Dear Mrs. Duran:

I am writing to inquire into the status of my letter of January 5, 2012, which requested that President Obama be removed from the New Mexico 2012 Presidential Primary Election Ballot.

As you are aware, the natural born citizen minimum qualifications are set forth in Article II, Section I, Clause V of our U.S. Constitution, along with the ‘Specific Eligibility Requirements and Duties (Section 1-8-18(A) and 1-4-16(B) NMSA 1978),’ which includes the office of the President of the United States, as outlined in the following ‘New Mexico 2010 Candidate Guide’:

You are also probably aware that this issue is not going away anytime soon because Americans across the country are starting to wake up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces, as substantiated by his newly released long-form Certificate of Live Birth, which shows that when he was born in 1961 his father was not a U.S. citizen and therefore he can never be a ‘natural-born citizen,’ as that term was defined by a  ‘1875 U.S. Supreme Court decision, Minor v. Happersett’ in which the court defined “natural-born citizens” as ‘all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.’

Additionally, several new organizations, to include active websites, were recently established to educate and mobilize the American public on the significance of “natural born citizen” and the 2012 Election, along with an initiative to assist ordinary registered voting citizens wishing to challenge President Obama’s constitutional eligibility and name placement on their state’s 2012 primary presidential ballot. Also included on one of these websites is pertinent information regarding lawsuits and/or complaints that have been filed by state to date, which includes a complaint that was recently filed with your office to remove President Obama from the 2012 NM Primary Election Ballot by the Las Cruces Sons of Liberty.

Word of Caution:  Although its great that many Americans are now beginning to wake up and are actively taking some action to have President Obama taken off the 2012 Presidential Election Ballots we need to keep in mind that those individuals with unlimited sources and/or resources, to include the deep pockets of anti-American George Soros, our own local and national elected officials and others, with the help of the MSM, who have spent years planning and successively perpetrating what I now believe could be the greatest fraud in American history are not going to go down without a fight and thus, as a result, I also believe that now more than ever we need to stick together as Americans (it's no longer Democrat or Republican) at this crucial time when our country and/or Republic needs us more than ever to see this thru. A Republic for which so many Americans have and continue to give their all to uphold and defend.

On or about December 13, 2011, I wrote to you requesting that your office provide me with some direction and/or guidance that would assist me in getting President Obama removed from the New Mexico 2012 presidential primary election ballot over allegations of fraud because I now believe that there is a preponderance of undisputable evidence, which I also shared with you in my letter, that collectively prove that he in fact is ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

To date I have not received a response to my letter from your office and therefore, as an American citizen of the United States and a registered Democrat voting native New Mexican, I am now writing to request that President Obama be removed from the New Mexico 2012 presidential primary election ballot, since “he does not meet the minimum qualifications as set forth in Article II, Section I, Clause V concerning the natural born citizen status” because when he was born in 1961 his father was not a U.S. citizen and therefore he can never be a ‘natural-born citizen,’ as that term was defined by a  ‘1875 U.S. Supreme Court decision, Minor v. Happersett’ in which the court defined “natural-born citizens” as ‘all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.’

On or about January 3, 2012, Judge Michael W. Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings refused to dismiss a series of complaints that were brought against President Obama’s inclusion on the 2012 election primary ballot, an action that had been sought by President Obama. He also granted a motion to sever the cases and scheduled a hearing for January 26, 2012.

Thanks to WND’s un-wavering commitment and fortitude many Americans across the country are starting to wake up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President, as substantiated by his newly released long-form Certificate of Live Birth, which shows that his father was in fact born in Kenya in 1936. At the time, Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth (due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory). When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

“For the better part of two decades FEMA detention camps were believed to be a figment of tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists. As more information over the years has been made available through alternative news researchers like Alex Jones in his full length documentary Police State 4 and former governor Jesse Venutra’s FEMA camp exposé, it is becoming increasingly clear that the government has been taking steps for quite some time to ensure a rapid and effective response in the event of a national disaster or U.S. military deployment on American soil.

As many of our readers know, the U.S. Senate recently passed the National Defense Authorization Act, which, it has been argued, authorizes the establishment of domestic war zones and the subsequent detention of those who are suspected of engaging in terrorist-related activity - including, arguably, U.S. citizens. What you may not know, however, is that just days after the passage of the act reports are surfacing that the Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security, is requisitioning private contractors to provide services for government, defense & infrastructure pertaining specifically to FEMA activities with respect to emergency services.

At first glance, this may seem like no big deal. Why shouldn’t the government prepare for emergencies?

However, a review of an email made available through Info Wars from Kellogg, Brown & Root Services (KBR), a subsidiary of mega government contractor Haliburton, notes that the contracting opportunities available through the government and KBR are specifically for “temporary camp services and facilities.”

