first of all, it seems to me that anyone who adheres to a "religion" that openly promotes killing Christians, pedophilia and world domination - and commits these crimes here on U.S. soil as well as overseas... a "religion" that claims that anyone who "insults" their "prophet" must be killed.... has not earned any respect at all - and indeed, the act of Mr. Holder making this statement in the first place directly violates the 1st Amendment of our Constitution.

Sir, a common citizen of this Nation would long ago be behind bars for the things Mr. Holder has already done - and the key thrown away to boot.

This act of attempting to overthrow 1st Amendment rights by fiat adds insult to injury.

Congressman Issa, I submit Mr. Holder has not only committed perjury before Congress - he has committed treason in attempting to legislate/regulate by fiat the Constitutional rights of all free citizens of this Nation.

I understand Congress must always have it's ducks in a row before acting - but how much longer must citizens wait before Justice is done? How many more citizens must suffer under this administration before Congress acts?

Bottom line Sir, and something I'm uncertain may have crossed your mind; Mr Obama is playing in a house of cards.... if those cards start falling down, their respective individual pieces arrested and jailed.... I firmly believe you won't be able to stop them talking....

I believe you will quickly discover all of the missing information you (and we) desire, uncovering all of the crimes, corruption, treason - because I do not believe any of them are going to be willing to take a bullet for Mr. Obama and suffer in silence.

Just some thoughts Sir. Please keep up the good work, Americans respect your diligence - but we do want action, not just words. We want these criminals arrested and behind bars - as this is exactly what would happen to any of us if we had done the same (or actually lesser) crimes....

Gentlemen, Good morning!

Regretfully; this morning I am forced to write you on a matter affecting us all, but immediately affecting the men and women of our Military.

I am referring to the recent news release quoting the Department of Defense (DOD) stating they are going to begin Courts Martial actions on all Military members who are Christians and proselytize.

I might add at this point, from the terms and words used in the release (actual words from Mr. Mikey Weinstein) this act will likely result in immediate Criminal prosecution on treason and sedition charges against all members of the Chaplain Corps in all services - as well as the same for every Christian Military member who simply attends a Christian service on post, in the field or while in Uniform!

The normal act of Christian services on Sunday - in a Church or in the field - will cease. Hundreds of thousands of Military members will be falsely imprisoned, charged with treason and or sedition simply for being a Christian. Every Military members records (201 file) tell the reader what their religious affiliation is - and the Military member has no control over their records.

Please note Gentlemen; these actions criminalize Religion with Federal Felony Criminal charges of treason and sedition. They are a blatant and direct violation of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America!

Gentlemen - this act is unconscionable.  And the action by DOD of engaging an anti-Christian atheist extremist to develop this plan..... monstrous.

There were news releases in the past that Mr. Obama was filtering Military Leadership, terminating (firing, forcing to retire) those in Military Leadership who choose not to follow his plans - I now strongly suspect those reports were true - as we now have a situation previously unheard of and unthinkable to a Soldier, Marine, Sailor or Airman.

A situation previously unheard of in the history of our Nation.

I cannot fathom how this has occurred nor what the implications to morale will be - but I do not hold hope the morale will be high... I expect this will take morale of all our Military to the toilet.

Christianity is what our Nation was founded upon. Freedom of religion is what our Nation was founded upon!

This Nation, the leadership of the Nation and Congress have failed our Military.

Those who have sacrificed so much, some with their lives... sacrificed on the altar of Mr. Obama's politics.... and for what??????????????????????????

Honorable Sir's, all of Congress, even yourselves, have been guilty of REACTING instead of being PROACTIVE in addressing immediate issues we as a Nation have faced. If you look in retrospect at the past four years you will see this fact for yourself. I strongly believe it is time Congress realized this error and changed the way it does business - regardless of party.

All of you, as well as every member in Congress, have been deluged with snail-mail, e-mail, faxes and phone calls. I surmise that the telephone system at Congress crashing on a daily basis and your overwhelmed staff's should give you an idea just how serious constituents believe every issue is....

Many constituents who have contacted you have used the phrase "connect the dots"... and I believe Congress - as a whole - has failed to understand this concept and "connect the dots".

For Congress to become PROACTIVE - you have to learn to "connect the dots" and realize that everything Mr. Obama has done in the past four years was according to some plan he has - and from our viewpoint... we don't like where the obvious road that "plan" leads.

We expected you to "connect the dots"

If you follow the news to any degree - you will know there is a Federal Court case in progress in the Supreme Court of Alabama under the Honorably Judge Moore on the eligibility of Mr. Obama to hold the office of President of the United States of America.

In discovery in this case, the Democratic National Party has submitted an amicus brief in support of Mr. Obama.... there is one small but important fact with this brief.

Within the contents of the brief the Democrats submitted another copy of an alleged "long form birth certificate" for Mr. Obama - and it differs substantially from the long form birth certificate Mr. Obama posted on the White House website.

There now exist three (3) different "birth certificates" alleged to be valid and original - all substantially different from one another.

It appears Congress refusal to hear or consider Sheriff Arpaio's (Maricopa County, AZ) evidence that the birth certificate Mr. Obama presented on the White House website is a forged computer generated fraud was a very serious mistake.

Perhaps it is time for you to rectify your mistake and hear Sheriff Arpaio's evidence.......  

Gentlemen, we have had a "Constitutional Crisis" for almost five (5) years now because Congress has refused to hear evidence Mr. Obama was an usurper. Our Nation has been in decline, our National credit rating has been reduced our National debt has increased - more than the deficit of all past Presidents combined in the history of this Nation!

We have endured several attempts at shredding the Constitution of the United States by this administration, we have witnessed this administration building hundreds of high security prisons at taxpayer expense calling them "FEMA Relocation Camps"... We have witnessed this administration throwing billions of taxpayer dollars at countries labeled by domestic and foreign intelligence agencies as having ties to terrorist organizations, we have witnessed this administration gunrunning to the Mexican Cartel - then claiming executive privilege and denying Congress the evidence it seeks, we have witnessed this administration allowing a U.S. Ambassador to be murdered and potentially an international gun running scheme in Benghazi - all stonewalled by this administration when Citizens demanded investigation and Congress attempted said investigation...

We have witnessed this administration's "Department of Homeland Security" arming itself with billions of rounds of ammunition, equipping itself with up-armored Combat vehicles on U.S. soil....

We have witnessed Mr. Obama addressing a Planned Parenthood conference here in Texas asking "god" to "bless" the abortion and murder of the unborn... Please re-read what the Bible has to say on abortion.....

Now we have DOD attempting to criminalize the 1st Amendment rights of every member of the U.S. Military, their freedom of Religion and right to Worship GOD.

Don't you think it's time you and the rest of Congress learned to connect the dots?

My personal opinion is; ALL of Congress should "Clear the Deck", immediately stop everything they are currently working on and investigate the possibility in extreme depth of the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.

My personal opinion and the opinion of millions of Americans is; We are facing the greatest National Security threat in the history of our Nation!

We are not "fringe" nor are we "extremist" - we are extremely concerned Americans.

We expect our Congress to "connect the dots" and act.

      Will White Students be denied entrance to College Admissions Office

If you are a white student walking into a Michigan college admissions office, you have to be wondering whether you are going to be admitted based on your grades or denied because of your ethnicity. This may soon become the reality for a countless number of white college students across the wolverine state, or America if the U.S. Supreme Court rules to invalidate state voters that voted against using race to determine college admittance in 2006.

Of course racial discrimination is unfair, repugnant and dangerous to the social viability of a nation when it is used to deny the rights of its citizens. The problem which voters in Michigan thought had been corrected was to toss out race-conscious affirmative action admission plans with a fairer race-neutral approach.

At the core of the case is the notion that fifty-eight percent of Michigan voters were seriously in error in amending the Michigan constitution to prohibit discrimination in admission to state colleges on the basis of national origin, sex, race or ethnicity.

To most voters in Michigan this seemed like a relative no-brainer. How could anyone oppose not using discriminatory practices to deny a prospective student entry to college?