Key Excerpts from the email and Project Overview:

• Kellogg, Brown and Root Services (KBR) is seeking subscontractors on a national basis to provide temporary camp services and facilities as part of its current and future emergency services contracts for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and state/local government agencies.
• The continental US will be broken up into five regions – Services will be required in each State within each region.
• Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services. This is a CONTINGENCY PROJECT and it should be stressed that lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment.  Supply lines needed must be short but not necessarily pre-positioned.
• The personnel on site to be covered by these services will depend on the size and scope of the recovery effort, but for estimating purposes the camp will range in size from 301 to 2,000 persons for up to 30 days in length.

For all intents and purposes, FEMA/DHS is now activating camps across the nation – in all 50 states – and ramping them up for detainment if and when the need arises.

Security, while not mentioned in the KBR release, is an issue addressed previously under guidance of the U.S. military. In an August 2009 report we highlighted that the Army is Hiring for Internment/Resettlement Specialists, in which we noted:

It seems that the US Government is preparing for a high volume of military prisoners. We suspect these will not be foreign nationals, as we either kill them or detain them outside of the USA. So, one must conclude that these corrections, interment and resettlement specialists will be supervising US citizens. The military is calling them internment camps or resettlement camps. Back in World War II they were called by a different name.

Additionally, we have learned over the last couple of years that FEMA has  requisitioned manufacturers for 140 Million Packets of Food, Blankets, and Body Bags, while the U.S. military is Actively War Gaming ‘Large Scale Economic Breakdown’ and ‘Civil Unrest’ which includes training for over 20,000 US military personnel for contingencies that may include riots and/or mass detentions.

While mainstream media will not report this, and most of the population will either ignore it or chalk it off as being once again blown out of proportion by the alternative news sphere, the evidence is right in front of us – it is overwhelming and very compelling.

Our government is, without a doubt, preparing for an event(s) that will likely result in the mass detentions of tens of thousands of individuals across the entire United States.”

Introducing George Soros:

“Mr. George Soros was born on August 12, 1930 in Budapest, Hungary. His father, Teodoro Schwartz, was a successful attorney and an Orthodox Jew who, in 1936, changed the family surname from Schwartz to Soros in order to enable his family to conceal its Jewish identity and thus to survive the Nazi Holocaust.

When the Nazis occupied Budapest in 1944, Mr. Soros' father decided to split up his family, so as to minimize the chance that all its members would be killed together. He purchased forged papers for each of them, and then bribed a government official to claim him as his Christian godson and to let the boy live with him.

"While hundreds of thousands of Hungarian Jews were being transported to death camps," reports the Sweetness and Light website, "George Soros accompanied his phony godfather on his appointed rounds, confiscating property from the Jews."

In 1947 Mr. Soros' family relocated from Hungary to England. Five years later, he graduated from the London School of Economics. He subsequently worked for a London stockbroker.

In 1956 Mr. Soros, with meager personal assets, immigrated to the United States. He would go on to become one of the worlds leading hedge fund investors and currency traders.

“Mr. George Soros was born on August 12, 1930 in Budapest, Hungary. His father, Teodoro Schwartz, was a successful attorney and an Orthodox Jew who, in 1936, changed the family surname from Schwartz to Soros in order to enable his family to conceal its Jewish identity and thus to survive the Nazi Holocaust. 

When the Nazis occupied Budapest in 1944, Mr. Soros' father decided to split up his family, so as to minimize the chance that all its members would be killed together. He purchased forged papers for each of them, and then bribed a government official to claim him as his Christian godson and to let the boy live with him.

In 1969 he started his enormously successful Quantum Fund, which, over the ensuing three decades, yielded its long-term investors a four thousand-fold gain on their initial 1969 investments.

“Democrat Tom Udall was born in May 1948 in Tucson, Arizona, the son of Arizona Congressman (1955-1961) and Secretary of the Interior (1961-1969) Stewart Udall. He is also the nephew of Arizona Congressman (1961-1991) Morris “Mo” Udall. And he is first cousin of Colorado Congressman Mark Udall. All his politician relatives are Democrats except for distant cousin Gordon Smith, who is a Republican U.S. Senator from Oregon.

Udall grew up first in Tucson and later in suburban Washington, DC. He earned an undergraduate degree from Prescott College in Arizona (1970), a Bachelor of Law degree from Cambridge University in England (1975), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico (1977). He worked as Law Clerk for the 10^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in 1977 and as Assistant U.S. Attorney from 1978-1981.

In 1982 Udall ran for Congress in the newly created 3^rd District of New Mexico but was defeated in the Democratic primary by Bill Richardson. In 1983-1984 he served as Chief Counsel for New Mexico’s Health and Environment Department. And in 1988 he ran for a vacated congressional seat in the 1^st District but narrowly lost to Bernalillo County District Attorney Steven Schiff.