It seems that the liberals and race baiters who thrive on erecting barriers to race neutrality and color blind solutions wanted a different result. Instead of desiring to work to determine real solutions to any potential problems minorities might be experiencing in matriculating from high school to college admittance, they took the more convenient route to cry racism!

This approach taken by the civil rights organizations in the state and nationally have determined without much effort, to use a formula that strips sanity from the law and replaces it with fear and racist scare tactics. The goal is to scare the judicial community and moderates who are lukewarm on everything, to abandon common sense and support a fraud which has no foundation in law or on recent facts.

Where is the proof that there is continued discrimination against minorities since the voters in Michigan decided that reverse discrimination is unjustified and beneath the dignity of a state that wants equal treatment for all of its citizens? What about a state’s sovereignty under the 10th Amendment, where the state and its citizens have a right to determine its own course in order to balance justice and equality under the law?

Another key question of law which the court must grapple with is whether or not a state amendment that bars discrimination in its constitution can be found to be unconstitutional because it does not allow discriminatory practices and remedies.

Are you confused now?

You should be, because in effect, what the advocates of affirmative action are arguing is that the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment should allow a state to openly and intentionally discriminate against a race or ethnic group as a means to remedy previous discriminatory practices.

            Save America Gun rights advocates rally for Second Amendment in Utah

Round one of the gun control battle on Capitol Hill has been seemingly won by default by the protectors and supporters of the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment. This win for gun rights advocates became obvious to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) this week. He ordered Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) to pull the so-called assault weapons provision from the bill. This bill had been passed by the Democrat controlled Judiciary Committee.

This comes on the heels of what appeared by many vote counters inside the Washington D.C. Beltway to be headed for total defeat. Even Reid’s own count reportedly indicated the most Democrat votes, that could be mustered to support the assault weapons ban was only 40. This is far less than the 60 votes President Obama needed to prevent a Republican filibuster of the bill. This is a victory for gun rights in the continuing congressional gun control battle

For the hysterical claims and attacks raised by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's in an attempt to strong arm national gun rights supporters with their bluster, it is a bitter defeat. This is also an important set back to the hysterical theatrics that the president displayed as he attempted to use his bully pulpit to force congress to submit to his will after the tragic shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.

Despite the facts that demonstrate the shooter Adam Lanza, was suffering from apparent severe mental illness issues, Obama resorted to scare tactics to pin the blame on gun rights. This is where he failed to exercise true presidential leadership. He clearly purposed his focused on fear mongering because it was what the liberal media hysteria machine wanted and craved. After all, who would be able to sustain the withering assaults from the main stream media, he had to reason.

But, Obama and the alphabet soup of media networks underestimated the commitment of gun rights and constitutional advocates who were unwilling to witness nor permit the undoing of those basic rights Americans who dear. When the president felt he was falling back on what he thought was an easy target, gun owners, gun owners and supporters instead locked arms and moved forward!

Even former astronaut Mark Kelly’s recent cheap trick to spur on support against gun owners did not prevail. He tried to resurrect the legitimate sincere sympathy Americans felt over the attack upon his wife, former congresswoman Gabby Giffords. She had survived a vicious attack in an armed assault against her which resulted in the tragic deaths of six victims in Tucson, Arizona in January 2011.

Kelly tried in vain, in March to dramatize that the legal buying of an AR-15 style weapon was somehow a national news story special bulletin about the evils of assault style weapons. It fell flat, because Kelly had purchased the gun legally and had gone through the proper legal guidelines to register the weapon. So where was the story and where was the news if everything he did was legal?

Friends,

I've been receiving a lot of e-mails lately where the senders are so frustrated and worn down that they talk about giving up.  My response has been, and always will be: HELL NO!  I refuse to give up and refuse to allow our liberties to be taken away.

As I recently told a friend, WE have to become the new "Zealots".  We have to keep the lamp lit, educate others who are either misinformed, ignorant, or so emotionally invested in their politics that they can't see the dangers of tyranny regardless of political party.

Our forefathers understood that for our republic to survive we have to have an educated, well informed electorate.  For the past 100 years, there have been forces insidiously working to re-write history, manipulate our educational curriculum, and effectively dumb down our population.  Couple that with the technology generation that gets their information either in sound bites from the comedy channel or texting and "Twittering", that they know more about the lives of the Kardashian family than they do about our constitution.