In 1990 Udall was elected as New Mexico Attorney General, a position he would hold for eight years until he was elected to Congress. He received support in his congressional bid from the arts crowd, environmentalist groups, and powerful family friends. Udall further aided his own cause by accommodating the demands of the New Mexico Green Party, which can sway elections in that state by winning up to 10 percent of the popular vote when it actively opposes Democrats.

A member of the Progressive Caucus in the House of Representatives, Udall went on to win re-election to Congress in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006. According to Americans for Democratic Action, he voted on the left side of legislation 95 to 100 percent of the time. During his House career, Udall voted:

• against the development of a national missile defense system;
• against the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001;
• against the post-9/11 anti-terrorism measure known as the Patriot Act;
• against allowing the U.S. government to use electronic surveillance to investigate suspected terrorist operatives;

Defaults, Terrorists and Reality

Of recent, we have heard much, of the Federal Governments’ certain default if we didn’t raise the debt ceiling, yet many fiscally conservative Congressmen made compelling arguments against doing so or at least not doing so without commensurate and immediate cuts in spending, which after all, nearly everyone admits is beyond our ability to pay for.  Their reward for questioning the long-term viability and fiscal prudence of the debt ceiling deal was to be labeled “terrorists” as were the Tea Party members who supported them.

Out of this supposed crisis the President gets what he wants, authorization to spend another $2.4 Trillion and avoid debt ceiling debate till after the 2012 elections; the Republicans in Congress come out of it with no new taxes at least for the short term, and the people get to pay for the continued spending because the proposed offsetting spending cuts are mostly illusionary.

So why, all of the “theater”?  What is the truth?  Now that the $2.4 Trillion deal is passed do we still have reason for concern or are we out of the woods?  I would like to present some facts and let you judge for yourselves.

The GDP (Gross Domestic Product or economic output) of the United States is approximately $14.8 Trillion, while the U.S. debt is approximately $14.3 Trillion and soon to rise to $16.7 Trillion.  To put these numbers in context, the GDP of the entire world including the U.S. is $63.1 Trillion.  Our debt will very soon exceed 25% of world GDP.  But looming on the horizon, and what sends shivers down the spine of the world financial market, is our un-funded liabilities.  Benefits that we owe to retirees and others that are as yet un-filed for and uncollected, and because there are no trust funds or they have been for the most part robbed, remain un-funded.  The most conservative estimates place this liability at about $65 Trillion, where others place it as high as $105 Trillion.  These debts are in addition to the current national debt!

Imagine one country whose debt liabilities exceed global GDP, who is borrowing 41 cents of every dollar it spends, whose currency is the reserve currency of the world and through the Federal Reserve owns nearly half of its own debt!  Scary is not the word for it!

Many think that China owns most of our debt, but in reality their GDP is only about $6.1 Trillion and they hold just over $1.1 Trillion of U.S. debt, about 7% of the total and they have been reducing their stake.  What they have a large stake in are the manufactured goods that we consume as we only manufacture about 10% of them ourselves.

Some think that raising taxes is the answer, but we could raise everyone’s income taxes by 50 % and would still have nearly a $1 Trillion annual deficit at current spending levels.  A very real burden on all taxpayers is not a lack of taxes collected from the rich, but the governments choosing to exempt over 50% of the workers from paying federal taxes and indeed share your tax dollars with approximately 40% of the population with income tax credits, food stamps, medic-aide, housing assistance and other forms of redistribution by a government whose spending practices have outstripped the taxpayers ability to pay and still support a thriving economy as evidenced by the protracted downturn and continued high unemployment levels.

High unemployment and underemployment have along with the general economic down turn resulted in a revenue shortfall compared to 2008, of over $400 Billion annually.  The uncertainty about whether spending will go down, or taxes will go, up has exacerbated the problem and slowed the recovery.  One thing is for sure, raising taxes now will slow hiring, economic growth and the revenue growth that would have followed.

Clearly we have a spending problem and need to rein it in.  What is not so clear is why Speaker John Boehner did not address immediate and substantial cuts in the debt ceiling deal, but opted for “pie in the sky” future cuts that he knows, full well, we cannot force on a future Congress.  So in other words the very clear mandate of November 2010 has been ignored and rather than cut spending this Congress has chosen to continue spending to the tune of an additional $3.3 plus Trillion to be added to the debt.  From January 2011 to January 2013, the 112^th Congress will have added nearly as much to the National Debt as the infamous 111^th Congress!  What mandate?!

The fight with Congress and the Administration, will now be to not increase taxes and give the economy a chance to recover.  But worry, from the rating agencies hinted downgrades, and the battle to avoid that, will put pressure on the Congress to either raise taxes or make additional spending cuts.  So once more the taxpayer is caught between a rock and a hard place because the Congress does not have the courage to make the necessary cuts to bring financial stability, balance the budget and lower or eradicate the debt.  Indeed the Congress has established a “super committee” to take up the task of determining what further cuts to make over the next decade, further abdicating their responsibility to a select few and making doubtful that the cuts to offset the new round of spending will ever truly be made.

The world financial markets have reason to be concerned when the world’s largest economy, one that is inextricably wound through their markets as the reserve currency, exhibits such irresponsibility and resorts to name calling and deception.

Some are advocating that doom and collapse are right around the corner.  I would hope to think that our leaders had a better handle on the economy and that the doom was not true, but after the continuing financial crisis of the past 3 years, I am left with little faith.  Just as with an overburdened family budget, we must cut the spending to match our income or risk having the debt service force us into an, ever worsening, downward spiral toward financial ruin.

Common sense dictates that there must be immediate cuts to spending in the $400 Billion or more range, cuts that include all departments even Defense and incentives employed concurrently to jumpstart employment in order to begin substantially increasing revenues.  The object is to be bold, to jump out of the ditch and point the economy toward prosperity once more, not to simply tread water and await our fate as this new deal offers. 

There is now reason for additional concern for the separation of powers and future of liberty as the Congress has once more, in the Budget Control Act of 2011, vested additional powers to the President, by relinquishing their constitutional power and duty to determine the need and time to spend our money and vesting it with the President. 

It would seem, once more, the Congress has not failed to disappoint the people it is supposed to be serving!

Come November 2012, the Tea Party should not disappoint those who have failed us!!

In a remarkable bipartisan show of support for Israel and condemnation of the purveyors of hate within the Gaza and West Bank areas, the U.S. Congress just passed Resolution 268, by a whopping majority of 407 votes “For”, and only 6 “Against.” Another 13 voted “Present” thus taking no stand one way or the other, tantamount to a vote “Against.”

The resolution calls for the suspension of Foreign Aid to Gaza/West Bank Palestinians until they agree to acknowledge Israel and to finally agree to sit at the negotiating table to begin genuine peace talks.

Yes, the U.S. gives foreign aid to Gaza/West Bank Palestinians. It’s not even a country. Depending on what source you subscribe to, and what year (2009 or 2010), they generally rank 7^th on the list, behind Afghanistan, Israel, Iraq, Pakistan, Egypt and Sudan. In 2009, that amounted to almost $1 billion of American tax dollars. Meanwhile, we can all access the internet and watch their mobs in the street scream “Death To America!”

True, the money is designated for humanitarian assistance, but we all know how that actually works. Rarely, does foreign aid in any of these countries end up where it is meant for.

This vote not only shores up support for Israel as an ally and partner in world peace, it sends a powerful message to our president that we, the people of the United States, are not prepared to make unreasonable and disastrous demands upon Israel until the Palestinians show good will in recognizing Israel’s right to exist. President Obama’s recent announcement demanding Israel’s return to the 1967 borders has blown up in his face.

There were a total of 19 congressman who did not vote for the resolution. In other words, these 19 congressmen and women, in my view, basically sided with Hamas. Here are their names:

How Does America Break Out of the Financial Crisis?

I will try to explain this as succinctly as possible.  America is faced with several looming problems that are preventing our recovery and are being largely ignored.  Much of it is not revealed or pursued because there are many folks making a lot of money over it!!  They are picking your pockets!

The first problem is the gusher of deficit dollars going overseas whether it is for oil, manufactured goods or US military spending.  Dollars leave at a much faster pace than they come in.  The trade deficit is on the order of $540 Billion dollars annually and that does not count the Military expenditures!!  By way of comparison our total manufacturing is $1,700 Billion annually.

The second problem is a lack of quality jobs, due in part to the mass exodus of manufacturing overseas.  Today we manufacture a little over 10% of what we consume.  That represents one of our greatest threats to national security.  We cannot fend for ourselves.  We have to trade with overseas partners to survive.

Third, is the fallacy of “stimulus” spending by the Government being able to always stimulate the economy.  When it is done in the form of rebates to the people or by way of tax cuts, then there is a strong chance it will stimulate spending and move the economy forward.  When it takes the form of creation of new government jobs, it actually stifles the economy, although the new employees are spending, they are either being paid through increased taxes or increased borrowing.  The former gives folks more money to spend and leaves them feeling better about the economy with an inclination toward spending more, but the latter leaves less, for everyone who pays taxes, to spend and injects caution or fear into their spending patterns with an inclination toward tightening the purse strings further (Where we find ourselves now).