To that end, I am sharing some resources that you may find useful.

Protection Against Tyrannical Government It would appear that the administration is counting on the fact that the American Citizens don't know this, their rights and the constitution. Don't prove them right.

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws.

It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities. ** SPREAD THIS TO EVERYONE ** The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy. The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders. The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon onal Guard.

            America’s Abortion may end with North Dakota Personhood Law

History may mark February 7th as the day that Personhood for the unborn was established. This is the day that provided the unborn at conception the God given right to life bestowed upon all since the beginning of creation. This is a significant step in the continuing evolution of sanctioning the protection of life which has been riddled by abortion rights activists since the infamous 1973 Roe v. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision.

Forty years and 55 million plus deaths of the unborn who committed no crime except to be conceived in God’s image were murdered. This was accomplished because of a court and society that would protect a tree frog’s existence above a human life. These murders may soon be put to a stop with the North Dakota Personhood Measure that passed in the State Senate. When it is established that a fetus has U.S. 14th Amendment constitutional protection, abortion ends in America!

Often times in the history of monumental movements, they often have their genesis in the hearts and souls of the faithful who are unwilling to witness or permit the undoing of basic rights. The aptly named Personhood Constitutional Amendment initiative would codify the constitutional protections and absolute rights afforded all citizens of North Dakota and equally apply them to human embryos.

This is not just a momentary battle that supporters of life will wait to see what will happen in North Dakota’s House. The fact is that, in North Dakota as well as other states that are considering Personhood laws; the war for life should and can be won on the local battleground of state turf. These legislators, unlike their federal congressional counterparts, are not afraid to stand up to protect their religious values and principles, under the heat of unceasing liberal mass media contempt.

At the very core of the right to life is the imbalance that exists in continuing to treat the right to exist and to be born as incidental and given no more value than extinguishing the life of a common earth worm. The rights of the mother is given weight not as the carrier of life, but the right to her privacy to do as she pleases, which includes state sanctioned murder.

Yet for forty years the growing tearful cries of fathers who will never be, and mothers who are now filled with regret because of abortion. Their mournful regret is coupled with birthrights of the unborn, sheered away by abortion clinics.

Gun manufacturing company, Olympic Arms, Inc. has turned down a solicitation to advertise in the FOP Journal, the publication of the National Fraternal Order of Police.  The FOP very                         strongly supports the most extreme of gun control measures, highlighted by their jumping for joy over the Diane Feinstein proposal.  Olympic Arms issued a statement http://www.guns.com/2013/02/14/olympic-arms-halts-sales-to-new-york-law-enforcement/  with “grievances” listed as their reasons for refusing to advertise with the FOP.  They went even farther, saying they will not sell to, advertise with, or generally do business with any other entity supporting gun control, including the federal government. Other firearm manufacturers have also refused to sell to government entities.

I'v been very worried about whats going on in our government for years now. I joined the tea party when it first started, and still am a member, but realized about a year ago, that we don't have a clue as to what we are we gonna do about it. I'm tired of sending faxes to people in congress, people who probably wipe their butts with it. Why have I never come up with such an ingenious plan?  That sounds really good to me!!!!  I have several sets of scissors at my house though I don’t normally carry them with me when I am out in public.  I am not sure how calm and collected I will be in such a circumstance but I would hope that I would be calm enough to stab the gunman without injuring any innocent bystanders or myself in the process.   What about the possibility of a stray, panicked swing hurting an innocent child standing nearby?

With everything happening to this country of ours it is getting harder and harder to maintain a cool head and not jump to conclusions but if we sit back and view the last four years as well as what’s happening now an image is starting to appear of what might possibly be our future.

During President Obama's first term he laid the ground work. President Obama issued over 144 executive orders, many dealing with martial law. As the Supreme Court already opinioned when looking at President Lincolns use of martial law, "Martial law ... destroys every guarantee of the Constitution.". This means when martial law is declared we as Americans have no rights at all.