Fourth is the Federal Reserve’s penchant for working deals behind closed doors, for printing dollars at will and for refusing to disclose what they are doing and who they are doing it with.  I can tell you, that they have been around 98 years and during that time the dollar has devalued 98%!  Some job of protecting the currency they are doing!

Fifth is the “Culture of Cowardice in the Congress”!  There is a great unwillingness to take the hard votes!  That’s why we can’t reduce spending, balance the budget, slow the deficit or reform our entitlement programs.  The individual Congressmen and Senators fear their campaign donors, the lobbyists, the threat of another Wall Street manufactured financial crisis, or the idea they might be blamed for another terrorist attack if they were to trim some dollars from the defense budget more than they fear “We the People”!  The two things the founders feared the most, a standing army and a large central bank, are what have consumed and devalued a tremendous number of dollars leaving us even less secure.  Meanwhile the Pentagon and the Federal Reserve remain un-audited!! 

To think that spending can be reined in, the budget balanced, the deficit reduced or entitlements reformed without putting the Defense budget under scrutiny is, at best, foolhardy.  In total when you consider the entire DOD related spending which includes the Pentagon Base Budget, New construction, Veterans Administration, DOD/Military retirement benefits, Nuclear program under DOE and other DOD administrative spending it accounts for nearly a third of the current total budget and a third of the budget represents deficit spending, or borrowed money.  To say current spending levels are unsustainable is a gross understatement.

There is no plan before the Congress today that can succeed.  Only measures that can be fully implemented during the current session of the Congress will be of lasting benefit.  Last year one of the battle cries was for the “Repeal Amendment”, this year another is for “Cut, Cap and Balance”…problem is, it is another multi year program, again!  You remember what happened to the former, it just sort of lost steam, as probably will the current plans.  Now honestly, do any of you really believe the Congress can embark on and stick to some grand multi year program to cut spending and reduce the budget?  We need to address some of the root problems, right now.

You can help implement the following commonsense five-point program to get America started down the road to recovery immediately, by making sure the Congress listens to and fears, “We the People” more than they fear the special interests!  Call (877)-762-8762 or email your Congressmen and Senators today and every day until they:

v    Drill Here and Drill Now!  For oil, natural gas and coal.

v    Bring Manufacturing Jobs Back to America! Rein in the EPA and Gang Green!

v    Audit the Federal Reserve and stop the devaluation of the dollar!

v    Audit the DOD/Pentagon and cut wasteful and duplicative spending.

v    Immediately cut back the “stimulus” programs that grew the Federal government.

Only if these points are implemented and realized can plans like the Balanced Budget Amendment (which will take several years to be ratified) be able to help succeed in restoring fiscal order and security in America.  We must begin treating the ailment instead of just relieving the symptoms, to ensure our long-term fiscal health!!

You know in your heart no matter how hard they massage the debt and spending, they will not succeed if they don’t implement the above commonsense measures.  Ignoring these points, which can all be implemented immediately, leaves the Congress on a fool’s errand.

Don’t expect many to be talking about these issues.  There are only a few, like Tom Coburn, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Ron Paul, Alan West, Michele Bachmann and Frank Wolf along with a handful of others, with the courage to speak out and sponsor appropriate legislation.  To expect much more from most of the others would be like expecting a pickpocket to say “Hold still while I lift your wallet”!

Take your country back and restore financial security, starting today!  “Turn Up the Heat In Washington”; bring the “Fear Factor” to Capitol Hill.  Thank you, for all you do for Liberty.

Questions about Obama’s citizenship status from before the election in 2008 have come full circle, you might say the most Holy Reverend Jeremiah Wright, was right, chickens do come home to roost. Obama is not a “Natural Born Citizen”, and his alliance by birth is to two countries. Obama’s release of his Long Form Birth Certificate April 27, 2011, is a prima facie admission that the two alleged disqualifiers for the Presidency, is now confirmed as fact.

NOTE: This call to action is not a question of Obama’s qualification (at this step), rather it is a question of Congresses Constitutional understanding of the requirements to run for the President of the United States of America, and their (Congressmen’s) oath to uphold that Constitution, as being questioned by their employer, We the People aka the HAMMER.

As Obama has now confirmed he was not qualified to run for president pursuant to The Constitution of the United States of America. All current members of Congress, Republicans, Democrats and other’s, aka NAIL(S) totaling 100 in the Senate and 435 in the House, have by their silence, confirmed they are either an ACCESSORY BEFORE and/or AFTER THE FACT.

Prior such violations of our Constitution if any, does not set precedence as one crime or intent (action taken or not) cannot be used to validate another like crime or intent.  The old adage applies: two wrongs don’t make a right. Better check Mitt Romney’s “Natural Born Citizen” status while we are at it.  

To determine who has and/or is continuing to PERVERT the Constitution, it is VERY IMPORTANT that we provide the 112^th Congress 1^st Session, the opportunity this coming July 2011 when they are back in Session, to consider the “ONE QUESTION” being asked by WE THE PEOPLE.

That “ONE QUESTION” being asked of EACH AND EVERY CONGRESSMAN, by EACH AND EVERY RESPECTIVE CONSTITUENT is: Congressman ....(name).... DEFINE by August 1, 2011 what “Natural Born Citizen” means in respect to one being qualified to seek and hold the office of the President of the United States of America according to our Constitution? Please give MY (our) “ONE QUESTION” the attention it deserves in the time frame requested. Sign your name and address.

You are asking THE question, only one question, stick to the question, no redirect and no deflection, tell them to just answer the damn question!

Start asking your representative when you read this, FAX, EMAIL and PHONE any and all of their District and DC offices. Send POST CARDS by USPS to their district office (they arrive sooner) as piles are impressive. Heck for the price, two or three post cards can be sent. Print post cards up and hand them out for a signatures so all they have to do is sign it and drop it in the mail, and by all means plaster the “ONE QUESTION” everywhere possible.

Here is the hard part: put Congresses appearance of complicity aside until after August 1, 2011, until after we have a chance to review their (House, Senate or both) response(s) to our ONE QUESTION, until after they commite one way or the other. Let it go until after August 1, 2011, DON’T ENGAGE IN DEBATE wait until August 1, 2011 – it will drive them nuts. Let it boil within you but only ask “THE” ONE QUESTION a hundred times until August 1, 2011. Give our elected Representatives aka NAILS, our employees a opportunity to respond to their boss WE THE PEOPLE, aka HAMMER.

After August 1, 2001 depending on their response(s) – use your judgment on what to do.

In the mean time as we prepare to celebrate Independence Day, lets also prepare for the day after, Tuesday July 5, 2011, which marks the sixth month anniversary of the swearing in of the 112^th Congress. Abraham Lincoln said it best, “We the People are the rightful master of both congress and the courts – not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”

In most states, there is a waiting period of six months after swearing in of the U.S. Congress before recall petitions can be initiated. On July 5 we can send an indirect direct message, start recalls on them all, each and everyone as we don’t know how they are going to answer our “ONE QUESTION.” Why walk around with one petition, when you can walk around with a fist full of them? Check your local laws and get started July 5, 2011. As for States that do not allow recall of their Senators, start a recall on them anyway, as well as initiate petitions to change any said laws prohibiting the recall of those not representing or responding to our best interest.

HOPE and CHANGE, how about MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN because, WHEN YOU’RE HOLDING A HAMMER, EVERYTHING LOOKS LIKE A NAIL! Ain’t that right Howard Dean YYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!

Just who is allowing this to continue, the U.S. Senate, the House - both, or the courts slow response before the election, after the election, or both? Or WE THE PEOPLE the boss; are we allowing this tyranny to be played against us?

Sarah Palin issued a strong warning to the USA and the world with a witty reference to Paul Revere’s ride warning that the British were coming.

Here is what both said: We are not surrendering, we have not even begun to fight! You may press on with your invasion but you will never subdue us. We are fiercely independent and armed. We will fight to the last man! American people wakeup and prepare for war all else has failed.

Today, a paradigm shift in America and the world has occurred because of our lack of leadership. This “change” reflects a huge tectonic shift in political money and global power. We are now called “the largest Islamic Nation in the world”.   Confidence in the strength of the U.S.A. has reached a tipping point in the world. “Emerging is a new reality that the importance of a newly freed and now consequential Arab (and Islamic) public opinion may be applied to the U.S. as it does to Israel.” This is the view fabricated by mass media purchased to provide "news" and commentary to the world.

In truth, Radical Islam has embraced western society taking full advantage of our freedoms while at the same time planning for our downfall. Infiltration into our open democratic process has provided easy access to sensitive information and a quick base of support. The highest offices in our country have been purchased by enemies of America with a mountain of cash, billions of dollars, flowing into the American political process from oil-rich Muslim nations and powerful people seeking globalization of world politics.

The forces of Islamic globalization have turned our system of government against us. “Local” elections are won by money from who knows where buying influence and creating fear in the media. Freedom of speech is no longer practiced as journalists fear for their jobs and their lives at the hands of radical Islamic people. The Muslim Brotherhood is on the march. They have given the green light to fight for control of the Islamic world now that they perceive control has been secured in the USA and all western nations.    

Islamophobia is not prejudice against, hatred or fear of Islam or Muslims it is a very real concern that Islam is rapidly taking over our Christian society. I fear for my country when on the advice of the FBI, cartoonists are told to change their identity and go into hiding to protect themselves because a fatwa has been issued by an Islamic cleric calling for any Muslim to kill them over a cartoon.