During President Obama's first term he wrote Executive Orders granting the government the power to take over all communications media, electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals. He also wrote an Executive Order where the government can take over all modes of transportation and control of the highways and sea ports. That means Obama can confiscate your horse, your donkeys, your bicycle or even your riding lawn mower. All forms of transportation. Executive orders signed by Obama also include railroads, inland water ways, public storage facilities, airports and airplanes including commercial planes can all be taken over by the government.

Think that’s bad, well it gets worse, much worse.

Executive Orders have also been signed allowing the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision. To take over all health education and welfare functions. To allow the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations, AND grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute Industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

If that doesn’t scare you then look at this. An Executive order has also been signed which allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Now why that last part that congress cannot review the action for six months? To understand why President Obama wanted that executive order lets look at what martial law is. Martial law is the suspension of civil authority and the imposition of military authority. When we say a region or country is "under martial law," we mean to say that the military is in control of the area, that it acts as the police, as the courts, as the legislature. The president is the commander in chief of the military and as such in full control of the martial law. Seeing how the constitution is suspended during martial law and the President is in control the only ones able to stop martial law is the congress. In effect that Executive order that says Congress cannot review the action for six months in effect give the President full unchallenged control for six months.

A little tidbit to add to martial law here is that our constitution Article 1, Section 9 states, "The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it." The concept of the of Habeas Corpus is that a person may not be held by the government without a valid reason for being held. A writ means the government would have to provide a person to a court to show just reason for holding them. With the suspension of the writ the government can detain and hold a person indefinitely.

In a nut shell a President can declare martial law, would have six months of free reign to do as he pleases while rounding up any congressional opposition to his martial law and detaining them indefinitely and doing this totally legally.

In order for a president to declare martial law he must have a valid reason to do so. For that lets look at our present situation. Today we have a president whom has openly declared war on the second amendment to our constitution. This is causing a great deal of civil unrest in the nation. Being told that their actions are unconstitutional doesn’t slow the President down at all, in fact it emboldens him to push even harder. To top that off our President is also pushing us to the fiscal cliff of ruin. When asked about the out of control spending our President replies that we do not have a spending problem. Top that off with our government printing money as fast as possible as well as demanding unrestricted borrowing powers we can see we will be heading to a financial meltdown very soon. A financial meltdown coupled with civil unrest over constitutional violations would be the catalyst for open revolt and exactly what would be needed in order to openly declare martial law. Then we all are doomed.

Why do they hate us ? its actually very simple......they want americans bank accounts ,our property, and our freedom. They hate the fact that the only real reason they cant just take these things is because of our right to bear arms. The right that the founders of this once glorious nation gave us so long ago. They gave us this right because they had stood against tyranny and knew that some day we would have to stand again..they knew we would need the right to bear arms to form a well regulated militia to protect the security of our free state, to be able to stand against a tyrannical authoritarian government be it foreign or our own......u didnt know?......thats right...The 2nd amendment was put there for us to have the right and ability to defend ourselves, our rights, and our country from tyranny....not so we can hunt deer and have shooting compitetions..(although i do enjoy those freedoms as well) ........   The mainstream media will lead you to believe its all about the hunters and sportsmen. They say why does a hunter need high capacity mags or semi autos, And use that as an excuse to take our only real means of defense.

            They will say just about anything or air any story to make guns and gun owners look bad. In fact the more Obama and Biden push for our guns, the more shootings they put on the news to make us look bad and them look good. There has been more media coverage on shootngs and guns in the last 4-5 months than there has in years. Is it a coincidence that this happens at the same time obama ramps up his attemps to take our guns?...I think not.... Its a massive propaganda machine with one goal.....Remove our defense and destroy the american way of life..

If enough people wake up and simply say" no your not taking my rights" we can put a stop to this, But if we dont we are doomed for a socialist take over that is already in progress. Until people and the media stop blaming the real problems on inatimate objects (guns), and start dealing with the real issues ( bad parenting, lack of morals ,anti depressants, mental issues, the desensetising of our youth by every form of media ......ect ) the list goes on and on...Unless we adress these issues, we will fall

The real 2nd amendment is our most important right, without it we have no real way of defending our other rights, our families, our property and our country.... A WELL REGULATED MILITIA BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED...........so stand against the tyranny and the socialist regime. Tell them your not gonna take my guns, my rights ,or my country...Get your family ,your friends, and your neighbors to stand with you. Its not to late to stop this . We still have a chance to save our rights!!