Islamic Political lackeys from the President on down have been put into place in an attempt to gain control of our nation.

Our financial system has been brought to its knees and remains on the verge of collapse by the rapid and uncontrolled shifting of billions of dollars in sovereign wealth funds. (Our very own OIL dollars) Our enemies are seeking control or total destruction of our capitalistic system and financial networks. When you hear the words “To Big Too Fail”, think just right to manipulate or be manipulated by the people in power making the deals to “save” us. Elected officials are selling themselves to the highest bidder, becoming the willing tools of predatory wealth, soliciting earmarks as a means of providing cover for their untoward actions. The checks and balances between the Congress, the President and the Supreme Court designed to keep the country on track and bring it back from the brink of destruction are not working as a result. Many of the people involved brazenly disregard their  oath of office; “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of (President) of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” so help me God! They hide their actions, shun responsibility for their in-action and deny the existence of God.

Our secular government is subject to perversion and abuse. Socialism and communism are being achieved with the purchase of votes from an unsuspecting electorate. Few voters take the time to become informed as to the true character of the individuals running for office. Decisions at the ballot box are most often based on emotion purchased by thirty second sound bites or the promise of “$1000 in every pocket”.  Unsuspecting voters have provided almost a billion dollars of campaign money. Much of it stuffed in brown envelopes containing amounts listed “from undisclosed sources”. Those same sources have received benefits which have made far too many people nothing more that prostitutes. Amoral overzealous citizens, clamoring for “free benefits” follow the crowd like a flock of sheep over the cliff to their own destruction, ignorant of the fact that they have now been purchased as slaves.

Islamic infiltrators are very close to achieving their objective. So close in fact that they feel confident enough to turn against our best and longest standing allies in the world; Israel and Great Britain. Our President has snubbed his nose in the face of the leaders of both countries and destroyed our relationship with them in everyway possible by executive decision. He has gone into battle at the behest of his Sunni leaders helping them seek control of the Islamic world. His Islamic emissary has traveled, at the expense of the America taxpayer, to the Middle East and around the USA supporting the Islamic desire for new mosques around our nation. This same emissary clearly states that “many aspects of shari’a are already practiced in many ways in the United States.”   Islam has gained the upper hand in its fight with the “great Satan”, and is fast becoming the dominate religion in the USA.

Muslims are now fighting for control of the Islamic world! Why are we helping them fight each other? Who in the Islamic world is supporting America, demanding freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the right to own property in the Arab world?

What are we fighting for? Who are we fighting for? Have we forgotten what it means to be a Christian Nation? Through Love, God sent His son and all of those brave and unwavering Patriots that fought and died before us so that we might have the Freedom to worship as we desire, and to raise our families in Prosperity and Liberty.

God is faithful to keep His covenant and His lovingkindness to a thousandth generation with those that love Him and keep His commandments.

How long can we survive as a Humanistic Atheist nation in search of our own glory? September 11, and all of the terrorist problems since represent neither a superior military capability on the part of the terrorists when assaulting the American homeland, nor immunity to its staunchest defenses. Rather it is through the reject of God that we have grown weak, and over time became vulnerable because of our internal divisions. It is not the strength of the Islamists, but the frailties within the fabric of the nation, that must be recognized as its primary vulnerability to attack. The same Islamic enemies of the American ideal have existed since its founding. But not until the current age could they operate openly within our borders as they have in their efforts to destroy the nation while demanding sympathy and equal rights. The problem is the lack of Christian morals and teaching our children about the Jedeuo-Christian foundation of our country and our laws. This rejection of Jesus Christ and all Christian values has resulted in systemic failure of our society and our government of the people, by the people and for the people. Our congress is so corrupt that it provides cover for its own members offering for prostitution, “weiner-gate ”. It seems that we have forgotten that we are "One Nation Under God".

As One Nation Under God, “We the people” of the United States of America must define who we are as a nation and set a true course for the future in order to prevent the total destruction of our way of life. It starts with Congress, clean up "our" house or “We the People” will throw you bums out!

Patrick Henry said it best in the year 1776 when he wrote this: "It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great Nation was founded not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For that reason alone, people of other faiths have been afforded freedom of worship here."

The conflagration of the ensuing conflict and this election are in the hands of Almighty God! May God Find a Blessing in America! To God, be the Glory!

My name is Joe Story and I think it is time for “We the People” of America to stand as one “TAKE ACTION”, and declare that we are a Christian Nation.

In 2003, 2005, 2006, and again in 2008, then Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius killed legislation that would have tightened the rules for minors receiving abortions, tightened the rules for coerced late term abortions and tightened the rules in general for late term abortions.  In other words, from conception to  one minute before birth, Kathleen Sebelius insisted the womb be just another killing field for the unborn.  Now as head of HHS (Health and Human Services), Sebelius has reinstated the dreaded death panels removed from the health care bills by both the Republicans and Democrats, neither of who could face their constituents with the prospect of authorizing panels that could well sentence them or their loved ones to death via non-treatment of medical issues.

In a completely characteristic, brazen, cold-blooded move on Christmas eve, while the country celebrated the birth of a Savior, Kathleen Sebelius did with the stroke of a pen what Barrack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi were unable to do and that is to create morbid, end of life death panels.  Congress and the president so feared the wrath of the people that they specifically stripped the so called "death panels" out of ObamaCare.  Just the thought of government deciding who lives and who dies was too much for the American Public, but apparently not too much for this amazing guilful Obama Administration.

So, what does all of this mean?  Simple, government is back in the death business.  Now Ms. Sebelius will have  the opportunity to create death panels from sea to shining sea all across the country.  Such panels will necessarily be staffed by Progressives who, unfortunately, see the elderly sick, the unborn poor, the chronically infirmed as useless eaters, who as times get tougher, will be denied medical care in defference to more "viable" treatment candidates for the highest and best use of resources as concerns overall positive outcomes.  In other words, good Progressives will take the less expensive and treat them and let the infirmed elder, poor, and chronically ill die.  As Alan Grayson said of the Republicans, their idea of health care is "die quickly."  He was correct … he just had the wrong party.

One might ask why I would infer that such panels would be staffed by Progressives?  Simple.  No Christian or constitutionalist would sit on such a ghoulish panel.  That leaves the job to heartless, empathetically challenged progressives.  That, of course, begs the question:  Will politics eventually find its way into the death panels?  That is, will conservatives die at a much higher rate than liberals?  One  may say, “No,” but history says, “Yes.”

Politics, like fine dust, finds its way into everything.  For instance, had Sarah Palin needed government health care to deliver her down syndrome baby, would that baby have been born — or — would have that baby have received a death sentence from the death panel?  If two people are in need of the same liver, one a Progressive political leader, the other a member of the Tea Party, which is the more likely candidate for the transplant if progressives are making the decision?   

Now Ms. Sebelius will be deciding the fate of your grandparents, or parents, or perhaps even our chronically ill sibling with MS, or perhaps even you and your chronic illness.  The death panels will be sold to us as just counselling sessions, letting the patient know of their treatment options.  But you and I know the truth.  Before they are done, these will be nothing more than eugenics chambers deciding on what "class" of people live and what "class" of people are not worth trying to save.  In other words, your treatment will be determined by where society or the Progressive elite feel they can get the most bang for the buck.  And, if a deteremination has to be made between a Christian constitutionalist and a good agnostic Progressive, is there any doubt about who lives and who dies with none but Progressives on the committee?

For Ms. Sebelius, this is the big time.  No longer confined to killing only the unborn, now she has created for herself the power of life and death from the sparkle of the wine, to the glint in the eye, to the last tremmoring breath of old age.

Death comes calling and death's name is government.  To paraphrase Revelation 6: "And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was government, and Hell followed with him."

When government, and this president, becomes as brazen as to bestow upon themselves the power of life and death, I fear the worst has already overtaken us and that both death and hell will follow with it.  Can one even grasp the breathtaking arrogance of this?  Government has now assumed the power of life and death!  No longer content with just making us appear naked in the surrender position in airports, no longer satisfied with the killing of the unborn, now Ms. Sibelius and Mr. Obama have assumed the power to grant or refuse life itself.  This is the ultimate “Star Chamber,” which now decides how and when your life might end. 

Have you had enough YET?  Is it finally time to say, “NO MORE!”

Is it not time for the Republicans, on our behalf, to gather up what little manhood they seem to have left (after getting their collective butts kicked during the Lame Duck session) and demand both the repeal of these ghoulish death panels and the immediate firing of Kathleen Sibelius?  After her firing, will they have the courage to charge her with Contempt of Congress for this egregious offense?

This is beyond wanton.  This is an act of war against both the constitution and the people of this country!  If Mr. Obama refuses to fire her, it is time to call for his impeachment.  This is such a grotesque breach of the public trust that it warrants the severest action possible under the Constitution of the United States.  This, added to the continued insults, contemptuous behavior, and unconstitutional dictums of this administration are unprecedented since the treason of Woodrow Wilson.

Now for the worst news yet ... this hasn't even been deemed a major story in the media.

Freedom has had another crushing defeat today, as 15 Republican senators and all Democrats voted in favor of and passed the Food Safety Modernization Act (SB 510). What is most troubling are the 15 Republicans, who apparently voted their own free will, rather than adhering to the pleas of the American people who spoke out loud and clearly on November 2nd.