The radical ‘left’ in politics and the ‘mean-stream’ Medias are manipulating Americans on proposed changes in laws to outlaw our rifles, shotguns, pistols, and its’ accessories.  Their ill-promoted campaigns are to deceive Americans that all hunters, sportsmen/sportswomen, and/or others will not be affected by their legislation; but only to eliminate victims of all guns.

Our Founding Fathers were well aware most men were hunters who went out to kill wildlife in providing meat to feed themselves and their families.  Hunting for food with guns was no concern for creating the Second Amendment.

Who should or would want to own a weapon with a magazine that holds 40 cartridges?  Anyone who wishes to protect himself/herself, his/her family, our Constitutional freedoms, and wishes to maintain whatever is necessary for these protection(s), and/or when any of us foresee the potential(s) who may decide to overrule our Constitutional freedoms and when mutinous government official(s) have weapons with a magazine that holds 40 cartridges.  This is when you and I must demand that we, too, be allowed to compete in the battle with weapons against any individual(s), group(s), government(s), etc. for the protection of our lives, our families, and our Constitutional freedoms.

Look around. We must keep and protect our Second Amendment.  It was and is intended to protect Americans from a mutinous government.

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE BALL!  The Second Amendment’s intent was and is to protect Americans from a ‘mutinous government’, not just allowing sportspersons to hunt for wildlife.

I came home from visiting a daughter yesterday evening and found my brightest moment of the young year.  I had a notification from a social network site I belong to, Tea Party Command Center, of a story about the “Gun Appreciation Day” event in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Saturday Jan. 19, 2013.  It featured a video of a newly elected state senator speaking about the constitutional rights of We the People.  The video was beyond inspiring to me.

     Gun Appreciation Day - stand and support American's

               U.S. Constitutional right to bear arms

Gun Appreciation Day is not just a time to celebrate the right to bear arms, but it is a time to acknowledge the precious gift that no other nation on earth possesses. This is the gift for every man and woman in this nation to stand toe to toe with an oppressor either foreign or domestic; and announce, “As for me and my family my right to bear arms will not be abridged nor shall it be stolen!”

This day is your way of demonstrating that constitutional gun rights do matter. This is your opportunity to stand up and acknowledge that a nation that fought a War of Independence to be free from tyranny of an imperial elite will not bow on bended knee to a 21st century version of that now residing in the White House. January 19th is the nation’s day to go to your local gun range, gun store or gun show and bring your American Flag and a ‘Hands off my Guns’ sign to show your support!

In fact, according to a national Fox News poll released Friday, January 18th, 71 percent do not think tougher laws can stop shootings like the mass killings that occurred in Newtown, Connecticut in December. “Nearly twice as many voters say there would be less violent crime if more law-abiding Americans owned guns, than if guns were banned.”

On the other hand, liberal gun control organizations have launched advertising campaign to scare parents in homes across America into accepting the tepid rationale of President Obama’s official response to the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. Obama wants to disarm America be frightening America with edicts that do not address the reason for the mass killings.

No parent in America wants to be on the receiving end of a call from a school or receive a knock on the door from a police officer about fatal shootings at their child’s school. Yet, in the post Sandy Hook Elementary school shootings era, gun control alarmists have ratcheted up their threats on gun rights, by using the main stream media. The words of these media talking heads has been vitriolic and poison the airwaves that permeate American homes daily with lies.

Gun control measures are not new and one of the most infamous examples where this has been used as a precursor to attacking its own citizens was done by Adolph Hitler and his Nazi government, five years after being in power. Sound familiar.

In 1938, the Nazi Party enhanced the Weapons Law and enacted handgun control. Firearms ownership was restricted to Nazi party members and other "reliable" people. Later that year, the government barred all Jews from owning any weapons or seeking weapons from businesses that sold them.
